I am not a user of oyo rooms and someone named alisha has made a booking on this site and has given my phone number -[protected] on this website.
The id of the booking is: ocim0451.

Please consider this issue. I have been getting incessant calls and messages from oyo for confirming the booking which i have not made.
Please resolve the issue and remove my phone number from your site as i am not a user here.

I booked for Dargeeling with A/C but when I reached there they said that no A/C required other equipment like
Electricity points not working
TV not working
Gizzer working to slow
It takes almost Two hours to get all right apart from A/C
We went there to enjoy and not to sort and address there conseres.

    We already payment before 5 days ago & still didn't get my gst invoice. I have been contacting the oyo customer care to ask for gst invoices but they are not providing invoices. The oyo cc is continuing disconnect or transfer my call to other team.in each call, the customer care executives promise a call back but they never really call back. The ticket we raised before 5 days back still open.

      I had booked a package to singapore/malaysia with oyo holidays. But since my dates were not confirmed and i was suggested by the concerned agent of oyo holidays to pay rs.5000/- and once the dates are confirmed, then to pay the rest of the amount. I went ahead and paid rs.5000/- and i got a payment confirmation mail from the agent's mail id as well with the booking id.

      The travel agent had assured by mail, that he will arrange for the refund of rs.5000/- if i cancel my travel plans.

      It so happened i could not travel and i requested the agent to refund the amount.

      But now the travel agent is not responding to calls or emails.

      I called up customer care of oyo holidays and i provided the booking id for my travel, but the customer care of oyo holidays suggested that the booking id does not exist in their system.

      All the communication has happened from the oyorooms official email id of the agent.

      I don't recommend oyo holidays to anybody in the future.

        I facef various issues with my stay of about 10 days. Tv did not work, no water or hot water, no power for most of the time, etc, for which they mailed saying they'll compensate with a refund of rs. 3484. Now, there is no response regarding this from customer service. I have called more than 20 times in 5 days. Booking id: tqwx7615

        Very unprofessional and irresponsible.

        Yet again. Promises not kept = Oyo Customer Service. They promsied to call me within 24hrs to resolve the issue. But, I did not receive any call. How can a multi million company fare with such irresponsible service? I've complained in the Government Consumers Forum as well. So pathetic.

          We have booked oyo 11495, mehta guest house at noida sector-105 from 27th april-4th may under the facility of kitchen. We had clarified before booking that we can cook here and non-veg cooking is also allowed. But after 2-3 days of staying here and cooking, suddenly the owner of the guest house said that if we have to use kitchen, we have to pay extra 200 per day for gas. We had told him that our booking includes kitchen also.. But he didn't accept the fact and continued to ask about the money. We had also called at oyo but nothing is resolved.
          Kindly look after it.

            My Oyo booking no YLUE5312, one of the rooms was not used as it had no Ac working. We were told that the money will be refunded, it has been about 14 days today. The money is yet to come. Whenever you call the customer complaint, they put you on hold and then after about 15 minutes drop the call. This is a constant with them, tried about a dozen times. Don't know how to reach them, it is very frustrating. Please help as they are fleecing customers.

              While checking out from Oyo hotel, excess amount of Rs. 5544 was charged from my account. Booking ID is ICKE9703. I have already registered a complaint on 11th April and the executice said the amount is refunded and will be credited in account within 7-14 days. However, I have not received any refund.
              I again called and registered complaint twice but got no response.

                Oyo is not providing GST invoice for all my bookings happened through their app.

                Despite repeated follow-up there is no response.

                Since, they are not providing any tax invoice (Specifying my gstin no. And gst breakup), there is a possibility that they are charging gst from customer and they are not interested in depositing the same with the govt.

                It is a complete case of violation of gst law.

                  Hi Ritesh / Team Redalert,

                  I am writing in to you because your escalation team & its members are not at all helping.

