I have'nt received paytm 100 cash for opening oyo for 7 days
Hello i have received a offer from oyo regarding that if i open oyo for 7 continuous days from 8 to 14 febuary, then i will receive 100 paytm cash to registerd mobile number, and after opening for 7 days continuously i have received message that i have won paytm cash and it will be credited in 48 hours but i have'nt received the paytm cash yet please help me when will i will receive my paytm cash and how much more days will it take it already 48 hrs gone as per your transfer policy.

    While booking the property i have spoken thru your customer care help desk, i have informed them i would require early checking my flight came around 3.20 am in goa, therosa villa mr. Sahoo organised car pick up to my surprise when we reached mr. Sahoo refused the rooms said ourbooking starts after 12.00 noon hence we have to wait, at wee hrs we have faced lot of in convenience, has to look for couple property at 6, 00 am after speaking with oyo customer care we could get in hotel sona at goa. As per our infor both mr. Sahoo and car driver hand in gloves and made money out deal with room booking and car booking i end up paying 1700 for pick up and mr. Sahoo made money on pretext of valentines day night with third party which eventually denied our admission in the wee hrs of 15/02. Please take strictier action. Car driver mr.       I made a booking mucg2160 earlier in lonavala, when i reached the property it was terrible. They didn’t have anything in good condition and the images didn’t match up with the reality. So i got that cancelled and got new booking by overpaying for ybfz3204. When we reached this property, the oyo captain ajay avinash bankar told us that the place is already booked by someone else and you need to go back to previously canceled property as its the only available property. We said we need a refund as we didn’t want to go there. He kept us on hold for an hour and then switched off his phone. We tried calling oyo customer care and were put on hold by different departments stating that they cannot help us and they can’t initiate refund right away. Finally after 3 hours of holding up they raised a case with id 13163392. Which is not resolved and now the booking is not even showing up on app so i am not able to see the case updates.
      I had gone to lonavala with my wife and parents through a zoomcar but we had to come back to pune without enjoying anything there, as we were too frustrated with everything going on with oyo. I need a refund for the property.

            I have booked two oyo rooms and have paid rs. 2114/- (For two days i. E., feb 13 to feb 15 with booking id:- ijok8751) and rs 1504/- (For one day feb 13 with booking id :- dcpm0329) repectively for both rooms. But on arriving at the hotel, i was infomed that the room which was booked for two days was cancelled. When asked how can you cancel with out prior information, oyo executive has informed that they have called me and i had not attended. But i have not received any call from anybody. I had wait with my family of five persons in hotel lobby along with my 7 months old baby. This is very unacceptable. I was given one room and was asked to pay rs. 500/- hundred for the extra bed they provided. And in the app also my refund was not being shown, i dunno why. I want an explanation, why was my booking cancelled at the last minute and why was not allowed any other room at the same hotel and why was forced to pay for the extra bed they provided along with full refund of my cancelled room (Booking id:- ijok8751) and i want quick response in this matter

              I want to cancel the booking but the refundable amount is rs 0.
              I talked to the customer representative and they mentioned that i must have received an email with cancellation details but no email was received.
              I only received a message with booking details.

              Now, they say that no amount will be refunded as i'm cancelling before 7 days of my stay.

              If this was mentioned to me before, i would have cancelled my booking long back but because of a fault in their system it costed me rs3057.

              I would like to receive my money back as this is a mistake from their end. They should have sent an email or atleast should have clarified this in the text message that the sent to us.

              I would like to receive my money back at any cost.

                  I booked a room with Hotel Hare Rama at Allahabad and prepaid the room for 13 Feb 2019. At the hotel i made a call to the Oyo helpcenter and asked to find out if the booking is available for 14 Feb as well. Immediately the person booked 14 Feb room at an escalated price without even asking if I am willing to pay.

                  When I raised this issue with the Oyo, they wrote an email saying they are crediting 500 Oyo money to my account for next booking. Why this cheating of booking an escalated amount room and appease client with Oyo money.

                  My request is to refund me not through Oyo money but Indian Rupee.

