Failed refund against canceled booking

It's regarding a booking with I'd FGGE4430 that I made through OYO app for 14th to 16th Nov 2022. I got a call from the hotel on 14th around 8.45 pm. Hotel representative told me that they don't accept payment through oyo. He asked me to cancel this booking on oyo and pay in cash in the hotel. As per the oyo policy, cancelation before 9am wouldn't charge any fee and customer is entitled for the full refund. I had no time to call the customer...

Cheated by company representatives

I have been cheated twice by company representatives, as I confirmed from them before booking that No extra charge will be asked to me while check-in the hotel, but I was charged extra twice and even after complaining on several platforms, they don't even respond....

Amount deducted from bank but booking not showing on oyo

Made a booking on 20 November and paid 1559 Rupees via paytm. The bank statement and paytm says the amount has been sent to oyo merchant but oyo app show no booking neitherthe customer service is of any help. They completely refused to give me the booking as well as they are not refunding the amount....

I did not get my refund

I booked a room on Friday night on OYO App and due to some unfavorable circumstances Hotel management reported me to cancel or to shift to another hotel I had to cancel it but right after cancellation i used to get my refund amount immediately but now it's been three days and i have not received my refund amount kindly please look into it....

Status of refund

I booked a hotel on oyo on 22 sep22 but the hotel is far away the location .I call the OYO team and they said that refund has been initiated when I call regularly they initiated the refund On 30th Oct 22 and send a confirmation mail that refund will credited within 7-14 working days. After the TAT time I received a call that refund will credited within 24 hrs, but its not happen . I tried to communicate with email but they are not responding...

on dated 17.11.2022 I booked Swapan Guest House but automatically Cancelled my booking and transferred to Tumpa Inn on that day.
I am paid 638 rs for the room. After reached at 8.00 Pm I Called him Tumpa Inn but he says that no conformation is given by OYO. so I cant provide a room to me....

Charged extra amount on their townhouse hotel Krishna.

Address:OYO Townhouse 700 Hotel Krishna Bus Stand, Ganeshpeth Colony, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440018

I had booked OYO ROOMS in Nagpur 'OYO townhouse 700 hotel Krishna' for rs.810
But when I was checking out they asked me to pay extra amount of rs. 690. So total they took 1500 rs. When I complained oyo customer care they said that they will refund the extra amount the townhouse had taken.
But still didn't received the refund amount.
Please try to help ASAP....

Refund not received since 3 months

I had made a booking on on Oyo on 25 Sept 2022 At Flagship 80322, Pune

The property refused to let us stay so we had to cancel and Oyo initiated a refund which I haven't received till now.

It's been 3 months they don't even have a customer care line for complaints...

Hotels denied check in but not refund my money

I have booked one oyo hotel for two days but the hotel denied checkin saying that there is no room available due to the over booking for system glitches and asked me to cancel the booking. I made my payment through ola money of 2177 rs bt after cancellation I have received only 1016 rs. They deduct the balance amount as cancellation charges. The hotel charged extra money for staying

I booked a hotel from you for 2 night and i regret to inform you that at the check-in time i had a very painful experience.

Refund not happen even after 14 working days for book ID: WCIP9828

I had booked room from oyo for 29th October 2022. Once I reached to hotel for check-in hotel staff told they are not taking room booking from oyo & when I tried to connect with OYO customer case on this, it couldn't connect. So, I cancelled the booking & book another hotel from local contact. Now, after 14 working days past, I didn't get my refund. Tried to connect to OYO service desk there is no help....

OYO Rooms Money deducted But booking Not Done For Me

I have paid rs.689 through paytm to oyo app on 17 Nov 2022 to book hotel in Maikeri. My money got deducted but booking not confirmed by oyo app. On calling customer care of oyo they are not helping. Simply keeping call on hold and disconnecting the call. I'm frustrated after communicating multiple customer care members.

This behavior is not a tall accepted and i want my money back. Oyo customer care is worst...

Booking not confirmed/refund not processed

An amount of Rs. 1233 was deducted from my account today. I called the customer care, I didn't get any positive response. The booking is nowhere to be seen in my account. Nor was any Booking ID generated....

Refund of booking

Address:Gurugram India

I have booked a hotel on oyo with ID HRK32397 on 15.11.22 and make online payment of Rs 1628.00 On arrival at hotel the manager refused for check in and asked to deposit Rs 5200.00 for booking.
When complaint at customer support they failed to provide any property to check in and initiated a refund of Rs 1628.00
Later it was found that refund transaction failed and they didn't returned the amount.
Its very disappointed...
