My booking id : gxsf3174 i had booked room for 1 nights stay at hotel pmr bangalore with my family. It was a horrible stay at there as the hotel room was so dirty. There were lots of hair on the bed as they might have not cleaned the room earlier.
Telephone of room was not working.
There was no electricity in the washroom
Flush of the the washroom was not working, there was no cold water in the tap, and you want believe that scolopendra was there in the room.
This hotel is worst hotel and i have to checkout before.
Attitude of hotel staff was not supportive in this case.

    Respected sir, I booked a 2 rooms in Hotel Ranthambhore Resort in Ranthambhore, Rajasthan using OYO, usind ID [protected]@gmail.com Phone no. [protected] on[protected] . The hotel was confirmed and the payment of rs. 2357/- was done through paytm. I reached there at 7 P.M. there and the manager in the hotel refused to give us room, while the prepaid payment of Rs. 2357 was already done to OYO. After heavy discussion of 1.30 hours you shifted me to another Hotel Saif. Our hotel Saif also refused to give room. After discussion with hotel manager and OYO helpline for 1 and half hours no solution was provided from these people. We 7 people including 3 females and 2 Infants were roaming here and there in the search of the hotel at 10:30 PM . All the shops, food corners were closed in the city till then, and we were literally starving. The unknown city...unknown people ...the the mental harassment from this worst company OYO made me frustrated. Due to all this our female companion and an infant fell sick. No doctor was available nearby so went to a hospital 5 Km away from our location. Meanwhile in this unknown city my friend's wallet dropped anywhere while rushing for the hospital, which had 2 ATM cards and Rs. 10000 cash. We were out of cash and no nearby ATM was working. I booked a hotel for triple the cost which I could bear being a middle class man. I can not afford all this. When I cancelled the booking, only Rs. 1547 refunded from the worst company in the world OYO. Your sincerely, Archit Rastogi [protected]

      We checked in on 29dec 2018.in the night time around 11 30 pm or so some thing bite checked properly found 5-6 bed bugs roaming underneath and over the bed sheet. Immediately reported to the concern person of oyo as the hotel care & maintenance taken care by oyo. Shown them the bugs on bed. Shifted to different room absolutely no clean & hygienist as if the room was maintained as a spare without any proper lightnings water leakage. Informed hotel person they just listened & ignored as if like nothing has happened.
      Spent rs.6142/- for one day and this is the treatment recd from oyo. Spent without sleep till 5 am checking the bags & clothes for any insect infection.
      Though after returning back home after 2 days found one bug in one of the clothes. And again we had to spend our time to search infection.

      Even the hotel helper informed 2-3 rooms do have such type of issues.

      Despite knowing oyo did not took any steps / precautions against such infections. They want only high amounts leaving with a bad impression and spoiling their own image.

      Am looking ahead for the loos compensation of rs.100000/- and want to file court case against oyo as soon as possible.

        I had checked in to an oyo room in corpo suits which gave me the worst experience ever in my life.. Coming to room it is not at all clean and no one cares too.. Second thing as soon as i went in to the room i saw the condition of the room i didnt like it so i asked them any other room they said they didn't have, i said i didnt like i am going to cancel as i didnt get the feel that i am in a oyo room.. As soon as i cancelled my booking, one of the room maintenance boy came and directly told "samaan leke bahar chal" to me which means he asked me to get out of the room.. I paid 200 in cash and they kept 200 with them saying i will take that as cancellation fee.. I was travelling all day searched for the nearest oyo which resulted in giving a negative impression on oyo.. When i was submitting my id proof of my friend the guy who was checked my friend's (Girl) id and started commenting on hey in his mother tongue.. I recorded that and made it translated.. Do you know what he said 'orissa ki ladki ko pataka laya maze lene dekh" he was literally abusing me and the girl beside me.. How awkward it will be for me.. People who work in dhaaba or lodges are working inside an oyo.. I felt a lodge would have atleast basic educated people who deal only on customer satisifaction.. I work in the same hospitality industry and got irritated seing all these.. I want an explanation for this and i want that 200 to be refunded in my wallet.. (Worst maintenance, rude behaviour with customer, dont't even know what hospitality service is this is not at all encouraged) the reason behind raising thnks complaint is superiors will know how well this property is getting maintained..

