I have lodged a complaint regarding continuous messaging from oyo, they have given me a written promise to solve it within 48 hours, but days after that, no solution, even the customer care service is not treating me well.
They are sending me messages starting from midnight until 4-5 a. M., even in morning too with different numbers. The messages are about a complaint lodged to them around 40-50 days ago which they already solved, but keep on sending me messages in the mid night
More than thousand messages have been sent to me, i am highly disturbed by this

    I booked oyo on 21st (Tuesday night) for 22nd may '19. The name of the hotel was club residency, ramesh nagar, delhi. The infrastructure was horrible, no cleaniness. You ppl charges 1200 rupees for that bull # hotel, it was too clumsy and sticky, the owner took my phone while checking out and gave the good review byhimself. The room was at the roof. We as your customer who really belive and trust oyo for good services really request you to set some parameters to give oyo membership to any property. The owner name was lavanshu bhatia. It was really a shaddy place. Dirty pillow covers, walls were in worst condition. I want my refund. Last month i booked oyo at janakpuri it was horrible too. No electricity back up was there. Horrible experience till now with oyo hotels. Please keep and set your standards high so that customers should also enjoy and feel good about the hotels. Stop giving your name to bull # properties.

      According to the email attached sent from your end for the refund if it is not getting Processed on said stipulated tat same issues will be taken seriously for consumer forum .
      Today after escalating yesterday dated 22 may got a call from your end untill there haven't received any calls from your end but got an email revert stating that u guys tried to reach out but not able to reach. After checking got to know u guys hav taken wrong mob no and also request was not initiated on 12th wen I communicated for the refund.
      Kindly take it note clearly I can't wait anymore according to the 12th email communication sent from ur end according to that I Shud get my refund processed to my account if not will be taken this to consumer forum . And again request has been initiated for refund.

      And kindly trying to give an feed back Abt the customer service team whomever contacted me are not eligible to work for that role because they are not able to understand our query or concern or complaint mentioned from our side.

        We have arrived from a long distance nd we followed everything in Subject of which they told us.
        In every manner we try to adjust but this is more than anything, At midnight they knocked the door like we are criminals, it's totally disgusting. And they are threatening us and they are showing the local powers to tourists, we say India as incredible India, But here the situations are totally incredibly wrong, i need action against the owner of this oyo premises, this is not the first time we are staying in oyo room's. Its first time someone scolded us, need justice otherwise i know how to tag CEO and how to complain consumer forum, just check the bookings I'd: MGLU3056, promises Code : 6519, Oyo 6619 Batasia Loop Darjeeling

        I need resolution immediately and I need refund. Or just backdoor this promises.
        Its totally embarrassing moment I ever faced in my life and from now I am scared of in staying oyo rooms.

        Do respectful action against this oyo property.

          escalation and refund

          I had booked a room with oyo with checkin on 2nd may and checkout 4th may. After checking to the hotel nothing is like they said or claimed on web portal. So i escalate the issue to oyo escalation team and after giving all the required proof to oyo escalation team told me to check for refund and for now they agreed for 30% refund of booking amount and later they said they will update us.           I have been traveling since 26th April 2019 regarding official work. I have booked different hotels via 12 different bookings. I have provided GST details in advance before booking the hotel, BUT I have received a GST bill for none. OYO gust provides me a simple payment receipt. There is a difference between a GST bill and a simple receipt they need to understand and I do not understand the point of providing the GST details then. I have called their customer care service several times. I have also raised the issue on OYO assist, but they do not provide a solution to me or they put my no on hold for hours. These are wasting my time, cheating me and cheating the government also by not providing GST bills. I want GST bills for all my booking.

            I had booked my sri lanka package from oyo total holidays and paid 25% advance after they constantly kept calling me (Even on weekends). After the ongoing tensions, i asked them to cancel the package and they told me that refund won't be an issue as they are no longer taking bookings for sri lanka as they situation there is too bad and i shouldn't be worried about it!

