Oyo 13555 niketan medanta deny for entry and told we have cancel our hotel contract with oyo. I felt humiliate infront of my partner and stay another oyo flagship 441 medanta on dated 04/05/19. This time i used only one room and oyo charged two room rent from me.

So please return oyo 13555 niketan medant booking amount to me in my paytm account because payment done through paytm and look into tis matter so this kind of incident will not occur in future. This type of incident ruin oyo reputation.

    We [ for my wife and daughter ] have booked a room from 5th may to 8th may 2018 for 6933/- [ which we have paid in full] but staying for one night was a horrific experience as entire room was full with cockroaches. Even cockroaches were on the bed and on our cloths and due to this my wife and daughter were not able to sleep for entire night and checked out from the hotel this morning.

    We have booked from oyo as we had a very good experience of oyo hotel in jaipur but this was an absolute disappointment and therefore we appreciate if you process and refund our booking amount at the earliest.

      I had booked a room at oyo 12368 (Booking id: otfv2059) for an overnight stay on may 4. This is to convey the miserable experience at i and my wife had at the hotel and at the hands of the oyo captain and what passes for a helpline service.

      No room service, dirty rooms, no breakfast after receiving msg from oyo and confirmation from hotel. Shows that oyo does not prescribe minimum standards for its properties.

      Totally unacceptable behaviour from oyo captain who treats customers like second class citizens.

      And worse, after being assured that my grievance had been escalated (Case id:[protected], there is no response from anyone in their team.

      Disgraceful for an aggregator service that claims to be customer friendly and responsive.

        Oyo customer service: dont close this as resolved by just adding a comment without giving real resolution like last time. Please provide productive resolution here i need 100% of booking fees and don't escape just by saying you refunded to third party or you sent as email asking my bank details for refund. Previously you just were willing to refund 234 rupees but as clearly mentioned below i need 100% refund for the pain you caused until then i will continue this batter of exposing your terrible service

        I'm providing all the details if you really want to give resolution for your mistakes.

        I had such terrible, poor, irresponsible, unprofesional customer serivce experience after booking oyo room (Balaji lodge-oyo19927). See attached pics of dirty marks from the flooring to sealing with pan spits, toilet water is literally leaking nor i can use toilet properly with a pipe going from infront, see toilet entrance has leaking water from toilet, see the dirty shelfs.
        Its disgusting that i ever ever stayed any such oyo dirty room like this
        I had to spent most of the time in reception waiting for oyo customer service agent (Poulami who promised to either change the room or hotel but disappeared entire day/night ignoring my various calls
        Since then i wrote 14 emails to explain to me why the room is not even close to 1% of what they advertised and why customer serivce failed to provide service or change room made me wait 15 hours and even now why they are refusing to refund 100% of booking amount instead just refunding 234 rupees after failing to provide what has been assured and ignoring my emails

        From my experience, OYO is a fraud aggragator service with no minimum standards and an apology for a helpline service. They should first learn to honour a commitment made to a customer.
        The so called 'Oyo captains' make things worse by treating customers like dirt.
        Avoid OYO at any cost.
        You saying the same from 4 weeks. You exactly did of adding useful comment to escape as you are forced to add a comment to close this as resolved. Shame on you for being so unprofessional and terrible. I will keep opening a new complain each day until you really resolve it by giving full refund.

          I checked into the oyo room in hyderabad with the above mentioned booking id and was in for a knightmare. The bathroom was in a pathetic condition, the blankets were soiled and the room was dirty. The hotel staff were quick enough to replace the blankets, but did not clean the bathroom despite seeing that it was dirty. I am attaching snaps of the hotel bathroom for your reference. What is your opinion behind associating yourself with such hotels, oyo? Is it good for your long term stay in india? I was a delighted customer with oyo until i stayed in this hotel. I need to rethink about oyo in the future. Any reactions on losing a customer, oyo??

            This is very sickening and pathetic... When we were staying at the ground floor ac was not working properly and cockroaches were there now when they shifted us to first floor which is very inconvinient for my mom... Now floors are not clean water is not coming from the tap... Towels are not there... Very very very inconvinient i need my money back that's it..

