I have'nt received paytm cash for opening oyo for 7 days
Hello i have received a offer from oyo regarding that if i open oyo for 7 continuous days from 16 to 22 febuary, then i will receive 100 paytm cash to registerd mobile number, and after opening for 7 days continuously still i have'nt received the paytm cash yet please help me when will i will receive my paytm cash and how much more days will it take it already 6 days gone as...

I stayed in oyo townhouse at 147, sector 25, dlf phase-ii for 2 days and checked out on 27th morning (Booking reference hunm9863). The manage could not give us appropriate invoice of stay and food.

Upon several request, today i have received the payment receipt, in which gst tax amount has been indicated as "other charge", which is not considered as gst bill by our ca.

I have had multiple issues with oyo. This was the latest.

I had paid a part of my booking through oyo money and had to cancel it because my guest complained about the quality of the hotel. Now they have initiated a refund for the amount paid in cash (They have asked for 14 days for me to wait for the refund!). But they have not refunded the oyo money.

Oyo rooms is one of the best hotel startup i have even seen... Concept of yours is tooo good... And your customer feedback (Rating out of 5) makes u unique and customer friendly... But i have noticed that hotel owners / people... Found a way of getting good rating... Many a times i have noticed that reciptinist / ower of the oyo hotel asked me to give good rating at the time of checkout... Thouch my exp is not good still they asked...

I hv complaint about security in oyo flagship sector 46 gurgaon.. My rm no was 203, and in rm no 202, 204 was occupied by such nonsense pathetic people who got drunk over night and disturbed us. By knocking door and tried to come inside my rm through their washroom window in my rm balcony and they brokered up their washroom window glass tried to enter in balcony..
