Sir, i have booked a room in hotel bomfim villa in goa from 23 dec to 26 dec with booking id - awes7430. On 23th, my flight from amritsar has cancelled. So im not able to checkin on same date (23rd). I also informed oyo customer care and hotel bomfim about my late check in on next day (24th dec) after 4 pm and they both tell that my booking remain as it is and remain confirmed as they not tell about “no show”. On 24 th a call from hotel rings to me and they ask me about check in time on hotel. I have tell that im coming with my wife and i shall check in after 4 pm. When i reached at hotel and ask about check in, they tell that my booking is cancelled and it is in “no show” category. Then i call customer care they also tell me same thing about no show. But prior it they have not tell me about no show or cancellation of my booking. So, customer care advice me to take refund from oyo and do another fresh booking. I have done the same and booked room for 3 nights with 13000 rs paid at hotel. I have raised a refund request and done another booking at hotel. But till now oyo has not given me the status of my refund of above subject mentioned booking. I m a regular customer of oyo. I have booked hotel in mumbai on 27 dec (Hmui9816) and in pune (Vecb8095).in next day i want to take a hotel at hyderabad with oyo due to its best service. So, sir please resolve my issue about refund of subject cited booking so that my money will not waste. I want to be a regular customer with oyo. So kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    Hi i am sonia i have booked a 3 rooms by oyo customer care no at d square on jaipur amer road. I have reached at 3:30am date of 29/12/18 both the receptionist are sleeping i m calling them continuesely after 15 minutes the woke up. Me and my family we went to our rooms there's no drinking water available and no toolkit and our 2 rooms geysers are not working and i have booked with breakfast. I have paid for breakfast also in the morning they people called up nd asking for breakfast but as we all to tired so we tell them to provide after some time they did'nt tell that moment that the breakfast timing is till 10 only i have called them by 10am to send breakfast they denied an the manager is arguing with me and the language of the manager is so bad even abusing too the manager is talking about out our character we are whole family me my husband nd my mom dad. So this whole experience is worst ever. I will never go with oyo forever nd suggest my friends too that its a very bad.

      I had booked for a double occupancy room at fanindra guest house (Oyo property id oyo7111) on 24.11.2018. The booking id was dqrt4859. I subsequently paid rs 3096/- on 27.12.2018 through online payment towards 2 days booking charges

      After reaching the property on 28th morning the reception told me that they do not have business with oyo anymore & did not allow check in. I immediately spoke to your customer care. The customer care told me to shift to a separate property 1 km away.

      As i had to leave for son's exam immediately, i told customer care that shifting now is not possible. He told me to cancel the booking, which i did immediately. However after cancellation only rs 1499/- was refunded to my account instead of rs 3096/-.

      I am surprised on the recovery amount as i have not availed the services of oyo for the room.

      Further, i hope that oyo would improve its service in providing bookings in future.

        In november, i booked an oyo at goa for 14th to 16th of december. The day before the arrival i. E on 13th, when i checked the booking, i saw that the place had changed. It showed that i had a booking with the same booking id but at some different place. So i called the oyo helpline to know what had happened. They informed me that the book i had booked was not available so they updated the booking to some other place. As the new place wasn't where we wanted to stay, we asked the cse to cancel the booking and initiate the refund. After hours of calling and convincing, they initiated a refund. Today, on 29th of december, i haven't yet received the refund. So i called up the helpline and they responded by saying that the amount hasn't been approved and they have sent another refund request and it will take another 14 days more. They neither gave me a reason why it wasn't approved or why is there such a delay. I am writing this here after they cut me off the call and started not to pick up whenever i called. I am fed up wasting my time behind this. And i am certainly not going to book from oyo again. This is my last appeal to sort this matter asap else i will take this through the consumer grievance cell.

          Hi,
          I booked a hotel at munnar from 22-24 december (Booking id - pawv6753). When i reached hotel merimaid, i was denied checkin. Turns out that he has cancelled all of the bookings by oyo and informed them. But oyo didn't inform us. At 8 pm, we called them regarding it, they shifted us to mehakira inn. When we reached mehakira inn, we were again denied check-in. The hotel guy was saying that our booking is from 23-24 december but in our app 22-24 december was clearly stated. I called the customer care multiple times. When no solution was provided after 2.5 hours, i booked a room at a local hotel myself at around 10:30 pm. I also formally dropped an email stating the above and to cancel my booking.

