I hv complaint about security in oyo flagship sector 46 gurgaon.. My rm no was 203, and in rm no 202, 204 was occupied by such nonsense pathetic people who got drunk over night and disturbed us. By knocking door and tried to come inside my rm through their washroom window in my rm balcony and they brokered up their washroom window glass tried to enter in balcony.. These all things happened but in the name of security no one came to help us.. Plz oyo ceo mr. Ritesh agrwal told me for what i hv paid money.. To get scared overnight.. Feel uncomfortable.. To tolerate such a pathetic behaviour.. Every day we hear news about rape.. Murder.. Even though you provide such security.. Its better to stay in street all overnight rather than stay in oyo room.. They just want money for sake of money they provide room to any one they won't worry about their other guest..

    Package i'd kmsu0235
    (7th feb to 12th feb 2019)

    What should i say about your package nothing went smooth as per your itinerary

    So let me start with issue

    1 flight cancelled (Didn't get accommodation) plans got changed without our acknowledgement.
    (Loosing my income 5000rs for single day)
    First received provisional voucher and when i receive final voucher flight time were change
    But at 11.30 clock in night i receive call where i am told your flights are cancel of morning 8 clock and next day will schedule your flight
    Communication from your end was so late and nobody bother to inform me earlier

    2 voucher provided only 1 day prior and they made changes in final voucher as compared to provisional voucher.

    Pls understand how could u make changes without informing customer from your end it is my hard earned money which i have spent

    3 sim didn't provided (I have to pay 400 thb for sim)

    4 season pattaya hotel didn't provided wifi connection in room,

    Also didn't get proper room service,

    3000 thb get stolen from inside my suitcase

    5 didn't get water sports at coral tour, as it was not mentioned in provisional voucher that i have to pay from my own pocket
    (I have to pay 4000 thb)

    During return from coral iceland speed boat engine goes failed, we were stuck there for almost 1 hr

    Lunch was worst, like i never seen it before.

    6 transfer from pattaya to bangkok very early, we waited for 2-3 hr in lobby for check in, (Wich kind of tour plan is this?)

    7 bangkok hotel (Grand alpine) worst hotel ever experienced.
    View from the hotel window was like india zopad patty
    Cockroaches are there in room, breakfast was also worst, reception is useless no response for any complain. (Have you guys checked reviews of this hotel before booking?)
    Every customer complaining regarding this hotel

    8 nothing was there in city tour,
    We directly went to 2 temples, that's it.

    9. At the end, air tickets booked 2 sperated sit for us.
    1 sit at left side of walk way & 1 sit at right side.

    10 i was on my first ever honeymoon,
    Which you guys spoiled very effectively and the worst customer experience one can have in his whole life

    From your end no communication was made and i was like whether i am going on a package as i was only managing all the things
    No support was provided to me from your operation team and they give a call on last day and tell whatever is written in final voucher u will get that only
    Common guys on last day who will go through voucher

    I trusted oyo as a brand it was a complete failure from your end which make me thinks why i choose oyo package

    I want compensation regarding this, else will go to consumer court and take strict action against you as you have not delivered anything as per expectations of provisional voucher provided by oyo team.

      Dear team,
      I booked oyo through oyo sales agent on new year occasions and i paid 4288 for 2nights and what they committed me was totally fake and wrong property was in corner of shimla and property was like guest house jhopdi u can say what they show me in pic was very different i took a taxi of rs2000 to reach oyo property and i stayed because i was helplessness and i checked out early morning discussed with oyo sales agent and he has to refund my 2n amount but i stay one night but they are not refunding my one night amount also worst experience with oyo.
      I will suggest you all never book oyo they show different provide different i spoil new year occasion my partner birthday and waste lots of money in taxi. I am following last 2months but they are not refunding my amount even i have mailed their ceo also services are worst and experience too.

        I am consistent following up since 24 january but till date neither fir lodged and provided fir no. Nor updated any action from your side. Although it has been confirmed from hotel that a person entered in to the room without my consent in those days. Due to udaipur and pune long distance, now pune police is my only hope to resolve the issue and provide justice in this case. As there is limited access for cc recording for 40 days only, so there is chances to delete the recording in coming days. Request to you kindly arrange and provide the recording for speedy resolution.

          Hi,
          I had the worst experience of my life with my booking id: vuib0726 at oyo 17165 flagship ace residency. Krishanlal marwah marg, ashok nagar society, udyan complex, marol, andheri east mumbai india 400072. Your company almost killed us. I hope your guys are aware what had happened last night.
          Just wanted to ask how does your company list up hotels which does not safety measurements. Isn't your company resking up customers life.
          The worst thing is that the management flew off from the hotel without even informing the customers to run for there life.
          I need to have an valid explanation for this withing next two days. Waiting to hear from your side.

