This is concerning my booking utgx5682. I was looking for a hotel next to the lake in udaipur and i booked one through oyo. The lake side hotels were expensive and it was okay with me following my family demand for the holidays. On 26th evening (The day i will check in), oyo suddenly changed my hotel to a cheaper hotel inside the city o[censored]daipur and keeping the price same! This was shameless action - i lost money (As oyo put me in a cheap hotel) and also i lost the prime location.

There were no other option in my hand except accepting their bad deal as i have to check in with my family and luggage.

As of now, they are completely silent about this misbehavior. Strongly recommend to avoid oyo and go to other professional website booking (Even you book oyo hotel - as mmt, yatra etc are more responsible on booking).

    I had booked through your app but unfortunate when i reached hotel with my wife they said local id not allowed. And in your app it was clearly mention local id welcome. I called you i was on call for more than 2 hours you guys were just tranfering call to one another and i was waiting outside hotel with my wife... I reached there at 1 pm and waiting autside and finall i went to another local hotel at 4... Frustated...

      I booked oyorooms shree kanha shyam hotel from 30 dec 18 to 31 dec 18 for 2 persons in 1071 rs. Before booking hotel, i visited the hotel & met the hotel receiptionist & checked the hotel room at around 1430 hrs. After that i booked the hotel & paid the amount online at around 1845 hrs. While doing check-in at around 1900 hrs, another receptionist informed me that tv is not working since 3 to 4 days so when i asked him do you informed this message to oyorooms, he said he don't know as his boss is currently out of station.
      As i already paid the amount moreover it was 1900 hrs in this chilly & foggy climate in bareilly so i thought to checkin even without tv also.
      Next day morning i shocked to see that their geyser was also not working when we spoke to receptionist then he came & checked. After doing switch on & off he told me to wait for sometime but even after waiting almost 45 min we don't get hot water from their geyser which was another horrible experience & that also in that cold foggy morning.
      There was no complimentary drinking water available in room. We had paid rs 30 for 1 ltr water bottle whose printed mrp was rs 20 actually.
      I put all these complaints around 0830 early in the morning to oyo but i got their call around 1300 hrs after our checkout. Initially miss poonam told me that we are investigating the case and for that they took pics of water bottle where mrp was printed rs 20.
      On 01 jan 2019 at around 1420 hrs i got a mail from their end in which they offered me rs 200 in their wallet instead of refunding my amount back to source account. They didn't even bothered to call me back or mail me back even after putting so many request through mail & tweet, even i attached tweets to their ceo also.
      I never ever saw such a worst service provider in my whole life who can cheat to their customers like this way.
      There are few points to note :
      1. Why oyo receptionist didn't informed me abt the tv issue in day time before booking.
      2. Why don't they offered complimentary drinking water.
      3 why they took 50% extra amount above printed mrp.
      4 why they don't call me even after putting so many request through mail & social network.
      5 why don't oyo ceo take action against their staff for such type of their behaviour.

      Even after putting so many request in mail as well as in social media then also no one is going to bother to contact me through any medium(check images). This type of services you guys are provided here.

      Even your AC was also not working there that day in that room & which I reported to your receiptionist then & there but as it was winter season so I don't mind it that also.

      AC, TV, geyser nothing was working. Complimentary water was not provided. Paid water provided with 50% extra charges & then also this much worst attitude from customer support. Disgusting

      They are the biggest fraud company I ever seen. Instead of replying to my previous complaints. Now this time when we asked for Rs 200 concession in my new booking they didn't respond again even after putting so many request on phone. Worst service provider

        Oyo failed to provide service as per the terms and conditions. We booked the trip to vizag and charged 62000 for 4 adults and 1 kids. It was agreed to provide innova car as we did not want discomfort during the travel. They failed to arranged car from day 1 and later provide 4 sweater. We had managed somehow as we didn't have option in the middle of vacation. We asked for refund as they provided small car instead of 7 sweater. We have been charged for innova car but got sedan car instead and we managed to accommodate as we did not have any option in the trip. I have asked for refund the extra money charges for car but so far no update. It is already 2 weeks gone since from the travel. I would like to seek help here as i am feeling cheated by oyo.

          Myself Jayanta Dey & I did booking OYO rooms for 16.12.18 to 19.12.18 & & 19.12.18 to 21.12.18, in these bookings I did not got the GST Invoices so that I requested many times on customer care also did mail to the customer care but still I did not get the solution.Already 12 days gone.Please look into this matter & solve the issue.

