I booked 2rooms of oyo namah stay's in gangtok for 4days from 29th may onwards. And after reaching here at night the manager has no booking with my name. I waited for 2hrs to get a room. Also contacted oyo service centre, still got nothing. This is a very serious issue i' m facing rn with my family who travelled for 24hrs.
No sign of getting a single room is seen.

    This is one of yr third class hotels dirty ac not working third class staff
    No one should stay with 100% oyo rooms hotel
    We had around 20 rooms booked for 25th and 26th of may and our guests didnt want to stay there
    No courtesy by staff
    If it was not a pre paid booking i would have cancelled all the bookings

      Hi team, hope you are doing fine, this is in reference to a booking i had made through my mobile [protected] with the booking reference :[protected] for an occupancy with the code 8252, the property was called aayush corporate stays.

      Details of our stay :-
      Our stay was planned for 26-may
      We had planned to chck in at 6:00 am in the morning of 26-may and had accepted to pay a service charge of 200-250 rs based on the check in timelines and the hotel process.
      On checking with the oyo agent for 2 rooms and adult of 4 we were charged 1400 + service charge for early check in which was fine with us.
      The day we arrived to the property at 6am with 2 young girls, the hotel management mentioned we dont even have a room of 1400 and you would need to pay 2400 per room which was against the booking we had made.
      This was a real shock for us because we had already agreed on another lower price with oyo
      This put us in a very bad and embarrassed state with 2 of my young girls waiting in a city which no ones is aware of and early morning i was scaring for my family and was confident oyo would provide me with the service needed.
      But reaching the hotel was a completely different picture.
      They asked us to cancel the booking and then they agreed to provide the same room in the same price as provided by oyo which means this is just a criminal way of looting money without any responsibility and now i am really not have any trust on oyo service with the way it handles for family and their accommodation.
      I am done with my trip but i dont expect any of the other families receiving such a hard reality, much disappointed : (

      Please make sure without calling this Number [protected] you are not closing the ticket and tou should be replying to the email id [protected]@gmail.com who was forced to face all these nonsense and atmost untrustworthy work from the hotel as mentioned above in Bangalore.

        It is very unfortunate that in my one-week trip to gangtok and darjeeling, my property at both the places which was booked before a month has been shifted to another property without my consent and knowledge.in darjeeling i have been shifted to a double occupancy hotel pinewood where as i have booked hotel potala for 4 guests (2 adults & 2 children). This onetical and irresponsible behaviour would have done by oyo management as in the peak season (18.05.2019 to 25.05.2019) my property handed over to other on high priced. After lodging the complaint through oyo app not getting any response.

          We had a booking for OYO 23311 hotel city heart in Rishikesh through OYOrooms for 2 rooms, when we reached hotel, hotel managed denied our check-in saying OYO gives you room in less price. Please paid more or else we will not allow. Later having a complaint to OYO customer care, hotel management was saying they have no rooms available. How can hotel gives rooms to other customer if there rooms are already booked? OYO even don't take any action against hotel and was just said please go to other OYO hotel which 1.4 km away. Till that time we lost our 5 hours there, which was including 2 hours to search that hotel, 1 and half hour in argument with hotel manager and 1 and half with with which only give return help in booking another hotel. This ruined our whole day and also loss of pre-book river rafting and bungee jumping activities. We were travelling from Nagpur, and leave nagpur around 9 pm with 2 kids. Total loss of day due to OYO's worst management and Hotel city heart's rude staff. Required strict action.

            My company arranged oyo 27071 live inn property for 1 week but I found it totally unsafe for a single woman to stay. The workers were working downstairs and whole property looked barren. The reception & rooms were at second floor with no lifts or staff to help with the luggage. This hotel was booked via makemytrip and I called the customer care multiple times but they did not help. Also oyo customer care did not support. I expect a full refund.

