Firstly, somebody barged into my room i was not there, a lot of cash (App 5k) for stolen from my room. There was no network in the area so i couldn't call or use internet there (Andaman island)
I felt totally unsafe, and there was a major electricity cut off in the night.
Second, i wasn't given the room which was shown in the pictures.
I was out for a vacation and the hotel was the worst part.
They gave me a room which was not only pathetic, stinky and cheap, but i don't the room belonged of the hotel.
And when i went to the manager, he said do whatever you can, i have taken pictures and also a video for the proof.
I had to suffer because first, i had paid already, and second i didn't know anyplace to go to there.
Last day of my trip was a wreck. And worst was i had to keep my parents into that room.
Please atleast ask them to not repeat the same with anybody else. Please!

    I have booked one room in sector 70 and paid the amount at the time of booking. After confirmation, we went to the hotel. They said we are overbooked. Contact to Oyo we can't do anything. At 12 pm we are standing outside the hotel in hot summer day. Tried to Call customer service they all are unprofessional and they don't know how to talk and resolve the query. They know one thing put ur CALL ON hold. After 45 mins waiting they finally shifted another hotel. We went there. There was another issue ac is not working.. In hot summer day we can't check in the room .Tried again contact to CUSTOMER CARE again on hold and waited 1 and half an hour no resolution will be provided. So we checked in, manager said wait 1 hr we will shift you in another room after check out. We thought ok we can wait..in that room we waited is filthy and full of dust you can't even sit. We don't have choice that time so we waited. Another 1 hour owner said change another room we did the same. Same no ac no TV no cleaning. After an hour again we shifted another room. Ac was working but washroom lock was broken we couldn't open it. Dust was everywhere. Mattresses were old and bedsheets pillow cover are very filthy. 2-3 people came and start to unlock the door.. but unable. After 15 mins, one came and open with tools. No cleaning at all. ### is in pot. I nearly feel vomit.. rat is roaming around my rooms. Seriously not expected. These are the basic facilities we are asking. Oyo customer was very disappointing. Tabs are broken. No water.

      I stayed in the vantage hotel in agra and the room provided had dirty matresses and pillows. Even after complaining, i was given a different room with "less dirty" mattress and pillows. After that when i switched on the tv, it was not working and hotel staff said they will make it work but it didn't even when tv services were available in my room. After that ac kept switching off due to "power cuts". We were promised to be given complimentary breakfast with 2 food options and the choice between tea and coffee but all we got was one food option and the tea. We had nothing to choice out of food or beverages in complimentary breakfast. Last but the most important one was that i had decided to give hotel 2 star rating but during my checkout, the receptionist asked for my phone to check booking id and gave its hotel 5 star without my consent. I wanted to give it 2 star but due to this fraudulent behaviour, this hotel deserves 1 star and i want to be refunded for such pathetic services.

        I want refund for my early checkout

        I paid for the 3 nights but due to my personal work i have to check out early i checked out a day before they told they will do refund but there is not initiative taken for that. I want refund for the remaining night. I use oyo where ever i go but if they didn't refund then i will not use or will not recommend to anyone so please do me the needful.

        Oyo 4690 hotel kanta international
        I am forcong myself to write the complaint, as the servise is so bad.. I couldn't myself to lodge a complaint. The staff was not corportive and the service was way below the level of oyo rooms. I jave booked the room only on the basis of oyo facilities but this hotel is totally the oposite of what i was expecting. I have ordered for warm water but the water which was provided was not consumable. It was so dirty that the dirt can be seen from the naked eyes. And that water was also provided after 2 hours delay. The plastic
        Jug in the room was also dirty and broken. Have ordered the breakfast also along with the warm water but the order was never passed to the pantry. The list is endless. The worst experience i have ever faced. I was shocked to see the standards and unhygienic conditions. I would never recommend the hotel to anyone and might take the complaint to social media and consumer court as well if no action taken.

          Oyorooms customer service is terrible amd worst in india. If you really care for customers don't try to escape by just writing a comment saying sorry and we will look into but provide productive response after initiating 100% full booking amount refund.
          As you can see i'm going raise one complaint everyday until you really refund. I wrote 32 emails to your customer service.