            Last year myself and wife booked oyo ahmadabad and on check in one person in reception who was operating the computer and who took our id proof and did the check in formalities said that i should pay cash. I refused and said that since i did not have enough cash i would like to pay by card, but he said card swipe machine was not working. Since i was going to stay for long, i asked whether i can pay by netbanking. He accepted and gave bank a/c details. When i asked why a/c was in personal name - all this happened in front of all staff in main reception during checking process - he said oyo arrangement is that guest pays the hotel and not oyo. I transferred funds and he confirmed receipt my family was allowed us to stay for many days. After sometime, since service was reasonable i booked again same oyo after speaking to the hotel. They confirmed and one mr. Pankaj patidar asked me to send the money. I paid. Subsequently, as stay was getting longer i was asked for another payment and i transferred to the name registered in my net banking of hdfc bank i. E. Purshottam patidar. Then pankaj phoned and informed that 2nd payment rs/12000 not received. I gave details of transfer for which he said "sir, the person purshottam patidar is not related to us/oyo you have made wrong payment please resend" i did not have no. Of purshottam and got from pankaj who said he knows purshottam who was previous oyohotel owner. Now i tried speaking to purshottam at least 100 times, and was successful only 3 times. He did not answer phone. A lady claiming to be his sister spoke saying that some family member was not well and once he is back in ahmadabad he will refund. Subsequently, this same lady now changed her tone and shouted saying that its my mistake and i have to wait indefinitely as purshottam was out of job and once gets his job and salary he will return the money. I managed to speak to purshottam 2/3 times, and he promised, but no action. I kept begging. Pankaj spoke to him many times and asked him to return the money. I would like to put this entire episode on twitter, facebook and also make a police complaint against oyo. Before this, i would like you to do a thorough investigation and ascertain :
            1. Whether all my oyo booking /stay money has been paid
            2. Identity of purshottam
            3. How can oyo help me get my money back?

              I have'nt received paytm 100 cash for opening oyo for 7 days
              Hello i have received a offer from oyo regarding that if i open oyo for 7 continuous days from 8 to 14 febuary, then i will receive 100 paytm cash to registerd mobile number, and after opening for 7 days continuously i have received message that i have won paytm cash and it will be credited in 48 hours but i have'nt received the paytm cash yet please help me when will i will receive my paytm cash and how much more days will it take it already 48 hrs gone as per your transfer policy.

                While booking the property i have spoken thru your customer care help desk, i have informed them i would require early checking my flight came around 3.20 am in goa, therosa villa mr. Sahoo organised car pick up to my surprise when we reached mr. Sahoo refused the rooms said ourbooking starts after 12.00 noon hence we have to wait, at wee hrs we have faced lot of in convenience, has to look for couple property at 6, 00 am after speaking with oyo customer care we could get in hotel sona at goa. As per our infor both mr. Sahoo and car driver hand in gloves and made money out deal with room booking and car booking i end up paying 1700 for pick up and mr. Sahoo made money on pretext of valentines day night with third party which eventually denied our admission in the wee hrs of 15/02. Please take strictier action. Car driver mr.                   I made a booking mucg2160 earlier in lonavala, when i reached the property it was terrible. They didn’t have anything in good condition and the images didn’t match up with the reality. So i got that cancelled and got new booking by overpaying for ybfz3204. When we reached this property, the oyo captain ajay avinash bankar told us that the place is already booked by someone else and you need to go back to previously canceled property as its the only available property. We said we need a refund as we didn’t want to go there. He kept us on hold for an hour and then switched off his phone. We tried calling oyo customer care and were put on hold by different departments stating that they cannot help us and they can’t initiate refund right away. Finally after 3 hours of holding up they raised a case with id 13163392. Which is not resolved and now the booking is not even showing up on app so i am not able to see the case updates.
                  I had gone to lonavala with my wife and parents through a zoomcar but we had to come back to pune without enjoying anything there, as we were too frustrated with everything going on with oyo. I need a refund for the property.

                        I have booked two oyo rooms and have paid rs. 2114/- (For two days i. E., feb 13 to feb 15 with booking id:- ijok8751) and rs 1504/- (For one day feb 13 with booking id :- dcpm0329) repectively for both rooms. But on arriving at the hotel, i was infomed that the room which was booked for two days was cancelled. When asked how can you cancel with out prior information, oyo executive has informed that they have called me and i had not attended. But i have not received any call from anybody. I had wait with my family of five persons in hotel lobby along with my 7 months old baby. This is very unacceptable. I was given one room and was asked to pay rs. 500/- hundred for the extra bed they provided. And in the app also my refund was not being shown, i dunno why. I want an explanation, why was my booking cancelled at the last minute and why was not allowed any other room at the same hotel and why was forced to pay for the extra bed they provided along with full refund of my cancelled room (Booking id:- ijok8751) and i want quick response in this matter

                          I want to cancel the booking but the refundable amount is rs 0.
                          I talked to the customer representative and they mentioned that i must have received an email with cancellation details but no email was received.
                          I only received a message with booking details.

