I have booked the OYO hotel

Name- OYO 1123 Hotel Rock Regency

Booking No- AQFW6721

Advance Paid- 10000

Check in date- 15-1-19

Check out date- 17-1-19

Booking cancelled date[protected]

Advance Paid- 60000

Check in date- 15-1-19

Check out date- 17-1-19

Till date i have not received the refund of the cancelled booking, I do receive messages from OYO regarding cancelled booking, even though the OYO 1123 Hotel Rock Regency is refunding me payment,

This is highly unethical on their part, I strongly recommend OYO to intervene in this matter and solve the issue thats unresolved since 7 month.

Please find attachments of the bookings done.

    I would like to inform you that I am very very disappointed with the service you provide. When my guest reached at the house there was no representatives and no one to take up the formalities they had to wait for 2 hours and then the Owner of the house came in saying you can not avail the room and he has asked my guest to return back.

    Now when I am calling to your representative seeking help they are putting my call on hold and then disconnecting.

    How bad your services are. I need my money back.

    This was my first booking with OYO and the experience you provided is really devastating . I would prefer never to take your services again.

    hope you understand the pain area and take action accordingly.

    at same time after disconnecting my call I have received the email saying booking cancelled and no refund to be made - I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY IS THIS ? I HAVE NOT DONE THE CANCELLATION, YOU GUYS CANCELLED SAYING PROPERTY DAMAGED NOW NO REFUND WHY ???

      I have booked a room from oyo.. First they confirmed the booking money got deducted. When we reached there, manager said rooms were over booked.in 45 degree temperature we stood outside of oyo. Woest customer service they always hold ur call. They don't have any solution. After half an hour we transferred to another oyo. We went there. There were again new issue ac was not working. We called customer more than 20 times they received the call but put it on hold. As we don't have any choice that time so we checked in. Manager said he will transfer us within 2 hours in another room.in that room we stayed even nobody can stand. I have all the images. I already complained against oyo. After that they were bribing me.in bribe 300 bucks they provided me against next booking. Seriously i don't need your filthy money.. I need justice. You can't imagine how filthy those rooms and washrooms. Doors were broken, rats roaming in my room, no privacy, dust was everywhere. Worst customer service. They all are uneducated. My booking id is lhzr0217. Oyo 3593 fragrance habitat worst experience ever had in my life.

        Hi,

        I booked a room for myself at OYO 10239 Holiday INN Paradise, Chandigarh through Go Ibibo. Hotel booking ID : [protected].

        I was travelling from Delhi to Chandigarh on 27th April. I reached Hotel around some time before 12. As it is, the hotel looked different from what i had expected. Dirty entrance with broken sofa set and literally no place to sit for guests at the reception, not even a chair. The person at the reception was doing everything but least bothered to attend me and the other guest who was exiting. I had to really interject and ask him to attend us. Post checking my details, he bluntly refused my entry stating he cannot allow the guest if the room is pre_paid. Reason given was that Oyo/Go ibibo team does not give them their due money and Hotel is planning to cancel their agreement. I was speechless and clueless as to what to do in this situation. I reasoned with him that such internal matters don't mean anything to guests and i cannot be left stranded like this. I was on business and had to attend a meeting in few hours. Plus i was not a localite that i would hunt for hotel at nick of the time. He did not budge and forced me to speak to customer care. My booking was for OYO room but payment was from Goibibo. No customer care team helped me regarding this. I was stranded for more than hour at the hotel without any direction. I was forced to call Police and lodge a complaint with them. Post intervention from Police authorities, i was given a room. Room was so dirty with wall paint coming out, TV working intermittently, drawers with cockroaches and dirty bed sheet & pillows. It was so much different from what i had seen in the photos that I would call this doing fraud. I though i got a good deal from OYO/ Go ibibo and room would be decent enough to stay overnight. But it was such a ordeal and fight to even get a room. Post this struggle, it was no good to get a room like this. I did not stay there and left to find a diff place to stay for one night. i came back next morning to hotel for returning keys.