                  23-Mar: I'm new to the city (Bangalore) and I booked a wrong hotel under booking ID=HYOZ0173. I explained my concern to you escalation team and Sarika_Saini_607857 advised me to book another hotel & the current booking amount will be refunded to you within 7-14 working days. She replied – “Modification is not possible so you can check out on 24th march 2019, the excess amount of Rs.3789/- will be refunded to you.” I did the same trusting the brand.

                  24-Mar: The same information for given to me by Neha_Rai_586521. “Modification is not possible so you can check out on 24th march 2019, the excess amount of Rs.3789/- will be refunded to you.”

                  05-Apr: 14 days passed away, but I haven’t received any update on my refund, so I replied on the same email asking about the status of my refund. Again Neha_Rai_586521 replied to me “due to some technical issue refund got declined so we have initiated again kindly wait for 7 to 14 working days”

                  9-Apr: I received an email from Neha_Rai_586521 asking about my bank details like -Beneficiary Name, Account Number, Name of the Bank & IFSC code and said that it will be done on priority. Shared the same over email.

                  12-Apr: I asked about my status again because as per dictionary meaning of priority is treated as more important than others. I received a reply from Akshanshu_Sharma_569171 stating in very unprofessional manner – “Please wait for some time and coordinate with your bank.”

                  16-Apr: I coordinated with my bank to check about the refund but they said no refund has been received so again I reached out to [protected]@oyorooms.com and received a reply from Aviral_Pandey_(WOP) – “amount has been declined from our side you will receive a link with in 24-48 hours to fill the bank details when you fill the bank details your amount reflect in your bank account within 7-14 working days”

                  It is almost a month now and I am chasing escalation team for my refund amount of Rs.3789. If you see my account I am a loyal customer of OYO Rooms & doing booking for more than a week. But if you receive such king of treatment from such a reputed brand like OYO – it feels really disheartening. In fact, I have recommended my company (Cadbury’s India) to partner with OYO rooms for corporate bookings, but I guess I need to rethink over my decision and ask my administration team to stop working with OYO. This is my last hope from OYO looking for a resolution. If you cannot help me, please do let me know.

                    Oyo rooms make my journey Hell On 26 April 2019 i faced the issues with OYO ( With Booked Room ) ( Guy's Don't Use OYO They Have Only Unhygienic Room )
                    Guy's Please Share This Post To Your Friends & Family :-
                    1) Bedsheet and pillow cover was not clean ( blood on the pillow cover) 😑
                    2) taking too much time for check-in and changing the room. ( The other room was given is also as older one) Room was unhygienic.
                    3) There is No Ac remote.
                    4) There is No Tv remote.
                    5) There is nothing running channel in the Tv. The Tatasky account was deactivated.
                    6) Furniture was Broken.
                    7) No Privacy.
                    8) Sepage on the walls.
                    I HAVE ALL THE PROOFS OF MY LAST STAY. LIKE PICTURES OF BLOOD ON THE PILLOW COVER. BROKEN FURNITURE. UNHYGIENIC ROOM. EVEN WINDOW CURTAINS ARE NOT PROPERLY COVERED THE WINDOW.👎
                    I JUST WANT MY FULL MONEY BACK.

                      case is when i booked hotel that "Couple friendly" option was there
                      but when i visited they updated that option and they not allowed me to check-in

                      Day by day oyo become cheap with service and very discussting tie ups(hotel and inns)
                      Hopefully you'll look into this and try to improve your service again like before

                        I am currently staying at hotel city centre, patna for an official trip booked by our client on behalf o[censored]s. I truly regret staying here for even a day. We have been coming here since 7-8 years but today, the service has been the poorest. At the arrival, no person was there to take our luggage to the room. We had to call 4 times for getting a tea delivered some time later.ac is too not working properly with no remote and no display. No channel on tv showing the ongoing ipl match. Money being charged at every point of order instead of being added in the bill like before. Exhaust fan not working.
                        Disgusting and horrible stay.

                          Don't book hotel with oyo, i have booked hotel booking id is awvx2689, the hotel doesn't let me check in as i show them original m adhaar (E adhaar) but after that they don't let me in i have to took another hotel any how if you book any hotel by oyo don't pay online other wise you will loose your money so be aware of this and don't book hotel by this really very bad service

                            I am writing this after almost 10 days (Almost 248 hours) since i raised my first ticket. Within the last 10 days i have called oyo for more than 15 times talked to 15 different oyo experience manager and my oyo captain mr. Virender and it seems like no one is listening to me.

