I made a bulk booking for 42 guests for 14 rooms in hotel midtown for 18-19 may, on april 29 and several other single, double and triple sharing rooms for different dates. Mr. Ufiyan assisted me in the same and i paid the amount on the same day. 5000 for the 14 rooms and rest were full payments and my bookings were confirmed.
Today i received an email that my booking (14 rooms) has been cancelled without me requesting or authorising it.

This is appalling and the response from your customer services deserves a word worse than appalling.

My registered number was not reachable as i left that phone at home. I received two other emails as well regarding this phone number and i have provided my alternate number also, i specified it in the oyo app. I received no calls from your end after that.
Me and my friend saketh kapoor have been in constant touch since 1.10 pm (8 may 19) till 6.45 pm. 5 hours and no solution. Everytime we made a call the customer care executives disconnected us while on hold. Thrice the issue came to the extent of rebooking my actual preference but the executives cleverly cut the call or put it on hold until it was disconnected by itself.

Till now the issue has not been sorted and i am very much worried as the booking for 42 guests is not an easy one at the neck of the moment.
To make the matters worse, this booking was made. For the relatives attending my wedding and thanks oyo for totally ruining this.
I really hope it gets sorted and i get my original booking back. An action taken sooner will be appreciated.

This issue is not resolved and is still open. Oyo is not rectifying the issue and cutting the call on me Everytime I talk to a customer care professional. My emails are also not replied.

    I am utterly surprised that an amount of rs. 8886.00 has been charged as cancellation fees for cancelling booking of hotel stay well oyo 13736.
    Here i mention that hotel stay well was not at all booked by me. My booking was at hotel himdhara (Oyo 22331), dalhouse from 15.04.19 to 18.04.19 but you have changed my booking to a different hotel at a different place without prior permission and informing me well in advance.

    While proceeding towards dalhouse from amritsar i made a telephone call to your office for direction and contact no of hotel himdhara, your staff at that moment only informed me that my booking has been shifted to a different hotel due to water and electricity issue at hotel himdhara. He also told me that if i wish i may cancel the booking without any charge. When i asked how a booking can be changed without informing the customer and prior permission, i could not get any satisfactory answer from your end. During that conversation the call disconnected and with constant effort i could contact your office after 2 hours. Your staff provided me the telephone number of stay well.
    When i inquired with the hotel about location the hotel staff informed that the hotel is at banikhet, some 6/7 km from dalhouse. Certainly, this can not be accepted as my priority was to stay at dalhouse. Why should i stay in a different place which is far away from my desired place? So, i cancelled the booking.
    I noticed from your mail that"a small amount of rs.8886.00 has been deducted as cancellation charges". Do you feel that the amount is small for a total booking amount of rs.12912.00? Moreover, how you deduct cancellation charges for a booking which is not at all booked by me?
    This is violation of all rules and practices.
    This was a trip of 6 senior citizens and our pleasant trip was changed to a nightmare by this action.
    I urge upon you to refund the entire amount without deducting any amount.

    Ps - booking of hotel himdhara was displaying in your website with higher prices for the same day circle. Is it the reason my booking shifted to another hotel?

    I received an sms at 12.40 p. M (After the schedule check in time) stating the change of hotel.

    Booking ID-GOFA5830 DATED 05.04.2019 originally for OYO 22331 Hotel Himdhara, Baloon Church Road Dalhouse, from 15.04.2019 to 18.04.2019, which was subsequently shifted to OYO 13736 Hotel Stay Well, Banikhet by you on 15.04.2019 only and WITHOUT INFORMING ME .

      I made a payment for a room via debit card. The money got deducted but the room hasnt been booked.
      Even after opening the link they have sent, it is just saying “oops something went wrong, please try again”. There is no number to directly ask about the inconvinience, something like a oyo customer care.
      I would like a refund if the room hasnt been booked.

        Address: Oyo 23396 Hotel Arogya Palace, opposite Kota Medical College, 323021

        On 07/94/19 i've booked oyo 23396 as hotel arogya palace and bokoing i/d zuno7592 for 3 adults for rs.1200+dinner for rs.238 and paid rs.1537/-
        They only provided a congested double room also they couldn't provided dinner as per booking. When asked to the receptionist who provided a mobile no. For order further we got the dinner and i have been compel to pay against the bill rs.357/- as well as the hotel receptionist misbehaved with us.
        So do for the necessary action against the matter to avoid a consumer court case.

