I have booked a room from oyo app yesterday, complete details as follows,

Check-in: 21st dec, 12 pm onwards
Check-out: 24th dec till 11 am
No. Of rooms: 1 classic (2x) room

Hotel name: the first hotel
Address: sc) 1-2, kalgidhar enclave, baltana, kalka shimla highway, zirakpur

Also got a call from your executive around 5 pm yesterday asking for my check-in time n i confirmed it around 9 pm. When i reached the hotel the told me that no room is available, i also contacted ur helpline number [protected]
But in a very rude and pathetic manner he cut my call after putting it hold for 10 min. I have all the records and the way i harrassed, even paid the full fledge payment.

    I booked a room at dahleez hotels, plot no. B 751, sushant lok phase 1, gurgaon on 21 dec 2018 through the oyo phone app. My booking id was swyg8530. I was shown payable amount as rs 700 while booking the room. But during the check-in i was asked to pay rs 900. I want to get a refund of the amount i was wrongly charged. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

      I booked my stay for 8 nights for rs10072 and paid whole amount to hotel front desk. Booking was made expecting clean room wifi quiet room to rest no construction no construction noise and and no breaking construction breaking walls adjacent to my room. The front desk lied to me to get me in the hotel. They did not disclose that during day time 8am to 6pm there is a construction crew on site making huge noise. Cannot stay in room during daytime. I have recorded the noise on phone so bad..

      On my third day front desk vinod told me there will a reduction in my rate but nothing took place. No reduction no money back.

      I fell sick on 4th 5th day had to stay inside room daytime and it felt horrible..

      Please get me a reduction or refund back. This was bad experience i am from usa with family in india..

      This Hotel is not up to OYO standard by lying about construction site work. They hide this.
      This Hotel is violating International Noise levels so loud when they break walls that you cannot even enter room.

        Even trough a complain has been sumbited against the company about callings and messaging, still they dont care. What is going on? Even after giving complain you guys are still calling me. What the heck is going on with you guys?
        Why cant you guys mantain the service properly? You guys are absoulutely careless and you guys dont take anything seriously. Just remove my number and unregister my name from your system. If you dont, i am reaching for the nearest oyo headquarters.

          Myself is Azad Haneefa

          I have made one booking through OYO portal, booking reference no: ZEFR8493, OYO 3783, Bhavani palace dated 05.12.2018.

          The booking I have made for 2 night stays (i.e. from 06.12.2018 to 08.12.2018 morning).

          The rating and promotions which were given to said hotel from OYO side was awesome.

          When I have reached the hotel on 06.12.2018 evening to take the hotel, it was observed that the hotel was situated in one Galli type location. I have requested hotel people that the GST bill has to put on my company name. The hotel people informed that they cant share the bill to customer, rather they will share the invoice to OYO only.

          After the discussion with hotel officials, they have arranged one room for me. It was observed that the construction of said hotel was not completed, the works was still under progress. As per the image which was uploaded on portal, it was confirmed that the hotel was completed its work and in fully functional condition.

          I was the only guest available on the room which they have arranged me 2nd floor. The remaining rooms was under construction phase only. I have enquired the hotel people for the facility to obtain any cab from the hotel. They have told that its difficult from their end to arrange the same. If I need to get any cab, I need to walk outside for few kilometre to get the same. Since I don't have any alternative, I am forced to stay on said hotel on 06.12.2018 night stay.

          By the time another embarrassing experience also happened. The workers who were doing the construction work, made the sound disturbance through out the night. At that time itself, I have made the call to OYO over phone and sought to the solution. The OYO executive also experience the construction sound over phone. It was assured me to provide the solution on the next working day.

          I have booked to 07.12.2018 night stay also. Since I had experienced a pathetic night sleep, I wish to cancel the booking and contacted OYO executive on 07.12.2018 morning also. They have lagged the call and not provided any solution. Rather advise to make the entire payment and leave the hotel. I have vacated from said hotel on 07.12.2018 itself, after making the payment for entire 2 night stay (which I didn't complete).

          I don't have any issue in stay back for 07.12.2018 stay on same hotel, if I don't have any said bitter experience. Because of above issues, I am forced to cancel the 2nd booking.

          The complaint further made with OYO officials on various days. They have assured me to provide the GST invoice for 1 night stay and assured to make the refund of 1 night, which I didn't stay at the hotel.

          Even after making continuous follow up with OYO, no proper resolution is not obtaining.

          I have share my company name and GST to OYO officials to obtain the invoice for one night. In order to obtain the reimbursement from our finance team, the invoice has to submit. Because of said action from OYO, now I am facing financial loss also.

          Requesting to kindly resolve the said issue on priority basis.

          Still the resolution is not received.