          Oyo customer service: dont close this as resolved by just adding copy-pasted same comments without giving real resolution like last time. Please provide provductive resolution here only after investigation. I'm providing all the details if you really want to give resolution for your mistakes.

          How many times I told you didn't send a link to refund full amount but just 234 rupees. I said 50 times by now to refund 100% or I won't end this compaing about your terrible poor service after giving a nightmare experience

            My self saurabh bhandari i booked my room at 27th april with dinner of 1 guest and i made all the payments and when i checked in at 8 pm after 1 hour it will shows the amount that has to be paid but it shows that your lunch has been booked at 10 pm but how it possible i want to cancel my meal of lunch because i was checked in at 8 pm how i can eat lunch at 8 pm. I want to return my amount.

              The worst experience with oyo. Fault information provided.in oyo site, distance was mentioned like 1.5 kms from lake. But here it is 3.5 kms from lake that to, hotel is on top of the mountain. Taxis are collecting 300 to 500 for each pick and drop. That is biggest loss for us. When come to hotel accommodation, we are not having hot water even. We raised a complaint to oyo two times and no response. We raised 100 times to manager and no response. He was drunken fully and was saying from 11 am to 9 pm as, electrician is coming. But no use. Worst and worst of the customer satisfaction. We decided to raise the complaint to consumer court as we have already complaint ids and wrong site information in net. We have payed half of the money and remaining we will not pay.

                Oyo executives promised me for the refund of 1747 and it's been 4 days as of now but still now i didn't get any refund. I have done a extra payment but they are making me fool and not even responding me. They are telling we will arrange a call back but no one is calling me from oyo. Really irritated and i want a immediate response from oyo and i want oyo to refund my money immediately.

                For reference,
                Bikram singh and sajjan singh both are guest experience manager at oyo they committed me.

                I have also attached the screenshot of the email.

                I need my money back immediately.

                  I booked a property near teghoria and the hotel confirmed this as well. once we reached there we found out that workers are still working and that property is still not open. someone named Pratyush came to us and after that he will accommodate ask on a different property at least 3 kilometres away and it will charge us more. Binita Chatterjee called us and gave the same option. She told us to cancel and then asked us to book other hotel as if that is a solution. They did not helped us anyway yet.

                    Yesterday i faced the issues with oyo (With booked room) (Guy's don't use oyo they have only unhygienic room)
                    Guy's please share this post to your friends & family :-
                    1) bedsheet and pillow cover was not clean (Blood on the pillow cover) 😑
                    2) taking too much time for check-in and changing the room. (The other room was given is also as older one) room was unhygienic.
                    3) there is no ac remote.
                    4) there is no tv remote.
                    5) there is nothing running channel in the tv. The tatasky account was deactivated.
                    6) furniture was broken.
                    7) no privacy.
                    I have all the proofs of my last stay. Like pictures of blood on the pillow cover. Broken furniture. Unhygienic room. Even window curtains are not properly covered the window.👎
                    I just want my full money back.

                      Recently on 22nd april i booked oyo 11758... This was fory first time to book a oyo room.. The staff was very rude you can also check that i booked and paid the amount but they didnt give thw rooms and they dod argues with me and said to leave the hotel is this your customer service oyo? Please solve thos bad staff and you can check c. C. T. V of 6-8 pm evening time of 22nd april..

                        The oyo app said that early check in charges are 0-30% but i was charged 60% of the amount payable for the room. The hotel services clearly mentioned breakfast but we werent provided with that either. After enquiring we were told that no such thing is mentioned in your booking.

                        I would like a refund of my money for the extra amount i paid for the room and breakfast.

                          I have recently booked a holiday package for my self and my family in munnar and instructed the oyo team to book a munnar hotel they have not booked the hotel that i have asked for, even repeatly asking them if the property was in munnar they said yes. Today after arrival at the property it is situated 20 km from munnar i have complained to the account manager mani but have not received any solution for this.

                              I had booked a room named on himanshu
                              Booking id adqk4075 at oyo 26815 hotel sweet night, ghaziabad. I cancelled the request because the amount what i had paid was not same to the hotel.in the oyo app the amount was which i had to pay was₹508 and at hotel it was showing ₹580. I was paid the ₹508 amount online and because of this miss match i didn't stay at room and cancelled the room but i still not received my paid amount in my paytm bank.
                              I am also uploading my transaction summary and cancelled booking screenshot here.
                              Please help me as soon as possible.