            Dear sir,

            This complaint is regarding problems faced in hotels and large amount charged by oyo.

            1. On dated 29 dec 2018, i was booked 2 oyo rooms in hotel no: 24906 hill view guest house and paid rs 5598 by paytm (Prepaid). I was faced following issues in this hotel.
            A. Bulb holder was not working in wash room.
            B. Geyser not working.
            C. Hot water not provided by hotel for drinking and bathing for timely. We tied to a manager lot of times after that they provided only one bucket of hot water in one room for bathing. One bucket was used by two people.
            D. Bedsheet and blanket were very dirty.
            E. Complimentary breakfast provided by oyo app, but a hotel manager denied the same and said breakfast is not available in your booking. But we insist to him, then they provided only bread with tea.

            2. On dated 30 dec 2018, i was booked 2 oyo rooms in hotel royal inn 10694 and paid rs 3168 by upi and rs 3170 by cash in hotel, we faced the following issues in this hotel.
            A. Bedsheet and blanket were not clean.
            B. Tv was not working in one room
            C. Complimentary breakfast provided by oyo app, but a hotel manager denied the same and said breakfast is not available in your booking.

            3. On dated 31 dec 2018, i was booked 2 oyo room in hotel 12187 and paid rs. 1942 (50% advance) by upi. Before one hour from check in the hotel, i received the call from hotel 12187 and got information that our booking has been shifted from hotel 12187 to hotel 13818. The distance between hotel 13818 to kasuli is 15 km approx and distance between hotel 12187 and kasuli is 4.5 km approx. Then i called to the oyo call center and i request to oyo for shifting our hotel at the nearest kasauli.
            Because hotel 13818 has no market in nearby. Mr. Ankit senior head in oyo service care told me that they will shift asap. I was waiting for ankit call almost 2 hour but did not receive calls from ankit. Then i have cancelled my plan and move to chandigarh.
            After a lot of coordination with customer care i received my amount of rs 1942 back yesterday. But my new year plan was cancelled due to oyo.

            Refer to above point no 1 and 2, i was paid more than they deserve. Oyo charged big amount from me but did not provide any facility according to money. The money was charged by oyo only for the new year session not for facility and services. So it is better if oyo think about that and charge suitable charged for these hotels and refund the extra amount which was paid by me.

            Refer to point no 3, my all plan was cancelled due to hotel shifted by oyo from 12187 to 13818. Also, i was standup with my family in kanda village on 31st dec 2018 7 to 9 pm. Almost two hour. Me and my family was harassed by oyo.

              Believing this to be a genuine company, i installed the oyoroom app and bought the wizardgold membership which claim that i will receive 2 coupons for 40% discount and so on, however as soon the payment got deducted from my card, still the membership status was showing pending. When i spoke to experience manager abhay, i was told that this will be activated in 15 minutes and right after that i will be able to claim my discount.
              After an hour when this was not done, i thought to book the room with oyo believing it will be then done, still the membership is showing pending and when i again called the customer care desk, abhishek told that discount will be applicable from next time if i book same hotel.
              My points:
              1. Why these informations were not clear when we opt to buy membership.
              2. What is the use of membership if we do not get the benifit.
              3. App has no where mentioned that membership will take so long, and it have so many conditions.

              Kindly cancel the membership and initiate the refund as i simply do not want the service of such a worst kind of programme. Kindly also cancel the booking and thanks for such a worst experience.

              Very rude behavior of staff and exhorbitant pricing of hotel..Oyo charged exhorbitant rates for the hotel which was 999 per room.. i paid 12600 for 2 rooms, even for season the price can be escalated but as per the standard of hotel ..hotel was no more than a lodge, no proper room cleaning, not even dining arrangement.. too too overpriced by oyo

