oyo cancelled my booking without me initiating or authorising it

I made a bulk booking for 42 guests for 14 rooms in hotel midtown for 18-19 may, on april 29 and several other single, double and triple sharing rooms for different dates. Mr. Ufiyan assisted me in the same and i paid the amount on the same day. 5000 for the 14 rooms and rest were full payments and my bookings were confirmed.

I am utterly surprised that an amount of rs. 8886.00 has been charged as cancellation fees for cancelling booking of hotel stay well oyo 13736.
Here i mention that hotel stay well was not at all booked by me. My booking was at hotel himdhara (Oyo 22331), dalhouse from 15.04.19 to 18.04.19 but you have changed my booking to a different hotel at a different place without prior permission and informing me well in advance.

I made a payment for a room via debit card. The money got deducted but the room hasnt been booked.
Even after opening the link they have sent, it is just saying “oops something went wrong, please try again”. There is no number to directly ask about the inconvinience, something like a oyo customer care.

Your company customer service is pathetic they clearly say no for the help.
I have cancelled the booking due to some problems and made the booking with another property of oyo. Upon asking for refund ur team is literally talking about policy policy and policy and giving the refund of 30% for what i paid. I understand about the policy but this is the first time iam facing a problem and asking for support and help for the first time....

I have booked kivi hotel yavachi gangtok from 17 to 21 may.

biggest fraud and cheaters
