The hotel very often gets very noisy well past midnight, particularly when some new group of guests arrive. The ambience of the hotel in these cases turns into that of the combination of a road-side dhaba and a busy railway station.
Myself and my family could not sleep almost the whole night on 21st october 2018 in room 308 due to heavy noise emanated from the outside passage. The noise of high volume tv as well as loud talks from some adjacent room as well as the lobby started at around 11pm and i complained on the same to the reception person over intercom at 11.30pm, but the situation did not improve.
The house keeping staff carry room wastes through the lift alongside the guests, which is very unhygienic.

No tea table was provided, only one chair instead of two was provided. There was no stool/ table for keeping the intercom handset; we found it kept in the cupboard.
Although there always were 2/3 boys/girls at the reception, we did not find any responsible management person from the hotel for lodging our complaints.
We checked in on 17th October 2018. For 18th morning tea we telephoned the reception at 6.45am; the tea never came. Subsequent call at 7.15am went unanswered. We didnot venture for morning tea on the subsequent days.
On 20th we stayed outstation after informing and leaving the room key with the reception person requesting for cleaning the room. When we returned back on 21st evening utterly exhausted, we were made to wait at the reception for 10 long minutes to get the room key and upon entering the room we were gereed with a foul smell, as the room with waste bin overflowing was not cleaned.
Last but not the least, even after requesting the reception person, no room attendant was sent for picking our luggage during check out. To add to our owes, we could not avail the lift for carrying our luggage from 3rd floor to ground floor as the lift was then being used by house keeping staff for transporting wastes from the rooms!
You may bence contemplate changing your catchline as: "Great Experiences. Not every time".

    I checked in pondicherry on oct 4th (Thursday) and returned on oct 5th (Friday) due to heavy rains in pondicherry. I had booked the room for 2 nights (Was supposed to leave on saturday morning) but left after on friday morning. I requested the hotel to reduce the amount and charge for one night. But he refused saying oyo would have collected money from hotel already and they would refund to my account. I called oyo customer care more than 5 times, around 7-8 folks spoke to me but none of them solved it. Not even one person was able to answer about the procedure for refund which i expected would happen without my involvement. They even said they will call back once the solution is discussed. This is not a corner case for them to ponder on it for weeks together. Please address this immediately. Details attached.
    Fyi: they knew that my checkout day was on friday and was not as per planned (Saturday)
    Please refund my amount, charge appropriately

    Could you please call me anytime today? I received a call from OYO Gurgoan member asking for details again on Oct 25th. He said he will send a OYO captain to Pondicherry Le beach and check for the checkout time and update me in half an hour. He called in half an hour and said he will inform the next day. I did not receive a call back on Oct 26th.

    May I know what is the status of the complaint? Did the captain visit the hotel to check the time of checkout?

    Horrendous OYO service. They are least bothered to update the information and refund the money that they must.

      I had booked an oyo room in bangalore and due to their technical issue my bookings where popping up not confirmed but my online payment was getting debited... As i requested them to cancel my booking and refund my money they turned up with cancelling my booking and with their policy of returning the amount within 15 working days... As iam not residing in india i shall be flying back to my residence on 26th of october i requested them again to process my refund asap through a mail i’d... And this people reply with an arrogant behavior that that is shudnt contact them regarding refund and be patient and all... Iam completely out of money i need my money back kindly help...

        I was using oyo services but now i haven't used it and i won't be using it and i don't want to have an account with them but in the app or even in the website they have no provision of deleting the account i have tried e-mailing them multiple times but they don't reply back. I have contacting them through phone but they don't give me any response even then. One time i emailed them and they responded back with saying that they can't delete my account but can block that account and for that i should send them my account linked phone number and i did replied and gave them all the details but after that they have no reply i emailed them multiples times but no reply and without my resolving my issue they sent me another mail saying how was your interaction with our customer service hope your issue was resolved rate our customer services give us feedback... How do you expect for a feedback when u haven't even resolved my issue

