I booked a room in oyo 15941 jasol heritage, with booking no. Ozye8571 on 21st december.
The booking was from 23rd to 24th december.

Without any prior information on whatsapp or call, the hotel got changed. And when i reached at oyo 15941 jasol heritage, manager told me that there is no booking with your name.

I called oyo support 4 times and the response i got was "you have booking in another hotel oyo 19450 the kamdhenu inn". 2-3 times i was kept on hold for 5-5 minutes. The said we didn't call your or texted you, we have sent you an email. That email was sitting in my junk mail, which was sent on 23rd december, 1:22 pm. Which is after the check in time. Also this room was cheaper from what i booked. I asked the support staff to compensate my 5 hours of time plus transportation but they refused.

In the application also it was showing that i have booked "oyo 15941 jasol heritage".

    Room tariff was excess charged in compare to tariff as well as no kitchens in hotel to provide food. I lodge a complain in customer service but no support oyo my phone was keep on hold. I paid full payment in advance through my credit card. Its really foolish to pay in advance.in comparison to other websites travel i have a bad experience with oyo no customer service helping. Only they are giving false assurance that we will shift to another hotel and we will reply. My suggestions that all traveling agents must be have a guidelines which applicable to all travel companies

      I booked a room (Booking id ejys4920) for 23rd dec at hotel golden nest (Oyo 8678). When i reached there with my family, i found there is no parking facility at the hotel for the 4 wheeler and the hotel is not as per the expectation.

      I managed to find a hotel (Oyo 3958) near by having all the facilities i anticipated and requested oyo team to transfer my accommodation. It took 5 calls and 2 hrs to get this done. Meanwhile me and my family had to wait outside the new hotel waiting for the confirmation.

      Issues :
      1) the first 3 oyo representatives put me on hold for approx 15 min and all 3 calls got disconnected
      2) the 4th representative confirmed that the booking can be done however i
      Have to pay rs 2100 as a difference charges to the new hotel, which i then agreed to pay
      3) after waiting approx 15 for the confirmation, i called the oyo team again. This time again a new person picked the phone and said the additional charges i have to bear is rs 2900 not rs 2100

      With no choice and sitting outside the hotel premise for long tiring 2 hrs i paid the amount rs 2900. After making the payment i informed the oyo team about the same and requested to look into the matter. I was promised to receive a call back for the over payment made however no phone call received even after 24 hrs.

      Could anyone from the oyo team look into this and confirm what appropriate action would be taken to resolve the issue. Its a shame to experience such unprofessionalism from a well known organization like oyo.

        Disgusting service of oyo front desk is not capable enough to handle the issue.
        After multiple calls made at call centre no one is concerned put on hold for long time and got disconnected. No 1 is responsible to look after the issue.
        Transferring the call all the time normal queries of customer is not able to solve by front desk.
        Very worst and pathetic experience i had. No recommendations to any customer.

          My husband booked a room in oyo 12972 hotel krishna castle from 24th to 26th dec. By manoranjan hota name. But when we reached the hotel no rooms were vacant. Can you arrange a new room in near by location asap.
          This is not accetable by oyo as after a long journey when we book a room for stay and its not available for which we have already paid. To whom i may concern this.

            I have booked a room on 30 nov 2018 through oyo at wave international hotel jamshedpur,, and did online payment,, when i went to hotel they denied to accept booking because there was some payment issue between hotel and oyo. Then i called customer care of oyo, and asked for solution executive and senior manager assured me about refund of my money within 14 days. Today its almost a month but still i have not got my money back.

              Still my issue is not resolved where is my refund? After it have been a 1 month, but still my refund has not initiated, as mr. Pankaj tiwari from oyo promised me for refund of my amount rs. 2819 with the booking id bjot0735, but there is still no actions taken. If you cant do me favour kindly reply me... Or else say something regarding to my issue... So many times i raised the compliant but still not resolved, if you didnt understand, ill send you the call recording which i have spoken to your customer executive, (Which they promised me for refund)

                Its very regreting to say that i have experienced most worst service so far. I was denied hotel inspite of paying full charges at site the hotel staff denied the room. The oyo customer care without solving any problem refunded only rs270 though i have paid nearly rs1900. I was forced to stay away from the hotel. Is this a service oyo provides to the customer?. Its very shameful to say that. At last i request you to kindly refund my full payment as you have cheated us. My booking id was enxg4692. Check in date was 22-23 dec hotel booked - oyo 8095. Case id 11835893.

