Hi, I have made the payment to Oyo rooms and made the payment, and the amount deducted from my account and oyo rooms did not agree that they have received the payment till then,

It is being three months, my bank has also confirmed it is submitted to the beneficiary account. But oyo rooms are not accepted it.

Then i have to make the payment through cash also, means i have to pay two times for the same room.

I want my money refund which you guys have taken up online. I have all the screenshot of the bank you needed.

Send me the screenshot and approval mail from your razor pay bank as my bank have confirmed with the proof that you guys have received the payment.

you have to check the payment of the day when I have made the booking and when my payment get confirmed both dates. Also, check with the Google transaction id. I gave you a screenshot of my payment of Google pay. show me yours that the payment is failed at your end. And don't show your system software screenshot.

    My package id pkg-dwrl3682 - i am mr. Prakash dayani who provided oyo tour to my 15 friends & relatives. But to my great surprise it was a nightmare for all of them. My tour was planned from 30.01.2019 to 04.02.2019. Till 29th january, 2019 late in the evening by 8.30 pm i had not received voucher of oyo hotel. I was running from new rajendra nagar to oyo office in the night to get my papers as i was to leave home at 5.00am with my 15 persons. As soon as we reached port blair, nobody was there to attend us for taking us to hotel room and no transportation was there till 45 minutes. I would like to mention here that there were senior citizens with me in the tour except few young. No hotel in port blair, havloc & neil ireland was marked with oyo. Transportation, food was horrible. Each & every time we had to face so many problems with the hotel staff for hot water for taking bath. No morning tea was provided to us during our stay. It was a horrible experience to us. I would recommend all that not to book oyo tour package anymore. They promised us delux package but they provided us standard package and told us that you will get discount in your next package and it will be adjusted in your next tour. All fraud. Will definitely not recommend oyo in future. They promised cruise one time but all the time ferry tour was provided to us where there was no water, no refreshment & no tea in the ferry. It was worst.

      We had a planned vacation to goa and a booking was confirmed for 30th jan 2019 via oyo app. We did inform the hotel about our late checkin and everything was agreed over phone. We were denied check-in by the hotel staff and were asked to look for some other option. This is really frustrating considering start day of our trip. We were left with no choice but to look out for some other accommodation. Below are my booking details.

      If you consider customer service, its ridiculous and we wont use oyo app in the future and i wont recommend to any of my friends/relatives. When we called oyo customer care, they rejected to help us and on top of that said "did you guys travel so far trusting oyo. You should have considered alternate option". Imagine how would the customer feel. We were helpless.

        Highly disappointed with oyo. This is first experience and looks like will be last experience. The hotel location is poor inside a gali with conveyance issue. Rooms are cramped, unhygienic, paint removed, old blanket, dirty pillow cover. I would like to check out tomorrow. I checked in at 10pm still will pay for 5th feb but no other charges should be levied else i will have to take help from consumer forum and social media. Will put this data with pictures on facebook and twitter abd you face the consequence. I want this sorted out tomorrow, we are defence people, don't cheat us. Pl refund my money for 6 feb to 8 feb. The staff was playing loud music at 12am in midnight, made me feel scary as a lady.

          I checked-in spandan inn on 27-11-18. I was on official tour. During check-in i asked them whether they will provide gst invoice to submit to my company. Mr. Rajkumar was there in the reception. He told that it will be sent via e-mail after check-out on payment of the entire amount. I checked-out on[protected] and paid the entire amount through internet banking. I received only oyo payment receipt. I didn, t receive any receipt from spandan inn. I called ms. Papia sengupta (In-charge of spandan inn) regarding this. Initially she told she will give the invoice. Subsequently i emailed her. But there was no response from her side. Again when i called her she spoke very rudely and cut the call. She did not attend any subsequent calls or reply to any reminder e-mails. I escalated this to oyo customer care. But whenever i call they will tell that they will discuss with ground team. Till now i have not got the invoice. Feel really bad and dont feel like booking another stay with oyo. Never expected this kind of response from oyo.

          OYO Customer Care Case ID 11800504.
          I am repeatedly mailing you that property is not giving the invoice from December 2018 onwards. I checked-out on 01-12-18. When I asked in December your team told that they need some time. You dragged the matter till February and now telling that the booking is November month.
          You also claim that property is fully controlled by OYO and now telling me to contact the property directly.
          When I contact property, no one is responding.
          Please give me a solution for this. If required I can attach the email conversation I had with OYO customer care.