              On 3rd may i checked in to the oyo hotel-16645 at ooty.

              1. Tv is not working in the room.

              2. Water heater busted in the night (Photos attached)

              3. No hot water

              4. I stayed only for one day

              I already p[payed rent for two days.

              Informed above details to oyo but no proper reply from them.

              I vacated the room in the next morning (Stayed for one day)

              There is no refund or reply from oyo

                I had to leave hotel due to owner was rude and fought with me because i asked for room with valley view as that is what we booked on oyo site. I spoke to oyo customer care and they told us that our amount will be refunded within 3-5 days however since 25th april 2019, i have been following up with oyo customer support for refund however i have not receive any call backs or any update on any of six tickets open on oyo app.

                Oyo team has wrost customer support ever. They do not understand how the cuomers should be treated. I want my money back at any cost now because I was mentally harassed by the hotel owner and had to shift to different hotel post driving 12 hrs. If I do not get my money back, I will file case in consumer court.

                Yes they did contacted me but didn't refund my money even though I have been complaining about hotel owner since 25th April. Customer support doesn't understand how frustrating it is for people who are on vacation and deal with such kind of behaviour from hospitality company. Am going to file formal case against OYO in consumer court now. I can't believe a company that has now just huge name in market can actually behave this way with thier customers.

                This is how OYO rooms treat there customers. First hotels owner will harass customer and then OYO will do same.. I can't believe this is how Mr. Ritesh Aggarwal and Mr. Aditya Ghosh is running thier business and expanding only to give "Wrost Customer Support" ever.

                  Hello,
                  I recently booked a 4 day stay at homey suites, visakhapatnam. I regret to inform you that the service provided by the hotel was disastrous. I had booked two executive ac rooms, however, the size of both the rooms were different. One being very small compared to the other. Also in addition to this the rooms were defected. The flush wasn't working, there was no power back up, wifi was not functioning. Also the staff was very unresponsive. Our rooms were changed 4 times. We had to shift all our luggage time and again. When we tried raising complaints the staff got rude and said talk to the owner. Is this the way to treat customers? If so, i request this hotel to be closed. Since this is a service industry and they need to provide value for money.in this case we were charged almost 9700rs for 4 days for 2 rooms. However, the service provided by them wasn't worth the money paid.
                  Request the authorities to take action against this.

                    I have booked a room in trivandrum at oyo 2079 on 17th april 2019 to 19th april 2019. When i checked-in at 1:00 pm on april 17th the hotel refused to provide room. They stated oyo rooms wrongly booked and send conformation to me i argued about 9 hours and at last because of personal and political influence they constraint to give a small room. I booked 1 classic (2x) room but they provided a cattle shed like room. You remember i am a 72 years old man suffering a great brain stroke and imbalanced and not able to move and walking with support. Also my wife is a lady of 65 years and having difficulty to walk. Where we will go and search for a room in this conditions nearly 100 times both o[censored]s tried to contact oyo helpline[protected] and the ivrs is not operative because of my luck the hotel provided me a room at 09:30 pm nearly 9 hours i spend in the hotel reception. Think about my situation after that they gave oyo captains number[protected] dailing this number i got reply "the number you dialed not existing" during the entire span of my 72 years life i never met such a situation. After spending two nights 19th april 2019 morning at 05:45 am we approached the reception but no human being available there, then we left the key and escaped from that area on reaching my native place chennai from airport directly i have gone to hospital and admitted in the icu three days i was in the icu then ward up to yesterday this is the experience given by oyo rooms by booking in your company.

                      I booked the hotel mukesh residency through oyo app. The hotel people not allocating the room. And they denied.
                      And they are telling you booked the room on lowest price. If you pay remaining money now, we can allow you.
                      And i contacted oyo people over this number [protected] and they are telling every time we will call you back. But there is no return call from that side.
                      We are waiting in the hotel from nearly 2 hours.
                      This is very inconvenient to us.

