Oyorooms customer service don't try to escape by just writing a comment saying sorry and we will look into but provide productive response after initiating 100% full booking amount refund.
As you can see i'm going raise one complaint everyday until you really refund.


Oyo customer service: dont close this as resolved by just adding copy-pasted same comments without giving real resolution like last time. Please provide provductive resolution here only after investigation. I'm providing all the details if you really want to give resolution for your mistakes.

    I had booked a room named on himanshu
    Booking id adqk4075 at oyo 26815 hotel sweet night, ghaziabad. I cancelled the request because the amount what i had paid was not same to the hotel.in the oyo app the amount was which i had to pay was₹508 and at hotel it was showing ₹580. I was paid the ₹508 amount online and because of this miss match i didn't stay at room and cancelled the room but i still not received my paid amount in my paytm bank.
    I am also uploading my transaction summary and cancelled booking screenshot here.
    Please help me as soon as possible.

      My experience is bad with oyo just because of its booking services and the hotels they alot.

      The first thing happened with me is at mathura when i booked a hotel and the staff denied checkinn by saying low fare. I can't give you my room at this price. You better call oyo and ask for transfer.
      That time my friends and i was so tired but i got transfer and walked all the way to new hotel which was 1 km from there.

      Next happened in shimla. I went to a hotel by checking it into oyo and asked for room. The reception said there is no room. Oyo has already given overbooking.
      The hotel kapital it was.

      Next happened at manali. I booked ambika residency (Gnip908) i drove a bike from shimla to there and when i reached. There was no. One at reception. And when he came asked for booking he said there was no booking by your name. I let him see in the app and then he said sorry sir we have no room you can contact oyo and asked for transfer.
      Even they have not that etiquette that they should even ask for water.
      Again i was travelling so long and what oyo want to give me a transfer to a hotel which was 2.1 km far from there.

      So finally i rejected my room booking.

      This is how the oyo is making me unsatisfied everytime.

      Even though my every booking as been done from oyo only.. I have even taken gold membership. And i am also an advocate customer.

      So not happy with oyo day by day.

        On 25th april, i have booked hotel ambrosia, indore yesterday night from oyo app and when i had reached to reception, receptionist named nikhil denied on us to checkin because we are an unmarried couple with local id and there is election aachar sahinta going on. However this hotel is listed under couple friendly and accepts local id. At the same time i called oyo support and the agent asked to handover phone to receptionist, and receptionist denied to agent over phone as well and handover me the phone. Then i asked agent to shift me to another property or process the refund but she (Agent) said that our manager will call you in 10 mins and nobody called, i have waited there for almost 30 mins outside the hotel. Then i made another call to oyo support, the another agent who came on call said he is escalating the issue to his senior and he will call me back in an hour. Then after an hour same thing - no call no show. Then i finally got that oyo doesn't care about his customer anymore, the way oyo was earlier is not in the present. But my money is already trapped and i was stranded on road for nothing. I was hell pissed off of 2 hours of long wait and then finally made 3rd call to oyo support, and the guy said he is connecting me to his senior and put me on hold for 40 mins and then call disconnected automatically, its 11 pm now and went to home with aggression and sorrow. Now today the 26th at 12:26 pm, i made another call in a very calm way and requested very nicely to refund the amount, the agent again put me on hold so he can transfer my call to his supervisor and call got disconnected automatically or from his side after 8 mins. I mean what kind of # customer service you guys are giving to your customer? Real people talk like machine and doesn't get you a solution? # hotels which doesn't respect either. Why i trust oyo in future if my first ever experience is that horrible? Anyway i need my refund asap, please process it or i will go to consumer court. I am seriously pissed off. Thanks

          Oyo room service is not good recently i faced issue like when booked through online i booked for two days with out paying money. But when i spent one day did not like the hotel want to change the hotel customer relationship manager sayan chakraborty told me as per oyo policy i have to pay whole amount which is not logical and acceptable. Why i will pay when i did not stay. Actually oyo make this rule so that they can deceive innocent people and loot thier money. So please donot book using oyo again.

            I had booked oyo hotel on 25th may night 7:30 for 26 th and 27th may for mumbai oyo bkc grand.

            My booking id was zwln5063.
            I paid 3508 instatnly.

            But due to personal reasons i had to cancel booking after 15 hours of my booking time i. E. At 9:23 am on 26th morning.

