Dear team,
On 13th of september 1 booking is being done with my number and emailid by some unknown person in hotel swagath malviya nagar delhi, mr. Pritpal. I would request you to look into this matter on urgent basis, else i will lodge a complaint to police

On 13th September I booked a hotel naming The resolute in Jaipur through Oyo rooms. When I reached there reception manager denied to check in by the statement that they have ended the tie up with Oyo room a month ago still they're showing our property in there available list of hotels. I talked to one of the executive of Oyo rooms but he didn't help me out at all. I waited for almost an hour but he kept on asking for 1 or 2 minute and finally hung up the call and the same thing happened again when I called them back. I wss stuck over there and felt humiliated. I would never suggest anyone to book hotel through Oyo rooms as executives doesn't put their 100% efforts.

    My parents visited the OYO 5072 Padmini Hotel, 1-1-147/1, S.D Road, Clocktower, Hyderabad from 08/09/2018 to 11/09/2018. Booking ID: PEQM7468. The hotel charged them Meal Plan Charges(Rs 342/-) though there was no option for meals at that hotel. I have already given 2 stars for the hotel room since it was without window or opening and they further charged excess amount for the service they did not provide. It was really a bad experience with OYO rooms and I would prefer not to use OY in future for myself or any other family members.

    If OYO thinks any mistake was done then they can at least refund the excess charges.

      Hlo sir, this is from kgl holidays
      Today morning i booked these oyo room for my guest. But they cant recognized on where is the location, i booked two bed room for threedays. Atlast my fuest were angry with me, and they left from the munnar, and the company took cancellation charge from my accont 2355. 16inr.
      Sir, so pls dont take that cancellation amount from my account, this mistake and irresponsible behave from your oyo partner 12059 cardomom county.

        1. i had booked one home studio room on oyo at goa on 10th to 11 sep 18 with oyo id ujgf3205.
        2. as i entered in the room it was too much dirty and contained too much smell of waste food as well as bed and toilets are too much untidy.
        3. i had complained and shared photo at same time to oyo captain, and he responding me at night 2 oclock and suggesting me to shift to another property which was 4 km away from the location.
        4. the apartment which i had booked was in remote area and no transportation facility was available there.
        5 in view it was a inappropriate suggestion and unresolved issue.
        6. i was not able to sleep whole night and early morning 5 am as i get transport i left the room
        7 i had called next day to oyo care but they are just saying sorry for the trouble, but that is not satisfactory reply for me as i was the sufferer of the issue.
        8 now i demand total refund of the booking, as well as apology letter from the firm for the inconvenience i faced due to the above reasons.

          The hotel was at very bad place. Thr hotel was near to cremation ground. Which the staff called the sunset point.
          They are making fool of there coustomers.
          The room which we have selected during the booking was not the same room which were given to us during the check-in.
          Even also in the oyo app the room no showing to us was 104 but they provider us another room main in the basement.
          Which was so suffocated. There is a lot of power cut during the stay. When we told the hotel staff about this issue they always say to us that they are starting the generators for the electricity but they didn't switch in there generator's. At last we went to the manager of the hotel he said that dude to some climate issued the electricity is not available they are so manipulative people. When we walk around in the evening for a walk. We can see that in yhe entire city the electricity is fine art form the hotel in which we stayed.
          Oyo 9737 hotel royal heritage is undoubtedly the worst hotel of oyo.
          Bad hotel staf[censored]ncoroporative manager. Unhelpful service
          Worst location. And most among all guest issue were resolved at all. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

            I had booked one OYO rooms for 2 days at OYO 9840 Salome Resorts, Munnar.
            Booking ID- LZWS3924
            Later i canceled one night before 30 hours of check in time.
            After the stay, OYO representative told me the cancelation amount of Rs 1437 will credit to my bank account within 14 working days. I didn't get the amount even after 1 month. As per OYO, i contacted my bank customer care center and they told me bank didn't get the money from OYO rooms..
            See, its been 3 months since i m following the fraud OYO rooms for my refund money. Whenever i send a mail, they didn't respond to it.
            I need my refund money. I have no other way. Help me.
            Customers, please dont use OYO rooms. They will steal your wallet and time.

