Sir,
I had booked a hotel at luxury residency, dashrath puri, new delhi (Pnr: [protected] booking id: nh[protected] oyo-14384) booked from my cell no-[protected]). I wish to submit my complaint as first time i have ever experienced. First of all the address was incorrect the same can be compared from the visiting card of hotel i. E mahavir enclave was mentioned in the invoice alongwith vijay enclave due to which i went on the opposite direction of the hotel. Direct phone number of the hotel was not mentioned on the invoice. Services was improper since the order placed by staff always takes more than 20 minutes and also the food was not hygienic. I was shocked when the tv, ac and other electric socket were disconnected after 2300hrs (Except fan and lights) due to which i cannot even use my laptop and even charge my phones. The matter was taken with oyo staff (Ms aparna (Who had not handled the situation in a right manner) and mr vivek (Due to his efforts the power supply was again connected)) and then after an hour the power was connected for ac and tv. I wish to highlight that there was no table and chair provided in the room even gyeser was not working. I was allotted room no-201 at 4th floor, even at that height ants can be seen in the room. Even the bedsheet was not in good condition and not properly cleaned. As per the the menu card some complementary refreshment was to be provided, but i was charged for everything, that also on very higher side. Please don't cheat people by advising to stay at such hotel at such price. Totally not worthful.

    I am mohil khari. I am a regular customer of oyo. I have booked an oyo named green palms jhilmil delhi on[protected]. The hotel is under renovation so they denied our checkin and we have already paid the amount of 1092 from debit card. Later after we called oyo helpline number and we didn’t get any help regarding our refund.. Its being 4 hours we are contacting oyo sometime they are sending mails of denying sometimes that amount will be refunded and some mails we get that the amount is already refunded please help us

      I feel extremely very disappointed and humiliated by the kind of experience i got today at oyo townhouse-8. Pls note:
      Seating arrangement:
      What was discussed: there was a clear discussion with mr. Punkesh that it is kind of a digital marketing training and i need classroom setup so that everyone can keep laptops on table. And number of chairs have to be 25 in one room and 15 in other room.
      What i got:
      5 chairs cluttered around of small table of 2' radius. How can 5 keep their laptops and their books on such a small table?
      All tables squeezed together leaving no space to stand even.
      18 chairs installed in one room and 12 in other room. And no chair was the speaker in both rooms. And there was a clear communication, we are expecting 15+25 chairs.
      Internet connection:
      What was discussed: it was a clear communication that this is kind of a digital marketing training. Hence, i need a good internet connection for all participants.
      What i got:
      Trainer is not able to concentrate as in every 15min internet gets disconnected. And she has to again login
      Despite clear communication on-call and email. The head - punkesh shows his utter shock that the internet was never in the package.
      Other points:
      There is always a conference pad and pencil provided by the hotel - not there!
      When asked for an extension cord to install the projector - not there! How can a 5 storey building have no extension board or multi socket board? Later said - we can arrange but 30min after the event.
      When asked for photographs - got after doing 5 followups - very slow!
      At 9am when i got number of manoj from punkesh who is the responsible person for the event - he was sleeping, how do you expect him to take care of the event? And when i escalated at 9:10am that the seating is not at par, it took him 25minutes to get down to solve the problem which was creating all the panic
      There was no time discipline. Complete lateback approach. No sense o[censored]rgency in anyones mind that something serious is happening. Everyone had a very casual approach.
      I had two events happening at the same time.in the name of a signboard, a very poor quality printout was pasted at the glass door. And when someone enters the door is turned and next person not able to see the sign board. Poor management.
      Such poor arrangement created a big panic early in the morning right when event is going to start. If i wouldnt have jumped in, this event would have been a big big mess!

      Root cause of all this mess was extremely very casual approach from the side of punkesh. Had their been clear communication to his team below and clear coordination. This problem would have never arisen. Kindly do not assure the guest that we will take care if you yourself are not bothered about it.