        Oyo and Go ibibo had such a good name in the past which has deteriorated by tying up with such hotels. They are such shady places. I am shocked to see that your team does not even run a check on what kind of places are associated with their name. You can understand my predicament where a non local person is refused accommodation that too after payment and has to run for local police for help. Had i not requested, there was a possibility that Police would have taken a strict action against Hotel.

        Rather than easing out trouble for customer during travel (which i guess is your objective), it ended up as a suffering.

          First thing is when im choosing hotel from oyo site every time im selecting for 3+3=6 guest hotel for two room (3 person in each room), now i dont know where mistake when i confirmed booking in hotel oyo 10068 hotel rathna, i shure im selecting two room and 3+3 guest, but when i reach in hotel as per shedule, the manager told me first u pay balance amount along with checkin, i say ok, immigiae i piad balacne. And then he told u have selecting only 1+2 = 3 person in two rooms, how can he??? He demanding more money to stay 500/- per person

          Se we are on family tour, we request him this is only somewere mistake to select person but he never

          Now the hotel report

          Very very very poor quality hotel

          All taps in bathroom are likage or not workig properly

          One of tap in wash basin (Right side) comes in my hand

          Bothroom door very dirty and below side of door in damage

          How can u suggest this type of hotel

          So we deside to leave room immidiately within 24 hour we left this room

          For this all kind we trying to call ur all support no. We cant reach ther

          We are booking for two days, but we left in one day only

          So this is my humble request for refund one day fare

          And request to oyo team this payment cut from hotel team and return us

            Worst experience with oyo. My booking id: zqdu6031. On reaching hotel, hotel staff refused, they told room not available instead of confirmed booking. On contacting oyo on whatsapp they told they will search other hotels for me. They are of no use in case of emergency. No contact details. Only whatsapp. What a foolish reply by oyo. What's the use of booking with oyo. Can't trust. I ve informed all my friends, colleagues and relatives to beware of oyo. Now i ll never book with oyo.

              Dear team

              I mayur lunawat booked at oyo room for 10th may 2019 at bay paradise. Without my permission they switched my booking to some other hotel. And now at night when i checked my booking i had to call the cc to check into the matter. I have not received any information. The cc agents put the calls on hold for long. Then a person said he ll refund. But i still cnt understand how can this happen. He says he ll not book any other hotel room also... Is this is your service. Is this how u cater ur customer. I want this complaint to go ahead. My registered mobile number is [protected]. I hve recorded all the calls. Take the action immediately as i do not hve any option to stay near rishigonda beach and i am with my family

                Hi team,

                I want to share my experience (Which was worst) while staying at hotels booked in mussoorie at oyo.

                1. 1st room booked at oyo was 'hotel palazzo' at price of rs. 2097.
                But what i got is the room that is of half size of booked room which is not at all worth at rs.2097. (Actual price of 2 rooms that i got was rs.1478)

                2. 2nd day we booked 'hotel charlene' at price of rs. 2521.
                But what i got is the worst room that too in the basement which is not at all worth at rs.2521. (Actual price of 2 rooms that i got was rs.1428)

                3. We called customer service for the issue mentioned in point#2 (Around 10 times as it always busy and call was getting merge again and again). After actually the call got connected, we had to wait for around 40 minutes till the time the call transfered to higher authority as we requested to change the hotel.
                They changed our hotel to mussorie international at 11pm in the night.

                I have paid rs. 2521 for 'hotel charlene' which was then changed to 'hotel mussorie international' and for that i had to pay extra rs. 156. But, the bill that i got from owner of mussoorie international is for rs. 1983. (Refer attached bill: hotel mussoorie internatioanl bill. Jpg). So, ideally they should refund me rs. 538 (Rs. 2521- rs.1983). But on the top of that, i recived a bill for the same room from oyo and that too of rs. 2640

                4. The worst one was that i got a call from thier customer care on 24th march'2019 at '2 am' in the early morning for the issue that i raised on 23rd march'2019 at '10 pm'. They forgot that they are calling an indian customer who might be sleeping at 2am.
                And when i asked them to tranfer the call to a senior executive, they denied and diverted my questions. Just because they don't want to disturb thier seniors in the early morning 2am but they can disturb thier so called valuable customers.