          Since then i have called oyo rooms multiple times. They always disconnect the call saying we are looking into it and till now no promise of refund has been made. This is so unprofessional from oyo and unacceptable at all. What about our suffering for those 2.5 hours in the chilly cold weather on streets?

            We, a family of 6, booked a stay through oyo website at lichana haveli on sikar bypass road. They charged us for three bed-fitted two rooms although gave us dingy congested double rooms out of which one was barely enough for a double bed to fit in. Upon requesting staff gave us option to put a mattress outside the bathroom. Mattresses/bedsheets were torn out; air exhaust of another room opened in our bathroom releasing smoke and alcohol smell, so barely could sleep or rest; staff wasn't helpful at all and were rather arguing; no bins were available in the rooms. Considering the ratings by oyo, it is unfortunate to say that the service was disgusting and perhaps oyo team allows fake reviews to prevail and does permit false and hoax information to prevail on there website. We highly recommend families to not to stay at this facility ever, not sure either if it is ideal for singles or groups. This is not just a simple complaint as i am going to push it through further until i get compensated to the levels me and my family has been bothered. Request the authorities to take an immediate and justified action. Also please do not revert with your template responses. Looking forward to your prompt revert and action.

                My booking reference is BMJF1563 at OYO 15454 NG regency Munnar.
                I am a first time customer and booked through OYO as I had heard a lot of good about you but it turned out to be completely opposite.
                I made online booking for 3 days at above property for 3 adults on 27.12.18 morning. The rate was 7028 for 3 days and I deposited an advance of Rs 1757. We checked in the room at around 5:00pm. However the room was very bad with foul smell, the blanket and towel were stinking. The room was very small. I told the manager about that and he told that he will rectify the problem, thereafter we went out and came back at 9:30 pm but the problems remained as such. I then informed your team through mail and also called them thrice between 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Each time I was told that my problem will be solved and I will receive a solution and call within 5 minutes, however nothing happened. I then mailed the corporate office through escalation matrix at around 11:30 pm however there was no response.
                I would also bring to your notice that I had booked for 3 adults however no extra bed was provided till 11:30 PM and that too only mattress and the extra blanket which was provided was stinking.
                Again today morning I called the corporate office twice but each time they told that it pertained to other team and they transferred the call but each time the call got disconnected as no one picked up the phone.
                I then called thrice the team leader through landine, they responded and told the same things that I will receive resolution and call back within 5 minutes, however there was no response.
                I finally told them to either shift me or cancel my booking but they did neither
                Then the breakfast in the morning was equally bad as hot sambar was brought in polythene and idlis in newspaper.
                Thereafter I was left with no option but to vacate the room
                I moved the reception and told the manager that I am vacating and will pay the balance of one day. However he told that I will have to pay the entire amount of 3days which I refused. Then he called other staff and started misbehaving and even tried to hit me and manhandled me.
                Thereafter I had to call the police. They sorted out the matter by telling the hotel staff to accept the remaining payment of one day i.e Rs 580 as I had already made payment of Rs 1787 online and thereafter escorted me out of the premises. I have even video recorded the manhandling part and you will be shocked to see that, however I not sharing that with you. During this episode I again called your team however there was still no help.
                To say the least your service has been found lacking in every sphere.
                I was then forced to find out another room in a nearby hotel for next two days and also wasted a lot of time as instead of visiting this beautiful place I was kept engaged by your staff without any help.
                You can imagine what could have happened had the police not intervened.

                  0n 13 th october i enqired about hotels in udaipur through oyo and made payment of inr 3304 against two family room booking in hotel otbit udaipur 10243. Booking was confirmed on 15 th of october with reference no orud [protected]. But on 27th morning at 8.00am when we went there orbit people at reception told that there was no booking on my name. We were helpless with amy 75 years mother and two children. They refused to have any booking as they told they have not received any payment on this booking. I had to face tremendous trou ble in an unknown city. I want proper justice and my refund of my money which i paid against advance. Or i will go to consumer court to lodge a complain. I have a bitter experience with oyo.

                    Hello,

                    Below is the deficiency in service by dk inn:

                    1. I made a booking for oyo 11368 dk inn in kolkata from 22.12.2018 till 25.12.2018 vide booking id: rzuv0761. I am also an oyo wizard gold member. I was promised the amenities (Including refrigerator) attached herein as annexure 1.