            I have constantly called the agenct - vikas sharma and he has not responded to any of my mails or calls. He just puts it on his supervisor and disconnects the phone if i call him from a new number.

            This is the worst customer service ever. Also, a major fraud agency.

              At the time of booking oyo has shown me 720. And i made the payment by the hdfc60. I made payment 602. Showing one amount and taking another amount. Instead of cheating customers oyo can beg the money.

              No1 cheating company. Customer care people cutting the lines without giving solutions.

                I booked a room for 3 person in hotel kamdhenu booking id khsu9534. But at the time of check in hotel manager denied to check in stating that we are not allowing this room booking thorugh oyo. Talk with oyo customer care.

                May times i called your customer care no. But i think your all customer care executive are not want to work. This is ridicules to treat a customer.

                My team is waiting at reception of the hotel.

                  Complaint is regarding below booking blod7063 which is canceled by oyo during my travel. And i got booking confirmation message multiple times in what's app and mail also i have full communication history of oyo assistant who also confirms me on booking but along with cancelation message also floating to me for that oyo also launch a complaint saying that it was flaw alarm. Which realy gave mental tourcher to me. When i called to oyo assistant he helped me to book oyo bhzt9165 at 14157 all inclusive for 3 room 7 adult and 2 children's but room booking is done for 7 adults by your agent. Even that amount was appx 2000 extra of my previous booking but as i was in hang situation due to oyo so i agreed on 14 k but when i reached to hotal then i asked to pay extra 1000 rs for kids which increased to 1500 later and add to my bill. Even my booking is still showing for 7 adults... Room quality is also not good sabit is full of sepage smell and no proper lighting no credit card machine at hotal other many thing which i faced during my check-in.. Very worst experience in my hotal booking history. After a day travel i was spent an hour for my check-in.
                  So can you pls confirm if all happening are correct per oyo policy and i need to pay extra 1500 on offered amount after such incidents...
                  Pls do the needful or let me know the next escalation level...

                  Thanks for your response but I would like to say again that apologies would not make me feel good as due to of that experience my trip was totally disturbed in last two days..I was not getting facilities but Oyo was asking extra money hotel change my room next day once I Complaint damaged bath tub where no one can bath and second room also was also having damaged light points along with dirty wall and damaged and dirty curtains but on the same time I was asked to pay bill with extra amounts...also on bill I was not getting 1500 RS as a kids charge it was showing as extra amount.
                  Above on my room there were nest where you continually get voice of baby bird and morning once you open door you see died bird in front of you..so many other things to share for this property and my booked and cancelled property during my travel to Mumbai..few chats are paste here for you reference where I got confirmation on my earlier booking and once I cancelled my backup booking then again I got cancellation of my previous booking...so pls tell me how can I compensate my self for all these instances...

                  I was buy tour packages manali
                  from oyo witn anil kumar he say lie and give me package after he take full payment
                  He say to me to many things to manali but when i came here i got nothing he show me only 1 place i give extra money to them
                  I have booked Oyo room in Pune, Hotel Heritage Resort.But services are very worst.AC is not in working condition.TV is not having any signal.Bathroom is not having any soap or handwash.Too many mosqitos even not able to sleep properly.

                    I have had a rough experience with oyo before with reference to the mammoth amount of miscommunication took place while our property went to oyo which started from dec 2018 and continued up till feb 2019.

                    As per the latest communication provided to us - this property (A-70, sector 52, noida) is no more under oyo.
                    We have already paid the rent to the required stakeholder.

                    Despite of that and multiple mails and compalins to oyo, i am continually receiving mails and calla from oyo asking me to pay the rent. Also receiving emails from their legal team! It is absolutely pathetic.

                    I have requested oyo before to please don't move such mails that just break the customer base that they have built. Check with your backend team first - validate the details and then float such mails. It is a great problem for the user/customer and this can highly tarnish the brand's image and it is extremely inconvenient and disheartening for the customer.

                    I request and urge you to check facts and details and stop such mental molestation of customers.