          I paid 1151/- using my debit card via paytm, the payment was not completed and the payment was failed. The oyo app malfunctioned and said the payment for booking could not be completed due to a technical error. However, the amount got deducted from my bank account, even after contacting paytm they told me that the mercent (In this cass oyo) has received the payment, you need to contact them. Customer care executives are not responsive and transfer the call to refund department which never picks ups the call.
          The only information i got from oyo is:
          I have not paid any amount whereas my bank statement says otherwise. Please resolve this issue and refund me at the earliest as it’s going to be 1 week for the same.
          Date of booking: 1st may
          Somebody please come up with a solution.

            Caution!! Confirmation message sent with collection of personal data (Adhaar) however pathetic service provided leading to time waste, wastage of money and additional headache

            So i booked my 3 bhk cottage (Oyo 13384) having high hopes and got confirmatory messages from oyo. Being a regular user and a wizard member i thought if i give money i will get the service that i deserve and that it's oyo's duty to deliver it.

            So when we reach the cottage we message the executive to give us further instruction

            He asked me to whatsapp the adhaar details and so i did then when he asked me to pay them using the link he provided, guess what? It never opened. We used around 6 mobiles with around 9 sims but all futile

            I hate saying this as it further highlights the stupidity of the person on the other side of the phone, (Probably why you got 2 stars extra) he gave us the code and then deleted it...in short we had free entrance to a 3bhk room with no payments. I'm highlighting this lucky situation not to make fun but signal other potential 🐑 sheep (Costumer) who might not be so lucky and would be stranded outside with all personal details shared and no place to go

            Bieng regular and loyal oyo user we made 37 bloody calls to ask the concerened people to take our money but they seemed least interested!!! Just imagine the time and money we wasted to ask oyo to take our money!!!
            We repetitively got remarks like "we are connecting you to the captian" but all futile

            Finally we get the guys to realize we are in the house and that they should collect that damn money but it didn't end here!!! We were asked to make the payment on cash to an executive who will come to collect it then suddenly he asked us to paytm the damn money we withdrew from the bank.

            I'm highly disappointed with oyo's unprofessional behavior and i request the company to solve all confusion within their cooperation for smooth user experience.

              I had a trip planned which could have been really memorable but thanks to oyo and their pathetic service the trip got completely wasted.
              Starting with the beginning, i had booked a 3x room in oyo 30717 hotel shiv shristi palace deluxe (Bjyf7259) for 19th april 2019 located in deoghar, jharkhand. Upon reaching the hotel, the receptionist raised a concern that how did i get the booking as they were running short of the rooms. Then i was given a room which had two doors (Bathroom and balcony) completely broken. I mentioned to them that the condition of the room is not even adjustable for 1 night. The hotel staffs requested us to stay and manage for the night and promised that they will be providing a different room the very next day. I insisted that i can't stay in the room with the broken bathroom and balcony door. I called one of the oyo customer care executives and i briefed the whole story to deepesh. Then, i was shifted to oyo 18873 hotel comfort.

              Upon reaching the second oyo 18873 hotel comfort, i was told that they don't have any 3x rooms available and only had 4x rooms available. I again called the oyo customer care which was barely reachable. Every customer care made me wait for 15-20 minutes and disconnecting the call. Anyways somehow i managed to connect with deepesh khandelwal and he told me to cancel this booking and go for a non-oyo property. It was around 10:15 pm. I could not move to another non-oyo property with my family at night. I requested him for the alternative to stay at the same hotel in the 4x room. With the prior permission, he had booked that 4x room for us with the new booking id. Although the booking was pre-paid, the receptionist asked me to pay completely by cash or else they won't be providing the room. The room cost as per the property was 3000 rs. I had paid 1539 rs. The receptionist mentioned to me that they have some pending money issues with oyo hence they were only accepting cash. I don't understand why i was getting dragged into their internal matter.

              I briefed the whole story with deepesh. His manager had a talk with the owner property. Finally, deepesh told me to pay the property 3000 rupees. As per him, i had to send the invoice to mentioned mail and i will be getting the difference amount, i. E. 1461 rupees. I had mailed with the same ticket id 14709153 against the booking id bjyf7259. Since then till now, i have not received anything. I tried calling them several times but sometimes the call gets disconnected or is unreachable. I had sent 9 gentle reminder mail too. I had not got a single response. I don't know how i can reach to oyo.

              I never expected this kind of miserable service from oyo. Recalling this incident, i am never going to recommend oyo to any of my friends. It's a humble request to refund my balance amount as promised earlier or else i am going to take some severe action against this.

