This is one of the worst hotel with substandard rooms and toilets and they indulge in sex trade as witnessed by my relatives. Young couple are allowed to checked in for 1-2 hrs and left. Though booking was for 4 nights, They had leaved this hotel by paying Rs.2437/- as penalty for using room for few hrs. Not at all a family hotel.

Please refund the forced payment of Rs.2437/- as otherwise hotel owner was not ready to allow check out. Guest have senior citizen (75 yrs) and child (7 yrs) in the group, therefore paid that amount to avoid further harassment.

This nasty experience is only due to misleading informations regarding hotel on oyo app. This is not an oyo controlled hotel but a tie up hotel, where final decision was taken by the actual hotel owner.

    The oyo experience is soo disgusting today. Today i want to check in in ritz durgapur near toll plaza at 12'0 clock but from hotel they daniel for check-in then i called customer care number, so oyo customer care shifted my hotel to ta-tin sagarbangha durgapur, then i move from hotel ritz to hotel ta-tin after 2 hrs, again ta-tin daniel for check-in bcoz they don't provide couple-friendly. But i booked in ritz for couple friendly.
    Then i again called oyo cc they again talk to hotel, hotel manager daniel and oyo cc executive again shift my booking to sher - e - bengal durgapur.
    I check - in at 3.00p. M (Approx),
    May i know why this was happened? Why oyo move 3 hotels for 1 single room, i paid cab ola ₹600 for whole movement in 3 hotels.
    Now my question is:-
    1. Who paid the amount of cab ola???
    2. Why oyo give harassment to us?
    3. Why we wait 3 hrs for a pre-booking room?
    4. Why hotel ritz, hotel ta-tin rejected my booking?
    5. Why i move in afternoon 12'0 clock in different area for check-in???

      I had booked room at r maiden kasauli through it but denied entry by hotel stating that they are full and they don't deal with oyo on weekend. Then y oyo showing it on their site. We ran here and there as no hotel available. We faced lot of harassment and now m not getting refund of payment made by me by oyo. They r putting my call on hold and said that i checked out of hotel inspite of making repeated calls to them they are fraud.

        This place sucks... Here the ac doesn't work... Staffs got attitude.. They don't work properly.. They didn't provide complimentary breakfast even tho it's mentioned.. Worst hotel.. Wrost service. The toilets are not clean they don't change the bedsheets everyday.. They dont take care of it.. Worst hotel experience i've ever seen and had in my life... They don't listen to the customer... They don't clean the rooms.. They don't throw the trash.. Which is inside the room... They are not doing the works tht are mentioned in the page.. Where the information is provided about the hotel... I've paid to stay.. They should take care of everything... There are careless... I don't like their service.. I asked for changing the room because i didnt like it.. They won't doing anything about it...
        They are least bother about providing water or changing bedsheets... They sometimes cut the tv connection. S so tht i don't use it for a longer time.. This is not the way a hotel should be...

        I had book the oyo for suite room in Mangalore as persons were more. But they had provided normal room . Hotel manager had tried to consent oyo several times and I also complained on Oyo helpline more than ten times . I want to sue the company for there fraudulent behaviour with customer.

          I book room & get booking reciept on mail of amount rs 547 payed at hotel. At late night when i cheached there property asked me that on my idfylo1682 i have to pay 887 and i payed it. When i talk to call center no one take responsibility. No one give me senior athority contact number.
          Plz resolve & refund my money other wise i go for legal action.

          I took a room in OYO 27821 hotel Pune, .. Very horrible experience that small snakes are moving inside the vath room.. its really scare thing.. A C nit, working, TV not functioning. I called to Admin more than 5 calls in the night No repsonse from thar... Really we should think about the service oYO
          I have booked at Model town hotel. Later on i cancelled the booking with a specific reason. Then i called 5 times at oyo number but still i didn't get my payment return.

            Dear oyo,

            Please consider this as an escalation mail for the booking reference below.

            Booking id: xpsd7160
            Booking id: yrgx1478

            For our holiday season this year, we have completely booked the rooms through oyo and was expecting to receive a great customer service. However, we went through a
            Horrible and disaster experience for the bookings xpsd7160 & yrgx1478 at oyo 24343 heritage ali baba inn.

            This booking was made for 5 rooms (3x rooms) and when we reached hotel on 17th may 2019 around 01:00 pm, the hotel authority along with the oyo agm - operations (Rajkumar k - [protected]) denied our check-in, stating that there is overbooking. Without our consent and prior notice, the oyo agm - rajkumar has already pre-planned to shift us to another hotel oyo 24094 sun shine grand.