                      This complaint is about booking of oyo room. I booked a oyo room and got a confirmation of booking but when i reached at hotel in late night there i was told that my booking is not confirmed and later i got a message of shifting hotel and i when reached to other hotel there again i was told that room is not available which cause lot of problem for me as i was travelling with my wife. Being a regular customer of oyo i faced such problem which was disappointing. When i contacted oyo executed he was not able to solve my issue and told me that he will call me back in 10 minutes but till morning i didn't get any call from him.in morning around 10:30 i got message about my stay in the hotel i booked earlier which was really disgusting. How could i get such message when i was told that my booking was not confirmed and i didn't stay in that hotel.
                      One person travelling with his family, trusting on oyo services, what he get? This type of services. This is very shameful. Till now 5 days past but didn't get any resolution from oyo team. I am expecting a resolution to this problem so no one suffer with such kind of problem in future because this type of mistakes can cause big tragedies in someone's life. Kindly look into the matter and try to solve it as soon as possible.

                        Myself Manish verma & My booking Id TLPX2680. Today I've called more than 6 times to Mr. Abhishek on mobile no. [protected]. He is so called my relationship manager, along with me my friend whose booking Id is JWHG0895 (Mr. Ajay kumar) also called many times to Mr. Abhishek but each time we told our problem which we are facing since our package has started but till now no step has been taken by their end and continuously they are saying we are forwading your concern to higher authority but failed to solve our problem. Highly disappointed by your service specially by two representative. Mr abhishek and miss Arti.
                        Your Oyo drivers are more cooperative then your inactive xecutives.

                          I made full payment and booked an OYO. I was called by OYO one day before checkin asking for checkin time, which i told as 9AM, but when i reached the hotel at 9AM, the person at the reception told me if you want to checkin before 12 you'll have to pay extra charges, then i showed him my checkin time in the app as 9AM, to which he said i dont follow OYO policy and if you want to checkin before 12 you'll have to pay extra charges. By the way according to OYO policy 10AM onwards checkin is complemetary, to which he denied rudely saying i dont follow OYO policy, i am here to make money. And rooms were available which he only told me.

                          Then i called OYO customer care and sat there and talked to them for 2 hours staright, got escalated 4 times but they were not able to help me in any way, he was rude to them too. and i had to sit in his sad office for like 3 hours and all he kept asking was money, and there was rooms available which he only told me. And he totally denied all OYO polcies.

                          My sister came to visit me, and he called me several times saying visitors are not allowed, i told him that she's not gonna stay and came only to meet me to which he said no visitors allowed. then I once again reminded him about OYO policies to which he shouted that dont you talk to me about OYO policies, this is my hotel.

                          Then i told him i'll be doing late checkout, for which he denied for complementry late checkout that is uptill 1PM. So i asked him how much you'll charge for checkout at 6PM and he told 50% of the tariff, i agreed as i had no other option. But then he called at 4PM and asked me to checkout, and forced me to checkout at 4PM.
                          I asked him for the bill and he gave me false bill for wrong room number. when i asked him to correct it, he was shouting again saying it doesnt matter, why do you care so much.

                          He was RUDE and SHOUTING all throughout. And i felt that he's mentally unstable or something, and i was very scared during the stay. Please verify this property and the person incharge there.

                          Overall it was a very pathetic experience from property side as well as OYO side. So hands down, i dont think i'll be using using OYO again.

                          There has been no resolution or any kind of effort to own up for their mistake and bad service from OYO people. They are not delivering what is promised and i consider it as fraud.

                            This is a bad experience we had with this service apartment we booked with oyo.

