I paid for a room through upi for Jan 8, 2023.but booking is not showing in oyo application.I called oyo support but they are not responding.Pleasw help me get my refund.

    Dear OYO,
    I am Kishore Naskar, had booked an Oyo property called Flagship 66625 The Heritage House in Dibrugarh, for 15 December. The booking id was L3U44092. The owner denied our stay when we reached the property in the evening. He told us that; he had some financial settlement-related issues with OYO and couldn't host any OYO customers. He also informed me that he discontinued his listing a few months before. Then I called the OYO helpline and told them everything. One of OYO's customer helpline executives offered an alternative stay called Flagship 703862 Brahmaputra Stay, which was a few km away, and sent me a UPI payment link of 3195/-. I could not trust that unknown UPI link and didn't pay a single rupee. Eventually, it created a booking id - SQZX4444.

    However, I searched Goibibo, found the exact property, Brahmaputra Stay, and booked instantly with the booking id - MRKJ0142. I paid around 1149/- rupees for this stay. The location of this property pointed out on Google Maps needs to be more accurate. We had to work hard to find the property.
    Unfortunately, the manager of this property also denied our check-in. I called the OYO helpline again, and I was offered an alternative stay. But, there was no vacant property available at that time. So, the OYO executive suggested taking the refund, and I agreed. Later our driver arranged three rooms for us at the price of 5400/- and the time was around 9 PM.

    As the OYO executive already confirmed the refund, I didn't call Goibibo. I returned from the northeast on 22 December and asked them for a refund. Now, one of the OYO executives told me to contact Goibibo to collect the refund as I made the booking from their site. I called Goibibo, but Goibibo told me I should have approached that night or much earlier. Hence they are unable to process the refund from their end and suggested to ask from OYO directly. I have been calling OYO since then, but they have yet to progress. OYO is saying to ask from Goibibo, and Goibibo is saying to ask from OYO. My money is stuck between OYO and Goibibo. When and how will I get my money back???

      I have already created a complaint regarding my refund for booking I'd's

      after that Oyo contacted me and they initiated the refund but now it's been a month and status show in process only
      N refund failed..
      One more thing everytime whenever I called to customer service desk they will put me on hold for more thn 30 min n wasted my time still my problem is not resolved why this behaviour for booking they will respond quickly but for issues they will not...Oyo is doing scam..There were lots of complaints regarding refund from various people everyday same things happens to thousands of people..i request consumer complaint to take strict action against Oyo n huge penalty should be charged from them...I Know they will repeat same thing they will call but will not refund money.. Totally scam...I request consumer complaint to take strict action against Oyo rooms...n please take huge amount of penalty from them then only they will understand...i Know my money will not refunded...Same thing happens putting calls on hold they will respond n email you even they will raised ticket IDs also just for drama...Not only me but there were lots of people that same things happens..Sorry even consumer complaints cannot take actions n resolving issues...Why this site is for thn ?? really disgusting

      Still my refund is not credited n it's showing failed...They only escalated the issue jus for fake concern..Oyo is doin scam...They only call u n wasted your time...I have all the phone recording also ...I request consumer complaint to take strict action against Oyo n charge huge amount of penalty against Oyo

        I tried booking a hotel using the OYO application (With mobile number : [protected]). I had made a UPI transaction of Rs.2886 (UPI Transaction ID :[protected], via Google pay) for the room. The transaction was successful but booking is not showing up. I tried calling the customer care several times, they are behaving rudely and asking me to call the customer care number again. I want refund of my money back. Please note: there was not booking ID generated, I only have the proof of transaction which is attached with this complaint.

          My friends and I booked a room at OYO SilverKey 77383 Oyo Silverkey Kondapur, Near Sanskrit School, Hyderabad after thorough research since it's only us girls. We booked it online on[protected] from[protected] to[protected] but decided to pay at the location. The check-in time was 12 pm but when we went to the hotel on[protected], they said all the rooms were sold out. We got a mail at 1 pm saying we had been relocated.

          Not only was this new room (at Familiar Inn hotel, new hafeezpet, near Mahindra spares, rex automobiles) was

          1. not worth the price but it also
          2. it was such an unsafe place for girls. We have been even catcalled one time.
          3. Not to mention, this location won't even show properly on the maps when booking rides or food deliveries.
          4. We've been dropped off somewhere else when we booked a ride to the familiar inn hotel for which we have been charged Rs. 200.

          The management later told us that the hotel location is not accurate on maps. If we were to book a ride to this hotel at night time who'll guarantee our safety? What if we were new to Hyderabad?