                My overall experience with oyo was worst. They show fake images of rooms which is tottaly different from actual room. Actually they display the pictures of deluxe rooms and then after booking the actual room we got is classic.
                They acctually harras a customer which is literrally moving on roads at 11 pm in the night just because they did not gave the actual room that had shown in the pictures, which is a big harrasment.

                After that sending this mail, i am recieving thier offer of refund of rs. 621, which i denied by saying that
                "this is highly non professional and unacceptable behavior from your end.
                You guys have spoiled my time, my weekend and do you really think that refund of rs 621 is worth for it?

                You spoiled my first day by giving room without balcony, which i booked just for the sake of balcony.
                Again, you spoiled 2nd day, by giving worst ever basement room, where even animals can't stay.

                That was the hell experience. So, i need full refund for the harrasment that i had to bear while moving on streets late night (11-11.30 pm)."

                After that, they said this was the best that we can offer means they are not ready to refnd even 50%.

                Kindly provide the solution or compensation from them for the harrasment that i had to take as well as my frinds had to suffer just because i reffered them to book room from oyo.

                  We had very bad experience booking from oyo 2 days in mangalore palghuni river lodge. I booked room a week before after payment from my credit card for 2 days stay and i god mail confirmation of room booking. When i reached lodge the owner of property denied to give room as they have broke up relationship with oyo and they have informed to oyo team not to take payment and give false mail of showing booking room.in late night standing in road with my kid i did lot of calls to oyo they have least service and calls used to get connected. Every time when call gets connected i need to explain incident and they tell call will be connected to senior person and the call will not connect it keeps ringing for 10 min and call will disconnect. This is repeated still now and my payment is not refunded.. They are cheaters.. This has happened to many tourist.. I have all proof to raise police complaint against oyo..

                        I booked 2 deluxe (3x) oyo rooms on 24th april 2019 for the dates from 3rd may to 5th may 2019 @oyo 24192 vc elite residency, kodaikanal.

                        Following are my experiences/feedback:

                        - i called oyo customer care on 2nd may 2019 to just to make sure that room is available and they confirmed that it is available and are eager to host me.

                        - after reaching kodaikanal hotel on 3rd may 2019, i saw that hotel was closed. Again i called oyo customer care and again customer care told me to check-in without hassles

                        - but the hotel was seized and no one allowed to enter the premises. I was with my family which includes a ageing woman, 2 small kids. I called oyo 4 times, and each time they told no problem and they will get back to me in 5 minutes and they never came back and after sometime they barred my incoming call!

                        - i traveled from bangalore to kodaikanal which is around 500kms and without a room to [protected]@ kodaikanal. I could not get any room in other hotels as it was peak season

                        - at night 9:00pm on 3rd may, one oyo person called me and said he will refund the money and offered rs 500 oyo voucher as compensation!. He said this what he can do and its upto me to decide.

                        - on 6th may 2019, my booking on oyo app was showing that i checked into the hotel and checked out of the hotel. And asking for my feedback on the pleasant stay!. I was really shocked and in shock now also!

                        - guys, i am telling oyo is very unprofessional and don't trust their booking. Rather avoid going through them and best is to boycot them and teach a lesson

                        - the hotel guy was really a nice chap and told me that he informed oyo management about the hotel is seizure on 24th april 2019 and even then they are booking the hotel. Many ppl came with booking at hotel and were turned away since 25th april 2019. This means oyo is aware about the hotel closure. And oyo may be cheating people by charging no-showup charges for unscrupulous and innocent persons.