                    2. I checked in around 5 pm on 22.12.2018 as my train from delhi was late. I informed them about the late check-in by calling them in their landline number from the train itself. I was allotted room no.401 as is evident from their email dated 22.12.2018 after i checked-in which is attached herein as annexure 2. The room was very shabby and not well lit and unhygienic. It was not the room that i was promised as it did not have all the amenities as mentioned in para 1. I had an extra double bed and it was evident that it was not a double-bed room that i booked for. I complained about it and they said that all the double-bed rooms are booked and they will be able to allot me another room only on the next day i. E 23.12.2018.

                    3. After insisting, they allotted me another room no.405 which they did not update in the oyo system as it was still showing room no.401 on my oyo app. I have clicked some pictures of the room key and door to make it evident that they allotted me room no.405 and which is attached herein as annexures 3a, 3b and 3c. We just shifted our luggage from our previous room to room 405 and went out for dinner. The wall behind the bed was damp (Please see annexure 3d). After coming back from dinner, i went to take a shower and saw that light of the washroom was directly connected with the geyser. When the geyser was on then only the lights were on otherwise not (Please see annexure 3e, 3f, 3g and 3h). The exhaust fan was not working (Please see annexure 3i). The knob of the shower was broken (Please see annexure 3j) so i had to take shower in the dirty bucket which was kept there. I did not complain at that time as i was already in the washroom. I called the emergency number mentioned in the chart pasted on the almirah (Please see annexure 3k), he said that he left oyo 3 months back. So i complained to oyo customer care who said they with speak with the property manager. So, the first night is over.

                    4. Now the next morning they allotted me another room room no. 404. I went for an exam in the morning so i did not try the shower. After coming back from my exam, my friend told that the water pressure from this washroom shower is so less that she had to use the bucket here also for taking a bath. I complained to the manager over the phone and he got furious and abused me and said that i am not satisfied with any room. I went out for lunch and also to contact my oyo captain who gave me an option to shift me to another oyo property nearby within an hour.

                    Below is the deficiency in service by oyo:

                    1. You gave an emergency contact number of a person who left oyo, 3 months backs. What would have happened if i was in some critical emergency?

                    2. Mr. Arka mukherjee, my oyo captain was an amazing person. He offered me almost every and all kind of help until i checked-out on 23.12.2018. When i complained him about my experience, he offered to visit dk inn and shift me to another nearby property and to adjust my one day rent with some gift coupons. When i agreed to shift, he said that no nearby properties are available so i will have to stay there itself and to check-out and book some other hotel on my own. He assured that since it was around 4 pm so he can ask the manager to charge me only for 24 hours and he will refund me he remain 2 days amount, suspend/de-list dk inn from oyo platform, etc and many other false promises.

                    3. After i checked out, the hotel manager said that 30% for day 2 will be deducted and rest will be refunded by oyo. I did not pay heed to him as mr. Arka banerjee assured me that my 2 days amount will be refunded.

                    4. I was shocked after i got an sms from oyo that an amount of just rs.1344 will be refunded. I enquired and they said that early checkout charges of rs.2167 has been deducted from my total. I tried to connect to arka banerjee many number of times but the executives were not connecting me to him but this was not the case pre-checking out. He was available every time i called and the executives connected me to him. This is cheating and forgery.

                    I would like to say that since there was so much deficiency in the service provided on the first day of my stay itself, hence i was forced to check-out early which was not my fault.

                    I would request you to please look into the matter properly and refund me the outstanding amount of rs.2167.

                    I would also request you to terminate my wizard gold membership and refund me rs.399 which i paid for the membership. If this is how a gold member is treated and cheated, i don't know how others are treated.

                      Its very pathetic experience under oyo rooms, never ever expected this find of hospitality. My booking reference number xize6783. This they had cancelled before my check in, i had choosen the 3 people and they even confirmed it. But at the time of my check in they made changes and cancelled with out my notice. Very bad experience. Just bring this notice to higher authorities.

                        My package id is tliu1408. Ishita thakur got ready our package.in all the hotels rooms were inappropriate.in orient hotel bathing water was not good. Hotel subadev was not having drinking water.in hotel it south estate residency there was issue of room.
                        What profit did i get by taking your package? When i reached chennai i messaged ishita thakur to call me but she didn't. Location of hotel subadev was dirty. All over we didn't liked your service. It was very poor. The service of ishita thakur was very inappropriate for us.