                I made a booking for one month in an oyo life in u block gurgaon. My booking id is 11697. The day i arrived the tv as well as the geyser wasn't working. I was promised by the supervisor that he'd fix it the next day. The same story continued the next day. He said that he'd definitely get it done the day after. It's been 2 days now and nothing has been done regarding this. What's more is that there's no way to contact the supervisor who conveniently isn't to be found now. I've seen bad service, and heard bad stories about oyo but never thought they were true. It saddens me to say that they might be true after all.

                  I have stayed in the hotel banyan ponemelle chennai on 03 may 2019 and vacated at 9 0 clock on 04 may 2019. An amount of rs. 1542/- was paid towards my stay in room number 301.
                  The hotel authorities promised to send bill in my email id [protected]@yahoo.com.
                  Despite my repeated calls in the number [protected] for three days i am not getting the bill.
                  Very very disappointed about the poor quality of the service.

                    Your company customer service is pathetic they clearly say no for the help.
                    I have cancelled the booking due to some problems and made the booking with another property of oyo. Upon asking for refund ur team is literally talking about policy policy and policy and giving the refund of 30% for what i paid. I understand about the policy but this is the first time iam facing a problem and asking for support and help for the first time. I am customer of oyo since years and regular customer i book twice or thrice in a month and never complained about anything.
                    Please refund my full money need your attention towards your customers. Please help me on this please please...

                      This is regarding the booking ID : EWTG9301.

                      I planned to visit wayanad on April 18th and 19th with my Family (9 Adults, 2 & year old kids and 7 month twins). So I booked room using OYO rooms on 21st March itself. It was Prepaid and also confirmed by OYO. On 18th at 10:30 am i receieved a call from OYO (Its just 1:30 Hours before the check in Time) that they are not able to provide the property with I booked. And insisted me to take other property. as i was already traveled half the way from Bangalore to wayanad i was forcefully agreed and opted out for other property. we checked in with property by 5 PM, that time the was no Power, but they had kept UPS. We booked 4BHK apartment to cook food for our 7 months kids. But without power and using UPS we were able to cook food as they kept induction stove. when we asked they told it will come by 6 pm, when again asked they told it will come by 7 PM later it didn't came. with suggection from house keeping boy we tryied to cook using industion stove in UPS, with in five min UPS got drained out. As they proved 2 2BHK we shifeted to other 2BHK house. By 10 PM even that UPS also got drained out. when I called customer care through out night they didn't responded proeprly. With lack of light my mother in-law wanted use washroom, while trying walking she feel down. BY twins with out food in empty stomach they slept by crying a lot, and there was to much of mosquitoes which bite my kids everywhere. Later in morning with lack of sleep we took our mother in law to hospital. When i called customer care people i clearly mentioned that i am not going to vacate room. but this people started calling me to vacate and finally they came along with police to vacate. this is how OYO treats customers. When i tried to ask refund they not even responding properly. If they won't respond to this, I am going to lodge a complaint with Consumer court. As I am having all the proof and the call details with me. And also one of the OYO employee had gave my personal phone number to unknown person with my permission.

                        I have booked northeast package from oyo holidays with booking id zkui 9150
                        . At the time of booking they promised me to give travel breakup at the end of the jousrney., but they just gave me final receipt. As i was travelling on leave travel concession of central govt i can claim my expenses to and fro from bagdogra airport to gangtok.
                        Ihave been repeatedly asking them to send me travel breakup and even mailed them many times, but they are not responding at all.

                          I had booked one room through your app on 17th april. My booking id is dayb6937. As it is prepaid, the property manager denied my check-in as they said they have already ended the contract with u guys. When i escalated this issue with your team. They have said like they will arrange other property without an extra charge. They just kept me in calling line for 2 hrs without any alternative suggestions or help. Later on, when i escalated this issue on social media they said will refund my money within 7-14 working days. But after 14 working days also they didn't refund my money. They stop replying my mail and even customer executive also not responding.

                            My name is ajeet singh my booking id is ixaz2067 in mayur resort. It's clearly mention in hotel policies local guest are allowed but 11o'clock we reached to hotel to take check in they clearly say no after that i called oyo cutomer support they just wasting my time and hang me twice on hold. My friend made another booking id vpbx0592 in pragati palace but again they refuse to give check in beacuse of local id but in hotel policies celarly shows local guests are allowed.

                              I have booked kivi hotel yavachi gangtok from 17 to 21 may.
                              Hotel manager denied the booking saying that we don't accept online payment.
                              By oyo my hotel shifted to sinol retreat gangtok.
                              Now it is showing extra ammount to be payed by me.

                              While i made the booking 3 months prior why should i pay extra money.

