I booked one room in this property on 11th october for a stay from 15th october to 19th october 2018. It was a 4 night stay including breakfast. Total cost to be paid for 4 nights was rs3125/-

I reached the place at 4.30 pm on 15th october & was shown the room. It was fine and i had chosen to stay here so that i would be walking distance from the place i had to attend work for the four days.

Now after signing the register the person at the counter wanted the entire amount of rs 3125/- to be paid immediately else he would not let me check in at all.

I have travelled quite a lot and as well as booked a few oyo rooms too. But i have never been asked to pay the entire cost of the stay in advance or check-in will not be allowed. This it seems is the policy of hotel sufyan. But this is not mentioned anywhere on the oyo app or under its policies section.

I refused to pay the entire amount as advance & so in the evening am left stranded on the road with bag & baggage. The insult, harassment & disgust are mounting high in me.

When i escalated this issue to oyo all that they have done is apologize & offer me 500 oyo money. What good is this to me when more than 90 % of your properties don’t accept it? The insult harassment which i faced is cannot be compensated with 500 oyo money.

This is a hospitality industry and neither do the 3 * nor any 7* hotel asks for 100 % advance payment when you check in.

I hope #riteshagarwal you are reading it and will take heed to it. I have stayed in your oyo rooms which have cockroach crawling in the cupboards & walls with plaster peeling off. But these places are requesting us not to give negative feedback, just give them a 5* rating ….. Ironical service i must say.

OYO rooms don't justify with crap info...give some concrete solution. U did not call me... 1 missed call with 1 ring n u disconnected the call. U have not done any favour by returning oyo money. Where is my compensation. M
OYO Rooms why are you lying, you guys did talk to me & all you offered is apology for the issue faced. Even then i told you this does not suffice. The room was pre booked & i had confirmation for the same. No body in the hospitality industry asks for full payment of your stay at the time of check in.I was turned away because i refused to pay full amount. Dont say you were unable to reach me & document false information here. As well as dont talk about refunding 500 OYO money. its no good coz your properties dont accept it...hence again useless to me. i wont book another OYO again. I was harassed, disgusted and felt insulted with such a behavior at the hotel and now terribly anger with all your false responses. You all should stop fooling people. The OYO hotels are pathetic now... dirty cockraches & peeling plaster.

    Oyo id is bwmo6745 - ₹687. I cancel this booking because i book for one person by mistake but we are couple..
    Oyo id zfgi5267 - ₹750. I cancel this booking by mistake... And i already complaint for it two times... But still i didn't received my money refund... Please take this in process and rufund my money..

      Dear sir,

      Yesterday (19-oct-2018) night at 11.45 pm i booked 2 room in "jaya morita lodge, belur" through oyo. Booking id is itha2693. I went to the hotel for check-in but they denied to provide the room and said all the rooms are already sold-out & there is no rooms available right now. And advised to cancel the room reservation and oyo will pay the booking amount as refund".
      So, i called oyo customer service team for the solution. Customer service team verified with property owner and said rooms are not available and rearrange some other rooms in same area but they could not arrange any rooms on that night.

      On the discussion oyo customer service team said to refund the total booking amount in 14 days. But, after this oral confirmation i didn't get any updtes/notifications about refund. Again i checked with oyo customer service team about the issue. They said"we could not process any refund request at night. So, we will process in the morning"and morning i checked again. They said"we will process the refund request after 9am only". After 9am whenever i connect to customer service team and given the booking id and issue details they will disconnect the call.
      It's very disappointed to me. At the time of booking it shows 3 rooms available. Based on that only i booked the room. But, in reality i didn't get any rooms & whole night i stayed in the car with family. Please think about my situation and the worst case is i follow the oyo customer service team for the refund process from midnight. But, not yet received any updates.
      Please help me.

        I with my friends (All males) booked an oyo hotel on 18th october 2018 and the checkout was on 19th october 2018 at new jalpaiguri. I called the hotel through the oyo app and confirmed our arrival i. E at 3am on 19th october 2018. But when we reached the hotel it denied our check in stating that rooms are full. I called the oyo customer care and after waiting for 30mins they arranged another hotel which was 4.7kms away from the last hotel.in the middle of the night we managed to get an auto and it charged rs300 to reach to the new hotel. After reaching the new hotel, the same problem arised. We were denied entry for the 2nd time for the same reason that, the rooms are full. It was 4:30am and i called the oyo customer again. And they put my call on hold for several minutes and every time the calls get dropped. After trying for more than 10times and every time explaining my problem to them the issue is yet not solved till now. I didn't even get a call back from them. It was 7am in the morning and we were waiting for oyo call in the middle of the road. As the place was new to us we faced a lot of problem finding a new local hotel. I request you take necessary actions and compensate me for the inconveniences caused by oyo.