                          I have booked a room for 27.12.18 to 30.12.18 with an assured availability of a sea view room. We reached the hotel and got to know that no sea view room will be provided to us. We had made a full payment for this stay, i.e. 11, 432/-. Now we need to check out after one day and need the refund of rest of the 2 days. OYO customer care is keeping our calls on hold for more than 15 mins every time we call them regarding this issue and then they are disconnecting the call. This is absolutely unethical and fraudulent kind of service by OYO. If the refund does not happen soon we will take legal actions against OYO and also post this issue in all the travel sites as well as social networks with the nasty room's photographs attached to it. We are being cheated .

                            This is my third booking from oyo and i experienced unexpected horrible hospitality.
                            I booked 1 room for 3 persons from 25th to 26th (Check out), in which the service what i received from *oyo 5227 hotel new bharat* in nainital, uk. Are unexpected and worst one which i never expected from oyo till date.
                            Following issues are:
                            worst staff, arrogant attitude
                            unclean room for check-in
                            no amenities provided by the hotel, such as soap, shampoo, towel and etc.
                            greysar not working from the day we check in and they just only provide one 5ltr of warm water in the temperature of 2 degrees in nainital.
                            without my permission they taking my phone for cross-checking the hotel price through the app but that staff cleverly submitted 5* review which is very annoying.

                            *, in brief, this hotel is so horrible that i will not recommend this hotel for my enemy also.

                              Complaining about the irresponsiblity of oyo and it's partner hotel the garden view (8307), jaipur. We booked two rooms in this hotel one month before and and confirmed booking through paid full money. When we reported the hotel early morning today, manager informed to come by 12 noon. Then we reached the hotel the right time but hotel not allotted after waiting two hours here. Hotel manager reported that it is fault of oyo and can't provided the right now. We are looking to move complaint through proper channel.

                                We booked hotel 'bansidhar' in somnath through 'oyo' 3 months ago but when we reached somnath on 27th of december. But when we reached at the hotel, the receptionist told us that he doesn't has any contact with 'oyo' and because of this we suffered a lot, with full family we were roaming on road for 1 hour and when we complaint to 'oyo' customer care, they told us that they can't help us in any way. At last we booked rooms in that same hotel at double rate.

                                  Confirmed - oyo 8751 hotel shoba inn, booking no. Lspq3148

                                  Oyo site is unreliable, hotel properties whom they represent are not in proper connection with them. I booked and paid online, also i had booking confirmation email. I hadn't reach midnight so at afternoon i called the hotel and tried to inform them. Hotel reception said my booking not confirmed whereas from oyo i had confirm booking email. I called oyo 3 times even had email communication, they assured me booking is confirm and i will get my room. At midnight when i reached the hotel, they didn't honored my booking saying they are not accepting any oyo booking. Rather solving case and providing nearby property oyo offered miles away garbage hotel or refund. Offcourse at midnight i could not go so far as well as other than refund no option. I had to take 4 times higher value property to to late hour check in at same location. Again repeating the hotel which was booked had room but didn't want to accept oyo booking. There were 3-4 more cases struggling at same hotel via oyo like me. Oyo customer care were just wasting time and had nothing other than refund. Even i alerted dumb customer care at afternoon but nothing they did

                                  Please avoid oyo at all cost because refund is no solution specially when you have meeting planned and whole night spoiled and moreover to it paying multiple times of booking amount.

                                  Painful experience and suggest everyone to avoid it at all cost

                                    Hi, i stayed at oyo property at somnath vrajbhoomi..1st thing i observed it is highly overpriced i did not find worth spending 6000 rupees for a night to this hotel where there are 4* & 5* properties available in lesser rate. I thought being in service industry oyo customer care @[protected] would be able to help about this concern, however my experience is too bad it took too long to get connect with someone senior & after sharing my learning/experience there is no outcome. Since 50% was paid at the time of booking so they are just behind remaining 50% & least bother about any customer concern & arrogantly pushing for remaning amount as recovery agent which is highly unprofessional.