            This was way ahead the check in time of 12 noon.

            I was told rs 3508 will be refunded. But instead 1800 is cut and i will get rest.. Is what sms which i received from oyo mentions.

            On phoning back, i was told that since cancellation was not before 24 hours of check in it can not be fully refunded.

            My point was booking itself was not before 24 hours so obviously cancellation can not be before 24 hours. Hence i should get refund.

            He said, he will check the audio conversation and cal back. Nobody has called back.

            I should get full refund due to reason stated early.

            I am your regular customer.
            If this happens how can i continue to be your customer?

              Oyo booking htxf2690
              - upon arrival at hotel was told no rooms available as no voucher received from oyo. Also was told that the earlier shift informed the current one that no room can be allotted against above booking. Don't know which version is true!
              - did not provide alternate accommodation in the middle of the night... Got my own after walking around the place at 1 am.
              - oyo cancelled my booking next morning as "no show"... Which meant no refund for 5 days, against 1 day alleged no-show??? Which policy is that???
              - next day requested hotel to give me a letter that i had showed up for check in so i could claim a refund from oyo
              - hotel issues letter without oyo booking number.
              - i insisted that i need a letter with the oyo number else the letter is useless. They kept refusing, so i told them that i will have to call the police as they are "frauding me".
              - the management with the manager and the owners son (Perhaps?) went ballistic!!! They called security to throw me out, and threatened to thrash me personally and also call the police as i was creating disturbance. Nice holiday for me!
              - after this was put up to oyo they restored my "refund process" which may 7 to 14 days.

              Simple logic:
              - oyo and the hotel properties, play on peoples money and peoples holidays... They scratch each others back.
              - oyo has no regard for hospitality... They make money on thousands of rooms, who cares if 500 odd suffer, its just another statistic
              - if oyo says technical glitch, dont believe them... As the truth comes out in different ways from different individuals, both oyo and hotel staff
              - if oyo says they have addressed the complaint, dont believe them... It complete nonsense...

              Category options below dont have "hotels" as a choice... Please add that!

                Hello to whom so ever concern
                We had a stay in oyo rooms also called as utsav banquets on 15th april and 16th april we had a very tough day as we were tired of the travel to surat (Gujrat) once we got the room there was no ac working when we checked the doors also were jammed & would give tough time locking when tried to complain about it the thr staff member (Yogendra sharma as he is called pushed us & abused us and continued till 30min till one of the other staff calmed the chaos yogendra sharma continued the harressment till late night as he use to comment whenever we use to pass by & stare with and angry look everytime we passed as he would beat us, when we checked out yogender sharma did not gabe us the bill invoice as he said that the hotel does not have gst number and he would only give the chalan as written when returning after paying the bill yogender still continued the stupid ness giving and angry galnce. Please some actions as we guest are not safe beside these foolish people who do not understand attithi devo bhava awaiting your response

                  Hotel tieup is finished and they are denying the check-in.. Oyo is saying they will not refund the money but instead shift to some other property.. All other properties in yamunanagar are worst in living.. I want my money back as it's your fault, if not given my money back.. I will file a case in rti... You should not have listed that hotel on the oyo official website.. The customer care is not worth speaking to.. Give this case to higher authorities and refund my money as soon as possible

                      I gave my pan card to create oyo agent id but their manager mr. Saukat and mr prashanth had created another id without my knowledge and given it so someone else. This is illegal and if it gets misused my name will come. I have contacted with oyo but nothing has happened. Now they are saying they cannot created another id also as one id has already been created once.

                        Recently I have noticed that my email id [protected]@gmail.com is being used by someone to book rooms in hotels at Coorg through the webiste OYO rooms. This has happened multiple times in the months of february and march.All the bookings were cancelled except the last one in which they have paid the bill in cash.I am attaching the invoice which I received as mail and other mails as screenshots.

                          I checked out from the hotel 1 day before.but there is no refund initiated.In the hotel room there is no air conditioner and tv also.wifi couldn't be connected.Iwant to refund my money of rest 1 day.I contacted to the customer care for many yimes but there is no response from your side.kindly take an action against my refund or the hotel service.