                  When i have booked a stay for two days from 21st of december to 23rd of december 2018 my billing amount was rs 8160 at digha (Amantran resort).
                  At the time of check out billing amount showing 8640... Could not find the exact reason for such difference in the billing amount.
                  Disgusted with the service.. I asked for the complimentary breakfast as well and that was also not provided. When i asked the hotel management they were saying complimentary breakfast was not included in your booking. I didn't book it from the app i had a talk over the phone to one of the oyo captain and he had done the booking for me. I am just not happy with the service and especially with the discrepancy in the billing. Hope to get a revert with some helpful solutions.

                    From yesterday onwards i had complaints several times regarding oyo flagship 15476, near crocodile park. Your executive not respond my phone calls, keep my calls on hold. Hotel not provided wifi, hot water etc. Booking for three persons but not provided big room, gave extra matress on floor. Toilet is not also properly cleaned.
                    Want to shift to blue mix property, where the rooms are nice.
                    So my last request u to do needful, else i am compelled to lounge a case at consumer forum.

                      I have been asked for oyo property shoot in visakhapatnam, after the work has been finished they we're not responding to my calls and using my photographs...in their sites... With out payment. I have done a total of 6 property shoot for this oyo, no proper response from executive, co responding authorization...                         I booked a room in hotel named journey inn yesterday ie, on 21st december 2018 using oyo app, even after 3 hour of long and rigorous search for the hotel there on 22nd december 2018. I could not find the above mentioned inn in mussoorie (Uttarakhand). Owing to their worst service our tour got spoiled. The contact number they send us was invalid.
                        This is ridiculous. I want my full money back and also compensation for the stress caused to me.

                          I opted for a membership from oyo called wizard membership on 22nd sept 2018 on booking id jgqt3647, i was getting 10% discount as part of membership as i have opted a hotel as wizard base. Bt suddenly on 18th nov i was not getting 10% i was only getting 5% and after that every booking i got only 5% on 7 bookings (Booking ids are attached in ss).
                          So there is total of (126+108+95+152+46+168+138) = 833rs loss in total even after paying for membership i m not getting any discounts and i called them they say that there may be some technical error and dnt know the reason for this. Even after paying for membership i had to pay the extra amount.

                            I have book trip of and man nicobar, this is my package number pkg-bqpz9412.

                            When i have booked trip of andaman nicobar, i have given thirty thousand rupees advanced booking amount. But suddenly my marriage cancel also my father expire. I have spoke and mail 12 november 2018 to mr. Danish your oyo executive, this is problem i have faced so that cancel my trip.

                            When he has been dealing with me, he never told to me in case you would be cancel the trip you will not get flight cancel money.

                            I have given advanced amount thirty thousand, 18 december 2018 he told to me advanced amount you will not get, it is very pathetic performance from oyo side because i never expect this behavior from oyo company.

                            You will not able to get your advanced amount.
                            In the future i will not recomend oyo service

                                I booked a room at dahleez hotels, plot no. B 751, sushant lok phase 1, gurgaon on 21 dec 2018 through the oyo phone app. My booking id was swyg8530. I was shown payable amount as rs 700 while booking the room. But during the check-in i was asked to pay rs 900. I want to get a refund of the amount i was wrongly charged. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                  I booked my stay for 8 nights for rs10072 and paid whole amount to hotel front desk. Booking was made expecting clean room wifi quiet room to rest no construction no construction noise and and no breaking construction breaking walls adjacent to my room. The front desk lied to me to get me in the hotel. They did not disclose that during day time 8am to 6pm there is a construction crew on site making huge noise. Cannot stay in room during daytime. I have recorded the noise on phone so bad..

                                  On my third day front desk vinod told me there will a reduction in my rate but nothing took place. No reduction no money back.