                Dear sir,
                At an extreme disappointment i am forced to write this mail to oyo rooms. I had made a hotel booking on 22nd dec'18 to 24th dec'18 under booking id: lkrx8923 and i received a confirmation mail for the same. The booking was done for my guest mr. Mohit jain at oyo 3457 hotel sky heights, 352b, gali number 2, jaipur. The booking was confirmed and i had received confirmation mail and sms for the same followed by a missed called to be given by us as a confirmation for the same. On 22nd dec'18, at 3:00 pm after a long distance journey when i reached the hotel i was surprisingly denied for any hotel booking. When we inquired we were told by the hotel manager that he has not received any payment from oyo for room booking. Actually on the booking day when i was booking it was showing the booking amount is rs. 3918 but some of the coupon is applied automatically and discount applied - ₹ 3918. At that time i came back to the main page again i booked hr same hotel the discount is same so what to do i paid 190 rs and my hotel room is booked. Then for the assurance i called to the oyo customer care they told that your room is booked ans you don’t have to pay any amount to the hotel and then i called to the hotel also they also told that you don’t have to pay any amount. But on 22nd dec'18 when i reached there the manager told me that i have not received and payment from amount only we have received 190 rs of breakfast we called up the customer care of oyo the conversation went for about one and half hour, a chain of phone call were made, till 5pm and worst part we kept on waiting in the reception of the hotel throughout waiting for the room to be offered. Oyo people were trying to wash away their hands claiming that the confirmation mail has been sent to the hotel and hotel manager kept denying for any receipt of mail. Attitude of oyo people was as if their responsibility end at sending the mail and they are not concerned if the guest gets the room or not… finally, considering worst expected support from oyo and above we were travelling a long with no other option but to book a room at the same hotel and check in.. It does not stop here the worst part is exactly after 10 minutes of making payment for the hotel room the hotel manager confirms for receipt of mail from oyo (Around one hours after entering the hotel). When we asked for the refund as now he has the confirmation mail he refused to do so claiming it to be fault of oyo. Its and absolute case of fraud, cheating and physical & mental harassment. Its not our fault if the mail was not sent in advance to the hotel. We had done all the required formalities/payments and had the confirmation on mail. We were giving the booking id of oyo which was not acceptable to the hotel manager. You are requested to consider this as a very serious complain and take the matter ahead for the strictest possible action and i would not hesitate to take the matter further up to any extent if required.

                Money got deducted twice and booking did not happen at all. Kindly help me in claiming refund of both the payments...as j have already booked a room from other card ..

                  My booking id : eqol5210, i had booked room for 2 nights stay at hotel sangreela amritsar with my family. It was a horrible stay at there as the hotel room was so dirty. There were lots of hair on the bed as they might have not cleaned the room earlier.
                  Telephone of room was not working.
                  There was no electricity in the washroom
                  Flush of the the washroom was not working, there was no cold water in the tap, and you want believe that scolopendra was there in the room. I was with my daughter and she told me about that. I have also attached the video of that.
                  This hotel is worst hotel and i have to checkout 1 day before.
                  Attitude of hotel staff was not supportive in this case.

                    I had booked oyo in mumbai for 30th dec and 31st dec which worked appropriately. I had came late night on 31st dec so i also booked it for 1st dec (Booking id:- awlf5824) which showed me booking has been confirmed. Moreover, hotel people started calling me at 11am to check out from hotel as they have finished tie up with oyo suddenly. I called customer care and had a conversation for 1 hour on new year and no resolution was provided and they said we can shift you in another hotel but i really wanted to change the hotel i would have not booked same hotel for 3 consecutive days. Being a regular customer of oyo no resolution was provided in 1 hour call, not a sake of complimentary thing also. We have worked in professional field of hotels. If you show me that hotel online then you made booked and i face lots of problem from hotel as well as oyo side. I need some resolution or this case will be forwarded to higher management also. I will not leave you guyz this easily.

                    Hope to get some good as gesture of being this big company.

                      This is going to be long. So for 31st night we had booked a place from booking.com
                      The host cancelled last moment and we were given alternative option to stay at one of your properties which was
                      ' oyo 19663 greenway residential homestay, saptagiri nagar, nanamedu, pondicherry'.

                      After welcoming new year me and my friends went to the hotel to get some rest before we could head back the next day as we didn't want to risk driving back at night.

                      Now, i am a big girl and i know that and i struggle with it every day with every meal and with everytime i go out shopping. I haven't done any shopping for about 1.5 years now and i am trying, trying and trying really really really hard to loose weight.

                      We went to the reception and there were two men watching some movie. I was the first one among my friends to wish those two # happy new year. # #.

                      We were 5 people and we had a mail which stated that we would get two rooms and 5 people would stay there. First they said that they 5 people can't stay etc etc. But it was around 2 am by that time and we showed them the mail and then they couldn't do anything since we had the mail so (Let's call the men - madarchod 1 and madarchod 2 for my personal satisfaction) madarchod 1 took us to the lift to show us our room. As soon as madarchod 1 entered the lift and it was a small lift with six people he looked at me, jeered at me lifting a single finger making a moving gesture with his finger told me sarcastically that i was really lean.
                      I smiled at him at that moment even though i was hurt coz i make fun of myself all the # time, allllll the # time but he didn't know me he was a random person who was in his 40s who told me sarcastically to remind me that i was fat.