      I was in OYO 12171 hotel sky blue on 22 sept 2018 wid my female partner. Wallet of my gf had been stolen when i handed over room key to reception for cleaning my room. All important cards like debit, credit, pan, voter, aadhar, DL, & 4000 rupees also, everything was lost which was inside wallet. Same day she had flight so without ID she was crying

        I booked this hotel vide Booking number NPKT5612. The rooms and bathroom were not really clean. There was dust at most of the places. And there were many things broken in the room and bathroom. And i dont see them getting those things corrected are any priority to them as they get their bookings through Oyo platform. I opted for the breakfast plan, and all they served me was poha and tea. Is that really a breakfast? Terrible experience.

          I cancelled my booking (Booking id: ldst0187) before 24 hrs of checking in.. But i didn't received any refund yet... I paid through "paytm" for 2 nights and now struggling to get my money back... I want my money back...

          I usually do booking through this oyo app and was trusting this app a lot than others... But this time i'm very much disappointed...

            Hi, i booked the oyo room for my parents after seeing the reviews and pics uploaded on the website. When checking in the hotel my parents found the hotel reception and even rooms were in very shabby and pathetic state. Even the hotel staff was very rude as a result of which i had to cancel the booking. I even called the customer care but no help was provided. I really had a pathetic experience with oyo service. I kindly request to please refund my booking amount. My booking id is munb5473.

            Ps : if this is the kind of service that oyo company is providing then i will make sure that other also don't book oyo rooms.

              For the previous 2 months i have been given a reason and not given my money. My booking id is ryfo7236 and i was not given a room after making my payment. And till date i haven’t recieved my money. I have even raised a complaint in consumer forum with docket id 916098. And every time i call the operator tells me it will take 7-14 working days. Let me know by when i would get my money back.

                I had a booking from 13sept to 15sept in this hotel and had paid the amount in advance. I had a conference to attend hence kept my luggage in the cloak room. After coming back I went into my room and saw that it was very untidy and absolutely not how it was shown in the pictures. I was very uncomfortable at this site and hence called a friend up. Later when went into the bathroom saw a dead rat in WC and also not stopper to the bathroom doors. So I decided to checkout the room and asked my friend to adjust me at his place. I checked out the room on 13th late night which was 14th 1am. On calling the customer care they said they have escalated our complain and will revert back by morning. Also the receptionist then started arguing of paying 500 extra of my friend who came to pick me up saying the hotel was for single occupancy and 2 people stayed, whereas we were in room for hardly 15mins. The other morning no one reverted back and since then I am trying to get this resolved and everytime was told by customer service that we will escalate this and you will receive a call back. After a week of trying, I forced them to transfer the call to senior department where I was informed that no refund will be initiated for this. Even after several attempts they told that we did sudden checkout and hence wont get any refund whereas we had informed before checkout and that time was told that the complaint is registered and escalated.
                This is really not acceptable. Please look into this at the earliest.

                    Greetings of the day!!!

                    I am abhishek i have done a booking from 17-09-18 to 20-09-18 from oyo hotels in mumbai, first i have booked hotel sagar palace colaba and we paid already advance of rs. 9847/- by card by online. But when we reached the hotel we found it is something were we could not stay, againd we have request oyo hotel to shift us somewhere good hotel, they have shifted us in some hotel called crowford near shivaji station there they have ask us to pay more approx 29100/- even this amount also we have paid to the hotel, when we checked online the hotel rates shows on oyo is total stay originally approx rs. 29100/-, suddenly we called up to oyo number they said that the total charges of 3 rooms is approx rs. 38100/- we have told them but why it showing approx rs. 29100/- on online they said the rates are fluctuated all time.

                    Sir my concern is if the hotel rates are on online is show approx rs. 29100/- then where is our advance payment either they have to adjust in the total tariff or they have to refund.

                    Please help us.

                      It is really harassing that i am being threatened n abused for rating hotel de pintu as 1, this is really disgusting as the receptionist used vulgar language n was smoking at night around 9 pm the booking i'd is czwy9372.
                      Kindly escalate the matter to ur higher authorities otherwise this will be raised to consumer court n same will be dealt seriously against oyo.

                        We have booked a room one month back but we have vacated priorly than actual dates due to hotel issues as well can't stay there and we have been calling for refund since one month but there ia no response wat a worst service you are giving and not even responding.                             This has been happening for the past few months. The names with which booking happens is different each time, but my mail id is used for confirmation, cancellation etc.