                              Provide me same standards hotel at same cost.

                                My booking in the hotel was from 29/04 to 09/05. I had to check out two days prior in the hotel and when called the customer service i was promised an amount of 5, 300 as the check out charges. Was promised a callback from supervisor to confirm the amount but no one called. After multiple calls which i made to the oyo customer service portal the supervisor told me that the charges have increased to 13 thousand. Again was promised number of callbacks in the day where they said they will check their call records of what the agent spoke and will call back for the same but no callback. This is very bad customer service. They have been dropping my calls after being adamant for the issue to be resolved.

                                This is yet not resolved. Inspite of asking OYO to call me after 15/05/2019 i have never received one till date. Have followed up thrice with their customer care from 07/06/2019 and they promise me a callback from their department but not received it till date. Really pathetic

                                Still on line with the OYO Customer service and there is no resolution yet. They have already wasted 6 hours of mine due to their inefficiency to resolve my issue and again i have been kept on hold without resolving my issue.

I have been placed on hold for more than 15 mins for the past four calls i have made and the call is disconnected keeping me on hold. I had complained on 06/05/2019 for high early check out charges and was promised a resolution by 07/05/2019 which is still pending and the customer service provided is pathetic and the customer service reps are of no use.

                                  I have booked a package through oyo total holidays paid the full money still no update on the voucher and driver details booking i'd : vpwq9935. They don't know how to talk to customer and giving different excuses to not give the vouchers. Initially they were behind me to get the payment once i have done the payment not received anything. They are giving different excuses for delaying the vouchers. This is first time i thought i will book my package through oyo holidays but this is the worst experience i faced.

                                  I have done the follow up multiple time still no update on my refund finally the cancelled my package and send me cancellation mail.

                                  They told they will reffund my money within 3 days but i have not received and i had paid around 15k using zest money so they said they wil refund that too but nobody is pickking the call and no reply from the oyo team,

                                  I have complaint on twitter also regarding my refund but they are not taking any action regarding this.

                                  Please take action and refund my money at the last moment oyo team said they canannot send the voucher affter taking the full payment.

                                    I had written about my issue before also but did not get any proper response or revert from oyo this is why i am writing again. My booking id is obkc3082 and can contact me on [protected].

                                    Here i want to explain my issue, i had booking in hotel through oyo for two days and i had paid for my two days stay, when i checked in the room the room was no where near to the room shown in pics even it was dirty and smelling like hell so i request them to change my room but they said this is only room they have for oyo customer, then i requested oyo to shift my stay in different hotel, so oyo executive book another hotel for me i even asked him to confirm about the availability in that hotel, he said he is sure about that hotel and when i reached in hotel diamond then they don't have room so i was on the road at mid night in a unknown city, this was the worst experience i have ever had, i was feeling help less at that time.
                                    No more discussion is needed on this topic i just want you refund my amount that i had paid for two days stay.
                                    Nobody is responding now neither from email or call on their customer care.

                                        I had booked oyo 19847 for 5th-7th may (2 days). But when i went for check-in around 5pm, the condition of the room was very bad, with dirty floor, dirty linens and continuous smell & noise in the washroom. I contacted the oyo captain assigned to me (Zoib - [protected]), and i asked for a refund. But the captain asked me to wait and told that they will shift me to another oyo hotel. I agreed and reached oyo 9326 at 8pm. But even till 10pm, they didn't provide me a room and made me wait at the reception. Thereafter, the captain told me that they have shifted my booking to oyo 618. I went to the hotel and got a room at 11pm. However, i was told by the hotel reception that i was given a room for 1 day only. Captain (Zaib) told me that he will connect with hotel reception, and look after the issue. However, i neither got a call from him after that, and was asked to check-out of the hotel in the morning (6th may). Post that, zaib (Captain) has not been picking my call, while the oyo customer care has not been able to help. Now i am stranded mid-way, where i have already paid for 2 days to oyo, but don't have a room. I have been over phone with oyo customer care since yesterday, and they aren't helping me. It has been a lot of mental and physical harassment and i don't want oyo to get away with such pathetic service easily. Kindly look into the matter

                                        1st Booking was - TXDI1698 (Oyo 19847), where I didn't stay and your captain asked me to move to Oyo9326.
                                        But since I didn't get room there (along with the rude behavior of the staff), I was asked to move to Oyo618 by your captain.
                                        The booking Id was LHPW0897, with stay confirmed for 2 days. However, I was asked to check-out after 1 day.
                                        Moreover, on your app, it still shows as checked-in in Oyo618 for 2 days.