          Hi,

          My oyo booking id is xcld 2736, i went to stay in the oyo 26854 in pondicherry on january 12th, 2019 night. I paid online in advance for two rooms/4 people. When i tried to check into my rooms at 6pm, one of the two rooms was occupied by someone else, the oyo property manager did not allow entry to the room at 6pm. I have paid to enter/occupy the rooms from 12pm on january 12th, 2019. The service was very poor & the manager told that he could give only one of the two rooms now. I called up oyo call center, oyo told us that their other properties in pondicherry were occupied at the moment & that they could not provide alternate room. Oyo told this information only at 9pm after i made multiple calls to their call center. Not once did i receive any call back from oyo in the entire 3 hour process, where i made more than 10 calls to their call center & explained my issue multiple times to different people. Oyo did not dedicate a single person or a team to handle my issue. My evening plans with my family that evening was cancelled at pondicherry. Oyo told that they will refund my money & cancel the two rooms as their properties were full at 9pm only after i called them. Despite my pleading that i was with women & children, oyo told that the only option from their side was to cancel the room & refund as their properties were occupied at the moment. They did not bother were i was going to stay for the night. By 9pm, i lost hope in oyo's pathetic response & left to a nearby lodge. It was not until the morning of january 13th, that oyo called back to confirm on the refund of online payment for which it had denied me entry the previous day's night, oyo offered me 0.1% of my room charge as compensation in oyo money to silence me against filing a case against oyo in consumer court. I fear that this habit of pathetic customer service, coupled with negligence towards the customers from whom they took money in advance through online payment is going to continue with oyo. Oyo feels that it is entitled to cancel on it's customers who have paid oyo for rooms in advance.

          I strongly recommend people not to use sloppy online room booking services like oyo.

            I went hari villa residency oyo rooms for front office executive post the owner tiwari he was behaving very badly he is such a pervert. When i got in the receptionist area there was no one available only me and him. He was saying to join immediately and wanted me to get over friendly, asking that when you will get friendly because i wanted the person not as the employee but as a close friend who can share each others joys and sorrows etc. He was talking too much i said i will get friendly over the time but he keeps insisting to get friendly immediately then i said ok i will get friendly and work as a friend then he said to stand up and shake hands i did it but again when he come to this friendly conversation and said good stand up lets hug so i did side hug but then he said lets do it properly he hugged me very tightly and pressed my breast with his chest then i got blank.. Who do this with any interviewee i know he will clarify that i am saying wrong to harm his business or reputation, so this is the truth it wasn't by mistake because we already did side hug so it wasn't needed to hug by pressing chest he is such a pervert bloody rascal. I don't know how someone can do this he was like father aged yet he has no shame. His intentions were seems to get me into the room immediately. I am sure no girl can work there for long time only if she has some moral values.

              Address: 11, 1st floor, manju niketan bldg, opposite topiwala center, near goregaon station west, goregaon west, mumbai
              At the time of booking the executive didn't tell that visitors are not allowed for atleast 10 mins. So dirty and nasty place. The reception people do not bother what's my problem is. At the time of booking they told till 1pm it's free to stay, till 3pm it's rs 200 chargeable. But the hotel people denied and forced me to get out at 12pm. I am a single lady of 44 yrs nobody bothered to take my luggage to the cab. Nobody looked at me when i was leaving.
              In 10 yrs of my hotel staying tenure, i never faced such kind of disgusting atmosphere. Very disappointed and will never ever look to oyo executives, as they are lacking about their own company policy and rules regulations.

