I had my life's most horrible experience with oyo in my last booking. It was so embarassing in my front of my 4 guests, we were literally on streets that day because of the oyo's ridiculous customer support.
Here is the issue i faced:
I made a booking for 2 rooms and 6 guests, during check-in i was told that they have received booking for 4 guests only and they don't even allow booking on app for 3 guests in a room. When i checked in tha app, it said 4 guests and there was no option to book for 3 guests in one room.
But i had proof that i booked for 6 guests, i received a meesage on whatapp from oyo that booking was for 6 guests. Maybe there was some technical glich when i made that booking.
Around 6pm i started calling oyo customer support, the i told the story to 3 people, finally spoke to someone named prateek sharma, he said they will shift me to some other property and amount will be adjusted. He suggest me some oyo 16358 exotic apartment, i checked it on app and gave my consent for the booking. I reached on the provided map link in next 10-15 mins, i saw that it was not the property for which i have consent, it was some dirty cheap guest house. And again the same issue, occupancy was 4 guests.
They i again started calling oyo, again spoke to someone, told my whole story to 3 times, the executive again shifted me to capital o which was about 1.5km away from there. I asked him not to disconnect the call, reached there in 10 mins, handovered the call to receptionist, she told him that they have received booking for 4 guests (Again same # problem), he said he will call me back.
I waited foe the call for about 45 mins on the reception with my guests, then called again, connected with some after 25 mins, again told him whole summary, provided proof on mail that i booked for 6 guests. He changed the no of guests to 6, after that to adjust the remaining amount, he said he will callback after aproval. I even aksed him not to disconect the call, he said it is necessary and he will callback for sure. I waited for 40-50mins again, no call from oyo, from any of the executives i spoke with.
Called again, same things happened and my call was disconnected.
So finally around 10:30, connected with shailja, she tool aproval on the call and got us checked into the hotel at around 11pm
It started around 6pm and ended around 11pm.
With this kind of experience with oyo this time, i can no longer trust oyo anymore.
Your customer support is so poor.
I was so embarassed in front of my guests, we were literally on the streets, parking and in cars for about 4-5 hours on that day.
It is very shameful for oyo.

While they reached hotel they said we don't have room .
I called helpline they are not answering my issue, my call put on hold & left for half an hour . I need answer from your side.