                          Hi have booked an oyo room from[protected] to[protected] with booking id meqh2361. I got a call from hotel that they can't provide the room as it is at low cost to which i called customer care and they also repeated the same and cancelled my booking and initiated my refund. I have called their customer care 100 times to which they hold call for even 40 mins. Even after waiting for that much time they say that the amount is refunded successfully but i haven't received the amount. I have provided my bank statements on mail to roshni, [protected]@oyorooms.com to which she never replied. Now whenever i call they put my call on hold for forever.

                            Will explain my stay with oyo
                            1. Was given the room with a large hole in the door.in place of a keyhole facing the bed.
                            2. We noticed the hole in an hour. Quite embarrassing
                            3. Asked the reception guy to change the room after making the request for several times he accepted and gave me a room in which twin beds were there
                            4. The new room had around 1 cm gap when the door was closed. Anyone can be able to see through the outside of the room.
                            5. Then in the morning 9:22 someone was trying to open my door. It was very scary for us.
                            Went to the reception asked for the recording and there was a guy trying to open and see us inside.
                            6. Contacted oyo captain his response was that the guy is a mental patient. It happened by mistake
                            7. Contacted oyo helpline number after a lot of will connect in 2 mins, wait for my manager, tey said he was a hotel guy, they themselves are contrasting,

                            Very uncomfortable and sad experience with oyo
                            Need my refund

                            Not able to contact anyone from your team
                            They say will call you back in 15 mins
                            But they never do so

                              I made a bulk booking for 42 guests for 14 rooms in hotel midtown for 18-19 may, on april 29 and several other single, double and triple sharing rooms for different dates. Mr. Ufiyan assisted me in the same and i paid the amount on the same day. 5000 for the 14 rooms and rest were full payments and my bookings were confirmed.
                              Today i received an email that my booking (14 rooms) has been cancelled without me requesting or authorising it.

                              This is appalling and the response from your customer services deserves a word worse than appalling.

                              My registered number was not reachable as i left that phone at home. I received two other emails as well regarding this phone number and i have provided my alternate number also, i specified it in the oyo app. I received no calls from your end after that.
                              Me and my friend saketh kapoor have been in constant touch since 1.10 pm (8 may 19) till 6.45 pm. 5 hours and no solution. Everytime we made a call the customer care executives disconnected us while on hold. Thrice the issue came to the extent of rebooking my actual preference but the executives cleverly cut the call or put it on hold until it was disconnected by itself.

                              Till now the issue has not been sorted and i am very much worried as the booking for 42 guests is not an easy one at the neck of the moment.
                              To make the matters worse, this booking was made. For the relatives attending my wedding and thanks oyo for totally ruining this.
                              I really hope it gets sorted and i get my original booking back. An action taken sooner will be appreciated.

                              This issue is not resolved and is still open. Oyo is not rectifying the issue and cutting the call on me Everytime I talk to a customer care professional. My emails are also not replied.

                                I am utterly surprised that an amount of rs. 8886.00 has been charged as cancellation fees for cancelling booking of hotel stay well oyo 13736.
                                Here i mention that hotel stay well was not at all booked by me. My booking was at hotel himdhara (Oyo 22331), dalhouse from 15.04.19 to 18.04.19 but you have changed my booking to a different hotel at a different place without prior permission and informing me well in advance.

                                While proceeding towards dalhouse from amritsar i made a telephone call to your office for direction and contact no of hotel himdhara, your staff at that moment only informed me that my booking has been shifted to a different hotel due to water and electricity issue at hotel himdhara. He also told me that if i wish i may cancel the booking without any charge. When i asked how a booking can be changed without informing the customer and prior permission, i could not get any satisfactory answer from your end. During that conversation the call disconnected and with constant effort i could contact your office after 2 hours. Your staff provided me the telephone number of stay well.
                                When i inquired with the hotel about location the hotel staff informed that the hotel is at banikhet, some 6/7 km from dalhouse. Certainly, this can not be accepted as my priority was to stay at dalhouse. Why should i stay in a different place which is far away from my desired place? So, i cancelled the booking.
                                I noticed from your mail that"a small amount of rs.8886.00 has been deducted as cancellation charges". Do you feel that the amount is small for a total booking amount of rs.12912.00? Moreover, how you deduct cancellation charges for a booking which is not at all booked by me?
                                This is violation of all rules and practices.
                                This was a trip of 6 senior citizens and our pleasant trip was changed to a nightmare by this action.
                                I urge upon you to refund the entire amount without deducting any amount.