                                My experience is bad with oyo just because of its booking services and the hotels they alot.

                                The first thing happened with me is at mathura when i booked a hotel and the staff denied checkinn by saying low fare. I can't give you my room at this price. You better call oyo and ask for transfer.
                                That time my friends and i was so tired but i got transfer and walked all the way to new hotel which was 1 km from there.

                                Next happened in shimla. I went to a hotel by checking it into oyo and asked for room. The reception said there is no room. Oyo has already given overbooking.
                                The hotel kapital it was.

                                Next happened at manali. I booked ambika residency (Gnip908) i drove a bike from shimla to there and when i reached. There was no. One at reception. And when he came asked for booking he said there was no booking by your name. I let him see in the app and then he said sorry sir we have no room you can contact oyo and asked for transfer.
                                Even they have not that etiquette that they should even ask for water.
                                Again i was travelling so long and what oyo want to give me a transfer to a hotel which was 2.1 km far from there.

                                So finally i rejected my room booking.

                                This is how the oyo is making me unsatisfied everytime.

                                Even though my every booking as been done from oyo only.. I have even taken gold membership. And i am also an advocate customer.

                                So not happy with oyo day by day.

                                  On 25th april, i have booked hotel ambrosia, indore yesterday night from oyo app and when i had reached to reception, receptionist named nikhil denied on us to checkin because we are an unmarried couple with local id and there is election aachar sahinta going on. However this hotel is listed under couple friendly and accepts local id. At the same time i called oyo support and the agent asked to handover phone to receptionist, and receptionist denied to agent over phone as well and handover me the phone. Then i asked agent to shift me to another property or process the refund but she (Agent) said that our manager will call you in 10 mins and nobody called, i have waited there for almost 30 mins outside the hotel. Then i made another call to oyo support, the another agent who came on call said he is escalating the issue to his senior and he will call me back in an hour. Then after an hour same thing - no call no show. Then i finally got that oyo doesn't care about his customer anymore, the way oyo was earlier is not in the present. But my money is already trapped and i was stranded on road for nothing. I was hell pissed off of 2 hours of long wait and then finally made 3rd call to oyo support, and the guy said he is connecting me to his senior and put me on hold for 40 mins and then call disconnected automatically, its 11 pm now and went to home with aggression and sorrow. Now today the 26th at 12:26 pm, i made another call in a very calm way and requested very nicely to refund the amount, the agent again put me on hold so he can transfer my call to his supervisor and call got disconnected automatically or from his side after 8 mins. I mean what kind of # customer service you guys are giving to your customer? Real people talk like machine and doesn't get you a solution? # hotels which doesn't respect either. Why i trust oyo in future if my first ever experience is that horrible? Anyway i need my refund asap, please process it or i will go to consumer court. I am seriously pissed off. Thanks

                                    Oyo room service is not good recently i faced issue like when booked through online i booked for two days with out paying money. But when i spent one day did not like the hotel want to change the hotel customer relationship manager sayan chakraborty told me as per oyo policy i have to pay whole amount which is not logical and acceptable. Why i will pay when i did not stay. Actually oyo make this rule so that they can deceive innocent people and loot thier money. So please donot book using oyo again.

                                      I had booked oyo hotel on 25th may night 7:30 for 26 th and 27th may for mumbai oyo bkc grand.

                                      My booking id was zwln5063.
                                      I paid 3508 instatnly.

                                      But due to personal reasons i had to cancel booking after 15 hours of my booking time i. E. At 9:23 am on 26th morning.

                                      This was way ahead the check in time of 12 noon.

                                      I was told rs 3508 will be refunded. But instead 1800 is cut and i will get rest.. Is what sms which i received from oyo mentions.

                                      On phoning back, i was told that since cancellation was not before 24 hours of check in it can not be fully refunded.

                                      My point was booking itself was not before 24 hours so obviously cancellation can not be before 24 hours. Hence i should get refund.

                                      He said, he will check the audio conversation and cal back. Nobody has called back.

                                      I should get full refund due to reason stated early.

                                      I am your regular customer.
                                      If this happens how can i continue to be your customer?