            There was no prior communication from oyo/hotel on this shifting as well. When we tried calling hotel using the app it was saying "we are ready to host you" and was not forwarding the call to the hotel. When we requested the reason for the shifting there was no clear response, either from the hotel authority or the oyo agm who was present at the site.

            During our conversation, we understood that hotel seems to have bookings for multiple days with another customer. Since our booking is made only for one night they planned to shift us to another hotel. The oyo agm was working in favor of the hotel authority instead of servicing us. We have strong doubts and belief that the hotel authority has bribed the oyo agm to execute this plan in the favor of the hotel authority.

            When we were fighting for our rights with the hotel authority, they were constantly stating that we already informed oyo, it was responsibility of oyo to communicate about the change in our booking. When we raised our voice, the hotel authority went one step ahead and threatened us as well along with 4 (Goondas) (We have taken a snap of this as well and attached this email). The oyo agm was very quiet and a silent spectator and he was not helping us during this stressful conversation.

            After a huge conversation and arguments, the hotel authority showed us the email conversation sent by them to oyo on cancelling the booking made by us (Because they have got a better deal for rs 10, 000 per room with another customer). This email from hotel authority was sent to oyo on 13th may, whereas our booking was made on 9th may 2019 (5 days prior). If oyo does provide customer service on first come first serve basis, why there is a favoring taking place here.

            During my conversation with the customer care and escalation manager my ask was very clear,

            I) provide us rooms in the same hotel (Oyo 24343) we have booked
            (Or)
            Ii) give us 5 rooms for free at (Oyo 24094 sun shine grand) + refund the total amount paid for booking (Xpsd7160 & yrgx1478)

            We were made to wait outside of the hotel for around 3 hours along with (2 old people (70+ above), 8 kids, 8 adults). We wanted to spend quality time on the vacation but we were forcibly put into this situation by oyo agm and the hotel authority. Also, we were planning to have our lunch and sight seeing post the check-in, which got delayed due to this issue by 3 hours. With the old people and kids we were put under tremendous pressure to take the resolution of shifting to oyo 24094 sun shine grand along with 25% discount. We were lucky that we planned to check in around 01 pm, had we checked-in in the night we have faced with even terrible situation.

            We were provided only with 2x rooms at oyo 24094 sun shine grand against the 3x rooms booked earlier. This hotel was even charging money was even for providing water bottles (Paid rupees 300)

            Here are my questions now to oyo,

            1. Why there was no prior intimation from either oyo customer care/agm/hotel authority on the change of this booking?
            2. Why was the call hotel option for heritage ali baba inn was saying "we are ready to host you" when there was so much of conflicts on the booking? Even after multiple tries, we were not able to reach the hotel using "call hotel" option.
            3. Why was the hotel not following oyo policy of first come first serve basis. We made booking on 9th may 2019, but the hotel favored another booking which they received directly (Not through oyo) on 13 may 2019
            4. Why the oyo agm was favoring the hotel authority instead of favoring the customer?
            5. Why the oyo agm was quiet when the hotel authority was threating us?
            6. Why were we provided with 2x rooms on oyo 24094 sun shine grand against our 3x rooms on oyo 24343 heritage ali baba inn?

            Here are group bookings we made at oyo for this holiday season,

            Oyo 30904 orange valley hill stay - booking for 5 rooms & 3 nights - 13th to 17th (Ref. Booking id's : vzod6172 & axnr2934)
            Oyo 24343 heritage ali baba inn - booking for 5 rooms & 1 night - 17th to 18th (Booking id: xpsd7160 & yrgx1478)
            Oyo 35719 silver key - booking for 5 rooms & 1 night - 18th to 19th (Booking id's : lfqi3025 & xhrm6592)

            Feedback on other bookings,

            Oyo 30904 orange valley hill stay (Vzod6172 & axnr2934) - during the first day check in, the rooms, beds and bathrooms were not clean. After multiple iteration of discussion with the hotel contact, the rooms were cleaned only on the 3rd night. Also, one of our belongings (Medical kit for children) was lost during the cleaning process and no explanation was provided. There was only one person at the orange valley, he was servicing the group of 20 people all by himself and due to that there was delay/miss out in service.

            Oyo 35719 silver key - excellent stay & great service. Rooms were small for 3 adults, overall the stay was fine.