                                  I fell sick on 4th 5th day had to stay inside room daytime and it felt horrible..

                                  Please get me a reduction or refund back. This was bad experience i am from usa with family in india..

                                  This Hotel needs to stop taking guests while Construction Site is breaking walls every day.
                                  I paid for daytime and night time . I want 50% refund . I got sick here .
                                  This Hotel is not up to OYO standard by lying about construction site work. They hide this.
                                  This Hotel is violating International Noise levels so loud when they break walls that you cannot even enter room.

                                    Even trough a complain has been sumbited against the company about callings and messaging, still they dont care. What is going on? Even after giving complain you guys are still calling me. What the heck is going on with you guys?
                                    Why cant you guys mantain the service properly? You guys are absoulutely careless and you guys dont take anything seriously. Just remove my number and unregister my name from your system. If you dont, i am reaching for the nearest oyo headquarters.

                                      Myself is Azad Haneefa

                                      I have made one booking through OYO portal, booking reference no: ZEFR8493, OYO 3783, Bhavani palace dated 05.12.2018.

                                      The booking I have made for 2 night stays (i.e. from 06.12.2018 to 08.12.2018 morning).

                                      The rating and promotions which were given to said hotel from OYO side was awesome.

                                      When I have reached the hotel on 06.12.2018 evening to take the hotel, it was observed that the hotel was situated in one Galli type location. I have requested hotel people that the GST bill has to put on my company name. The hotel people informed that they cant share the bill to customer, rather they will share the invoice to OYO only.

                                      After the discussion with hotel officials, they have arranged one room for me. It was observed that the construction of said hotel was not completed, the works was still under progress. As per the image which was uploaded on portal, it was confirmed that the hotel was completed its work and in fully functional condition.

                                      I was the only guest available on the room which they have arranged me 2nd floor. The remaining rooms was under construction phase only. I have enquired the hotel people for the facility to obtain any cab from the hotel. They have told that its difficult from their end to arrange the same. If I need to get any cab, I need to walk outside for few kilometre to get the same. Since I don't have any alternative, I am forced to stay on said hotel on 06.12.2018 night stay.

                                      By the time another embarrassing experience also happened. The workers who were doing the construction work, made the sound disturbance through out the night. At that time itself, I have made the call to OYO over phone and sought to the solution. The OYO executive also experience the construction sound over phone. It was assured me to provide the solution on the next working day.

                                      I have booked to 07.12.2018 night stay also. Since I had experienced a pathetic night sleep, I wish to cancel the booking and contacted OYO executive on 07.12.2018 morning also. They have lagged the call and not provided any solution. Rather advise to make the entire payment and leave the hotel. I have vacated from said hotel on 07.12.2018 itself, after making the payment for entire 2 night stay (which I didn't complete).

                                      I don't have any issue in stay back for 07.12.2018 stay on same hotel, if I don't have any said bitter experience. Because of above issues, I am forced to cancel the 2nd booking.

                                      The complaint further made with OYO officials on various days. They have assured me to provide the GST invoice for 1 night stay and assured to make the refund of 1 night, which I didn't stay at the hotel.

                                      Even after making continuous follow up with OYO, no proper resolution is not obtaining.

                                      I have share my company name and GST to OYO officials to obtain the invoice for one night. In order to obtain the reimbursement from our finance team, the invoice has to submit. Because of said action from OYO, now I am facing financial loss also.

                                      Requesting to kindly resolve the said issue on priority basis.

                                      Still the resolution is not received.

                                      The bank account detail was collected by assuring the refund of payment for one night stay, which i didn't make at hotel.

                                      The same is still pending for quite some time. The incident happened on last year, till now the resolution is not received.

                                      Submitted all proof for the condition of hotel and problem faced

                                        The proppertie's under oyo are terrible.
                                        Evn through i reached my hotel which was booked through oyo, i am continuosly getting phone callings from yesterday asking me if i am someone else. I even got phone calls late at night. They have called me around more than 25-30 calls. And on top of that they are continuosly messaging me different names and saying that your breakfast will be served at 8:00 am... Etc.
                                        This is very annoying. I dont know what is happening with you guys but stop calling me and messaging me like that.
