I booked a hotel on oyo on 22 sep22 but the hotel is far away the location .I call the OYO team and they said that refund has been initiated when I call regularly they initiated the refund On 30th Oct 22 and send a confirmation mail that refund will credited within 7-14 working days. After the TAT time I received a call that refund will credited within 24 hrs, but its not happen . I tried to communicate with email but they are not responding also I tried to call customer care they transferring the call to IVR and after 30 min call getting disconnecting. I'm really frustrated by keeping followup since 2 months for my 600 refund

    on dated 17.11.2022 I booked Swapan Guest House but automatically Cancelled my booking and transferred to Tumpa Inn on that day.
    I am paid 638 rs for the room. After reached at 8.00 Pm I Called him Tumpa Inn but he says that no conformation is given by OYO. so I cant provide a room to me. at NIght of 17.11.2022 I am with my family I am very shameful with the behavior of OYO.

      Address: OYO Townhouse 700 Hotel Krishna Bus Stand, Ganeshpeth Colony, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440018

      I had booked OYO ROOMS in Nagpur 'OYO townhouse 700 hotel Krishna' for rs.810
      But when I was checking out they asked me to pay extra amount of rs. 690. So total they took 1500 rs. When I complained oyo customer care they said that they will refund the extra amount the townhouse had taken.
      But still didn't received the refund amount.
      Please try to help ASAP.

        I had made a booking on on Oyo on 25 Sept 2022 At Flagship 80322, Pune

        The property refused to let us stay so we had to cancel and Oyo initiated a refund which I haven't received till now.

        It's been 3 months they don't even have a customer care line for complaints

          I have booked one oyo hotel for two days but the hotel denied checkin saying that there is no room available due to the over booking for system glitches and asked me to cancel the booking. I made my payment through ola money of 2177 rs bt after cancellation I have received only 1016 rs. They deduct the balance amount as cancellation charges. This totally unacceptable from oyo and the hotel because its totally their fault. I have also connected oyo customer care about 20 times but no clear response received from their end either they cut the phone or not giving proper response. Very very pathetic experience.

          Very poor service from Oyo. After several calls or emails, no proper reply was received. Feeling cheated.
          I have called around 25 times. every time they put my call on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and then the call disconnected automatically. Oyo customer care is the biggest scam.

            I booked room on 4th Nov by oyo apps and When I contact to hotel they said online rooms are sold out. We will not allow to give you stay. Then they told me to cancel the booking. After that I called customer care number for help they said me i Will get my refund amount and I have to update My Bank account details on upcoming email from Oyo. I waited till today but till now I not received any mail on Even any call. Again I called to customer care they just put me on hold and giving me proper solution.

                Hi,
                This is my Booking Id- EPLE5145

                I booked a hotel from you for 2 night and i regret to inform you that at the check-in time i had a very painful experience.

                I went to check-in at the hotel around 9:30 pm then they asked me to share my Booking id and when I told my Booking id the manager asked me to pay extra 400 rupees for one day because they got around 800 rupees from my booking for 2 nights and his hotel booking charges are more than that for a day.

                Then they started forcing me to cancel the hotel booking.

                I called to your help line to know what should be do in such a situation. And some one pick up the phone for helping me by calling to the hotel but they didn't respond after that the guy tried to help me by shifting to another hotel nearly but none of hotel not respond.

                Then the guy spoke to the manager from my phone and confirmed everything about extra charges and the guy asked me to stay there for the night due to the late night.

                And he told me to collect the invoic of extra charges at the time of checkout and send it to us for bank refund.

                I paid ₹975 at the booking time for 2 nights and ₹400 extra at hotel for a night.

                I request you to please refund 50% of ₹975 because i able to stay for a night and another extra charges ₹400 what i paid to the hotel by informing you.

                14 days ago i also contacted to oyo and they was told that within 14 days the refund will be credit to you bank but till now i have not received that refund.

                Hope you will take strict action against the company because they are practicing illegal trade.

                    I had booked room from oyo for 29th October 2022. Once I reached to hotel for check-in hotel staff told they are not taking room booking from oyo & when I tried to connect with OYO customer case on this, it couldn't connect. So, I cancelled the booking & book another hotel from local contact. Now, after 14 working days past, I didn't get my refund. Tried to connect to OYO service desk there is no help.