            We trusted oyo to provide us a quality experience during this vacation, but we were put under severe mental stress and pressure on this holiday season. During the course we lost our valuable time and also faced with some unpleasant experience at the hotels. There was no humanity or honesty being expressed by either oyo agm or the hotel authority, all of them were just behind the money and not the customer service.

            Request you to respond to the questions above and also make course corrective actions on the complaints made.

            Please keep me posted against the action taken.

            I haven't got any update from Oyo in this one. Multiple people called and promised to take action but not no response after that. Does give a clear statement Oyo doesn't care about the concerns raised.

              Qvw10194 - i had booked 4 rooms and travelling with 13 guests including 4 children. Firstly directions to the property we're wrong. Once we reached there and saw a pool filled with moss green water.. We were surprised! The rude lady at the reception just denied check-in saying oyo cheats them and doesn't pay them.. She can give us rooms if we pay the amount she asked.. Which was like triple of what we paid. This was a shocker to all o[censored]s! I tried calling customer service and got a standard response saying systems are down and they can't do much i needed to wait! With the children being so restless we had to move out and the hotel wasn't cooperating.

              We had to check into another property close by which was 4 times the cost and we weren't prepared for this..

              Complete mental torchure from oyo rooms. We need a complete refund from oyo!

                In that hotel I have already book for 5 nights. but they are so e responsible to customer as like, in room cockroach is available for free with spider and spider net. dirty room. they are forget that when they was clean the room. also one issue is their, food quality and room service is most worst in Indian culture. minimum 10 times I was call for room service, but they are not responded.

                I was called customer care for complain, but they are not respond about this.

                  A room has been booked in oyo with booking ID ILYH2486 for checkin on 11.05.19 and checkout on 12.05.19 at SSG Residency (OYO 24476), Nanjangod.But when we reached there at 8.00pm on 11.05.2019, we came to know that the particular property has been closed for long.Apart from that, the property was in a loanely place and we have to drive around 6 kms to reach a residential area.We were using OYO rooms before and we trusted the company. When we called them that night, customer care personnel forwarded our call to a senior manager and he even was not able to provide us with the room in a nearby OYO.Finally we told them to process the cancellation as it was late night in a unfamiliar city and we managed to find a room in a hotel which was not the property of OYO and more money was incurred for that .Even now we dont understand how come the responsible hospitality company like OYO initiated booking in a property which was closed. The money deducted for booking was refunded.We should be given compensation for the mental agony and financial loss encountered.

                    I have moved in oyo pg bangalore. BLR1407.

                    They have promised me that they will provide TV each on every room. When I shift there then they denied to provide the TV.

                    I have also visited the nearest oyo pg and I saw there that they have provided TV each and every room.
                    Now they denied to provide the TV. I have also lodge the complaint on consumer court. Please check the screenshot.

                      Booking id:hgzf9476. I talked to the property manager, they are saying no more relationship with oyo!! Now where shall i go? I am in deep problem! Can someone help me?? I paid in full. I have 2 small kids, where shall i stay now? How come oyo can do this to me? Whom to trust then? Booking date 26-29th may. Oyo did not even bother to let me know all these?! Are they trying to cheat travellers?!

                        I have stayed at hotel hibiscus [protected]@bangalore from 14 to 15th may 2019.
                        Booking no.: xztm3245.

                        I did an early check in by 7:20 pm and they have mentioned will be an additional charge of 199rs. Which is fine for me and said yes for additional charges.

                        After check-in went for complimentary breakfast and they charged extra for breakfast rs 60. Not sure why they are charging again for breakfast.

                        While doing check out, the lady sitting in the reception treating very arrogantly. And not even showing any courtesy to others. She has mentioned the amount that i need to pay. I have asked for the breakup details because it's very obvious that i need to submit at my office.

                        She arrogantly replies to that, now you pay and get out the details will be mailed after 45 mins. I insist on the details at least for me to know. After i have explained about my situation, she has given details and i found out there is calculation error for 120 rs extra.
                        After the payment is done, she is literally trying to throw me out and started shouting. Very rude behavior from the lady receptionist. Hereafter, i will ask my employer not to choose oyo any more.

