mental and financial harassment

1. We booked a hotel in Kapashera, a 4X room quite spacious and pleasant to look at, a week prior to the actual booking date. The hotel was situated at a distance of 35-40kms from the place we reside in( booked it because it was extremely beautiful.)

1. I booked for OYO hotel for self and my hotel around 7 PM and got the following confirmation
2. Subsequently I was asked got a notification for online payment to avail a discount of 451 INR for total bill of 4500 Plus INR total bill
3. I did the same and a sum of INR 4067 was deducted from my debit card but I did not get any notification for payment
4. I called the call center around 8 PM to confirm the payment receipt...

non refund of security deposit

My security deposit is not return after 25 days of checkout.

They ate making fool to person.

Supervisor/demand manager (Nitesh verma/ rahul) is giving instruction to no written notice is required for 1 month stay which have informed first day of checkin.

Now customer care is telling i need to submit written notice. So they will not return my deposit.

I have 04 times booked the hotel through oyo. But this time that was pathetic experience. I have booked ticket on 10.05.19 for 11.05.19. Oyo hotel neelam palace, oyo 13277 was not upto standard. While in pics show on internet its looking very shober n pleasant.
I was with family so i want big room accord i book the ticket.
Once i reached at recption he offer me very small room that i complain at a time...

I just booked my stay in oyo property. My stay was horrible and they don't provide what they promised. Wifi was hell and fan was running very slow... Breakfast they provided only 2 idly... booking not accepted by hotel, I have paid, please refund

It is my first time trying oyo, but hotel did not accepted my booking, they said oyo has took over booking and we are not responsible.

refund hasn't been received.

A refund of amount inr 4828.0 initiated against booking id: mcwx5769 on 10/5/19 hasn’t been received yet. Please look into it at the earliest. It’s been a week already and i will have to take other measures if it isn’t reinstated at the earliest. Oyo is a big brand and you wouldn’t want to be known for scamming people. I do hope you will look into my request and do the needful....

But no one is able to send the tax invoice of these bookings, the only reply i get is i’ll send it in a while or it isn’t possible, or sometimes you’re mailing the payment receipts...

I have booked a room in goa for 03 days, but was unhappy after looking at room, it was a very bad experience after calling the call centre, they made me wait for almost 3 hrs in phone hanging me. I had to disconnect and call back again the same thing the answer was sir please wait we will call back, but the call never came that 10 to 15 mins never came... Hi, we stayed at oyo 29610 sanman regency, mysore on 11th of may to 12th of may 2019 and occupied 3 rooms. Booking was done under the name prasad khade, booking id sfcp6078. We were charged 2700 inr for each room for 1 night and 8100 inr in total. Looking at the conditions of the room, it should not cost more 1000 to 1500 inr per night. fraud committed by oyo executive customer care and oyo rooms "15158 mussoorie international"

I am really disappointed with the oyo app service. I called to one of the executive from oyo about the confirmation but "oyo 15158 mussorie international" did not confirmed our booking as it was already paid on 10th of april and showing confirmed. I waited at the hotel for about 1 hour they didnt provide us room because of their own lease problem, and continously denied to give room because of room and leakage in bathroom it was really embarrassing...
