As telephonic talked with your team there is not proper response received.
As somany problem faced at hotel to all as follows.

There is dustbin depot in front of Hotel Govindham Palace.
The lift is not working.
Curtain in room was not available at glass window.
Hot water not in Bathroom.
Food was not hygenic.
Intercom not in working condition.
TV Chanal Not working
There is electricity current in when we got some hot water.
There were not any waiter at hotel who carry our bags. Even not Welcomed to us when we reach at Hotel.

    Happy new year gift from oyo
    We had booked a 4 Days 3 Nights package for Goa from January 1, 2019-January 4, 2019 with OYO. It was a package for three: me, my husband and our 4 year old son. This was the first time we availed service from OYO and unfortunately we were highly disappointed with their service.
    We had done the booking much in advance to avoid any last minute change. However after the finalization of the tour, suddenly we were told that due to New year’s celebration from 31st December 12am to -1st Jan -- 12pm would be a black-out day and there would be no car available in Goa. As per our schedule we were about to reach Goa at 7 o’clock in the morning of Jan 1. For 2 months we were in confusion whether we would be provided the car or not. Finally they confirmed a few days before our journey that the car was arranged. But on reaching Goa we were surprised to find plenty of taxis were available, no black-out day, no shortage of cars. We were totally misguided by the OYO staff.
    But this was just the beginning of our ordeal. We had finalized our hotel “Olivia Resorts” after seeing its pictures and reviews. When we reached our hotel in Goa, we were surprised to see that the particular hotel was not booked for us. After calling OYO they informed us that they had changed our hotel at the last minute which they never really bothered to inform us. The car which dropped us at hotel “Olivia Resorts”, had already left. No one could help us to find the new hotel. OYO did not provide us any other car. OYO Customer Care is horrible, they continuously forwarded the call from one to another person but no one could come up with a solution.. Almost for 3 hours along with our 4 year old son and luggage we were left stranded on the roads of Goa. Finally Mr. Ranjit from Baga Villa Bomfin personally helped us and sent a man with a scooty to take us to their hotel.
    The tour coordinator Mr. Amay was also not aware of the change of hotel. As the driver had dropped us at Olivia Resorts on the 1st day, he sent driver to the same hotel also on the next day. The service was pathetic and there was no coordination among the staffs. None had the correct information.
    We also had booked for a daytrip to Dudhsagar Falls. OYO had offered us the package without having proper information about the place. For Dudhsagar falls, one jeep has to be taken from the forest dept. with life jackets and entry fees, total cost 590 per head. But before reaching there we didn’t have any information about that. They had told us that their (OYO) car would take us inside the forest. Moreover they failed to inform us that pre-booking could be done online.
    Over all it has been a disastrous experience from our end with OYO. Mohd Danish-the relationship manager could only offer us a mere “Sorry” for all the problems that we had with OYO. His sheer lack of professionalism is completely unacceptable.
    And last but not the least OYO should be more cautious about the drivers they are providing. One of the Goa drivers Manjunath was very rude and non-cooperative. He behaved very rudely with us and forced us to give him extra money for snacks and lunch.
    After facing so much harassment on our very first trip with OYO we will definitely not going to avail their service in future, also I would highly discourage others also to avail their service. OYO is an unprofessional company which can ruin one’s vacation, it’s better we avoid them.

      My booking id is nkta8160 hotel name is forest view home (Oyo 22069) at manali, booked 1 room for three days as: 31st to 2nd dec.in rs. 6532/- which i paid through online.

      There is not electricity and water supply since i checked in, rooms service is also very bed, recived food at 11 pm inspite of i order it at 6 pm, no corporation from management as well.

      I specially booked one extra matrix but i dont get anything...

