I have been trying to connect with OYO customer service complaint department regarding the complaint I raised for refund with the booking I did with Hotel Rajdoot on 18th of December.

Booking ID: UW295174

I made prepaid amount of Rs. 1577 and as soon as I called Hotel, they denied checkin saying their Hotel is full and OYO donot even update about the availability of rooms.

Immediately I called customer service to complaint the same. I clicked on Need Help which seems to be OYO chat bot.

I informed on chat saying I am denied checkin.

I got customer service number and I called the customer service number. It got connected to one agent to whom I explained everything. He offered for next booking and for refund of previous booking I can connect with OYO service team.

I agreed and booked another hotel with the help of him, . I also made a payment on the link he shared on my registered whatsapp number.

Later on I tried connecting to service team (IVR option is 2) for complaint which gets automatically disconnected saying high call volume and asking to click on chat.

The call always gets disconnected, no matter whenever you call.

And chat never has option of my query. I clicked on Ask Anything and mentioned my query. There is no response since last 2 days.

The only option for me was to connecting with Booking team (with option 1 on IVR), where they deny for escalation, they deny for any email of service team or escalation matrix email and also simply transfer the call back to IVR.

This loop mode is going on since last 3 days .

I need help in getting back my hard earned money for the booking where I was denied checkin.

    Hi Oyo team,

    Sid this side. After facing the worst check-in experience of my life post 12 pm mid night I had to pay extra amount in cash (Rs. 1800) to the hotel even after having 2 bookings at the same hotel, BOTH PAID IN ADVANCE.

    Felt very cheated, wanted to leverage the situation using my and my friends collective LinkedIn reach, but decided to trust in your system and hoped that will receive the right SUPPORT! Again I made a mistake to stay shut.

    Here are my two booking Id's / reply by OYO teams-

    1. Dear Siid,

    Your refund for INR 1487.0 raised against booking id E73T3785 has been approved by OYO.

    Kindly find my grievances below:

    I have two booking id's for which I had to speak to 28 oyo reps and explain my pain points and the whole story every time and have been deserted on hold everytime before finally getting the service desk to call me back. Can you believe how much of my valuable time I have spent. I can send you recording for each one and you can go-ahead an count the cumulative minutes I have wasted and begged just to receive my own money. For a CAREer starter in Bangalore, with a mere salary, and a person trying to meet ends Rs. 3000 is a lot!!!
    Understand it is a LOT!!! This kind of experiences destroy the memories. It makes me feel as if it was wrong of me to enjoy a little.

    A lot! Not receiving my money is always in the back of my head, every time I spend my money, it feels like ###! and it has been almost a month now since the date of booking!

    My friends and family has asked me to write to you one last time. Post that I can freely write a mail to consumer court.

    I sincerely request you to refund the said amount within 24 TO 48 hours.

      Hello -

      I canceled my booking with Oyo rooms and have a refund pending in the amount of INR 3212.0/-

      The status on OYO says that the refund is successful but I haven’t received any money in my bank account. Tried calling their customer service but the IVR machine simply hangs up after saying your refund is complete.

      My booking details are -

      Booking id: RT408901
      Check-in - 26th December 2022
      Check-out - 29th December 2022
      Booking status - canceled

      Please help.

          This is regarding my booking as attached (Booking Id : X3HG2026),
          I have booked a hotel through OYO on 9th Dec and got booking confirmation based on the advance payment Rs.224 requested by OYO
          But booking got cancelled from OYO side due to unavailability of rooms at the hotel at the last moment while reaching, and after continuous followup, OYO had arranged another hotel, also I was informed that refund will be initiated for the advance payment (Rs.224/-) which was paid for the cancelled hotel.

          But still I haven't received my refund, they are not answering to my mails and calls.

            I have booked am Oyo hotel for two days...on day 1 they said rooms are sold out and asked us to shift to other room where they r not family rooms and then i requested for refund and they denied the refund. After i claimed that i file a complaint in consumer court they initiated the refund request...and the 2nd day again the same situation...they are saying that rooms are sold out...with a family we cannot wait on roads for hours together...so please look into the issue so that no other family will suffer like this for hours together on roads with ladies and small children

              I am using oyo for almost 3years, but recently their services getting worst.i was in dehradun and booked a room on 7th december, i did payment through phonepe, but after payement oyo room is not booked, nothing showing in the room booking list in oyo.no messages, mail and notifications came.so i contact oyo customercare, but they said payment is not received to oyo bank, also said to contact phonepe support.i contact phonepe and they confirmed my payment is received to oyo bank.again 5-6 times i contacted oyo for the solution, they were like they have no idea for the solution.i was alone waiting in mainroad to get a solution.i was helpless and frustrated.i raised a complaint token.after wasting my 3 and half hour i booked a room locally.its been happened more than 1week.till now no call came, no help received from oyo.i need my refund and compensation.after getting my refund i will delete oyo forever.

                Hi,

                As we have done the payment before Checkin as per the booking ID : J6LT1565 and while checking they have collected more 600 Ruppes and OYO aggress to refund my money but still not update from OYO.

                Note : Don't fool us by providing Complimentary on my account and valid till one month.

                Need to address this on priority basis.

                  Last month, I booked 3 rooms at OYO Hotels and Homes Pvt. Ltd. I paid the amount and got the service. But when I tried to get a GST invoice for my booking, my GST number was not on the invoice and the paid amount was also incorrect, even though I added the GST details in my profile. Then I tried contacting OYO customer care, I tried several times, but they kept my call on hold I use to wait for around 15 minutes but no response, such a useless service. I want to ask OYO, why you guys are not providing the GST invoice, I just want the GST invoice for my booking, what's the issue?
                  I request the consumer complaints team to help me out to get the invoice, I would be glad.