          Hi team, my self luckky prasad srivastava, i have booked a mount abu property from oyo rooms app with booking id owzi4072 when on the way, i have booked 2 rooms in a 4.7 star rating property "oyo 19991 home elegant stay babbars den" for 5 person and 2 kids. After arrival in mount abu at 8.45 pm. We found that property is not ready and renovation is still going on. I have complained to oyo rooms assign manager mr. Nupur bansal and costumer care team regarding that, it is very cold today, i with my family continuous wait for proper response but oyo representative tell us "please manage" can you tell me how to manage with not satisfactory service. After 2 hours in cold night i book another property offline in cash amount. Oyo rooms not return my amount and deducted all as per cancellation policy.
          Kindly. They rejected my application, under case id 10195665. Customer care no. Is [protected]. I have call them many times to solve my problem but they told me that you are responsible for that, owner of property have no fault... I have request him to please arrange any company representative to check property... But they are not ready.

            I, krishna kumar, have booked a package for andaman. As per itinerary there is no hotels provided to me and there is no satisfactory solution from oyo sides and no calls from oyo side. Everyday when i call for help a new person talk to me and he say i call you later but they dont call me. Due to highly poor response i applied for refund but they are not refunding me.

              I have booked the Hotel Tango Beach resort in Neil Ireland from OYO @ mentioned website and as detailed below.

              CHECK-IN - 16th Oct'18
              CHECK-OUT - 17th Oct'18
              ADDRESS - 1, Tango Beach Resort Lakshmanpur Beach Niel Island, Neil Island
              Landmark - India Scuba Explorers.
              While check-in the booked hotel authority denied allocating the room and said the tie-up with OYO is no longer exist.
              Due to this, I have stayed in another hotel who has charged me Rs. 5500/- as no more rooms were available in Neil on the day. Since then I am not customer care number provided by OYO .
              Please help in getting the refund of the expenditure done by me due to the negligence of OYO.

                I have booked the hotel 19-10-18 to 20-10-18 mistakelly. I supposed to book 20-10-18 to 21-10-18.
                Even i confirmed with hotel as well as oyo room. Oyo, s representatives assured me you will get refundable amount. Even i got cancellation message on21-10-18.

                But now oyo says me you will not get my refundable amount as cancellation procedure.

                  I have made a booking for mr joshi ph:[protected] through my oyo mobile app. My name is sijeesh and mob:[protected]. My guest reached at hotel villa triomphe, pondicherry and the hotel receptionist denied to provide room as there was no availability. I have informed this incident to customer care and they promised that they will provide the room and make the customer comfortable. Since it is late night i have made my guest in conference call with customer care executive and customer care executive said he will resolve this issue. I have gone to bed and next day morning i got message from my guest that oyo customer care didn't provide any room and he was literally on road. I request to take appropriate action on the subject matters and impose penalty for this service related issue. I have all call records in my mobile. Later i have seen this booking has automatically cancelled by oyo without informing me. I spoke to customer care many time and they escalated to managers in oyo customer care but call was un attended after escalation.

                    Dear all,

                    With respect to booking id zohu8312, due to oyo's technical issue, my online transaction was declined on 3 occasions. But the money was debited from icici bank credit card. So, eventually i ended up paying inr 12546 more.
                    Now i have been following up through oyo call center and mail since 12th oct 2018, for refund of inr 12546.
                    There is no proper dates or resultion given. Each time different call center executive shares some different dates.
                    I am thinking to complain in consumer court at mumbai.
                    Kindly assit me in getting my refund.

                      I hope someone will take it further from here, if not then i am social media activist, and will reach you by proper channels.