                            See first of all my issues are multiple:

                            1. Denied check-in: sn resort is no longer associated with oyo, yet oyo gave us a booking at this place. The guys at sn resort refused to accommodate us and oyo made us wait on "hold" for more than 2 hours. Oyo captain virender didn't help us either. Oyo app gave us 4 other options out of which one was in dharamshala (Our booking was in upper dharamshala), one had only one room (We booked 4) and the rest two were not oyo's lease. That means again you people cheated. Giving us choices to shift the hotel but there was no choice given to us. We accommodated ourselves in a nearby hotel after waiting for 2 hours and traveling for 12 hours. Oyo captain virender told us to do one thing that book and non-oyo hotel yeah that was his help for us. I was there with y family. This whole experience was so humiliating like literally, we have paid the half amount and after that, we were not allowed to check-in. This is your service. If i'm paying the half amount i have every right to stay in the hotel. I was literally harassed and humiliated in front of the hotel. Pathetic service.

                            2. Money refund: after all that fuss we have to searched for another hotel and lost the almost half precious day. Here i am with my friends and family searching for a hotel 500 km away from my home. Just think about the safety of my family at least. For that day we had triund trek planned but we were not able to go there as we were searching for a hotel. All thanks to oyo team. We lost money and time. Now after almost 6 days after the booking, you people were not even refunding my pre-booking amount, saying that we checked in at 3 pm, even though their customer executive called the sn resort guys at 11 am and he clearly stated we won't accept our booking. After multiple calls yesterday you people initiated the refund of amount 4517/- but my pre-booking amount is 5048/-. I'm just saying give me my money back and compensate for the humiliation and inconvenience i have been through.

                            3. Lies: oyo team told me that i checked-in at 3 pm on 19th april and check-out on 20th morning. But that's a lie i didn't check-in. Shows you people are full of lies and shows you don't care about your guest safety whether they are there or not. I can't trust you guys.

                            I was there with my family for 3 nights out of which i spent 3 hours talking to oyo people. Do you really think that with this kind of customer experience you can provide state of the art experience for your guests? I have heard very high of oyo in the past but this experience has changed everything for me.
                            Service is pathetic. Yeah, that's the word.
                            For 10 days you are not able to resolve my issue.

                            Main crux is that oyo says it's hotel mistake. Hotel people says that it's oyo's fault and here i'm suffering in between.

                            You have really disappointed me.
                            Would never ever ever use oyo.

                            Reasons i deserve compensation and i want compensation.

                            1. The humiliation and harassment i have been through at the hotel when i was denied check-in even after paying pre-booking amount.
                            2. Oyo's lies and cheating: you people offered me 4 options to shift the hotel which was a lie as oyo app gave us 4 other options out of which one was in dharamshala (Our booking was in upper dharamshala), one had only one room (We booked 4) and the rest two were not oyo's lease.
                            3. Delay in refund: listen i paid 5048/- as a pre-booking amount and i still haven't got my money back. I have called more than 15 times. I have all the recording and messages.
                            4. Pathetic service
                            5. Triund trek: before reaching the place on 19th april i had already made booking for my trek. But because of oyo's pathetic service and they didn't provide us with the hotel. We had to search for the hotel and lost almost half a day. So our booking was cancelled and we lost money as well as time.

                            All in all, i deserve compensation for the humiliation i faced, because of you people lost my money and time, you lied to me in my face and delay in the refund process.

                            I'll tell you my details as i don't think so you guys are using any kind of crm software.

                            No, My complaint haven't been resolved. I got a call and then email from Mayank Saksena, Guest Experience Manager, Online Reputation Management, mayank.[protected]@oyorooms.com. In the mail it was written that I'll get a link within 72 hours to fill my bank details to transfer the refund. I got the email on 8th May 2019. It has been more than a month but I haven't received the link or the refund. I wrote 2 emails to Mr. Mayank but all in vain.
                            Here they say they have resolved the issue but in reality no steps have been taken. Stop fooling people. Stop cheating people. Just stop. Pathetic customer service. Pathetic company.