                              Please find my feedback for the stay at oyo 2442 hotel star palace in jaipur, where you stayed from[protected] to[protected].

                              The room was not tidy.
                              No doormat (After number follow ups, it was provided).
                              The room intercom phone. The handset wire was loose and it got replaced on second day.
                              The room key plug in socket was broken and very dangerous.
                              Fan regulator was not working.
                              Bedsheets and pillow cover were not clean.
                              Tv remote was not provided despite multiple follow ups.
                              Service was rude and adamant.

                              I really had 2 sleepless nights.

                              Kindly help me in getting at least 50% of my money back.

                                Things wrong with hotel city plaza

                                Check in
                                1. Tried to charge us 500 for early checking when it said free if available from 10am
                                2. Charged us additional gst tax even though this was already included in the price
                                3. Overcharged on top of the additional tax
                                4. Made to pay on checking before seeing rooms

                                1st room
                                4. No windows

                                Second room
                                5.ac broken
                                6. Coffee splattered right across wall
                                7. Damp on ceiling

                                3rd room (We settled for this one)
                                8. Mould on ceiling
                                9. One towel
                                10. No batteries in one remote
                                11. Very dirty floor

                                This was twice price o[censored]sual oyo price and yet was the worse place we stayed in of any hotel oyo or otherwise. On arrival the manager told us they had cancelled their partnership with oyo so we were very disappointed that oyo had advertised the room for us the day before as clearly the relationship had broken down or they were trying to rips us off (That they definitely were doing) because of the hotels shoddy nature. Might put us off oyo in the future if we can't trust the hotel is going to meet the usual standard.

                                The booking reference was NDAQ2713. However, a few days after our stay we received a text to say that we had not checked in at the hotel, which was false. We were aware this might happen as on arrival they also asked us to cancel the booking on the OYO app as they said they had recently cancelled their partnership with you. However, we refused this as we were hoping to receive the benefits of an OYO referral offer. The hotel staff were also aware that we wanted this booking to be completed officially through OYO and evidently did not do so. It would be useful if the referral benefits were credited to the appropriate accounts as part of the resolution of this complaint.

                                    On a afternoon day me and my friend booked oyo room in dheeran residency. It was very inside main road and we have almost got tired to get there. After that we provided our proof one has original and one was a license copy. They said we can't check in and they misbehaved. Stating we need to pay extra 500 for this proof. We didn't have money that time. So they said get out. We walked again for 2 mile and suffered a lot in that sunny noon without water and food. Really the people over dheeran residency must be punished for doing this to you. Such a cruel behaviour to guest who pay and also left out.

                                      The stay was pathetic !
                                      Let me explain point wise
                                      - It was not mention of outside food not allowed on the app before booking and that led to cause an utter economic crises to me. Being an student it was very hard.
                                      - The Switch board caused electric shock twice to me and well it was the last option as I couldn't afford another hotel because of you guys .
                                      - The AC was dripping wet and that caused the electric shock to me twice .
                                      - There was NO GESER in the room inspire two taps for hot and cold so I had two options either to bath both burning hot water or with ice cold one. well No equipment too for mixing.
                                      -The water supply gone off in the morning . I mean no water at all !
                                      - You Customer service representative kept mine phone on hold for 30 minutes without any information . and that was because I needed an way out of hotel policies.
                                      - There was a bulb in the room that didn't turn off for the whole night. as there was no switch for it. So the stay couldn't even give me an good sleep.
                                      - I was kept waiting for 30 minutes by the receiptionist for check out.

                                      I Booked the hotel as it was under PRIMIUM category but you lowered yours standard by this atleast infront of an loyal customer .
                                      From the representative to hotel everything was pathetic.
                                      I HAVE GOT PICTURE OF DRIPPING AC AND NO GEISER BATHROOM .
                                      I would rate the stay with negative stars but I don't have the option. Last and again IT WAS A PATHETIC STAY !
                                      IN THIS WAY YOU WOULD LOOSE A CUSTOMER THAT TRUSTS YOURS COMPANY !

                                        Oyo customer support is sending payment receipt with gstin instead of providing gst invoice with gstin and gst break up details. This has been done twice by them and is causing great inconvenience. Yatra support is way better in this aspect. The customer support person told me gst breakup details in invoice cannot be provided.