                          After several phone calls, your authorized person mr. Amandeep kaur not responding us.
                          He is avoid to come online since 1 week.
                          Request you to provide us our final package voucher with all required hotel & car pnrs.
                          As a reputed company of holiday trip provider, we are accepting this type of delay in services.
                          We are not able to wait more, as my trip will start on dt: 26.05.2019

                            We have booked package for north-east tour through oyo rooms.
                            We have fully paid full amount of package rs.98000/- to oyo on dt: 11.05.2019. (Our package will start on dt: 26.05.2019 & it will end by dt: 01.06.2019)
                            After several reminder and phone calls, they are not issuing us final trip voucher to us. (Package dill was final with ms. Sonika)
                            (Herewith, personally complaint against mr. Amandeep kaur - final responsible person of oyo hotel package voucher allotment. Who is not received our calls since 1 week)

                            Request to do needful on urgent basis.

                              With high regret i am having to write this mail.
                              Since past 7 days i am chasing, calling, texting oyo executives and oyo helpline regarding booking ids:

                              Zghv9061
                              Ksba7954
                              Xkst0962
                              Ozyk9036

                              But no one is able to send the gst tax invoice of these bookings, the only reply i get is i’ll send it in a while or it isn’t possible, or sometimes you’re mailing the payment receipts which isn’t the solution. As tax invoice is the only legitimate invoice and payment receipt is just a proof of payment.

                              Urge you to look into this and provide me a tax invoice for the above booking ids. Failing which we will have to raise this highlight this issue with the appropriate tax authorities regarding this tax evasion friendly practices being followed by oyo.

                                We booked a hotel in gokarna paid via netbanking and when reached ter hotelier said he can't get us in unless we pay 500 rs extra.
                                He also mentioned oyo/gobibo is fraud company they do not pay us the amount on time. We can't let oyo customers. Then i registered a complaint to gobibo customer care, they made an another booking n we stayed in near by hotel. But the money which we paid towards first hotel is not refunded. I tried calling gobibo many a times and they say oyo has to return the payment.
                                Kindly help me out in getting the payment.

                                  I booked the hotel room for 2 days, that's 19th may 2019 and 20tg may 2019.
                                  But i reached the hotel at 20th may 5:30 am, the receptionist was so arrogant with us and the behaviour was so rude. He started to argue that no rooms are booked here for us. After i showed him the full details of our booking he gave the room. The room was so unclean, the bathroom lights weren't working. The fan switches were partially broken.
                                  The customer service which oyo usually assures is not given here. Bad experience actually! Oyo needs to take this problem seriously. Only appoint staffs who know how to behave properly to the guests!!!
                                  It's like our money is wasted!! Oyo need to issue a refund!

                                    I have booked an oyo room for booking no. Zqva6128 for three guests near cochin airport. Check in time is from 6th may 2019 12noon onwards checkout on 17th may 2019 before 12noon. When i reach at oyo home 15726 they said oyo contract period expired. I was surprised because i got a telephone call regarding confirmation and i confirmed. Later on, the way to hotel i got a call from your agent, he said the room is ok. I went there along with my family with ladies. I reached there at 10:30 pm and the place was not very remote and there was no electric supply on the way to the room. When we reach there the hotel owner mr. Jobin informed me that this hotel oyo contract period expired and you can take this hotel by paying more amount. I was stunned because i heard that oyo is reliable. This was my first experience and that too this type of incident. I really hate oyo experience.

                                      I have booked a oyo 19610 hotel nutan krishna (Vrindavan) dated-29th april 2019 (Sunday) & booking id - eqhi6409 (Narendra kumar gutgutia).
                                      When we went to the hotel at 8:30p. M, they didn't accepted (Reception manager) our booking & said that we dont accept online booking & you go and take some another hotel.

                                      Than i cancelled my booking but not received the refund payment back and it has been more than 20 days. We talked to the customer care of oyo but they didn't respondent properly on the matter.

                                      Refund my amount within 7 days.

                                        I have booked in Rumani Hotel in Puri (OYO-4028) from (10th May to 12May).

                                        Paid the Full amount in advanced by 27-April-2019 via PayTm.
                                        Booking ID - HLQT4871

                                        I came to know the booking was canceled at checking time and it was canceled from the Hotel Side. Hotel Owner told that they don't have rooms as its under Maintenance & they have asked OYO to stop the booking but still in the OYO site & App the Hotel was available.

                                        I have paid the amount and not got the hotel for stay.

                                        I called oyo Customer-care at that time & they promised to refund the amount that time but now they running away from refunding the amount.

                                        I called customer care more that 20 times every time they putting the call on hold for 20-30 Min and then disconnecting. Few times they have told that they will arrange the call back but it never happened.

                                        I don't know why OYO is doing such cheap behavior & running away from the problem.