          Dear Sir,
          Your team called me. Your person gave me the mobile number of the property owner. I told him clearly that the property owner is not picking up my call. Your person told that he will contact the property owner and get back to me. After that your team has sent en email stating that
          " I had a word with the property and they are contactable too. Please ask them to provide the GST bill"
          If you can contact the property you can ask them to sent the GST bill to my registered email ID. I am repeatedly telling that I contacted the property owner. She spoke very rudely to me and promised me to send the signed copy of GST bill. She neither attended subsequent calls nor she send the invoice to me. If you want I can attach the copy of the email sent to her with date. Now I think she has screened my mobile number. I am not able to contact her.
          I clearly tell you that we guests are not here to hear shouting from the property owners. How can she speak with a guest so rudely for just asking a GST bill.
          One more email I received from your team giving the GST invoice for the convenience fee which is very small and also asked me to apologize and book another stay with you.
          Please tell me how can I accept that.
          I request your team to kindly contact the property owner and ask them to send the GST invoice to my registered email ID.

            Our booking reference is pfzr6214. We had booked mascot residency in noida for 2 nights. The condition of the rooms were very poor. They were dirty, unclean sheets, bathrooms very dirty. It was a nightmare and was very different from the pictures posted on your website. My fitbit watch which would be for around 10, 000 rupees also has gone missing.

            I have booked 2 hotels in pune on 15th jan booking id ( LIVC3986 ) & ( PSBH4325 ) via oyo rooms and paid online Rs 1234 & Rs 917 respectively but both hotels denied to check in due to non acceptance of online payment.
            hence oyo cancel my booking and not giving the refund.

              This place is a nightmare for couples. The staffs there were completely drunk and some were on drugs yelling at us terrible words when asked to open the main door at night. The staring looks they give to couples are unbearable. Sat all night without sleeping and they forced us to give a 4 star rating on oyo before leaving. I have been using oyo since past 3 years and never had such a bad experience like this. Please do the needful so that nobody else should have such a worst experience while on a vacation!!                 It seems this has become a regular habit of oyo to decrease the level of hospitality in their managed hotels.

                The map for the hotel was not correct we dropped at wrong place on very first go then hotelier took us to the hotel on bike.

                Tv was not working i called them multiple time but no response. They ignored the issue like nothing ever happened, i asked to change the room as room had some crack holes in their walls they denied.

                I called them multiple times for drinking water and heater but no response from their side, no one is even picking up the phone.

                I called you guyz and you confirmed the same that they are not picking up your phone as well.

                So basically i had the worst experience with my partner at your managed hotel.

                  Oyo mr. Agarwal you and your company is cheating me and many other customer. How long you will do such cheating business. I wiil tell all my friends not to book via oyo.                     I had a booking with oyo package id pkg-ijtd4189 and it was cancelled due to some reasons.
                    We were promised that there would be a refund of 5, 000.
                    Now itz been more than three months and we have got no response. I always get a reply saying operation team will contact you as refund is in process
                    Total scam company. I strongly recommend people not to trust oyo holidays ever. You people are total fraud and untrustworthy.

                        We booked a honeymoon package worth Rs. 56000. A day before the planned leave ..we received a call from their customer service girl that due to high tides ferries won't be working and it is not safe to travel so we won't be able to continue this package and said to cancel the package. AS informed we cancelled the package and waited for refund. It's been more than a month and didn't even receive a penny and they aren't even communicating. We are lied that transaction is done every time we approach them. They have spoiled my honeymoon and resulted in a great loss.

                          I have booked a dubai trip(PKG-DLIX5678) for my parents but due to some reasons i had to cancel it. I was promosed 100% refund within 15 days on 15th jan 2019. Now if i call them they tell me that my refund has been done but i havent got any amount credited to my credit card. I asked them the transaction reference number but they havent provided any yet. Total amount is 62000 and it is so frustrating to deal with these people on phone. Either they put your call on hold or the guy with whom initiated the process will be on leave. Very poor customer service response.

                          I would definetely not recommened anyone to book anything from OYO. Just a fraud company and fraud service executives.

                            I have booked andman package from oyo total holiday, the worst decision of my life. The sales team took rigourous follow up till late evening hours till the time payment was not made by me, the entire situation changed post the payment. Its almost 15 days since i made the payment and no hotel vouchers shared. When call mr. Dimple nagpal and his manager mr. Sajan they assure me the file is transferred to operations team. I tried connecting with operation team initially they told me its in process, now they are again redricting me to mr. Dimple. I am unable to understand the unprofessional attitude of the oyo total holiday manforce. I want refund of the money paid.