                    I booked a room with OYO for Feb 11 and 12th. Upon checking my credit card i noticed that OYO had charged me twice under OYO Rooms and once under Oravel Stay Pvt ltd. Thats 3 charges for the same rooms. They repeated the same for the 12th. Upon calling them, the customer service advised me that it was due to a system glitch and the charges will be reversed. I haven't see any reversal. I don't know what kinda glitch they have whick knows how to overcharge but never misses to take payment

                      Open gutters in the entrance, filthy place with dirty linens of previous occupants, no towels, no toilet roll or soap went at 2pm room not ready. Dirty smell of open gutters, dirty dishes and cutlery lying in corridor. Tried to complain by phone cannot get them all e-mail addresses wrong, need full refund for such a awe full place.0 rated place nowhere 3 star. Adivce not to book in oyo hotels. O

                      Complaint regarding Shree Sai Guest House, Allahabad Oyo12446. My hotel booking ID [protected] ( Goibibo ID HTLYWXYVEJ).
                      Additional complaints: we were charged INR 21503.00 for 2 rooms/ 2 nights 5th and 6th February 2019, while some other occupants paid only INR 1250!!!
                      This establishment is so horrible that it needs to be shut down. Does not deserve even minus three rating!!!

                        I booked room through oyo and 1 day ago confirmed with their representative to get the room ready by 9.15am to 9.30am as i was gonna do early checking with my wife and 4 year old kid. He agreed to do so as per my requirement.in morning as i reached the room, there was no attendee so i called up oyo cc to ask for room access key. They told me that room will be vacant by 11am and will need time to clean up the room so i will get the room by 12pm as per company norms though there was no one staying in any room. I said okay to it n went nearby seaside. By 11.45am, i came back to hotel & saw no attendees were there. I waited there till 12pm to get the room but to no use. Room did not ready by 12pm as per your company norms. Still i did not receive a single call from oyo to check whether i got a room or not. I called up oyo cc to check the status n they are telling me that room cleaning will be done in 15 mins more. When no one is there to clean the room how room will be cleaned. I would suggest people to never ever go with oyo. When i asked for refund the money, they are teeling me it will take 7 to 14 days as per company norms. Why should i care for your company norms. Was it my fault that room was not ready on time?

                          I stayed at hotel kenil star at dehradun.

                          These 2 nights stay can be pleasant but staff n services of hotel made it worst.
                          First in the room basic amenities was not there no washroom amenities no towels
                          Second in blanket there was a lipstick mark, hence in 2 days service no housekeeping person came to service the room after making hundreds complain finally 2 day evening person came n replied i don't know anything mam as i am doing night shift you can nit answer a guest like this
                          Third tv not working because no setup box was there
                          Fourth ordered food but something else came in my room made a complaint then ordered food came but it was tasteless again ordered chole bhature the guy confirmed but they served the food which was prepared 2 days back
                          Fifth no senior manager to speak some random guy came to my room knowing m single lady he came and said he is fom and listens my complaint but you can see at which level they can go no loyality to customers.in the room of single lady they send the person he is leing totally unsafe
                          Fifth when you want to settle the payment they don't accept card ridiculous if it's so then clearly mention on site that cash is acceptable not card
                          My total experience got worst.

                              The worst behaviour we have seen today when we gave visited at hotel iris of aurangabad. It is 12:15 midnight and we are standing outside of the hotel, hotel manager not giving responded and refused to provide hotel room n stating that oyo company has not settled amount that's why we are not taking bookings from oyo and we are not having any vacant rooms. So our question is that if you such people's are not able to provide good services to customer so why you are showing this type of hotels in oyos list. Main problem is that we are standing at highway n no hotels we are getting no oyo company customer care is helping such a worst service you are providing. Requesting you to please close this oyo services if you wants to continue this type of behaviour in future. Because is tarah ke attitude se ap log customers ka trust khodenge. Hope!! Is the only thing bcoz market is not small only you are not in a race.

                                Dear sir,
                                I booked hotel park palace oyo 22683 for dates 02/01/2019 - 04/01/2019.
                                And also payed the total amount rs. 7925 at the time of chech-in.
                                But later on due to poor service by the hotel, i modified my booking 02/01/2019 - 03/01/2019. And my refund amount of rs.4515 was processed.
                                Now, its been more than a month since i made modifications in my booking and at same my refund of rs. 4515 was processed by oyo. But the refund amount is yet not credited to my bank account.
                                Kindly process my refund amount to my bank acc. As soon as possible.