                    My booking Id is TX4H2670. I have booked a super deluxe room in OYO 2984 Hotel Sun City for the period 15/12/2022 to 17/12/2022. I booked the room for 3 adult. Oyo also confirmed the same via mail dated 14/12/2022.
                    But unfortunately while check in the hotel we are not allowed to check in for three people. I talked with Oyo customer care representative Ticket ID [protected]. Talked atleast for a hour to resolve the issue multiple time call disconnected.
                    Neither I am able to check in with my guest nor I can cancel the booking.

                      I made a transaction for booking a hotel via OYO rooms on 4th December 2022 with transaction amount of 1868 but was denied check -in when I reached the hotel then I had a conversation with Oyo customer care executive and he then provided me another hotel with the same price range i.e. 1867 and I completed advance payment for the same. (Booking IDs : Z8Q50667 and WSFN7028)
                      The Oyo customer care executive told me that the refund would be initiated in 1 hour but it was not. I then made multiple calls to the oyo customer support helpline number but they put me on hold and did not respond, I asked them to provide me with their seniors number on which nobody answered even after many calls. I made all the necessary calls within 7 days of booking. After many attempts of calling them, I was told the refund would be done within an hour and that it had been initiated but it did not. Today (14.12.2022) I called them about the refund but i was told that refund must be initiated within 7 days of booking and I am late and they can not help but I contacted customer care within 7 days however they did not initiate the refund so that is not my fault and the refund must be initiated. I am fed up of calling OYO customer care again and again without any worthy results.
                      This has caused me tremendous inconvenience. I make sure I don't book through Oyo from the next time and will not even recommend to anyone to book through Oyo.

                        I have booked a hotel stay in Pune Viman nagar Hote RVC Hospitality for 7 days.
                        Booking ID was: YQ9R7031 for 5 days(through OYO phone booking) and rest 2 days extension of the same room from hotel.
                        I called customer care and send mails to the support team.
                        I did not get any mail response from the team and customer care interaction is very painful . They note down the issue and ask me to stay on hold for 2 mints, but they keep me hold on more than 15mints and ending the call from their end. This issue is being faced for every customer care call.
                        Still I didn't receive the tax bill for my stay or response for my mails.
                        I have taken a tax bill from the hotel and company is not accepting the hotel bill. Hotel team is not providing the bill with OYO booking ID and they have their own booking ID for 7 days stay.
                        I would like to get the support from the OYO on this issue.

                            Dear oyo,
                            I booked a room for December 13th-14th 2022 hotel name Flagship 16910 hotel prince palace trivandrum, booking id SQZK5796. They denied my check in asking me to pay extra amount of 650 or they told us to cancel it. As the check in time was 12pm and according to oyo policy free cancellation policy was till 9am we told them the problem but the forced us to cancel the booking and showed a very bad behavior towards us. I request you to kindly check it and process the refund. I talked with your service team and they told they would refund the amount but i didn't get it yet. Kindly do the needful. Thank you

                              My booking ID was YQ9R7031, booked a property RVC hospitality .
                              I called many times to oyo cc support for my invoice for the stay.
                              Send a lot mail to the support team.I didn't get any response from the team. Painful part is customer care, when called to the cc regarding bill, they keep me hold 15mints and cut the call.
                              Literally I lose all my patience to call the cc.
                              I need to submit the bill to the company and company is not accepting the bill provided by the hotel.
                              Only oyo bill only consider for the reimbursement.

                              Kindly help on this

                                Sir/ Madam, I have booked a Oyo room on 03 Nov'22 to 07 Nov'22 for 03 Nights in Delhi at a Capital O 86700 Green Valley hotel with booking ID WAOQ3429 .When I visited the hotel to occupy the booked Room Property owner has denied to gave the room and told cancel my online booking and re book manually on hotel. He told he is not dealing with OYO and speak to customer support. I made lot of calls to OYO customer support from 1200 hrs to 1430 hrs. Finally customer support was told they were unable to relocate me in an other permises hence they will refund my money which i have not received till date[protected] . Now they blocked my cell numbers to contact OYO Customer Care .

                                  I have booked a prepaid room in indore city in hotel Oyo townhouse 936 hotel plum inn from oyo website and made a transaction of Rs 492 on 3rd november 3:47 PM. When i reached the hotel, the reception guy said we dont provide room in this tariff kindly please get in touch with oyo customer support. He cancelled my booking at that moment only. When i asked him about refund he said oyo will provide you your amount. Now i have been trying everyday to oyo customer support ...everytime each executive transfer my call to refund desk and after few minutes the call gets automatically disconnected. Now my amount is still in pending status. You guyz tell me why do you upload fake prices on your website if hotel is not allowing us in that respective amount. Who's fault is this ?
                                  I have been hovering in the city for 1 hour to book another hotel.
                                  And now i have been waiting from past 40 days for my refund.

                                    The above subjected booking were cancelled on 5th Nov'22 and till date I have not received the credit to my original source account.

                                    Please find Ticket # which Were raised and I was always assured by your team and your Supervisor (Sangeeta, Anuj and Daler Singh) that it will come to your source account in 24 to 48 hrs.

                                    Above are all Ticket # which were raised by your team but till date no solution has come out.

                                    The money is reflecting in OYO Rupee ₹13564.00 - I don't need this money there, I want this money back to my source account