          I was one of the client dealt with mr. Vivek anand, i don't feel like taking his name, worst person. Dont know how you kept him. He was highly abusive and just because of him i won't deal with oyo anymore. He drinks in parties and creates a blunder and nuisance which is not worth it. I don't have any problem with oyo but this man, kindly teach him to respect women and his abusive language which cannot be tolerated. He is not at all professional eats rajnigandha all the time at my function, unpleasant way of working highly disgusting man atleast teach him how to communicate with women with respect and in a professional behaviour, not willing to work with him or oyo anymore. Is this the way you attend your client that we are forced to listen to you abuses from such an arrogant man. Is it right that you keep an immature man having no etiquettes and no professionalism in him.

          Are we women here to listen to his nonsense and harassing sentences at work place being a client of his. Mental harassment from vivek anand is highly disappointing and he could have gone towards physical harassment but thankfully controlled by my husband at the function.

          I request you to look at his unacceptable behaviour and kindly take him into consideration and take some immediate severe action.

          One client with hundreds of dissatisfaction.

            I have booked 2 rooms in oyo and even got confirmation call. When i reached the place my accomodation was denied stating that all rooms are booked offline. How can they deny accomodation after booking confirmation. This is very bad experience and i'm standing on road at night 1 am. I am going to file consumer complaint against oyo and agrs sree devi residency (18276)

              I had booked a room through Oyo and stayed in their listed Hotel in Panchkula, Royal Park from 13th to 14th Oct. After checking out of the hotel and driving for over 2 hours, I realized that I had left behind my iphone charger in the room. I called up Oyo helpline, but they refused to divulge the hotel telephone number saying that it was against their policy. Since my mobile battery was discharged and having left behind the charger, I could not access the internet on the phone and find the number myself. By the time I reached my destination and could get another charger and charge my phone and access the internet and find the number and call the hotel, it was too late and as obviously expected the hotel claimed not to have found the charger and the same room having being already allotted to the next guest.
              Being in the 3rd millennium and in the age of internet, it's very naive of Oyo not to share the hotel numbers (which are easily available on the internet) and very customer unfriendly not to have any system in place for recovery of articles left behind in hotels associated with them. Needless to say, this is the last time I've used Oyo, henceforth I'm not using this customer unfriendly hotel facilitator and informing all my colleagues and branch offices of the same too.

                I was looking at hotels of Shimla for my dusshera visit. I received a call from oyo agent to make the payment and a confirm the hotel booking right away through paytm and this would fetch me flat 20% cashback only if I make the payment at that point of time. Since my visit to Shimla was confirmed I agreed to the offer. I agreed to the offer only because of the fact that I would receive discount of flat 20%. We are college students and were initially of the opinion to check the hotel and location and then only to confirm the booking. But upon their words and the payment link they had sent I paid. The total payable amount was Rs. 6981 but the cashback I received was Rs. 300 only as against the amount of around Rs. 1400 as stated by the oyo agent.
                I called their customer service they apologized and told that they forgot to mention about the capping of Rs. 300. Even the senior stated the same and told they can't do anything about it apart from being sorry.
                I feel harassed and being cheated. They come up with lucrative offers in order to receive payment and confirm booking and they decieve the customers. This is complete fraudulent behaviour and action must be taken.
                I must get the apt compensation.

                  I have made a payment to oyo using my card with email address [protected]@gmail.com and phone number [protected]. The money was deducted from my bank but the payment failed and i did the payment again for an amount 1121 rs. The first payment has now passed but i want a refund for my second payment. Please refund the amount in my bank this was highly inconvenient.

                  I made a transaction of 209 rs as an option of (pay 209 and pay rest at hotel). The amount was debited from my account but there was no update in the oyo app. And after some hours I found a notification that the payment is unsuccesful in the oyo app.( it was a upi payment through phonepe). I not attempted for a second time concerning the same will happen again). Give my money back oyo...

                    This has been the worst ever experience... They provided us a cell in the name of a deluxe room. The bathroom was so small u can't even move. It was dirty. Moreover construction was going on in the hotel which made the place dirty and unsafe. Added to it the geyser and ac is controlled by the reception and even after repeated request they didn't provide us warm waterfor two days and strangely provided us with it on the morning we were leaving. They even try to cheat you in the name of tours by asking for unreasonable prices. Oyo should confirm if constructions are going on and if guests fall in any problem. This wasn't expected from oyo.

                      Dear concern,
                      Yesterday i checked in room 106 at hotel avita, ajmer.
                      It was around 8:00pm stayed till 11:00 but no cooling was their in room, i asked hotelier for same.
                      Someone came and changed some settings in ac remote. But still same condition.
                      Then they changed my room, new room 105 was not equipped with phone.
                      Ac was in same condition, but it was around 11:30 and i was tired too.
                      Just slept under fan.
                      It gives me feel that paying for ac and enjoying fan.
                      What a #.
                      I am a frequent traveler at different location and always use goibibo.
                      This is my second time in last 10 year when i used oyo rooms, if that type of rooms and service oyo provides.
                      What is the sense to book through oyo.
                      Need a proper satisfactory answer not the "thanks feedback and we will work on that".

                        This is regarding my booking ltcj4620, they provided my uncleaned rooms and after allocation of the third room, the electricity went away for more than 3-4 hours, i had the conversation with more than 5 executives from oyo and the last person assured me the full refund on the same day of check in (I got a mail for the assurity also) but no refund provided, now the case is taken as a cashback issue (But no such is claimed by me, as they are trying to divert the case)
                        Please see to the matter as i have the mail copy also. They didn't shifted me to other hotel neither provided the refund.