                      Then we went to our rooms and we realised that the beds were really small. We were 3 boys and 2 girls and those three guys would never have fit in that small bed at all. So i asked him if he would provide us with extra mattress. At that moment he jeered again, looked at me up and down and made a gesture which showed that i was so broad and of course nobody would fit on the bed with a whale. I again said nothing coz i didn't want to fight and i replied to his gesture saying that yeah yeah i know i am fat but would you now go and get us a mattress?

                      After this madarchodh 1 went down and we waited with the door open for about 20 minutes and that # dickhole never came up. So me and one of my friends went downstairs and when we got there we saw both the madarchodhs were getting ready to go to sleep turning their lights off. They should have had at least the decency to inform us if he couldn't provide us any mattresses. That pissed me off and i said c'mon guys just stop behaving like this and give us an extra bedding. It must be around 2:20 am around that. Then my friend started talking to madarchod 2 trying to reason with him. When i started to make a point, madarchodh 1 put his finger on his lips and started telling me not to talk and started raising his voice so i raised my voice too. Who the # is he to tell me not to talk? The customer talks and you listen, that's what he was supposed to do that dillhole. That randi ka aulad. He was sooooo # chauvinistic.

                      When i started screaming at him he started chasing me out the hotel and telling me to get out and then i started abusing him and then he came at me thinking i would be scared. But i hit him and i hit him twice i guess. Abused him multiple times but every time i am thinking of him it enrages me so # much and it gives me immense satisfaction imaging all the great way i would want to ruin his life. My friends of course being the nice people that they are took me aside and then tried to calm but that # that # # was still screaming and he didn't even think that he was wrong calling me fat and yes at that moment he started to speak in tamil instead of english. Hahahahahaha
                      Just so you know how much this makes my laugh. Spineless deflated dickhole couldn't even argue, just wanted to show his superiority by talking in a different language. Should have the guts to at least make arguments. But considering the madarchodh he was, that was what was expected of him. He stared calling the police, so i started calling the police too. Then that # threatened us by saying he was the don of that place and it was his territory. Oh my god, just writing this i regret not kicking him more. Imaginig myself banging his head on the pillar when i had the chance just kills me. I wish i would have done that.

                      You teach your stupid # people to talk to guests properly and not enrage them not comment on their body or whatever. What we do and who we are doesn't matter to them. I want an apology mail from him and we want our money back. We didn't even stay at that place but i am not sure whether you are the right person to ask for money. He has no rights to call people anything. No # rights and you tell him that and remind him of it.

                      Let's see how you take action on this compalint. It was such an unsafe environment that we had to drive back at that moment itself. I hope you take this seriously and i need to see him apologize.
                      I wish, hope and pray that everything goes down hill for both the madarchodhs and that they face so much agony and die a slow death everyday.

                      Just fyi i am also going to share my experience and body shaming right after 2 hours of entering 2019 on social media sites. Just letting you know.

                        I have contacted so many times to ur executive and supervisors but the problem is still not resloved. U guys are taking it too lightly. But the customer are facing so many problems.
                        I had booked my rooms from oyo but the property owner denied to check in the property and we the customer had to stay outside the hotel till 11:50 pm at -6 degree celcius. After so many conversation, u guys had shifted to a hotel but the room was not expected which we had expected.
                        I have escalated this problem so many times with u guys but no action being taken by u guys.
                        Now i had the last option to file a fir against oyo if the problem is settled as soon as possible.

                          I faced very unethical behavior and very frustrating and unsafe.
                          I made advance booking with oyo on 21st in Amritsar for 23rd dec 2018. when I reached booked hotel they denied my checkin. after discussion also they said do not have rooms and also said they do not have anymore tieup with oyo and send severals email not send booking as they are full which was also a big lie as they had board with oyo booking ( hotel Royal Vij) . We spoke to hotel manager Shubham Vij also who was stuck in same statement as no room . we made several calls to oyo and I only got explain the issue, transfer to management team as do not have special authority, again explain the issue to several managers and put on long hold and got disconnect . Due to unethical behavior from oyo and Hotel Royal Vij we had to make call to Police as well .