        My booking id : koai8190, i had booked my room for 2 nights stay at hotel sangreela amritsar, but the condition of the room was so worst that i was not able to stay there and i have to leave the room 1 day before.
        There were many issues which were faced by me while my stay at the hotel, room was smelling very nasty, hotel staff didnt do anything regarding that after saying many time,
        Quality of water is so dirty, that the sand is coming in the tap in the washroom. I have also attached the video of that.
        It was a total waste of money and worst customer service provided by the oyo rooms as i have told the same to them on that particular day but nothing was done.

          I have booked OYO hotel on 31st December and went to hotel reception but they denied booking saying they didn't receive money from OYO.
          I called OYO customer care and literally talked with 7 people. They are just apologizing to me but not giving me other hotel or my money back.
          After trying 7-8 calls they are not receiving my call.
          I booked this hotel worth of 2300, paid online.

          Please take some serious action on OYO as they are fooling customers.

              My self chirag, booking hotel unique but due to maintainance, transfer to hotel winner in, during check out he says you submit 700 rs extra but during booking i have cleared all my payment rs 1997 but hotel person says he receives only 1173 only. So please clear my complaint asap.

                Date of incident is 29/12/2018
                Description :- i booked a room on 28/12/2018 through oyo app my booking it was prepaid (Means i payed money online same day), i went in hotel, booked hotel name is hotel merry gold (Oyo 23603 hotel merry gold), hotel person refused my booking because of my booking was prepaid. Dear sir, i felt disappointed with oyo service i went with my family (2 yesr old son), i was stand in front hotel gate at 5 am that time temperature 4 degree celsius you can felt it was horrible for me. After heard hotel person word my mind was black (Socked) he said you can't get room because of your booking is prepaid. I called same time at oyo customer care number [protected] they told sir now cancel your booking we will refund you money in your account and re book new. Money is not matter. Due to poor service this happened, than same time i booked room offline i payed 1200 nri. Who is responsible for this please take action with out any information this happened with me, oyo person they did't informed before.

                  I was provided a booking at oyo naukuchiyatal (Oyo 17063). We are travelling with family having 2 kids age less than 5 and 6 adults in uttarakhand. Around 7 pm yesterday i called my oyo captain to let him know that we will check in late. To my horror gus response was that rooms are booked and you dont have any booking. After moving through the mountains whole day this was a beamer for me. I contacted oyo and that is where all the hassle in your so called hassle free experience started.
                  1. Even after mutiple calls the oyo representative kept saying the booking is confirmed and the was some 20km away. They never actually confirmed with hotel captain on this and made me move with the family to a place which was neither safe nor the best place to go ar night without bookings
                  2. After mutiple attempts i got some senior person on line (It took me 12 calls and 1.5 hr being on hold to get the senior person online) not sure if your senior person are that busy because i also work in a corporate and trust me this will be last thing my organization will tolerate giving so long wait time to customer
                  3. After getting the senior person on line it took them another 1.5 hr to figure out a room and in the mean time i with all the members of my family were stranded in a car in freezing temp with kids along. So then i was provided with 3 options and on discussion the oyo representative themself discarded all 3 on grounds that these are not good places to go. Now when these were not good why was it listed on oyo and why it took them 3 hours to find 3 # places as options
                  4. Finally they managed a 4th oyo site and it was already 10 pm and after waiting for good 4 hrs on road we out of no other option checked in to find substandard hotel where i will never ever stay with my family. Location of this place sivks as there is no nearby place to even fetch a glass of milk for kids and manager at this hotel is damn rude as if he owns the place
                  5. I called the oyo customer experience staff to tell my customer experience and in middle of call he put me on hold and went away. Seriously you guys suck big time on customer service and i have no doubts the bubble you have made atound all the big investments will blow on day leaving you all realing with problems because consumer service is what makes you move and that is where you lack the most. I was a regular oyo user from a long time and this is the end of my association with oyo

                  My booking ID for the stay was WQRH5713 and the case ID was 12057344. I have no hopes from you guys seeing the customer care people you have who would not even listen to the complaints and simply put you on hold and run away. And not to mention, these so called seniors in team are much worse than people who initially pick calls

                  And please dont mention the apologies, as you guys are not at all apologitic. Its just a new greeting you guys use without doing anything after apologising

                    I am kamal, on 10 december we booked a hotel in alapuzha by using oyo rooms app and did payment using my debit card, and we booked a wrong hotel then we cancelled it in very few minutes, then we called customer care they assured us that they will refund it, and we booked a right hotel using same oyo app, and paid, now its 31 december yesterday i called them and asked money was not refunded, they said it was refunded, but i dont receive any amount in my account, they are lying, it has been 21 days, my booking id was teli4315... Now i need my money rs.823... If they don't ill surely make a complaint on consumer court... Thank you.