                          Myself niteen sonawane recently i booked (7 oct 2018) a room in new delhi with booking id nfgx8056. I was denied checkin even after confirming and giving miss call on the specified number. The booking cost was 1818. Then called oyo. Oyo shifted to other hotel. Before going to other hotel there was a conference call between hotel owner customer care senior and me where i was allowed to pay rupees 1818 and the hotel original cost was 2584. When i checked in i was charged 2584. The conference call had no meaning. I paid this amount as i was in a hurry for some work. The room quality was not even one star also, very bad condition. I just stayed at that hotel for few hours and checkout sooner on the same day. I requested oyo for my refund. After many messages and mails and calls oyo agreed to refund me rupees 766 in my bank account.[protected]=766) as oyo charged me according to my previous booking. Bank details already shared with oyo. (Note: i do not want this money in oyo wallet)
                          People come from other cities for some work. Instead of work they need to face such oyo problems.
                          Kindly take this into consideration and transfer the amount to my bank account.
                          Oyo's 3 customer care support persons sent me 3 different mails stating that money will be transferred in my bank account but still no money transferred. Already 10 days passed by. Attached all the copies of mails with this.

                          Already 14 working days have passed and still there is no refund from your side.This is what OYO is on their words.Inspite of promise done by OYO, they themselves are not on their loyalty.This shows that how a customer can face mental harassment for such a issue of refund transfer for which you guys take 14 working days.Already 3 weeks passed by but still OYO has not opened their eyes and such a carelessness by them.These issues are not much by other hotel bookings as compared to OYO.

                          I have called 5 times in last 15 days... did not receive GST invoice for my bookings IFRN2498 & HODS6738.

                          Mine is a issue of just refund of rs 766.Already 12 days passed and for this issue they take these many days to resolve.Based on this one can imagine the Quality of Oyo’s work and how eagerly they take intrest in resolving complain.Inspite of promising and sharing bank details in email conversations OYO is not faitfull and Loyal on its words.Very disheartening and WORST experience.Calling their customer service they said its not in their hand and the issue is transferred to some other team.

                            I had enquired about rates for different date so they cancelled my earlier booking and created new booking.when asked they told that you only requested to cancle.So now i am left in no where's land where i don't have any confirmed booking with me and that same property is sold out.                               This is my worst experience with oyo. I have to wait 3 hrs on road as hotel denied to give us room and than we have to travel 47 km for getting new shifting. I interacted with oyo executive on phone 12 times but every time they cut the call, this kind of service i can't believe. I really disappointed and how can we get compensation for the same? I will never prefer oyo for these kind of services and never recommend to others. I will definitely go for consumer court.

                                As per my booking id syib8973, i had payed rs.1405 three times at the time of check in.in which 1405 is initiated in my bank account another 1272 is back in my card rest rs.133 is refunded in my wallet. But i had paid that amount through my card and i need that much amount in my card only not into any wallet.

                                  I booked one hotel in bhubaneswar for 1735 and then it was showing extra 400 you have to pay, so i have to cancel that. Then same hotel i booked in 1689 and upon reaching property the property manager told they will not received prepaid. You ha e to cancel. So i cancelled it again. So total 3424 they took from account. After calling again ana again to the customer care they are saying they will resolve but not doing a single thing. They are saying the payment is not showing in their system. I will add one image of payment to them.

                                    Oyo promised me refund of rs. 2612 on 3rd october, and still i have not received it. They took my bank details n all but did not provided any refund. 10 days have gone. Still not received refund. They always say that refund is initiated but i have not received my refund for booking id nwvm2016. They asked for my bank details and mayank promised me for refund and they asked to leave positive feedback for unresolved issue. They always ask for feedback but do not give resolution.

                                      I have been waiting for the past half an hour just to talk to the customer care they have kept me on hold for some booking i wanted. I am still on hold. I was 20 years onld when i called i am 60 now. It has been forever. The call is going on since last 32 mins. The guy picks up the call again and tells me i talked to the hotel in varanasi and guess what? I had enquired for a hotel in ahmedabad.

                                        We booked hotel annapurna inn in puri but when we checked in at the hotel at morning today we saw that the hotel has just no electricity. Whereas nearby all the hotels had proper electric supply.

                                        On noticing that we contacted oyo service centre from 11 a. M in the morning till 8 pm at night. We spoke to over 12 customer care managers requesting them to shift us to another hotel and over 4 complaints were filed but none action was taken.

                                        On calling the oyo attenþdant of hotel annapurna inn in puri 'hrusikesh sutar' he literally misbehaved with us and adamantly asked us to "check out from the hotel and no money would be refunded" and cut the phone.

                                        After trying for 6 long hours we got frustrated with the oyo customer service and finally at 8:30 the guest experience manager ankit pandey helped us out of the situation by changing our hotel

                                        This rises a question on the oyo customer service and the entire company who should keep people like ankit pandey rather than people like hrushi sudha