                                Ps - booking of hotel himdhara was displaying in your website with higher prices for the same day circle. Is it the reason my booking shifted to another hotel?

                                I received an sms at 12.40 p. M (After the schedule check in time) stating the change of hotel.

                                  I made a payment for a room via debit card. The money got deducted but the room hasnt been booked.
                                  Even after opening the link they have sent, it is just saying “oops something went wrong, please try again”. There is no number to directly ask about the inconvinience, something like a oyo customer care.
                                  I would like a refund if the room hasnt been booked.

                                    Address: Oyo 23396 Hotel Arogya Palace, opposite Kota Medical College, 323021

                                    On 07/94/19 i've booked oyo 23396 as hotel arogya palace and bokoing i/d zuno7592 for 3 adults for rs.1200+dinner for rs.238 and paid rs.1537/-
                                    They only provided a congested double room also they couldn't provided dinner as per booking. When asked to the receptionist who provided a mobile no. For order further we got the dinner and i have been compel to pay against the bill rs.357/- as well as the hotel receptionist misbehaved with us.
                                    So do for the necessary action against the matter to avoid a consumer court case.

                                      I paid 1151/- using my debit card via paytm, the payment was not completed and the payment was failed. The oyo app malfunctioned and said the payment for booking could not be completed due to a technical error. However, the amount got deducted from my bank account, even after contacting paytm they told me that the mercent (In this cass oyo) has received the payment, you need to contact them. Customer care executives are not responsive and transfer the call to refund department which never picks ups the call.
                                      The only information i got from oyo is:
                                      I have not paid any amount whereas my bank statement says otherwise. Please resolve this issue and refund me at the earliest as it’s going to be 1 week for the same.
                                      Date of booking: 1st may
                                      Somebody please come up with a solution.

                                        Caution!! Confirmation message sent with collection of personal data (Adhaar) however pathetic service provided leading to time waste, wastage of money and additional headache

                                        So i booked my 3 bhk cottage (Oyo 13384) having high hopes and got confirmatory messages from oyo. Being a regular user and a wizard member i thought if i give money i will get the service that i deserve and that it's oyo's duty to deliver it.

                                        So when we reach the cottage we message the executive to give us further instruction

                                        He asked me to whatsapp the adhaar details and so i did then when he asked me to pay them using the link he provided, guess what? It never opened. We used around 6 mobiles with around 9 sims but all futile

                                        I hate saying this as it further highlights the stupidity of the person on the other side of the phone, (Probably why you got 2 stars extra) he gave us the code and then deleted it...in short we had free entrance to a 3bhk room with no payments. I'm highlighting this lucky situation not to make fun but signal other potential 🐑 sheep (Costumer) who might not be so lucky and would be stranded outside with all personal details shared and no place to go

                                        Bieng regular and loyal oyo user we made 37 bloody calls to ask the concerened people to take our money but they seemed least interested!!! Just imagine the time and money we wasted to ask oyo to take our money!!!
                                        We repetitively got remarks like "we are connecting you to the captian" but all futile

                                        Finally we get the guys to realize we are in the house and that they should collect that damn money but it didn't end here!!! We were asked to make the payment on cash to an executive who will come to collect it then suddenly he asked us to paytm the damn money we withdrew from the bank.

                                        I'm highly disappointed with oyo's unprofessional behavior and i request the company to solve all confusion within their cooperation for smooth user experience.
