Updated by Vatanuj Thanks for your response but I would like to say again that apologies would not make me feel good as due to of that experience my trip was totally disturbed in last two days..I was not getting facilities but Oyo was asking extra money hotel change my room next day once I Complaint damaged bath tub where no one can bath and second room also was also having damaged light points along with dirty wall and damaged and dirty curtains but on the same time I was asked to pay bill with extra amounts...also on bill I was not getting 1500 RS as a kids charge it was showing as extra amount.
Above on my room there were nest where you continually get voice of baby bird and morning once you open door you see died bird in front of you..so many other things to share for this property and my booked and cancelled property during my travel to Mumbai..few chats are paste here for you reference where I got confirmation on my earlier booking and once I cancelled my backup booking then again I got cancellation of my previous booking...so pls tell me how can I compensate my self for all these instances...

my name is sampa and I was booked room o.n booking id was WNME6278. as per your executive I was paid 25% amount n amount was rs590.after booking i was chek from my oyo app booking confirm or not. That time no booking show on my app and amount was paid..again I called oyo customer care.that time another agent inform me my booking not confirm due to 25% paid.n thats why booking not showing in my app.if I want confirm booking then want to pay full amount .as per your agent information I was cancelled my previous booking.and arrange e new booking n also paid full amount.. and the agent promiced me the cancelled amount was credit in my account within 1 hour.right now cancelld amount not credit in my bank account.
I was book another room. n booking id XTIE2539 N as per oyo policy I was paid 25% amout...n this booking also cancell my side for your agent miss communication n this amount also not credit in my account..
I want to refund my amount within one day .and pls teach better knowldge about oyo room to your executive its help for customer..