                              Yesterday i have booked oyo room at cost of 749 today i went morning 9.30am but they told you have to enter 11.30am it's not fair...
                              I have booked oyo room for rs.749 and they took amount of rs.875 and in this booking they included complimentary breakfast at that nominal price but they didn't provide the breakfast to us.
                              I booked with the oyo app but now i will receive the sms and call they told you have not stayed we will cancel your booking but my stay is confirmed and finished but in the oyo app it shows cancel your booking and says you have not stayed... What is this your are not able to cheat the customer it's not fair...

                                Team oyo,
                                I have booked a oyo 19739 royal hotel and restaurant through your official app on 27/04/2019. I had paid complete booking amount in advance through paytm. When i reached hotel officials refused us to give us hotel room they mention that they are not working for oyo because oyo is not providing them payments from last 6 months.
                                After communication with your local guest manager they suggest to shift in another oyo and they send us to oyo 6623 namaskar villa.
                                Staff of namaskar villa also did the same with us and not providing us any room. And your manager is also not answering my calls that moment.
                                Oyo 6623 is showing that i stay there and mention the fake summary on your app which is completely wrong.
                                I was suffering in a new city just because of oyo which i trusted a lot before this incident. I am a traveler who booked oyo is almost every week in different cities.
                                Then i borrow money from my relative and place a fresh booking again and paid for that booking.
                                Till now i did not get any call from oyo and they did not provide my refund too.
                                This is not expected from a leading company like oyo.
                                You break a trust of your loyal; customer.
                                Now i want the refund of my money on immediate basis.

                                    I have done a booking today at oyo under bmck4903 at bhopal's grand regency hotel, the cost of the room is 699 rupees, at the time of check in the rooms were not clean, walls are dirty, hair are all over the bedsheet, television was not working and the bathroom was stinking, i complained about it to the hotel staff, on this they said other rooms are not available you have to stay in this room only, somehow we adjusted it but still the time of checkout they charged me 1200 rupees extra for a bedsheet as they were saying it's cause of your fault it became dirty, i was ready to pay an appropriate amount but they started talking rudely and tried to threaten me if i don't pay the amount i can't leave the hotel by any means, first they charged the amount for room where their services are # and secondly they charged me 1200 for a bedsheet, i want my money back or i need to know how to file an online case against them.

                                    Yes I need further assistance, I want my money back, is this some kinda a joke to you, your staff looted me and you're giving me consolation, as if it was a nice thing to do, I want you to call me my contact number is [protected].
                                    This is not the solution, I want to keep an update on this case each and everything, if not I'll go to higher authorities like consumer forum and other mediums but yes I need a proper resolution of this case

                                      Hi, we lived in oyo living pune for 3 months and they took the security deposit from us on the very first week saying that it is urgent and that it will be returned. We left the place and as per their rules and regulations, we should have got our money back. Its been more then 3 months now, when we have been mailing/calling and asking for our money back but of no use. They do not take our calls, no reply on mails as well. We request to kindly have our money returned to us. This sort of irresponsible behavior does not suit anyone, and is too much over the limit now.

                                        Booking id: mwyv9165. First of all oyo customer support is very very very very worst because they don't responsibility in email and social media. I explain full details. This hotel staffs rude behavior and bathrooms not good and very very limited breakfast and room service not good and room amenities so i contacted oyo and that time ashish manager promise me future booking don't happen this and we will take feedback so i asked i will book again this hotel if again same happened so i want my money so he agreed so i booked after 1 month for this same hotel (Booking id mentioned first line) but they not care my feedback and complaint so happen this same so i write multiple times email but no one responded. I emailed 55+ time but no one responded so i contacted they social media but don't replied and ignore my comments. Now 4 months after. I want my money. Don't blame and cheating to customers