Now again resolution came to my mail ([protected]@yahoo.com) that I have to wait 7 to 14 working days. This is absolutely harassment from such high reputed organisation . Please intervene urgently before this approach to Consumer court, Twitter, Facebook and media with details documented mail and call from OYO.

                        I have paid rs.689 through paytm to oyo app on 17 Nov 2022 to book hotel in Maikeri. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they are not helping. Simply keeping call on hold and disconnecting the call. I'm frustrated after communicating multiple customer care members.

                        This behavior is not a tall accepted and i want my money back. Oyo customer care is worst

                          An amount of Rs. 1233 was deducted from my account today. I called the customer care, I didn't get any positive response. The booking is nowhere to be seen in my account. Nor was any Booking ID generated.

                            I have booked a room on 15th Nov 2020 with booking ref no. BA1Z9044. I have paid the amount in full via OYO RUPEE and i see that the booking is on hold.

                            15th Nov after 5 hrs of on hold - After talking to customer care team multiple times, they say we have cancelled the order and you will get email / whatsapp / message. I did received email but the email says refund amount is 0. When I asked the same, then no response form them. They were trying to make one more booking via UPI.

                            17th Nov - Again called CC for the refund status that they issued on 15th as above. He again says, he is refunding and I will get email. I got the same email and the refund amount shows 0.

                            I feel cheated by OYO by taking the full amount and not confirming / refunding the amount.

                              I have booked a hotel on oyo with ID HRK32397 on 15.11.22 and make online payment of Rs 1628.00 On arrival at hotel the manager refused for check in and asked to deposit Rs 5200.00 for booking.
                              When complaint at customer support they failed to provide any property to check in and initiated a refund of Rs 1628.00
                              Later it was found that refund transaction failed and they didn't returned the amount.
                              Its very disappointed service of oyo rooms and faced issues with booking as well as on refund.
                              First hotel manager refused for check in
                              Second didn't refund the amount
                              Third didn't connect my call with any executive when called on [protected]

                                  I booked OYO from official website on 4th October and paid ₹21123 in advance for a 23 nights stay (lunch included) from 9th October-2022 to 1st November-2022. Since 9-Oct-2022 was my check-in date, I checked-in on 9-Oct-2022. After checking in I came to know that the hotel doesn't provide meals. Then on October 16 I initiated a request to shorten my booking through customer support as I don't see any option in web and mobile app to modify existing booking. I spoke to customer support to shorten my existing booking including meals related issues and then my checkout date was 18-Oct-2022. And according to Oyo policy I will be charged for 1 night extra for mid stay cancellation. For the same I got an acknowledgement mail from OYO that OYO has received my request.
                                  I checked out from the hotel on the mentioned date 18-Oct-2022 as discussed with support. After a few days I didn't see any updates on my request and I haven't even received confirmation mail from Oyo for my request. So I contacted customer support to check further progress and refund related queries. They told me my ticket is in progress and I would get the refund after the check-out date as it is an automated process which would take time and assured me that, even if I do not get the refund after November 1, I can contact OYO customer support. Also system shows incorrect information as i already checked out on October 18 but somehow it's not updated in their database.

                                  I have tried multiple times to connect with their support but my call diverted to higher authority and it does not connect. I mostly wait for more than 10 minutes and call disconnect automatically. Now I realized my call does not connect at all. Don't know if they are going to give me refund or not.

                                    940 refund started by Oyo on 25th September, even after 1 month my money has not been credited to my account. I was mailed by oyo, asking for account number. I gave the account number 3 times. I was promised by mail that the money would be refunded, but it was not. Even after 1 month passed, I didn't get the money. I called Oyo Care many times, no one could answer. Repeatedly cutting calls. Now oyo says your refund is rejected. Oyo scammed me for one month. Thanks. Make sure the 940 is returned as soon as possible. And make sure wo gets the proper education for this scam he did to me.

                                    Even though I have repeatedly given the correct bank details, it is being told that it is wrong. I myself have successfully sent money many times from other places in the account details that I have given, there is no mistake. So why is it being repeatedly told that I have given wrong details even though I have given correct details? I have given this 3 times. Am I giving wrong three times? It is being said wrongly by oyo.