                I booked this facility for jan 5, 6th. Went with in-laws & parents (Above 60 yrs age). Jan 5th evening after checkin i checked with manager & owner about hot water next day, as we planned to leave early by 7. They confirmed no problem as its available 24 hour.
                My mother got up at 5:30am jan 6th, no hot water. She informs me. I complained to some care taker. He says he will contact owner. Owner comes at 6am, says in 10 min we will get hot water. Till 7:15 nothing. I called oyo ~ 7:30 jan 6th. They said they will resolve the issue. Nothing till 8am. I call oyo again, saying i want refund. They call owner to confirm, he lies. So they do conference with me & owner, finally owner agrees that he could not provide hot water.
                ~ 8:30am jan 6th oyo customer care guy shubham calls and tells oyo will provide refund.
                Till jan 10th no refund. So i call oyo, they forward request to ground team. Ground team replies in email, no refund.
                I never expected this from oyo.

                    Very first of all let me introduce my self my name is chinmay khemeriya i am from gwalior working in a mnc.
                    I am a regular customer of oyo and really i was very much satisfied with oyo till the yesterdays experience. When we book any property from oyo, we can not see the atmosphere and physical appearance of that property, we only believe that when we book any property from oyo which is approved by one of the most prestigious company for hospitality service provider. It must be hygienic for us. Same i booked hotel palak from my [protected].
                    The wole story is...
                    I book this hotel approx 2-3 pm on 12/01/19 for my wife, at night after my meeting i went to that property for picking up my wife. There is a girl siting behind the reception,. I asked her that my wife stay here and i want to go to her room. She ask about my is i gave her my voter card, then she cross check with her id which is aadhar card. After that she said that in our hotel this is not allowed that any one allow to meet with the guest who book room with his/her name.in between this conversation she called a guy, may be he is from staff. After that the guy who is called by receptionist, he told me you come out from the premises, when i go out he talk life very rough and using very abusing language. Then i told him that first called my wife when she identify me, so your dougt will clear but he refuse my request, so finally i told him called her we checkout from here.
                    Request to take some strong action against him. I have audio recording of whole conversation. I am waiting for your revert or else i will go to the consumer court.

                      I and my colleagues had stayed in oyo 17036 r k regency narhe pune on official work, booked through oyo on booking ids : vfsx8910, empz1360, goin3749, foza4317, prct0167. For all these stays i have only got payment receipt from oyo, which only has details of stay and mode of payment, but oyo doesn't provide a proper tax invoice with gst and other details, as required by my company for claiming purpose and which is also mandated by indian law. Oyo customer care when contacted says, this will be issued by hotel but hotel personnel says, it can't issue tax invoice for rooms booked though oyo. Because of this all my expenses are stuck and i am facing a serious difficulty in claiming my expenses.

                        Hi,

                        I have stayed on oyo rooms oyo686 hotel thames for two night with family. Booked through oyo and thought it was a sophisticated hotel, but what we saw at night in there bar and restaurant was ridiculous, at night i went in restaurant for food saw there bar girls dancing and people chasing and enjoying.

                        In the heart of city gariahat all this happen. It was such shame for me as i went with my mother. I will lodged this complain further too as it seems to be wrong thing going on. Oyo being part of it should not support them

                          My name is banty dogra. I have booked hotel x size room on 12 january of amount 752 and i got discount then its cost around 601 when i went to hotel then hotel receptionist said me that he will not give room at this amount and then he said that you have booked 4x size room and i was suddenly shocked.. Then i showed him my booking but again he said you have booked 4x size room. Really its very disappointed. I never expected its from oyo room. Really because i love oyo room it was not my first stay. First time it happened with me. So please oyo room its my request this can never happen with any customer because they are come from far cities, states. This is a reason i write complaint

                            Hi.. I booked a hotel with the name hotel york.. I booked it for 3700.. But as per the pictures available on website.. It turned out to be a mess.. The lock was broken.. Cupboard was broken.. N room was a mess.. N moreover the kind of reception we received was unexpected.. When we called oyo manager, we were not entertained at all.. I would request not to book this hotel at any cost even if it is for free.. I feel cheated completely