                          Now, they say that no amount will be refunded as i'm cancelling before 7 days of my stay.

                          If this was mentioned to me before, i would have cancelled my booking long back but because of a fault in their system it costed me rs3057.

                          I would like to receive my money back as this is a mistake from their end. They should have sent an email or atleast should have clarified this in the text message that the sent to us.

                          I would like to receive my money back at any cost.

                              I booked a room with Hotel Hare Rama at Allahabad and prepaid the room for 13 Feb 2019. At the hotel i made a call to the Oyo helpcenter and asked to find out if the booking is available for 14 Feb as well. Immediately the person booked 14 Feb room at an escalated price without even asking if I am willing to pay.

                              When I raised this issue with the Oyo, they wrote an email saying they are crediting 500 Oyo money to my account for next booking. Why this cheating of booking an escalated amount room and appease client with Oyo money.

                              My request is to refund me not through Oyo money but Indian Rupee.

                                I booked a room with OYO for Feb 11 and 12th. Upon checking my credit card i noticed that OYO had charged me twice under OYO Rooms and once under Oravel Stay Pvt ltd. Thats 3 charges for the same rooms. They repeated the same for the 12th. Upon calling them, the customer service advised me that it was due to a system glitch and the charges will be reversed. I haven't see any reversal. I don't know what kinda glitch they have whick knows how to overcharge but never misses to take payment

                                  Open gutters in the entrance, filthy place with dirty linens of previous occupants, no towels, no toilet roll or soap went at 2pm room not ready. Dirty smell of open gutters, dirty dishes and cutlery lying in corridor. Tried to complain by phone cannot get them all e-mail addresses wrong, need full refund for such a awe full place.0 rated place nowhere 3 star. Adivce not to book in oyo hotels. O

                                  Complaint regarding Shree Sai Guest House, Allahabad Oyo12446. My hotel booking ID [protected] ( Goibibo ID HTLYWXYVEJ).
                                  Additional complaints: we were charged INR 21503.00 for 2 rooms/ 2 nights 5th and 6th February 2019, while some other occupants paid only INR 1250!!!
                                  This establishment is so horrible that it needs to be shut down. Does not deserve even minus three rating!!!

                                    I booked room through oyo and 1 day ago confirmed with their representative to get the room ready by 9.15am to 9.30am as i was gonna do early checking with my wife and 4 year old kid. He agreed to do so as per my requirement.in morning as i reached the room, there was no attendee so i called up oyo cc to ask for room access key. They told me that room will be vacant by 11am and will need time to clean up the room so i will get the room by 12pm as per company norms though there was no one staying in any room. I said okay to it n went nearby seaside. By 11.45am, i came back to hotel & saw no attendees were there. I waited there till 12pm to get the room but to no use. Room did not ready by 12pm as per your company norms. Still i did not receive a single call from oyo to check whether i got a room or not. I called up oyo cc to check the status n they are telling me that room cleaning will be done in 15 mins more. When no one is there to clean the room how room will be cleaned. I would suggest people to never ever go with oyo. When i asked for refund the money, they are teeling me it will take 7 to 14 days as per company norms. Why should i care for your company norms. Was it my fault that room was not ready on time?

                                      These 2 nights stay can be pleasant but staff n services of hotel made it worst.
                                      First in the room basic amenities was not there no washroom amenities no towels
                                      Second in blanket there was a lipstick mark, hence in 2 days service no housekeeping person came to service the room after making hundreds complain finally 2 day evening person came n replied i don't know anything mam as i am doing night shift you can nit answer a guest like this
                                      Third tv not working because no setup box was there
                                      Fourth ordered food but something else came in my room made a complaint then ordered food came but it was tasteless again ordered chole bhature the guy confirmed but they served the food which was prepared 2 days back
                                      Fifth no senior manager to speak some random guy came to my room knowing m single lady he came and said he is fom and listens my complaint but you can see at which level they can go no loyality to customers.in the room of single lady they send the person he is leing totally unsafe
                                      Fifth when you want to settle the payment they don't accept card ridiculous if it's so then clearly mention on site that cash is acceptable not card
                                      My total experience got worst.