                        Hotel id : oyo 13658 hotel tanish palace
                        Location : near delhi aero city

                        I booked one room in this property on 17th october to 18th october 2018. It was a 2 night stay including breakfast. Total cost to be paid for 2 nights was rs1780/- (With oyo discount)

                        I reached the place at 12.15 pm on 17th october & was shown the room. It was not good enough but i had chosen to stay here so that i would be walking distance from the the airport t1 terminal delhi

                        Now after signing the register the person at the counter wanted the entire amount of rs 2900/- (He is not ready to give the discount)
                        To be paid immediately else he would not let me check in at all.

                        I have travelled quite a lot and as well as booked a few oyo rooms too. But i have never been asked to pay the entire cost of the stay in advance or check-in will not be allowed. This it seems is the policy of hotel tanish palace but this is not mentioned anywhere on the oyo app or under its policies section. We spend more thaan 550 rupees for reach there as taxi fare

                        As i say he refused to let us check in me and two of my friends left stranded on the road with bag & baggage. The insult, harassment & disgust are mounting high in me.

                        We request oyo team to take an immediate action against this hotel as doon as possible other wise people will loose their trust in oyo because there is no guarantee in booking made through oyo. I am also going to register a complaint against this hotel through consumer complaint forum and tourism authority in delhi

                          Sir last night dated 20'oct18.. I searched hotel on oyo.. I found hotel "oyo 16075 aikyas 11in" kidwai puri patna... Attended told us to shift in hotel but after that discussion with manager he told us that you have to pay extra 100 because there is rise in hotel charges... Also behaviour was so rude he told us to vacant hotel... After that we have checked in in another hotel directly... I want to ask you that you're for best customer services... Is this behavior is helpful in your business... Kindly look into this matter.

                            We booked om heritage hotal, jodhpur for 19th, through oyo. On reaching hotel the hotel refused to provide us rooms instead of having valid booking saying that they doesn’t have any ties with oyo. We were traveling with 4 kids and 4 adults and jodhpur was a new place for us and we reached hotel at 8:30 pm, really harassed that day traveling with kids.

                              I booked one room in this property on 11th october for a stay from 15th october to 19th october 2018. It was a 4 night stay including breakfast. Total cost to be paid for 4 nights was rs3125/-

                              I reached the place at 4.30 pm on 15th october & was shown the room. It was fine and i had chosen to stay here so that i would be walking distance from the place i had to attend work for the four days.

                              Now after signing the register the person at the counter wanted the entire amount of rs 3125/- to be paid immediately else he would not let me check in at all.

                              I have travelled quite a lot and as well as booked a few oyo rooms too. But i have never been asked to pay the entire cost of the stay in advance or check-in will not be allowed. This it seems is the policy of hotel sufyan. But this is not mentioned anywhere on the oyo app or under its policies section.

                              I refused to pay the entire amount as advance & so in the evening am left stranded on the road with bag & baggage. The insult, harassment & disgust are mounting high in me.

                              When i escalated this issue to oyo all that they have done is apologize & offer me 500 oyo money. What good is this to me when more than 90 % of your properties don’t accept it? The insult harassment which i faced is cannot be compensated with 500 oyo money.

                              This is a hospitality industry and neither do the 3 * nor any 7* hotel asks for 100 % advance payment when you check in.

                              I hope #riteshagarwal you are reading it and will take heed to it. I have stayed in your oyo rooms which have cockroach crawling in the cupboards & walls with plaster peeling off. But these places are requesting us not to give negative feedback, just give them a 5* rating ….. Ironical service i must say.

                              OYO rooms don't justify with crap info...give some concrete solution. U did not call me... 1 missed call with 1 ring n u disconnected the call. U have not done any favour by returning oyo money. Where is my compensation. M
                              OYO Rooms why are you lying, you guys did talk to me & all you offered is apology for the issue faced. Even then i told you this does not suffice. The room was pre booked & i had confirmation for the same. No body in the hospitality industry asks for full payment of your stay at the time of check in.I was turned away because i refused to pay full amount. Dont say you were unable to reach me & document false information here. As well as dont talk about refunding 500 OYO money. its no good coz your properties dont accept it...hence again useless to me. i wont book another OYO again. I was harassed, disgusted and felt insulted with such a behavior at the hotel and now terribly anger with all your false responses. You all should stop fooling people. The OYO hotels are pathetic now... dirty cockraches & peeling plaster.