                        I have booked one room at varanashi, check in on 02.05.2019 and check out on 04.05.2019 vide booking id znqb5792 at oyo 17171,
                        Booking was made from my brother mobile no : [protected] name: rishabh raj, but against this booking i was the guest and i presented my id proof.

                        The behavior of receptionist was very bad and no food even morning tea was not provided to me. That reason i left out one night before. As there were no food service and the kitchen was closed.

                        I have contact hotel owner ([protected]) but not got proper response.
                        Then i contact mr. Suvam ([protected]) he told me he will contact me. But from 4th may till now i have tried to contact him several time. But he is not picking up his phone

                        I am very sorry to say that till now i have not receive my money back and you should cancel the licence given to sandhya guest house.

                          My name is Kalyan banerjee. There manager Mrs Prasanth and Mr. Saukat ali took my pan card and not created any account in my name and asked me to submit another pan card, so I submitted another pan card in my fathers name later on I found that my pan card was used in making another account without my knowledge and so I started complaining to social media platforms and now they have stopped my another account which was in my fathers name. They are frauds . The company has no control over their managers. There is no customer care person who can solve the issue and their managers think that they can do any thing .

                            I had booked a oyo room in kodaikanal for may 1st through agoda app. The rooms were shut down as the building was unlicensed and hence we were not given the room.

                            I tried calling oyo Helpline but did not Recieve any assistance instead they said I have to call agoda as I had booked through a 3rd party app. I tried calling them as well several times but haven't received a response yet.

                            I need the refund of my booking amount from oyo as the amount has been deducted and the trip says it is completed. I am very frustrated with the customer service provided by oyo. They are not at all professional. They told me I will get an escalation registration message on my number but haven't received it at all. Instead they tell I am connecting you and keep me waiting for hours. Terrible experience booking oyo rooms.

                            I need the refund amount now. That's it!!

                              Today I have booked room in
                              Capital o 14502 hotel hill view guest house hitech for 3 occupancy and after going there hotel desk staff is telling only 2 members allowed, then I called to oyo customer care then they suggested me to go to swagath residency and they sent address message and payment link too, after going to swagath residency hotel, there is no parking and TV is in repair, then again I called to customer care and told them about the issue and they spoke with dest staff and they suggested new hotel my place and I am finally staying here, the problem is they told me to cancel from oyo app and I have cancelled and I am not getting refund and i am calling to customer care for 10 times they r saying they will connect to higher offical and after waiting 40 minutes call will be disconnected, this happened to me 7 times nearly 4 hours I was on calls, they have wasted my time money and mainly my mother is a patient and waited in a car for 4 hours for this improper guidelines by oyo team, I want my refund amount and I want give complaint

                                Hi.

                                Good afternoon.
                                I am extremely sorry that i am having to write to you. But this is after being stranded for 3 hours with any support from your customer support team.
                                To give you a background we had a booking with sea shore resort in goa from 3rd to 5th may from registered mobile number - [protected]. We were not happy with the resort so we called the customer care and he shifted us to hotel flora residency. We were not allowed to check in because we were 2males and 1 female.
                                If this is the policy that is that is followed
                                1) then we shouldn't have been allowed to check in to sea shore hotel and allowed to spend the night there.
                                2) we shouldn't have been shifted to hotel flora which has a policy of its own.
                                3) somewhere in the website it should be mentioned that oyo and hotel policy might be different and check in would be based on the hotel policy.

                                We have been speaking to a number of of customer executives, vinod, shilpa, fawad, rakesh, karan, fahim and many more. Nobody has been able to give a solution.

                                This is extremely dissapointing and not expected from oyo. I have travelled a lot but have never had such bad customer experience ever.

                                I had no other option but to escalate this to you.

                                Kindly look into this

                                  I stayed with one of the properties at oyo in jaipur rajasthan for 3 nights and i booked 2 rooms. There are many problems that i had to undergo. The lift wasnt working and we were put on the third floor. There was power variations and they were not ready to switch on the generator unless told. Everything in their menu was out of stock for 3 days in continuation. The staff was very rude, whatever asked for in the breakfast we were told to wait for 20 minutes and then they say they dont have that particular item. And the list goes on and on. I raised the same complaint with oyo and yet we haven't still received any resolution. This is very bad at the part of oyo.