                      Hello,
                      Booking id flra9756.
                      I have booked oyo6116 for 2 days for which charges paid rs. 2098 online.
                      I got msg & email regarding confirmation of booking. But after that i checked in oyo mobile app showing the same booking has been cancelled. I have called ur customer care number to rebook and not to initiate refund process.
                      Now i got a message that only 50percent amount will be refunded into my account. I have not made any cancellation nor modify in my booking. I want my 100 percent refund.

                        I have booked oyo room 16628, home view 2bhk, lower khalini, shimla, for the period of 30/12/2018 to 01/01/2019, and my bookind i. D is oqhz4031 we are travelling with our family, we have reached shimla at 30/12/2018 06:00 pm, but unable to find the property, the caption of that property phone no. Is not reachable, i have complain atleast 10 times to oyo coustomer care, but they will also not help us in the new city, lastly we try to reach property through local people help, even they also not know about that property,
                        Lastly i have request them to cancel my bookng, and refund my amount, but they even not process for refund and cancel my booking,
                        After that we have booked other room with more payment.

                            Hi team, i booked the oyo nr inn hotel in agra for 2 rooms for 2 nights on 22/23rd december through agoda.com. While reaching to the oyo property i got to know that there is no booking in my name at this hotel. I checked with agoda on the mail and they confirmed that they have already forwarded my details to oyo and if they denied then oyo must refund the money and i checked this atleast 4 times with agoda on mail and everytime they confirmed me that oyo has denied giving back the money because i did not report to the property, this is absolutely wrong and it can be confirmed with the property manager directly that i was not given the room because they did not have my details with them.

                            Please arrange my money to be refunded which is stuck with you approx 7, 000 inr.

                              Sir, i have booked a room in hotel bomfim villa in goa from 23 dec to 26 dec with booking id - awes7430. On 23th, my flight from amritsar has cancelled. So im not able to checkin on same date (23rd). I also informed oyo customer care and hotel bomfim about my late check in on next day (24th dec) after 4 pm and they both tell that my booking remain as it is and remain confirmed as they not tell about “no show”. On 24 th a call from hotel rings to me and they ask me about check in time on hotel. I have tell that im coming with my wife and i shall check in after 4 pm. When i reached at hotel and ask about check in, they tell that my booking is cancelled and it is in “no show” category. Then i call customer care they also tell me same thing about no show. But prior it they have not tell me about no show or cancellation of my booking. So, customer care advice me to take refund from oyo and do another fresh booking. I have done the same and booked room for 3 nights with 13000 rs paid at hotel. I have raised a refund request and done another booking at hotel. But till now oyo has not given me the status of my refund of above subject mentioned booking. I m a regular customer of oyo. I have booked hotel in mumbai on 27 dec (Hmui9816) and in pune (Vecb8095).in next day i want to take a hotel at hyderabad with oyo due to its best service. So, sir please resolve my issue about refund of subject cited booking so that my money will not waste. I want to be a regular customer with oyo. So kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                Hi i am sonia i have booked a 3 rooms by oyo customer care no at d square on jaipur amer road. I have reached at 3:30am date of 29/12/18 both the receptionist are sleeping i m calling them continuesely after 15 minutes the woke up. Me and my family we went to our rooms there's no drinking water available and no toolkit and our 2 rooms geysers are not working and i have booked with breakfast. I have paid for breakfast also in the morning they people called up nd asking for breakfast but as we all to tired so we tell them to provide after some time they did'nt tell that moment that the breakfast timing is till 10 only i have called them by 10am to send breakfast they denied an the manager is arguing with me and the language of the manager is so bad even abusing too the manager is talking about out our character we are whole family me my husband nd my mom dad. So this whole experience is worst ever. I will never go with oyo forever nd suggest my friends too that its a very bad.