              Hi,
              I had done a booking for May 22 at hotel silver oak, booking ID- RTPH0174. This hotel was around 11-12 Kms outside the city. When I went there, the hotel guy told me that he will not allow the guest from Oyo as he does not get good rates from oyo. I called up at Oyo around 21:00 hrs.The guy spoke to me for 10 minutes but had no solution and fwded the call to his senior and I waited for around 10 mins on hold but was never answered and the call eventually got disconnected.
              I again called and again had the same experience. Then I got the number of the local Oyo Area Manager from the hotel guy himself ([protected]) was his no.He asked me to go to another hotel and asked me to book from Oyo app.I booked and this hotel was around 10-15 kms from there. I reached this hotel around 10:45 pm in the night. I had asked the staff that hoepfully the same exprience won't happen and he said that the hotel is a reliable partner and assured nothing of this sort will happen again. Booking ID for this booking-GHWU1752 but this hotel also denied booking saying that we are about to stop our tie-up with oyo. I went out and called the local oyo staff again and he said he has called the hotel owner and you pay him higher price and oyo will re-imburse you the remaining amount. I went again to the hotel and the owner embarrassed me saying that "mujhe dena hi nahi hai room oyo ke through".
              I had a very bad experience with Oyo.
              I had to take room on the spot around 11:30 pm at a much higher price.
              Oyo had wasted my time and energy. After that i tried to get in touch but oyo people never called again.
              I had a similar experience day before on May 21 (booking ID- RVPJ1832) but that time i atleast got the room.
              Relief sought:-
              1) Appropriate compensation in the garb of giving a budget hotel, they wasted my time, energy and money
              2) Action against the hotels
              3) If oyo cannot take the above 2 actions, they should better close down.
              I will sue oyo in case action is not taken. I have the watsapp and call records.
              Oyo can confirm the same from their local staff whose no. i have given.

                Oyo booking number - pkg-shqm7103

                Reference be made to my package id no stated in the subject.

                I was charged a visa fees of 2000 baht per person as it was informed to me that free visa deal has not yet been extended by thailand. But, the free visa offer got extended up till april 2019, and no visa fees was charged by the thailand government.
                The package itinerary set was very vague, for e. G. The first 02 days of the stay were at pattaya, then why the hell flight was not booked from delhi to pattaya, this would have saved both time, money and the pains of the travelers.
                When we arrived at bangkok airport on 11th march 2019, it took almost 04 hours for getting visa due to heavy rush.in the mid of the night when we exited from the gate of the airport, there was no vehicle arranged for our pick up. We tried calling up all numbers including emergency but no response from them (Screenshots attached). Anyhow, oyo customer care was reached where they bluntly said you need to book the cab to the hotel on your own. This was not expected as you are in different country, not knowing their system, my brother any how booked the cab to pattaya (Receipt enclosed). It costed him 1300 baht.

                Now, based on the above facts following are my complaints:

                I request oyo to refund my money charged for visa purposes i. E. 4000 baht (2000 baht per person). This was being promised to me by ms. Shikha from oyo customer care (Records can be checked).
                I also request oyo to refund my 1300 baht for taxi which was paid by us due to the lack of proper coordination and arrangement of oyo.

                  This is with reference to our stay at one of the oyo room at vishnu inn hotel, dehradun on 19th may, 2019.

                  We have booked 2 rooms for a total of rs.2800/- (Rs. 1400/- per room charges) on 19th may, 2019 evening at around 10 p. M
                  Over phone. At the time of check out we were asked to pay rs. 5600/- for the rooms.
                  When contacted the customer care department, the only reply was madam, you need to pay the said amount, we'll check the case and process the refund later.

                  Ms. Jagriti being the guest manager was worse than a manager at a local restaurant.
                  During the whole conversation she was adamant that she cannot tell how much time it will take to process the refund or to take necessary action. She demanded me to be polite with her and not to use abusive language but on her part she was pathetic as far as customer handling is concerned.

                  We have not got any reply from her end or from any customer support of yours till date.

                  Also would like to inform yo that we have sent a screen shot of 20th may, 2019 room rent charges for the same vishnu hotel, which was rs. 1300/- per room.
                  One of the room had a huge bee hive in the toilet, which we asked the manager to cover so that it should not harm any of the member staying in that room. As they did not have any other room at that moment.