          The bank account detail was collected by assuring the refund of payment for one night stay, which i didn't make at hotel.

          The same is still pending for quite some time. The incident happened on last year, till now the resolution is not received.

          Submitted all proof for the condition of hotel and problem faced

            The proppertie's under oyo are terrible.
            Evn through i reached my hotel which was booked through oyo, i am continuosly getting phone callings from yesterday asking me if i am someone else. I even got phone calls late at night. They have called me around more than 25-30 calls. And on top of that they are continuosly messaging me different names and saying that your breakfast will be served at 8:00 am... Etc.
            This is very annoying. I dont know what is happening with you guys but stop calling me and messaging me like that.

Lesser price for non wizard members.. This is pathetic why they kept membership and took extra charges for wizard member when they are in membership.. I need my refund..                 I book oyo room 6 days in advance
                Paid money 6 days in advance
                When i reach on 20th dec for check-in it was told we cant accomodate we are full.
                We were shifted 3times then were place around 6km far from our location
                And at that hotel it was told u have to pay extra 5000 as we are giving you urgent checkin.
                Urgent check in was done not from our end it was oyo management mess created.

                  I made a booking with oyo for hotel shivraj nanital in october. The app was having technical issues and it did not process the payment. I called oyo and they did confirm the payment has not gone through and wanted me to pay again and then i called to confirm that i only had one booking but by then the rep told me i had two bookings! He immediately cancelled the first one and said i will get the credit in 7-10 business days! Booking reference sodu7324 in the amount of 12968 rupees. I have been paying interest on that amount now and even after so many contacts even to the higher authorities no one has any details when will it show on my end just a one liner it only takes 7-10 business days! Its been more than 2 months guys!! I still have to pay interest on it what if my credit score gets impacted because of this? Who will be responsible?

                      We booked 1 room double accupancy room which is booking ref booking id: arxf5720
                      Check-in - 18th dec'18 23:57 hrs. (Oyo hotel qlark) bed was not prper, water was not available in washroom full night and next day morning also water.in morning i ask reception about hot water for bath and other use around 10am in morning. Finally got 2 buckets hot water around 11.50 am.

                      I am service team for fresh towels he is fresh towels not available he given me 2 hand towels for body cleaning after bath.

                      We ask breakfast for 2 person in manu aalu - puri and bread toste. But service guy given 1 plant aalu - puri only say bread toste not available.

                      We got lots of issue whole night too much noise.

                        I booked 6 day and 7 night package from them, but i recived a call from them on 16 december that, there is not ferry running so u can cancel and we will get refund. So i cancell my flight and train ticket and confirm them, but they are not returning money and spoiled my holidays.
                        I already wasted 15000 rs already by cancelling flight and train ticket.

                        Already a month and this surprises me that a reputed brand is doing such cheap thing to its customers.

                        Really disappointed and i am not sure if i will be utilising any of oyo service again or recommending it to my family or friend zone.

                        Shared my life worst travel experience with my near ones and they are even more shocked.

                          We had booked 3 rooms in chennai for 14th october. My parents were travelling from brahmapur, orissa via train no. 22612 on 13th october and they were expected to arrive in chennai on 14th october at 3 pm but due to titli cyclone which landed in orissa on 11th oct, their train got delayed by over 19 hours and they checked into the hotel at around 10:30 am on 15th october and had to check out at 1pm the same day. We checked into one of rooms on time but other 2 rooms we hardly stayed for couple of hours. Because my parents arrived late in chennai so we also couldn't reach on time in rameshwaram and we hardly stayed at that hotel too. As their arrival was delayed due to after effects of natural calamity so we are hoping we can get some refund for the stay. We checked with the hotel team and they said only oyo can help with this. We have been trying to contact oyo customer service team but have not received any proper response from them yet.

                          As mentioned in email as well as chat, the issue was not resolved and the person who called us was very rude and arrogant. He didn't know how to talk to a customer. He was talking as if we are not customers but his sub-ordinates. Please dont assume that issue has been resolved. We had said this time and again the resolution has not been provided and all our complaints have not been heard and resolved.

                            We recently stayed at Hotel NNP grand in Rameshwaram. It was terrible experience and wanted to highlight the issues :

                            1) Mattress in the room were terrible and in really bad shape. We had back pains because of the mattress.

                            2) There were Rats in the room and they jumped on us while we were asleep in the night.

                            3) The towels were so old that they had turned into dirty yellow color and hotel staff had used so much bleach to clean them that they have become hard and towel felt like spines when used.

                            4) We had one room booked for 3 people but there no arrangement for spare bed.

                            The hotel was not all worth the price charged. Hope some action would be taken and we would get refund. We tried to contact OYO but no proper resolution has been provided.