              Review regarding the booking

              After a long journey with the help of google map, around 8pm me and my wife reached that hotel. All the lights in the premises were switched off. While we parking our car one person come out and ask. We told about our booking. He checked in their computer and confirmed it. And he said, they cannot take gustes now. Due to the heavy rain and landslides happened in the area last week they have stopped their operations till september 15 th. So there is no other staffs there. That late night me and my wife went back to nearest town adimali and arrange another hotel room. But the next day i get a message from oyo rooms, that the booking is canceled as i was not checked in... That incident made me some trouble. So please confirm before accept the booking

                Very unethical & company with loose morals to say the least..
                As i write this feedback I am still trying to desperately call the so called customer care of this organization...
                1. 17 Aug I book a hotel & cancel it within 5 mins due to change of plans.
                2. No refund within the promised 7-14 days window .
                3. On calling back, they mail me taking my account details & promising a refund in 24 hrs..which is just start of the circus.
                4. After 2 days on calling back they raise a ticket again saying its gonna take another 7 days!!
                5. Then on calling after the promised period they raise a case ID again promising another 24 hrs deadline which is another big lie.
                6. After wasting so much of time & energy on this horrible customer experience...I have been calling then since last 2 hours to check the status of the refund.
                It has been absolute chaos..with numerous time my call being put on hold, going through the same repeated loops of authentications & false promises .
                One time they ask my paytm number for refund, next time they say that refund is initiated & check with bank, then they ask me to wait again for 7-14 days!!!
                After losing my patience when I strictly ask them the definitive deadline for refund...the customer executive(sumit..have asked the name for some accountability atleast) says that he need half n hour more as he has mailed his team and waiting for reply!!
                This has been a harrowing experience & true face of OYO rooms.
                Addendum:- After calling several times again they have given an excuse
                that transaction has failed & have set another 7-14 days deadline!!

                  We booked oyo rooms, oravel stay pvt ltd. Aakash delight, shanti nagar line, kakkanad, kochi, during our kerala visit on 12th august 2018. Instead of charging inr 3597/- by mistake reception guy charged me inr 10696/-. When asked, he admitted some issue with system and due to poor signal, it took previous failed transaction and he agreed to return the excess money debited from my account. After consulting with his manager, they started that they can't return the cash since its a card payment and agreed to transfer the money in to my account. We checked out on 13th august 2018 and requested for status as we are travelling back to hyderabad. I requested email confirmation about return of excess money charged to my account and accordingly they sent an email confirmation saying that the money will deposited to my account with in 7 days. It is 30 days and they are not responding to my emails and calls. Email from oyo is as follows.

                    I never requested for cancellation of any room. When i went to hotel time
                    Palace in the midnight of 8 th september 2018, they informed me that they had
                    Already discontinued the contract with oyo before 4 days and also the
                    Building is under renovation. I strayed in the midnight cold without any
                    Shelter. I called your executive. After several callas and forwarding calls
                    I was directed to go to hotel kurinji residency. There i paid whole rent.
                    The entire incident was very disappointing and disgusting. I am a long time
                    Customer of oyo. So it is requested to refund my whole amount and

                      I have booked almost one month back and reference number is bxvy4523. The booking was at oyo 15115 (Hotel ramchandran residency tirupati).
                      I reached hotel on 6th september at around 9pm. Manager (Mr. Sunil) informed me that no rooms are available and i was shocked... He said talk to oyo. I called oyo... But unfortunately no one could help me... And ultimately hotel started asking me extra 700/- and with all his blackmail behavior, i had to pay rs. 300/- extra and was really torture at night 10 pm.
                      I am corporate customer for oyo and almost every week, i travel and use oyo. This is first time bad experience. You need to cancel this hotel licenec for oyo, teach them lessons... And refund my entire amout with senior people (Oyo) apology letter. Else i will circulate this message to media.                         My father reached oyo 10545 sorgam serviced apartments at 1 in the night as his flight was late. Then later on he was made to stand out and then asked for money at night upfront in cash only then would be allowed to check in. My father is a cancer patient and this kind of behaviour is intolerable. Oyo rooms i am greatly disappointed in the service and need a refund of my money as paid twice for it. And will not recommend this place to anyone. Please make sure noone has to go through this again.

                          As according to ur offer...a person will receive 50 paytm cash back if he reffer a friend living in bengluru...
                          I did the samee...but i didnt get any paytym cash...i only receive oyo cash
                          My booking emails says; meal is included, but i have been asked to pay, even i have spoken to customer care, but he concluded without even listening.

                          And Booking emails clearly says that meal is included.