                                Oyo id zfgi5267 - ₹750. I cancel this booking by mistake... And i already complaint for it two times... But still i didn't received my money refund... Please take this in process and rufund my money..

                                  Dear sir,

                                  Yesterday (19-oct-2018) night at 11.45 pm i booked 2 room in "jaya morita lodge, belur" through oyo. Booking id is itha2693. I went to the hotel for check-in but they denied to provide the room and said all the rooms are already sold-out & there is no rooms available right now. And advised to cancel the room reservation and oyo will pay the booking amount as refund".
                                  So, i called oyo customer service team for the solution. Customer service team verified with property owner and said rooms are not available and rearrange some other rooms in same area but they could not arrange any rooms on that night.

                                  On the discussion oyo customer service team said to refund the total booking amount in 14 days. But, after this oral confirmation i didn't get any updtes/notifications about refund. Again i checked with oyo customer service team about the issue. They said"we could not process any refund request at night. So, we will process in the morning"and morning i checked again. They said"we will process the refund request after 9am only". After 9am whenever i connect to customer service team and given the booking id and issue details they will disconnect the call.
                                  It's very disappointed to me. At the time of booking it shows 3 rooms available. Based on that only i booked the room. But, in reality i didn't get any rooms & whole night i stayed in the car with family. Please think about my situation and the worst case is i follow the oyo customer service team for the refund process from midnight. But, not yet received any updates.
                                  Please help me.

                                    I with my friends (All males) booked an oyo hotel on 18th october 2018 and the checkout was on 19th october 2018 at new jalpaiguri. I called the hotel through the oyo app and confirmed our arrival i. E at 3am on 19th october 2018. But when we reached the hotel it denied our check in stating that rooms are full. I called the oyo customer care and after waiting for 30mins they arranged another hotel which was 4.7kms away from the last hotel.in the middle of the night we managed to get an auto and it charged rs300 to reach to the new hotel. After reaching the new hotel, the same problem arised. We were denied entry for the 2nd time for the same reason that, the rooms are full. It was 4:30am and i called the oyo customer again. And they put my call on hold for several minutes and every time the calls get dropped. After trying for more than 10times and every time explaining my problem to them the issue is yet not solved till now. I didn't even get a call back from them. It was 7am in the morning and we were waiting for oyo call in the middle of the road. As the place was new to us we faced a lot of problem finding a new local hotel. I request you take necessary actions and compensate me for the inconveniences caused by oyo.

                                      I was one of the client dealt with mr. Vivek anand, i don't feel like taking his name, worst person. Dont know how you kept him. He was highly abusive and just because of him i won't deal with oyo anymore. He drinks in parties and creates a blunder and nuisance which is not worth it. I don't have any problem with oyo but this man, kindly teach him to respect women and his abusive language which cannot be tolerated. He is not at all professional eats rajnigandha all the time at my function, unpleasant way of working highly disgusting man atleast teach him how to communicate with women with respect and in a professional behaviour, not willing to work with him or oyo anymore. Is this the way you attend your client that we are forced to listen to you abuses from such an arrogant man. Is it right that you keep an immature man having no etiquettes and no professionalism in him.

                                      Are we women here to listen to his nonsense and harassing sentences at work place being a client of his. Mental harassment from vivek anand is highly disappointing and he could have gone towards physical harassment but thankfully controlled by my husband at the function.

                                      I request you to look at his unacceptable behaviour and kindly take him into consideration and take some immediate severe action.

                                        I have booked 2 rooms in oyo and even got confirmation call. When i reached the place my accomodation was denied stating that all rooms are booked offline. How can they deny accomodation after booking confirmation. This is very bad experience and i'm standing on road at night 1 am. I am going to file consumer complaint against oyo and agrs sree devi residency (18276)