                    Booking id zlfq7403 at oyo 13844 akd hotel was booked and prepaid online. After reaching there they showed the room which was very dirty and smelly completely different from picture. When i called customer care they told you check your nearby oyo rooms, we will transfer the whole amount but i could not found any room in nearby area. I wasted 3 hours with my family in all that. Finally told to customer care i am cancelling my booking you refund my whole amount but they initiated refund after deducting one night stay charge even i didn't check in.

                      Room service is so poor, i called to reception at least 10 times for any kind of service, it can be related to water, towel, tv, but they don't response and service is worst,
                      Everytime said that they will correct it but after that no response from them, its like staff is not bothered for services even other visitors is also complaint the same things on reception i heard now.

                      My booking ID is NQIT9581.I was allowed with two room.I have to paid full amount during check in.AC was not working, and our rooms very much heated up.I can not sleep for an second.oyo was very much trusted system, but today onwards i felt this is a phathetic system.I will never advise to book room from oyo.

                        The supervisor is very rude and intolerable. The hot water is not coming for 10 days and every day the supervisor is saying it will be fixed tomorrow and today he said it will take one more week. Moreover, my shower was not working since the time i checked in and when i told him to repair it, he said he is too tired.in addition to that, he asked us to give 500 rupees as we use the coupon code that he suggested. Can you kindly take the required action against him and fix the hot water.

                          Refer booking id emsb4750. I stayed at hotel durga international in shivamogga for 2 nights - 17 may to 19 may 2019. The hotel is new but has still lot of operational issues. The lift was not working and we had to climb 3 floors frequently. Initially, they showed us several rooms but ac was not cooling effectively in them. Eventually, we got a room, but the bathroom was not clean, with the commode leaking water whenever we flushed. Several light fittings were not enabled with bulbs. Particularly, the light above the wash basin in bathroom was not functioning which was important for shaving. No holders or platform to keep toiletries in bathroom. No intercom phone line to call for services! We were given a mobile number to call the front desk for any needs.
                          When we got up in the morning, for our bath, there was no hot water, though we let out several buckets of water down the drain. They gave us a bucket of hot water from somewhere else. Same issue with hot water on may 19. We had to followup several times and they were indifferent.
                          I would recommend delisting the hotel from oyo until they rectify all operational issues.

                            I am writing here because your escalation team & its members are not at all helping.

                            23-mar: i'm new to the city (Bangalore) and i booked a wrong hotel. I explained my concern to you escalation team and sarika_saini_607857 advised me to book another hotel & the current booking amount will be refunded to you within 7-14 working days. She replied – “modification is not possible so you can check out on 24th march 2019, the excess amount of rs.3789/- will be refunded to you.” i did the same trusting the brand.

                            24-mar: the same information for given to me by neha_rai_586521. “modification is not possible so you can check out on 24th march 2019, the excess amount of rs.3789/- will be refunded to you.”

                            05-apr: 14 days passed away, but i haven’t received any update on my refund, so i replied on the same email asking about the status of my refund. Again neha_rai_586521 replied to me “due to some technical issue refund got declined so we have initiated again kindly wait for 7 to 14 working days”

                            9-apr: i received an email from neha_rai_586521 asking about my bank details like - beneficiary name, account number, name of the bank & ifsc code and said that it will be done on priority. Shared the same over email.

                            12-apr: i asked about my status again because as per dictionary meaning of priority is treated as more important than others. I received a reply from akshanshu_sharma_569171 stating in very unprofessional manner – “please wait for some time and coordinate with your bank.”

                            16-apr: i coordinated with my bank to check about the refund but they said no refund has been received so again i reached out to [protected]@oyorooms.com and received a reply from aviral_pandey_ (Wop) – “amount has been declined from our side you will receive a link with in 24-48 hours to fill the bank details when you fill the bank details your amount reflect in your bank account within 7-14 working days”

                            4-may: i received an email from chandan kumar asking for my bank details again which i have already provided 5 times. Bull #

                            I have even written to [protected]@oyorooms.com also to [protected]@oyorooms.com

                            Even after submitting my complaint here there is no response from them & they have mentioned as resolved. But oyo people have taken a pledge not to reply. There is no professionalism. For 3789 inr they are not even processing my refund and they are expanding. I will share this on all social media platform that do not book oyo as they are highly unprofessional. They do not have money to process a refund of 3789 and talking about expanding. This is one of the bull # hotel companies i have ever encounterd. Its better to go for other competitors like treebo etc. Atleast they are professional in replying to your query. Go & learn some mannerism to reply to an email.