                              I had my marriage reception on 15th december 2018 where i had paid approximately 84000 for arrangements but on the day of function, the situation was worst and only 2 staff were available in function to serve 125 guests and moreover the decided food was not served as per agreed menu. Moreover the dinner was not started till 10 though the function timing was 7-10pm.

                              I tried to contact mr punkesh (Event manager), ankita but they couldn't do anything and answered irresponsibly when it was a critical situation when your guests were waiting for food.

                              Many of my guests finally got involved to make food and serve food to guests as guests were walking out without food. This is a shameful for a hospitality industry when guests have to make food and serve themselves. I had discussed the issue with mr punkesh who assured me for a call me back after putting everything on mail but no response till now.

                              I want 100% refund just because of mental harrassment and critics i have been going through from 15th onwards.

                                I made a booking with booking I'd : WMUG3216
                                and when I was checking out I was asked to pay : 2095/- inr. Bt I made booking of inr 1922/- then I called oyo coustmer care at 12:06 pm and asked about the difference and I was told ... 74/- RS for my food and 99/- RS for my WIZARD MEMBERSHIP. then I asked what's the benefits of wizard membership. I was told by Mr. Dheeraj Kumar ( oyo guest experience manager) that I will get 5% discount on all wizard hotel and 10% on same hotel everytime if I book it again in future. Then I paid the amount 2095/- from my debit card. At 12:36 pm. And made another booking with I'd RMCF4309 BT I DIDNT GOT 10% discount. I called the oyo coustmer support again and I was told : THAT THEY CANT DO ANYTHING NOW AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE I WILL NOT GET any REFUND or And I will also not get 10% discount in future for 1 year and also they can't cancel my membership and I will only get 5% discount BT I paid for 10% WHY I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE I WANT THEM TO RESOLVE IT. SS ARE ATTACHED BELOW

                                Someone from oyo called me and said that he will mail me the apology token and also imform the dept and if i will make a new booking i will get discount and when i called them they said nothing is mentioned here regarding the same complaint.

                                  Me and my friends had booked an oyo room for a night in kovalam, kelambakkam... When we reached there, we were denied our rooms stating some problem that the branch had with the local police station.
                                  It being a secluded location, 9 o[censored]s were on the road at 11pm with nothing nearby.
                                  This is pathetic service and oyo must solve this problem.
                                  We put trust in a company and they let is down horribly.
                                  Will not recommend to anyone i know.

                                      We stayed at hotel airport suite (Also called westend residency) in delhi close to the international airport because we were flying the next day. My boyfriend left early that morning at 4:00am for his flight. Moments after his departure someone tried to open my door but luckily i locked it from the inside. For the next hour i endured a group of indian men pulling on the handle of my door, banging on it to try to get in and shouting to each other outside the door in hindi. I assume they heard him leave and knew that i would be alone. I was petrified and did not know what to do, my body was completely frozen as i was crying in a corner of the room. I called my boyfriend in agony, crying so much and he told me to call the police but i was so scared because the police in delhi are some of the most corrupt in india. Both o[censored]s were so terrified but security in the airport would not let him leave. He called the reception of the hotel but the manager would not answer; i had a strong suspicion that the manager was in on whatever was going on. I plucked up the courage to call the police because it was my only option; the men would not leave my door. It took the police an hour to arrive and the men left within that time. The police checked the cctv with the manager (Who i think was in the hotel the whole time) after speaking to me. The manager informed me that the problem was due to this group of men booking out all 90 rooms of the hotel and therefore wanting access to my room because they had booked all rooms. This seemed very unlikely because they did not bother me until they knew that i was alone and surely they would contact management rather than try to break into the room. Because nothing physical happened i could not take police action but the police officer gave me his personal number and told me to call him if the hassle continued. This was the most scary experience of my life and i really do not know if i would still be alive if those men got into my room that night.

                                        Hii stayed in the oyo room in faridabad in mvm oyo room no 302 from 14th may 2018 to 16-may-2018, first of all teh service of the hotel was extremly bad there was a tv which never worked and when asked the hotel manager told to use the wifi and the wifi was worst than a 3g connection, there is no proper charging point in the room and had to charge the phone in the bath room, i still adjusted with all this non sense.
                                        But i lost my most expensive tissot watch in the room and when i ask the hotel they say no we didnt find i want oyo to take action on this its 30000 rs watch i dodnt care about the cheap disgusting faciility u give i want action on this immediatly before i take it to higher authority.

                                        Dear sir,

                                        wrongly i cancelled this booking because this hotel can not allowed the unmarried couple entry.
                                        so i request you to please arrange the another hotel booking for same booking date at noida location near by any metro station.
                                        Worst services in india.. will never ever book a room from oyo and will tell everyone.. people should delete their app and go to other online services .. they made me wait for 3 days..