                                    Hello all,
                                    My booking id is pkg-efua6307. I have booked a package for north east and made 25% payment for book cab and hotels. I made payment on 26 march 2019. And my holiday date is 19 may 2019. Agent told me that operation team will contact me after first advance payment.
                                    One month has been pass out but still did not receive any call from oyo or any agent.
                                    Even i follow up many times to agent but a few chance to contact him. And he said that team will contact you within 48 hours.
                                    I am affaid that is this fake booking or any fraud.
                                    I did not except these things from brand oyo.
                                    Any one update me on this.

                                    They every time told me that within 48 hours you will get all detail. But its 1month passed away, didn't got any single call.
                                    I am wondering that How Oyo do these silly things?
                                    Please provide me hotels and cab details asap.

                                      We have so many complaints against oyo and ishita hotel amritsar. The ishita hotel staff and manager behavior and way of taking is really disgusting. We paid to oyo 7384/- for two rooms for 8 person for 25/04/19 to 28/04/19. When we reached at ishita hotel we asked that we have a booking by the name of sachin chawla we reached at 7a. M we know that i. E. Is not a checkin time we just ask them just give us a clock room for our luggage but they refused and told us come at 12:00p. M. We said ok then moved for other place with luggage. Around 12:00 we reached again for checkin and they gave us a room 405 & 406 we just relax in the room for few minutes and reception person came and said that we have to shift another floor because this floor is already booked for another party person we said then why you gave that room to us if it's already booked they just said sorry then we said it's ok but we will see the room before shifting then we'll shift we just reached at the floor to see the room and hotel staff brings our all luggage without our permission. Then we just angry on all the staff members and refused to change the room and manager came and said that if they were not change the room then charge extra for just two little children who less than 5 years. Now next complaint next day we have a function in amritsar we came late night around 2:00a. M and just after 15 minutes light has gone just our two rooms all hotels rooms light is coming we complained that light is not coming in our rooms they checked and said it's major fault in your rooms light. We will see in the morning because our electricion will come in the morning we can't do anything right now so we said what we do now then they said we checked that we have a room or not then they gave only one room to us for 10 person we lied down in the floor whole night next morning we asked that when will our rooms get ready they said it will take long time now we have to get ready for another function then we asked plz provides one another rooms so that we get ready for our function they said we don't have any rooms we just gave a rooms for just you can fresh in that room we said ok now we came late night they not provide 2 rooms we just adjust again in the one room. One thing more first they gave a room without clean we called them so many times they were are coming we are coming they came but at 5p. M. We ask for water but they don't give us. We have so many complaints also which i can't write. At the check out time they charge extra rs. 3360/- for two children which we paid them. Plz tell me if we paid rs. 11000/- for what for this facility which they provide us. One morning my father is not feeling well we ask about some water but they said when room service person will come then he'll give the water then our anger is out of control and shouting on then they gave water. Plz help us in this matter i think we will get get our all 11000/-

                                        Today is the 8th day but my issue is not resolved.
                                        On 26 april 2019 i faced the issues with oyo rooms (With booked room) (Guy's don't use oyo they have only unhygienic room)
                                        Guy's please share this post to your friends & family :-
                                        1) bedsheet and pillow cover was not clean (Blood on the pillow cover) 😑
                                        2) taking too much time for check-in and changing the room. (The other room was given is also as older one) room was unhygienic.
                                        3) there is no ac remote.
                                        4) there is no tv remote.
                                        5) there is nothing running channel in the tv. The tatasky account was deactivated.
                                        6) furniture was broken.
                                        7) no privacy.
                                        I have all the proofs of my last stay. Like pictures of blood on the pillow cover. Broken furniture. Unhygienic room. Even window curtains are not properly covered the window.👎
                                        I just want my full money back.