                                      I have been an oyo customer from quiet some time now. Have been using oyo services for my official stays and was always delighted with the customer service and had been thankful to oyo for bringing a revolution in the hotel industry with your budget hotel in india.
                                      I decided to try oyo for a vacation for the first time. It was a sudden plan with my cousins. I booked a oyo room in dharamshala, himichal pradesh on tuesday, 25th december 2018 for 4 adults in a 2 bhk self service appt (Booking id: fmgs3576) by paying an advance amount of rs. 2091. However, the booking was made for a 3 bhk as the property had a mandate to book the entire 3 bhk, however we just needed a 2 bhk, hence i called the customer care and requested them if they could cancel the existing booking and book an another 2 bhk property and adjust the advance amount in the new booking. The cc executive said that since it's midnight the ground field force is not available, he can't do anything until 9am in the morning. I called the customer care again and this time i was connected with mr. Saurabh and he assured me of some help by escalating the issue to the concerned department and informed me that i will get a call back before the check-in timing.
                                      Being assured that oyo will certainly provide me with the solution, i started my journey from delhi to himachal pradesh at mid-night. On my way just to check if any modifications were made, i opened the app and got to know that my existing booking was cancelled (Which i never requested) and there was no new booking, plus i was charged with a cancellation charge that was more than the advance amount i had paid earlier. So now the situation was - i am on the mid way of my journey with my cousins including a female and get to know that i have no place to stay and i have been charged a cancellation fees. Nevertheless, i made a call to the customer care and asked them that with who's permission did they go ahead and cancel the booking? The oyo representative gave a funny reply saying that sir, you must have asked to cancel only then we would have cancelled your booking. I asked him for the call recording were i had requested for the cancellation, to which he replied that i would get a call back.
                                      I got a call back after sometime and this time it was mr. Rupesh kumar00591519, who apologized for his mistake stating that he did not hear to the customer care executive mr. Saurabh who had escalated the call to him and due to miscommunication he went ahead and cancelled the booking. I asked him to re-book the property for me or if he can book an another property without me having to pay again. Rupesh apologized again as he said he is not allowed to do so, all he could do is take a re-fund request and asked me to book the property by paying the advance again, which was ridiculous. So now i was paying for oyo's mistake. Since it was a sudden plan, we were running short on budged and now i had to book a hotel by paying twice as the refund will take 14 days to be processed.
                                      All the above conversation happened while i was in transit from delhi-himachal during midnight. With no options left, i had to book an another property (Booking id : bztq2479) were i reached by 2 pm tired of driving (Check-in time was 12 pm) on 25th december, only to find the property not ready. I had to wait out in the clillling winter with a temperature of 3 degrees with my cousins for almost 1 hour 45 mins till i got the property ready to check in. The property was not how it was described, the kitchen had only a few utensils making it hard to cook food, also there was no water supply until 7 in the evening, a thin blanket at a place with a decreasing temperature of -1 degree, requested a lot to get just one extra blanket (For 4 adults). I called the customer care to complain, the put me on hold while connecting the call to the property manager to resolve the issue and disconnected the call in between and never called back knowing that the guest is facing major issues with the property,
                                      By now i was done with my patience, oyo had not missed any chance to irritate me, and wasted an entire day of my vacation left unexplored waiting at the property, eating what we could manage to cook with the minimum utensils and kitchen equipment's.
                                      I never thought oyo would leave me with such an experience. It wasted, my time, money, energy and left me to deal with the problems they created. Lack of ownership of problems, lack of empathy, poor hospitality had ruined my entire vacation.
                                      Ritesh, we are middle class people and make such vacations once in a while to have good memories and have peace of mind before getting back to the hectic schedule, this vacation involves hard earned money and precious leaves. I have all the recordings of the conversation i had with the oyo customer care which clearly states, all they had a sorry against my problems. I'm afraid i'll have to seek legal advice.
                                      I, hope you will read this mail and acknowledge the issues i faced, work on them and assure that it does not get repeated with anyone else ever.

                                        I booked two rooms in bridge view hotel premium (Shimla), and under oyo with a view and mountain view. But i got rooms with wall faced, when complained to hotel staff, i was told the rooms are booked, even though i pre-booked room with a vey option i wasn't provided one.
                                        Plus there's no proper hot water supply, tv is not working in a room.

                                        I am not at happy with hotel and oyo service. I had hoped my stay will be pleasant but it hasn't been pelasant and happy at all.