                            I had my life's most horrible experience with oyo in my last booking. It was so embarassing in my front of my 4 guests, we were literally on streets that day because of the oyo's ridiculous customer support.
                            Here is the issue i faced:
                            I made a booking for 2 rooms and 6 guests, during check-in i was told that they have received booking for 4 guests only and they don't even allow booking on app for 3 guests in a room. When i checked in tha app, it said 4 guests and there was no option to book for 3 guests in one room.
                            But i had proof that i booked for 6 guests, i received a meesage on whatapp from oyo that booking was for 6 guests. Maybe there was some technical glich when i made that booking.
                            Around 6pm i started calling oyo customer support, the i told the story to 3 people, finally spoke to someone named prateek sharma, he said they will shift me to some other property and amount will be adjusted. He suggest me some oyo 16358 exotic apartment, i checked it on app and gave my consent for the booking. I reached on the provided map link in next 10-15 mins, i saw that it was not the property for which i have consent, it was some dirty cheap guest house. And again the same issue, occupancy was 4 guests.
                            They i again started calling oyo, again spoke to someone, told my whole story to 3 times, the executive again shifted me to capital o which was about 1.5km away from there. I asked him not to disconnect the call, reached there in 10 mins, handovered the call to receptionist, she told him that they have received booking for 4 guests (Again same # problem), he said he will call me back.
                            I waited foe the call for about 45 mins on the reception with my guests, then called again, connected with some after 25 mins, again told him whole summary, provided proof on mail that i booked for 6 guests. He changed the no of guests to 6, after that to adjust the remaining amount, he said he will callback after aproval. I even aksed him not to disconect the call, he said it is necessary and he will callback for sure. I waited for 40-50mins again, no call from oyo, from any of the executives i spoke with.
                            Called again, same things happened and my call was disconnected.

                            So finally around 10:30, connected with shailja, she tool aproval on the call and got us checked into the hotel at around 11pm

                            It started around 6pm and ended around 11pm.

                            With this kind of experience with oyo this time, i can no longer trust oyo anymore.
                            Your customer support is so poor.
                            I was so embarassed in front of my guests, we were literally on the streets, parking and in cars for about 4-5 hours on that day.
                            It is very shameful for oyo.

                              My booking id was tnex3896. It was the worst experience ever with oyo.
                              Had to wait 45 minutes before check in because the owner was not allowing to enter the room.
                              Slept with mosquito's all night (So basically didn't sleep at all)
                              Receptionist called and ask to leave at 11 where as it was clearly mentioned complimentary checkout till 1pm.
                              Pathetic service...

                                I booked oyo hotel golden leaf in suddhowala Dehradun.
                                My booking was for 5days[protected] and i already paid the amount Rs.4050.00 online.
                                But i check out after 2 days of staying.
                                I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.

                                  I am renu have checked in oyo 7790 hotel royal height, kolkata (Booking no.:fthy0539).
                                  I arrived at hotel between 8:45 to 09:00pm on 31 august 2018 and manger told me to wait for some time after 20 min he informed me there are no rooms available, find another hotel to stay.
                                  When i further questioned him on this he started argument and told me that you have to pay extra amount to get the room.
                                  That time i called to oyo customer care and after a long conversation i got my room after 10pm but it was different from the pic.
                                  When i tried to call for the food, noone picked the call at the reception, then i went to the security guard outside the hotel and got negative response that no food service is available after 11pm and outside food is also not allowed. It means you can't eat there anything.
                                  Electric shocket was not working there. If i talk about tv tata sky's subscription was expired.
                                  Next morning i asked him for tea bags and sugar to make the tea, they took more than 20 min to deliver. Receptionist called and ask to leave at 11 where as it was clearly mentioned complimentary checkout till 1pm.

                                  It was the worst experience ever with oyo. So please take action against hotel and refund me my full amount as soon as possible.

As per mentioned in payment receipt generated by oyo online but they have not provide me invoice for the same rs.20292/- same i have paid through oyo app. Continuously talking with oyo customer care they are responding.                                     Today i stayed in one of the oyo rooms name as hotel green view palace in noida sector -62. The condition of the rooms was pathetic. I used oyo so much and this is the first time this happened to me. Why oyo gave such a dirty place their tag of oyo rooms. As i have taken a early check in option and have to check in around 6am so i dont have any other options to go anywhere else. Toilets are untidy, i was sleeping someone knocked my room to sign a food bill which i did not ordered, conditions of bed are very bad, ac is makin loud sound, no parking space also and last but not least when i am giving a bad ratings to the room a person on the reception snatched my phone and in a fraction of second marked 5ratings for the hotel that is ridiculous. I am not requesting for a refund but i am very loyal customer of oyo and demands to remove their brand name from such type of hotel who are not giving proper servies to the customer and also not having good ambience and cleanness... I also have some pictures of my room where i stayed and look forward for a satisfied response from oyo team.