                                The amount supposed to be refunded was Rs.4515 but the amount actually refunded was Rs.3275 that is less than the promised amount.
                                Kindly refund my remaining Rs.1240 to my respective bank account.
                                Also i had attached the snaps proof of the confirmation mail regarding modification and refund processing of amount Rs.4515.

                                The refund amt.Rs.1240 is not yet credited to my bank account. As discussed with OYO, they are telling that the amount is transferred to my bank account whose details are :

                                For booking: UVPN3508

                                I had also attached bank statement around this date.

                                But as I contacted my branch they are saying that there is no such credit transaction in my account.

                                Sir, please solve my issue and please provide me my refund amount in bank.

                                  Hi, This is for booking ID:ZXEH6372 which on hold from OYO, Case ID:13062162, this happened on 11th Feb 2019
                                  At the time of booking it was showing me 6561 RS to book the property and after that i paid that amount and i received a mail which says that my booking is on hold due to partial Payment but i have screenshot of before booking and after payment.

                                  On this issue OYO Guest Experience Manager Said "sorry sir we can not do anything"

                                  Oyo Spoiled my Vacation and they are not accepting their mistakes and try to put on me, which is totally wrong.
                                  Hi,

                                  First of all these you have provided nothing kind of help in this issue, i have made booking, and i have the showing amount, it was prepaid property i can not change the amount or pay some kind of advance payment, so i want the same booking to be confirmed in the paid amount.It was not my mistake that i it is showing me different amount and it was confirmed that your prices are dynamic.

                                  This happened to me twice, first time I do not have proof with property name but now i have attached the screen shot of the same.

                                  Current case ID: 13062162

                                  I want my Booking to confirmed in any how situation because if it was system error then the compensation must bear by OYO only customer has nothing to with that error.

                                    Hi 08.02.19. I book a hotel through oyo (Booking id aqpb8591) at krishna guest lines oyo 3352. After reaching at hotel around 9 p. M. We came to know that hotel is on the 4th floor and lift services stop at 8 p. M. After reaching the reception desk when we are ask for check in one boy appear and after a 5 min struggle he manage to bring the manager there on the desk. The manager is fully drunk and he refuse to get the booking because we done prepaid bookings. And we also came to know that there water line is blocked for couple of days. The manager there ask me call oyo assistance because they have nothing to do. Now please answer my questions.
                                    1. Why oyo tried up with such property where free of cost leaving is impossible?
                                    2. Why your executives are not up to day with the present status of the property?
                                    3. Why only some of oyo tyup hotels are behalf with customer like beggar, that give us to chance to stay there is there kindness.
                                    4. After the problem arise at the property oyo people give solutions to offer us a new one property. But sometime its tough to manage for the offer. Last 28th jan in asansol i face the same kind of problem and oyo team suggest me to ship another property which is near by 16 k. M. Away from the town. Is it call a solution?
                                    5. Are oyo people is serious about the business?
                                    Please let me know the answers because being a regular customer of yours now i have to rethink for booking through oyo. And again this is my forth letter to oyo since have no resolution. Please think if you have time other wise a day will come only the level stay without customer.

                                      I booked an oyo le tara residence on january 16, 2019. The check in date being 1st february. I was denied check-in at the hotel as the hotel quoted if we have paid online we cannot provide a room due to an ongoing issue of the owner with the oyo.
                                      When i raised the same to the senior team, i was assured of a premium property with a premium room. I specifically booked that oyo le tara residence keeping the size of the room in mind and personally asked if there was a balcony in the oyo from the property manager. I was assured that both of the facilities will be provided to me in the flagship oyo too. When i reached the oyo, i was given a classic room. Much smaller than my previous booking and i was given no balcony. I personally raised the situation 3 times and everytime i was assured of a call back from the senior team but i wasn't called back at all. I raised a request for a refund too but that was also denied. I was forced to stay as the refund was denied and i had no other option. The customer care staff was not helpful at all. False promises were given to me and the experience was totally bad. The room was dirty, towels were not provided. Fixtures were broken. Cieling broken. The worst experience.

                                        I booked my room oyo 17216 classic lodge for 12 feb 19 but when i reached to hotel, hotel owner says that there is no room for oyo customer because they already mailed or massage to oyo to breach a contract with them., i was badly suffered with my wife and 1 year old baby, further i make again a cash payment for same than hotel allow me to stay i want justice other wise i will sue on oyo
