Refund of booking

I have booked a hotel with booking ID HRK32397 on 15.11.22 and make online payment of Rs 1628.00
On arrival at hotel the manager refused for check in and asked to deposit Rs 5200.00 for booking. On customer support they didn't get any solution and initiated the refund of amount.
On same day On checking it was found that they initiated the refund process but failed. Later again tried to talk customer care but the no provide...

Regarding Refund on booking ID IN6J0596

I booked OYO from official website on 4th October and paid ₹21123 in advance for a 23 nights stay (lunch included) from 9th October-2022 to 1st November-2022. Since 9-Oct-2022 was my check-in date, I checked-in on 9-Oct-2022. After checking in I came to know that the hotel doesn't provide meals. Then on October 16 I initiated a request to shorten my booking through customer support as I don't see any option in web and mobile app to modify...

Refund not processed till date

I had done payment but my booking is not confirmed and they had not refunded

Today I booked a hotel and paid money of 706 and 805 both time but the booking was not confirmed but my money has been deducted from my account....

Fraud and Unfair Business Practices and no refund

I Booked a room and was denied check-in due to the property not being associated with oyo but oyo still accepting bookings for the same which is a scam. Secondly upon placing a cancel booking request due to denied check-in even then they manipulated my booking and then marked me checked in and check out. upon confrontation, they denied doing it totally, and upon request for a refund for a month to this day, I have not received ay refund.br...

Refund failure multiple times

I've booked a hotel id is YR4V1825. Due to some issue i cancelled it and went for refund of 3883 but is not been done it had been failed for 3 times. Kindly help me I've also mailed them and tweeted to them also...

Oyo customer support cheated me twice. I confirmed them before booking how much I have to pay for stay. But charged extra amount both time when checked in at hotel. The Booking ID are RKF37754 and R9ZV4859 .
Oyo cheated twice and when I'm complaining them, I got no response from their side. The helpline number is a total waste. They ignore the complaints everytime.
I want my refund for both time...

Booking on-hold and not confirmed when paid with oyo money

I made a booking through the oyo app, booking id :- IVCO3409.
It got submitted as amount paid 0, Paid through OYO rupee 1298.
But it still shows on hold, oyo sent me a link to pay to confirm my booking, but when I click on the link, it shows the same thing, it also says, you have paid the total amount for this booking but still booking on-hold....

Refund not initiated by OYO

I've booked a hotel from Oyo website on 12/11/2022 and and cancelled it within 30 mins bcoz I've to book two rooms and got one only so I cancelled my booking but than Oyo didn't give me any refund till now and when I try to contact costumer support the call got disconnected automatically and no one is there to talk about it and same goes for chat support too....

Extra Amount charged without a reason

Hi Team,

I stayed in one of the OYO Hotels (Capital O SS Suites) in Bannerghatta road bangalore and I paid the total amount (per OYO) during booking which was Rs.733 but hotel asked me to pay additional Rs.467 during check in stating their hotel minimum charges will be Rs.1200 and asked me to contact OYO later. I checked in at 2:45 PM on 9th Nov and checked out at 9:14 AM on 10th Nov.

Date of Booking - Nov 12, 2022 [6:24 PM] - have wassapp from OYO for booking but no wassapp on cancellation as they have done it illegally.

Refund not received to my bank account

Not received any refund after cancellation

I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 15th october of[protected] from amazon pay and 303 from oyo money).
I cancelled the booking on the same date due to some reason and it has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. I only got OYO money back and its saying refund on its way but not processing. My booking...
