Dear oyo,
My experience about srico hotel is good and basically i appreciate the attitude of property manager. But i don't like the oriya service provider boys. Basically the service provider boys who's belong from orissa have no common sense about the behavior as well as courtesy.

As per my profession i m a manager at a nationalised bank and basically belong from orissa. But i m very much sorry to inform you...

not allowing visitors after 6.30 pm

During room booking it was not mentioned that visitors are not allowed after 6.30. Suddenly from reception it is conveyed that visitors are not allowed. We have infact paid for 3 days. This is really not good. Our visitors are just for visit and not for staying. All these rules goes with hospitals and not with hotels. Kindly look into the matter. Early action requested.

extra amount charged without no reason and explanation

I have booked oyo room at Hotel gold palace Delhi .My booking id was FZAB3084. Their website showed room rent Rs.649.00 after discount . I paid the full amount before check in through oyo app .
Later, when check out time, oyo sent a bill with additional Rs .300.00 mentioned as other charges.They didnt offer any explanation on this other charge.They were not ready to attend my complaint even after repeated call to oyo customer care,...

I have paid rs.285 through debit card to oyo app on 15th april 2019 to book hotel in noida. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. Therefore I made successful booking from paytm. I want my money back which was deducted from debit card. We had booked a hotel for 33 rooms through OYO, Lucknow, for a wedding function that was to be held on 2nd Feburary 2019. We had paid the advance for the rooms on 5th November 2018. nightmare experience at oyo and customer service just ignoring

I had such terrible, poor, irresponsible, unprofesional customer serivce experience after booking oyo room (Balaji lodge-oyo19927). See attached pics of dirty marks from the flooring to sealing with pan spits, toilet water is literally leaking nor i can use toilet properly with a pipe going from infront, see toilet entrance has leaking water from toilet, see the dirty shelfs.
Its disgusting that i ever ever stayed any such oyo dirty...