                                  I had booked for a double occupancy room at fanindra guest house (Oyo property id oyo7111) on 24.11.2018. The booking id was dqrt4859. I subsequently paid rs 3096/- on 27.12.2018 through online payment towards 2 days booking charges

                                  After reaching the property on 28th morning the reception told me that they do not have business with oyo anymore & did not allow check in. I immediately spoke to your customer care. The customer care told me to shift to a separate property 1 km away.

                                  As i had to leave for son's exam immediately, i told customer care that shifting now is not possible. He told me to cancel the booking, which i did immediately. However after cancellation only rs 1499/- was refunded to my account instead of rs 3096/-.

                                  I am surprised on the recovery amount as i have not availed the services of oyo for the room.

                                  Further, i hope that oyo would improve its service in providing bookings in future.

                                    In november, i booked an oyo at goa for 14th to 16th of december. The day before the arrival i. E on 13th, when i checked the booking, i saw that the place had changed. It showed that i had a booking with the same booking id but at some different place. So i called the oyo helpline to know what had happened. They informed me that the book i had booked was not available so they updated the booking to some other place. As the new place wasn't where we wanted to stay, we asked the cse to cancel the booking and initiate the refund. After hours of calling and convincing, they initiated a refund. Today, on 29th of december, i haven't yet received the refund. So i called up the helpline and they responded by saying that the amount hasn't been approved and they have sent another refund request and it will take another 14 days more. They neither gave me a reason why it wasn't approved or why is there such a delay. I am writing this here after they cut me off the call and started not to pick up whenever i called. I am fed up wasting my time behind this. And i am certainly not going to book from oyo again. This is my last appeal to sort this matter asap else i will take this through the consumer grievance cell.

                                      I booked a hotel at munnar from 22-24 december (Booking id - pawv6753). When i reached hotel merimaid, i was denied checkin. Turns out that he has cancelled all of the bookings by oyo and informed them. But oyo didn't inform us. At 8 pm, we called them regarding it, they shifted us to mehakira inn. When we reached mehakira inn, we were again denied check-in. The hotel guy was saying that our booking is from 23-24 december but in our app 22-24 december was clearly stated. I called the customer care multiple times. When no solution was provided after 2.5 hours, i booked a room at a local hotel myself at around 10:30 pm. I also formally dropped an email stating the above and to cancel my booking.

                                      Since then i have called oyo rooms multiple times. They always disconnect the call saying we are looking into it and till now no promise of refund has been made. This is so unprofessional from oyo and unacceptable at all. What about our suffering for those 2.5 hours in the chilly cold weather on streets?

                                        We, a family of 6, booked a stay through oyo website at lichana haveli on sikar bypass road. They charged us for three bed-fitted two rooms although gave us dingy congested double rooms out of which one was barely enough for a double bed to fit in. Upon requesting staff gave us option to put a mattress outside the bathroom. Mattresses/bedsheets were torn out; air exhaust of another room opened in our bathroom releasing smoke and alcohol smell, so barely could sleep or rest; staff wasn't helpful at all and were rather arguing; no bins were available in the rooms. Considering the ratings by oyo, it is unfortunate to say that the service was disgusting and perhaps oyo team allows fake reviews to prevail and does permit false and hoax information to prevail on there website. We highly recommend families to not to stay at this facility ever, not sure either if it is ideal for singles or groups. This is not just a simple complaint as i am going to push it through further until i get compensated to the levels me and my family has been bothered. Request the authorities to take an immediate and justified action. Also please do not revert with your template responses. Looking forward to your prompt revert and action.