          We chose and booked OYO SilverKey for a reason but now we had to go through this awful experience. We couldn't even enjoy our little stay properly because we decided to trust Oyo regarding our safety. We would like a 50% of refund as compensation and please make sure no other woman goes through this.

            Worst service and behaviour by OYO hotels and hotels denied entry.
            Booked the rooms for 12 members but when we reached there they behaved very worst and denied entry. Oyo shifted to another hotel and there also they denied entry and said we don’t have tie up with OYO. Go somewhere else.
            We were 12 members at the time of night and we had no place to stay. We had a lot of problems and wasted a lot of time and money due to this issue. I want refund and the amount that we have wasted due to all these problems. Worst service ever.

              I had booked a room with OYO at 6:00 pm on 25 Dec 2022 And at 8:02 pm decided to cancel the room because I feel insecure in the area where Hotel Janki is based at Jamnagar. My refund payment of Rs 426 is pending even after escalation mangers promise of refunding full amount. They cut the phone after promising to call back with a solution but they never do this had happened 10 times. The escalation manager promised full refund into my payment method. But did not receive anything.

                Booking ID OKWW3485. Amount 7, 650 Rs
                Refund is showing as complete in OYO app but no amount has been credited to my bank account. Oyo customer care at [protected] is unable to help. I need the transaction details and i want to know from which Oyo bank source this has been transferred and to which account of mine ? I need the transaction details like transaction ID and bank details information of this refund. Oyo is not responding to me.

                      Booked an oyo room through the oyo app and paid through UPI transaction.
                      Money was deducted but booking was not confirmed, and I did not even receive any booking ID .
                      Tried calling the customer care, talked to around 5 executives, they just put the call on hold and waste the time, this is highly unprofessional.

                        I booked a Oyo hotel room online and made the full payment online. On the day of check-in the hotel asked for extra money for checkin. Later i talked to Oyo customer support and they agreed to refund the extra money paid. I received a mail confirming the refund. It's been more than 40 days since then and haven't received the refund yet. Have tried reaching the Oyo customer support numerous times, but no response. They deliberately are trying to avoid refunds.

                          I have received 2 tickets of my refund on 16 December of rupees 871₹ and 135₹.
                          It was to be received in 7-14 days working period.
                          But I didn't received my refund

                            Last month 28th I have booked room from OYO(Booking I'd:DHOzm3531) for that I have paid rs 2250 through OLA postpaid wallet.
                            But the hotel was rejected my check in so I asked oyo customer support to refund the amount they are refunded only rs 1670.5
                            I not yet received rs 527 from OYO
                            So I need my refund amount back to my source account

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I did a booking on 25th till 27th Dec and did full payment. Upon reaching hotel I found hotel is not at all Hygiene bed sheets dirty with cockroaches more over hotel denied replacing the room. I cancelled the booking standing at hotel only gone for a nearby hotel myself. Since 27th till today I am following up for refund despite email confirmation from oyo help desk. Everything help desk passing to service team, no body picks the call. I am not getting any update from anybody.

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have made a booking via Oyorooms, did full payment in advance from 25th till 27th Dec. Upon reaching the hotel, I found hotel is a shabby with no hygiene at all. I didn’t check in rather contacted oyo help desk standing at the hotel asked for cancellation and acknowledged by help desk as well email confirmation of full refund. Since 27th Dec (Check out) I am following up today is 31st Dec I am not able to catch hold any service guy who will process my refund. Every time help desk route to service team nobody picks the call. Requested refund in original mode of payment that was also rejected. Provided the bank details as well still waiting for refund. It’s already crossed 48hrs from check out date (If there is no check in How come there is a check out), ideally now I must ask oyo to add penalty for each passing day.

                                      I booked a room with oyo on NOV 27 and had to cancel due to room issues. Oyo promised to refund money with next 7-14 days but it's been over a month now. At that time they said refund has been initiated but nothing till now.

                                        I made a booking with amount 1296/-, paid via UPI. Money deducted from bank and I checked with bank customer service as well, that transaction was successful. But from Oyo side, person consitently mentioned that we cant do anything as booking id is not generated and I have to contact bank people only to check wrong transaction.
                                        Oyo, did not try to see if they recieved a mony with help of accounts team, and ultimately no solution was given.
                                        I was told by ICICI person in these situations (in case money has not been reflected in reciepients account) it gets credited to reciepients account only and will not be credited back to senders account.
                                        OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