                            - when we checked in, the front desk did not offer if we want bottled water. But customer service mentions that they offered
                            - the water kept in a jug in a room is more than 1 week old. It was dirty filled with ants. My 5 year old was about to drink until we noticed. I had to ask the water to be changed
                            - the bedsheets were blood stained. It was only changed when asked.
                            - for breakfast, vada was provided with idly. Vada was smelling like fish. Then we realized it was cooked in reused fish cooked oil. Even er removed 1 small fish bone

                            Calling oyo guest relation officer, they tell the hotel people did not do anything. For vada they say it was bought from outside and they will fix it

                            When i ask customer service of oyo to send a oyo captain to do spot inspection oyo was reluctant to send someone also

                            Oyo is not interested to resolve my problem

                            Yes the resolution is crap. You offer a refund of Rs 621 for serving Non Vegetarian food to a Vegetarian, have Blood Stained Bedsheets for Children to use. Don't you think you guys should call and speak first to understand all the issues before doing these gimmicks.

                            Actually i have a planned travel coming up in June and my family have serious thoughts should we use OYO considering the experience we had

                              I was rejected from checking in by hotel saying they have drainage issue and they had informed oyo regarding this where i wasn't intimated by oyo side.
                              I made my own arrangement on the same day since it was night 11.30pm.
                              When i raised ticket to file complaint against hotel in oyo app i was shown i have checked in and checked out of hotel which wasn't the scenario.

                                The oyo experience is soo disgusting today. Today i want to check in in ritz durgapur near toll plaza at 12'0 clock but from hotel they daniel for check-in then i called customer care number, so oyo customer care shifted my hotel to ta-tin sagarbangha durgapur, then i move from hotel ritz to hotel ta-tin after 2 hrs, again ta-tin daniel for check-in bcoz they don't provide couple-friendly. But i booked in ritz for couple friendly.
                                Then i again called oyo cc they again talk to hotel, hotel manager daniel and oyo cc executive again shift my booking to sher - e - bengal durgapur.
                                I check - in at 3.00p. M (Approx),
                                May i know why this was happened? Why oyo move 3 hotels for 1 single room, i paid cab ola ₹600 for whole movement in 3 hotels.
                                My registration mobile number is nine seven three two three three seven six one six, i booked hotel in 21st, chek the details from my phone number
                                Now my question is:-
                                1. Who paid the amount of cab ola???
                                2. Why oyo give harassment to us?
                                3. Why we wait 3 hrs for a pre-booking room?
                                4. Why hotel ritz, hotel ta-tin rejected my booking?
                                5. Why i move in afternoon 12'0 clock in different area for check-in???

                                  My booking id - mdkc5069 on oyo 3883 hotel grande royale indore.
                                  The persons at reception are rude and un-skilled. They have taken more than 40 mins to checkin - and check out. Which may cause me to miss scheduled train.
                                  Also the billing for food bill no - 14391 the total amount was 350 + 6% cgst + 6% sgst = 392 which was printed onbill also
                                  But below the total amount was mentioned as rs 450.

                                    I have paid a deposit of 13000\- in oyo life online payment and when i asked for a room change due to the previous room ac was not working properly, they asked me to do a fresh booking again pay a deposit and they will refund the previous room deposit.

                                    I did as suggested but now they stopped responding to my mails and there is no update for me regarding my deposit.

                                    Even oyo guys stopped picking my phone calls.

                                      If there would have been negative rating I would give minus infinity. Please don't go here!!! Very bad, pathetic, hotel full of liars. I have booked this hotel via Oyo, I was bit late, and I informed them in advanced but they cancelled my booking and after reaching the hotel they told the booking is cancelled by me. I would have been stranded there @9 pm, so he knew my miserable, he manipulated and said he will give the room at same amount. And then he said there's no Kitchen or food facility available, after the payment, you can order online, but I checked it clearly on the Oyo website, that complimentary breakfast and food facility was included, he then said there won't be any water bottles available, this made me very angry. There's no restaurant available. Moreover room amenities contained Geyser, king sized bed, but there were none and it was stinky and very very small. Plus no Card payment machine was in working condition. Hotel staff was rude. Then I called Oyo customer care, and reported the issue they told me it was cancelled by the hotel staff only. And Oyo was not ready to take the responsibility of the incident. It was terrible experience from both Oyo and it's panelled hotel Sarthak Palace, Paharganj, New Delhi.