                              I had done booking in hotel excellency silvassa... Payment done through my sbi credit card.. My account was debited but payment was pending at hotel's end
                              The reception asked for the payment again so i paid again. And it was successful.. Now i want the refund of my first pending transaction.

                                I had booked an oyo room under the name of chitrlekha banerjee i'd no. Ohbl2679 was - on 25th may.
                                My concern is when i had submitted my adhar card copy they have taken the both person contact details along with the signature. Why?

                                When i asked the oyo assistance he said i i need the contact details for feedback.. Please let me know i was not walk in guest there so you are asking me for the contact details and all... I have booked the room from oyo room app.
                                Apart from that after checking out and came back to work my girlfriend is getting the call thrice in couple of hours.. Even they have taken my no also.. Why m i not getting the bloody feedback call.?
                                That is not the way to take the feedback over the call.. Or 1 time call is enough and i can give the feedback on app also..
                                Now clear this concern otherwise i will go beyond..

                                  1.in bangalore i booked hotel, there is no lift facility. If i asked hotel manager he told i can't help you can cancel, i canceled room but no refund given by oyo.
                                  2. May 6th 2019, in karnataka i booked room their hotel manager not ready to give hotel then it was canceled and oyo sent me mail. Refund of money on may 6th 2019, but today 27th may 2019 i have not received money in my account.

                                    We stay in seven hill hotel in Shimla
                                    Book by oyo but very bad experience in hotel.
                                    No available towels in room after 5to 6 time call for towels but not provide.
                                    Very poor food quality and service.
                                    Not give breakfast after 1 hour of order .
                                    Not working light in room.
                                    Not working geaser in bathroom.
                                    Overall staff is very bad behaviour with us.

                                      Matter

                                      I have booked 2 rooms in below mentioned hotel and also updated expected check in time 21:00 to 00:00 HRS in advance in OYO APP.

                                      When I reached said hotel at 23:30 HRS, hotel person has denied booking saying rooms are full. He also said, you can call OYO and say hotel is full.

                                      I immediately called OYO customer service and told executive about said matter. OYO executive also talked to hotel person but he still denied booking. Then OYO executive told me to go for another hotel and pay seperately and he told me that OYO will refund amount.

                                      Major concerned: At midnight I was at street with small kids and luggage, searching for another hotel. Finally I got one at 01:00 Hrs.

                                      Next day OYO app asking me about Feedback and rating about stay where I did not stay.

                                      Since Then I am calling OYO executives for refund but nobody is giving solution, in fact they are telling me to transfer call and then keep on waiting for 15-20 mins and then automatically call get disconnected. This is happening several time till today but no resolution.

                                      OYO should not registered such hotel under there Umbrella which damages there name. Customer service is very poor since no executive is taking ownership to resolve the problem. Upon asking OYO email ID, one of the executive said there is no such provision.

                                      I am still waiting for response for my refund of Rs. 2605/- My all the trouble and inconvenience is still uncounted.

                                      Upon raising complaints in OYO APP (Case ID 15886697,[protected], after some days it is automatically shows status "Resolved".

                                      I am sincerely raising this concerned to you and hoping for resolution.

                                        On 26th may made online booking. Checked in at 2 pm. Although i was informed about the provision of lunch the receptionist refused. But provided the lunch at about 3 pm. I felt he was showing mercy towards me. Although i paid 1400 rupees before check-in, he informed me to refund me 100 rupees at the time of check out which he didn't do. Food was of bad quality. Service the worst. The wash room was open. No bolt on the door. No glass in the window. The building is unsafe. No parking space. Felt as if i was looted. Stayed there for four hours and left. The property owner is business oriented but he should be advised to be more careful while dealing with guests.