                            Kindly look into the matter earliest.

                              3 rooms available against booked 5 rooms at hotel berry'[protected]@banglore. Going to lodge complaint to police station, whatever the implications oyo management has to face further consequences. Oyo management to be ready for the same. Oyo executive are talking roughly rather taking care and get arrange room any other near by oyo room, till from 6 pm to 10:30 pm we have not got any confirmation from oyo executive. This will be taken in consumer court and oyo management needs to think over it.

                                I booked oyo room on 15/12/2018 . Payment was done . But when i reached the venue hotel was completely booked already. Customer care initiated my refund of rs 1369 but after 15 days customer care told refund is cancelled so on 5/01/2019 refund was initiated again which was again cancelled when i called them on 29/01/2019.
                                My experience was very bad with OYO Rooms.

                                Received a call from oyo after posting complaint. Customer care Mr Nitish Rathi told me that he will initiate the refund today nd send the msg regarding this to me but till now no refund initiation msg was sent to me.

                                  "we are glad to have the chance to host you again. We confirm that 1 classic (2x) room at oyo 4641 the sangh gunny has been reserved under your name.

                                  Check-out - 20th jan'19

                                  Address - no 439/b, 8th main, vijaya bank colony, bannerghatta road, bangalore.

                                  But when i tried to check in the hotel manger refused booking from oyo and refused my stay. Then i called oyo and they told me to wait they will call hotel, but after waiting 2 hours i no confirmation from oyo or from hotel i left to search another hotel on my own with our doing any morning activities. Even after collecting money on 26 november 2018, not able to confirm with hotel means something fishy. This is a clear cheating and looting. Even after putting a complaint no refund also.

                                  Please take up the issue with oyo authorities.

                                    I have all the evidence that oyo rooms has cheated me in the name of refund. My money 1000 rs is wasted and it is looted by oyo rooms. They said they will refund my money but at least they made me fool. My booking id : gxsf3174 i had booked room for 1 nights stay at hotel pmr bangalore with my family. It was a horrible stay at there as the hotel room was so dirty. There were lots of hair on the bed as they might have not cleaned the room earlier.
                                    Telephone of room was not working.
                                    There was no electricity in the washroom
                                    Flush of the the washroom was not working, there was no cold water in the tap.
                                    This hotel is worst hotel and i have to checkout before.
                                    Attitude of hotel staff was not supportive in this case.

                                      We booked hotel from oyo in port blair but they cheated us they booked another hotel without even informing us. The day we reached the hotel booked by us the hotel staff told us that they don't have tie up with oyo anymore when we call the oyo then they told us that u have been booked another hotel. We have to suffer very much problem. The hotel that they gave us was in very bad location and locality and was very small and upon been contacted they just said sorry. The room were not even half the price if the room we had booked earlier. They not even refunded our money.

                                        On 25th of Januray I made a call on the Hotel Owner,
                                        he told me property is under maintainance so he said to cancel the booking and the booking is cancelled by oyo people,
                                        then oyo people shifted me to "OYO Townhouse 053 Gomti Nagar".

                                        After they shifted to me to this booking, when i reached there at 12:02 PM i was denied checkin due to local id issue{at the time of booking there was not any such issue} for my partner
                                        i talked to oyo customer care service call but they where not able to provide me another room in any hotel in Lucknow .

                                        After all this i wasted my full day outside the hotel and booked an immediate cab around 7 in evening.
                                        I came to lucknow from delhi, i have the Proof for my tickets and cancelled ticket which i made
                                        and i didn't got the refund of that from transport because that's from my side

                                        I wasted my day, my money, my trip, and work also not done.

                                        I tried to talk to oyo customer care till 3 in after from 12 in afternoon and they couldnt sort things out.

                                        I am attaching the details of call i made and the time i spended in talking them.

                                        Two of the oyo representative gave me the 100% assurance that we will shift u in 30 minutes but that also failed.

                                        I want a compensation for my trip, My travel Allowance i Spended from delhi to Lucknow and Lucknow to delhi, My time, the cab i took to hotel, and the day i spended and the ticket which i cancelled because of oyo services.

                                        I have the recording of Oyo people with me. I dont get feedback from oyo.