                              Received call from oyo on 10 jan, provided all information and details how we got cheated by oyo in dubai.
                              Again received call from oyo on 12 jan.
                              1. It is informed that my booking is cancelled by oyo as i have paid advance. I request pl refer confirmation voucher. Further i had booked through booking.com and my booking is cancelled by oyo.
                              2. It is informed that oyo sent message on 15 dec about payment of advance. Pl refer email from oyo on 16 the dec wherein it is clearly stated that i can pay in the hotel.
                              3. It is informed that oyo local agm visited hotel on 1st jan at 9 am to discuss our issue, however we had checked out. This is wrong and misleading information provided by local agm. We called him many times, however i have not received a single call from hom. We were in the hotel till 10.30 am, he had told us that he is having weekly off and cannot come to hotel.
                              4. It is informed that we were provides alternative accommodation and we were comfortable. I have already informed that being 31st dec, all hotels in dubai remains fully booked. The reception ask us to deal directly with them. For. Only room available with them and we. All 8 persons will have to share this room. We paid rs.16000 for this single room for one night and we 8 persons shared this room with single washroom. Oyo has spoiled. Our holiday and our claim for compensation remains unresolved.

                                This is to bring to your notice that we owners of hotel amaltas international, have no contract with oyo hotels, still our hotel name is not been updated on google and the contact number is also listed on google is of oyo.
                                Due to this we are loosing out on direct guest business as when the guest tries to call our hotel they get through to oyo and their customer care executives are cross selling their hotels to the guests.

                                We ourselves have tried a lot many times to edit google information, but we are not able to do so.

                                    I have booked an oyo room at morabadi, ranchi namely pratap residency. But the provided room is so dirty, bedsheets are torn, bathroom door not locked, colour of this room is vanished, walls are rough and especially oyo representatives are not co operative. After so much request to their representatives of hotel as well as to oyo no one is responding positively. Kindly solve my problem as i have already paid the amount at the time of check-in. Though i am a girl it's quite impossible to move another hotel in a new place.

                                      Hello sir,
                                      Last night[protected] i have booked a room from oyo whose booking i'd is lqei9607, but when i have arrived at property and talked to property owner then he said that there is no room available since 9th jan.
                                      And after when i talked to oyo room assistant vibhor shingh he said that he can shift me to other nearby hotel. I don't know why he is doing that if there no room available. Due to oyo services i have suffered whole night.
                                      In refund they have revert my money and 500 as apology. Is this justice from oyo side. Is this the only thing they can do to justify their services.
                                      Please look into this asap.

                                        Un-satisfactory servicebooking (Ztig9072) escalated, hotel - oyo 3360 near victory tunnel

                                        Ello guys,

                                        I am highly disappointed with the services i have received from oyo. For me you were just like the indian version of expedia but you stand nowhere. I do take around 3 holidays a year. This is the 1st time i tried oyo room & trust me if i talk about the hotel. This is the worst hotel i have stayed so far. I can understand the hotel can be not up to the mark but brand like expedia do provide and alternative solution rather than avoiding the situation. I have called you atleast 4-5 times. From morning till late afternoon & when your executive called me around 3 pm he was asking why i was checked in. I am not sure he was in his sense or not from morning 10 am to 03 pm he wanted me to stand outside hotel along with family including 4 females on the freezing weather & how in the world, someone whould get the to abount good or bad about the hotel services without checking in.

                                        Can you believe me a hotel without a electricity.

                                        1. There was no electricity in one of my room.

                                        2. Other room was just little bigger then the bird house. Bad was so small that's would hardly be good enough for two children.

                                        3. There was only 1 (Only 1) power socket in the room. Not even one in bathroom for dryer or anything.

                                        4. Extra bedding that i have mentioned & paid for at the the time of booking got only after 11 pm that also when asked.

                                        5. There was no drinking water in the room. Got only when asked at 11 pm.

                                        6. Room heater that was asked & provided at a price of 250 per heater per day. Was required to changed thrice after 10 calls approx & one of the heater got bad mid night & do you know that they do not provide proper bill for extra services or any food if you ordered. They forced me to pay in cash. I guess they are try to hide something (Or may be you also) from the govt. That i guess i will bring it to their notice.

                                        7. Sorry i forgot to tell you about the privacy. I didn't knew that room with a view means can other person can stand on your window with a see through glass. Looked directly into the room. Where couple is stayed.
