Updated by patrabp No tea table was provided, only one chair instead of two was provided. There was no stool/ table for keeping the intercom handset; we found it kept in the cupboard.
Although there always were 2/3 boys/girls at the reception, we did not find any responsible management person from the hotel for lodging our complaints.
We checked in on 17th October 2018. For 18th morning tea we telephoned the reception at 6.45am; the tea never came. Subsequent call at 7.15am went unanswered. We didnot venture for morning tea on the subsequent days.
On 20th we stayed outstation after informing and leaving the room key with the reception person requesting for cleaning the room. When we returned back on 21st evening utterly exhausted, we were made to wait at the reception for 10 long minutes to get the room key and upon entering the room we were gereed with a foul smell, as the room with waste bin overflowing was not cleaned.
Last but not the least, even after requesting the reception person, no room attendant was sent for picking our luggage during check out. To add to our owes, we could not avail the lift for carrying our luggage from 3rd floor to ground floor as the lift was then being used by house keeping staff for transporting wastes from the rooms!