                            I have payed for breakfast at the oyo 17328 new friends hotel. This guesthouse doesn't have a restaurant or are they willing to provide me with the breakfast i have ordered when booking the hotel. I asked to have breakfast and was shown the street.
                            There must be alot of miscommunication between your company and this guesthouse.
                            I've already had problems checking in yesterday, i had to pay extra (Check my reference) standing in reception for 2 hours trying to negotiate my booking reservation because your not in contact with your franchisees. Is something i'm not happy to do again after i've payed for something i should receive. These options and extra charges should not be an option i[censored] and your franchise cannot provide them.

                              We booked oyo with the booking id gadb0964 done by tanmoy dey in kolkata for 3 people but one of our male friend came with us from kolkata amd want to stay with us for one night but at that moment night gaurd of hotel grand mishra internatinal came here at our room at2 pm and told us he is calling police for that reason this is so embarrassing and harassing like a #. So i am complaining to the highest authority to look into this matter and take strict actions against this hotel authority seriousy we will never book a hotel from this oyo site if this problem will not solve by the oyo authority and i am so much serious about this matter.

                                The ladt time i had an issue with my check in i called up the customer care and told them about my issue. The hotel i had to check in asked for my local id to which i said that i have a copy of it which i felt was fine as they might have a policy where the accept only original document rather than a photo or a photocopy. The issue arrised when the receptionist snatched my phone from my hand to look for the booking id without my consent and was so very rude about not having the orignal document at that time. I was shocked to see that kind of behavior of a hotel management. Thete were other people of the staff too and i felt humiliated. I went back and called the customer care immediately about the issue but the customer care executive tried to defend the management and rather offering me a solution to it he asked me to pay for another hotel but didn’t resolve my issue with the managements behaviour. I was refunded the amout but i had to look for another hotel after traveling more kilometers wasting my time and fuel. Till this date nothing was done about that behaviour and neither i was provided with an appropriate solution. All the company did was to defend their profits rather showing concern for their customers.

                                  I registered my complaint with oyo for the booking id louy1490.
                                  The condition of room was pathetic for which i have already submitted the photos. It was not at all a three star hotel or i can say a 1 star hotel and i paid more than 2k for that hotel.

                                  First of all oyo replied for my mails after a very long time.
                                  Now they have stopped replying in the mid of the conversation. I have already called them twice and i am mailing them again and again to reply back but all in vain. Oyo is just acting like they dont bother at all and customers time dont matter for them at all. Like what, they are not at all taking any pain for customers complaint. They are just making customer angry by not at all giving any response. We also have very less of time for these things and you dont bother about that. Have some responsibility.

                                  I completely told to customer care executive them to give me my money back. But no they again tried to make a compensation. You are like bargaining with me and trying to save as much money as you can. First told me to take 20 percent than 50 percent. What like i am selling something. Sir i wasnt happy with your service and i didnt stay at that hotel. I need my money back and not your compensation

                                    We have booked a room on oyo for mount abu the hotel name is rudra villa, we booked 2 rooms for 4 members after visiting there the hotel owner is saying that we are not allow male here only couple allowed but they dont even mention this thing on there description and then the hotel member told to cancel the booking so we receive the amount back and the customer care of oyo is also told same thing that we receive the refund but still they dont give the confirmation.

                                      I have booked oyo room in Pratham inn 26609. My booking Id was WKQZ0694. My amount was already debited & got confirmation of booking. But when I reached there they told we have not any collaboration with oyo. We have no oyo rooms . You have to purchase new rooms at 1800/-plus tax for classic rooms .they are not accepting your booking then how you have given me confirmation of booking & deducted amt . &!i have two small kids one is of only 2 months . Now how can I relay on you . There is no response from you & now asking how was your experience as if you don’t know they are not accepting your booking . I wil like to go in consumer forum for mental harassment also if you will not respond

                                      I had reserved a room through Oyo app for staying one day at Palani for Darshan. Booking date was yesterday. I reached the hotel around 3.15 PM and I had to wait there around 3 Hours to check in. The room was not cleaned properly and foul smell from Bathroom. My first experience with OYO is bad really bad

                                        I booked a room at oyo 16072 hanuwant palace check-in 23rd april 2019 12pm onwards. I reached at 12:20 pm there and when i show them the booking message and mail they denied my check-in because the booking is for ₹524 and they don't want to give room at this price. They said that no one can give you room in this price. My booking is already confirmed but they refuse to give room. Also they were so rude. Please take action against hotel (Hanuwant palace oyo 16072) as soon as possible.