                          Oyo team now insisting me to pay extra and board into differenet hotel, I denied to pay extra as I made advance booking. After 4 hours they sent me to other property as D S residency and again same story another hotel also denied check in . again multiple calls to oyo talking to managers but again they asked to moved to different hotel which I denied this time. and again hold and disconnected . After waiting 2 hours they made hotel guy agree to allow me check in but I had to pay at the same time again however they refund my money after 7 days .

                          It was pathetic behavior . I made all calls from [protected] and [protected] incase oyo has to check details. Booking was with name Piyush Mathur from account name Ankita.

                            Booking (Pfio6340) escalated, hotel - oyo 8065 accovah map5 inn
                            I booked two rooms and canceled one via pfio6340. A refund of rs 2582 is pendind. As the account which i used for booking is closed. I requested them to refund in my axis bank account. But, still they are not providing the refund and saying that it has been automatically processed. They are not providing any details.

                              I was supposed to check in the hotel paragon in delhi but there was a tariff issue with the hotel so they didn't allow me to check inn and my amount was pre paid and i have not been refunded the amount please do somthing regarding this and tell me i contacted your oyo helpline but no answer i got and this was not just with me but with other people also who were there please do something regarding it

                                I booked a room from 31st dec -1st jan in jaipur at hotel blue. I was supposed to check-in at 10pm when i reached there the receptionist along with the staff were drunk and dancing there and refused to give us the room. They misbehaved with us. Then i had to cancel the booking and search for another hotel which was actually very difficult at 31st night. This unprofessional attitude at oyo rooms is not tolerable. It ruined my new year night. I request oyo rooms to take action against their hotel blue sapphire and revert me back as soon as possible.

                                  I had booked a room in faridabad through oyo app and i opted for 1 room 2 guest but after my booking it was showing 1 room 1 guest. I then called customer care he said there will be additional charges for 337rupees i made that payment as well but stills it's showing the same as 1 room 1 guest. However customer care gave me a confirmation that they will update my booking as 2 guest 1 room. But it has not been updated yet. So i request you to please update it. And send me an email for confirmation of 2 guest.

                                    Have stayed at your property, oyo11719, hotel sierra, kodaikanal. Booking id was zdia6590. Checked in on 26.12.18 evening and checked out on 27.12.18. Room no. Was 301. I have paid the payment by cash at reception. But it is showing 'no show" customer by the property manager.

                                    I have photo clips of room, room no., breakfast bill. E. T. C. At this property which can be provided on demand.

                                    Property manager purposefully showing 'no show', as there was serious lapses in service, and they are fearing to admit our stay. (Lapses in service was-no hotwater, breakfast not on time, no bath towels, unclean rooms and more important, unsafe for a family accomodation)

                                    We had suffered mentally as well as financial loss., as we lost prime time of our vaccation.
                                    Kindly help me in getting our status reversed at this property and provide us bill so that legal course could be initiated.

                                      Extremely Pathetic service from Oyo, it was a nightmare to see an oyo room like this. We booked oyo 10904 Home Sunnywoods cabin khalini. Pictures that were uploaded on oyo page is totally different which we found after reaching over there. It was like a messed up dirty place. We called up Oyo several times after looking in to this but they didn’t gave any solution to us.
                                      If I didn’t receive call within 24hrs from oyo’s respective authorities,
                                      Then i will start online campaign on social media.We have all the proofs required.

                                        My friend booked 2 rooms in oyo 14747 hotel prathik pune.
                                        I checked in by around 4:30 pm and left the room by 5:00 pm and came back early morning around 4:00 am.
                                        Morning i was woken up by a rat running through my bed. Since i was too tired at night i dint check the room.
                                        But after i was woken up by the rat i saw rat # on my bed. The rat had also torn my jacket which i bought from dubai for almost 1000dhs which is equal to almost 20, 000 rupees.
                                        When i complained about the rat to the staff he was laughing at me and telling rat and all what will we do.

                                        Also when my friend’s fiance checked in the 4 staffs over there were looking at her in a creepy way.

                                        This is the worst hotel service i have ever got in my life.
                                        I live in dubai and i have come for my vacation and my friend told me oyo service were good. But after these incidents i can guarantee that oyo service is the worst.
                                        Its a # service.

                                        Im asking you these questions.
                                        How does it feel to be woken up by a rat running over you in the morning?
                                        How does it feel to see that your expensive jacket has been torn by the rat?
                                        How does it feel to know that your friends fiance has been given creep looks by the staff.
