Oyo doesn't allow me to delete booking history either on the app or even when i have called them multiple times. This is a privacy issue and oyo doesn't seem to be bothered even after multiple requests. I'm greatly aggrieved and want my details removed immediately so it doesn't fall in wrong hands.
Such data can be used to blackmail unsuspecting people and fraudulent transactions too could happen

    I have booked shree yash hotel booking id PQER7930.
    Booking amount was Rs 877. After complaining to oyo assistant. He says, i can shift your hotel but they are unable to manage with hotel owner.
    Hotel owner says, i ll charge you 1200 rupees.
    In this situation. I didnt have choice.
    I have to stay here after paying extra money.
    But oyo didn't help on that.

      Oyo 9405 aditya homes — they have changed the name recently.

      Address - plot no.69, 70, 71 vinayaknagar, beside dominos, gachibowli, hyderabad

      I wish i could give it -100. The building is in ruins. They do not change bed-sheets, towels, pillows etc. Till you check out. So, if you book for 2/3 days you will be using the same stuff till you check out. No mineral water as per oyo standards - they provide filtered watered in unhygienic bottles. I checked in on 30 Aug late evening and extended the stay during the night. Booking id peic9325, room 443. I had to work late night and hence extended the booking for the next day.

      Next day, being Friday - i had to complete few official tasks and had planned for prayer around 12 -1 pm. They do not have separate numbers for housekeeping, kitchen. The same reception number is used. I called up reception at 10 am and informed about my extension and requested them to clean the room. I called numerous times (Around 10 times) every time they said we will come in 10 mins. After 1 hour - 11 am, i called again and was told "there was a marriage party last night" i said "so"? Their next response is "we clean the rooms floor by floor and you will have to wait your turn. I was fed up of the response and asked for hotel manager. He was the worst person. He came in with a cheeky smile and said you will have to wait, marriage party, etc. I was buzzed off by now. I said"if i had checked out at 11:30 am, you would definitely have cleaned the room for the new guest. Is it my mistake that i extended the stay?"again mr, sarcastic gave a cheeky smile and said will be back. I cleaned the room my self and was late, so missed my Friday prayer. I was agitated and called for escalation manager.

      The oyo support has become pathetic lately, i explained the issue to the support personnel (15 mins) and asked him to transfer the call to the escalation manager. He kept on asking"what is the issue" — is the bed-sheet provided not clean, etc. I told the housekeeping items have not been changed and i need fresh ones as i have extended the stay. His response : ok, i will ask the staff to clean your room. I advised that cleaning is not required since i myself cleaned the room due to shortage of time and i just want to provide feedback and escalate the matter with oyo management. After some 10 mins on hold, a person answered (I vaguely remember the name - maybe mr. Robin) he advised that it will be taken care. Nothing happened for the next two hours. I called again and the same loop continued with different support person and different escalation manager. Finally i called once again and it reached the escalation manager - mr Sahil. Mr Sahil arranged a con-call between me, oyo manager and himself, where he reprimanded the oyo manager and asked him to apologize. Mr. Sarcastic never even once said"sorry"although all the escalation managers have apologized on the phone. Now, I dont expect"sorry", but what irked me was instead of apologizing and trying to make amends, he is blaming"marriage party"again and again in the call. Next he said"the customer called during lunch time and staff was having lunch, so could not go!!! Oyo — from where do you hire such gems? Is there no screening/mentoring? Shame on you!!

      Anyway, i guess he was reprimanded properly as the room was cleaned by housekeeping immediately and bed sheets etc. Were replaced.
      Mr. Sarcastic seemed to be very gentle and humble by now. So i let go off the issue and thought it had been sorted out and put and end to it.

      Now, comes the real issue :
      I had parked my rented two-wheel near the gate. Anyway Aditya homes does not have car parking space and the cars are parked outside. They do have parking space for 2-wheelers. Since I parked the vehicle on the footpath - directly in front of the oyo hotel gate which was closed, and also the area had a cctv camera - so i felt it was secure. I had filled rs. 500 worth of petrol since next day i had to visit a lot of places related to my business.

      Morning mr. Sarcastic greeted me with a smile and was very courteous. When i reached my bike and attempted to start, it would not start. I opened the tank and it was dry. I left the vehicle in the hotel premises and rushed to office since i was late. I informed receptipon that i will come in the evening to pick up the bike, however i could not and called reception to inform i will come early morning next day.

      Next day i bought petrol in a bottle and then attempted to start. The bike would not start. Seeing my efforts, some of the oyo staff and passerbys inspected the vehicle and one of them was a mechanic, he informed the internal pipe has ben cut so petrol is not reaching engine. Mr sarcastic was smiling with a smirk from distance, however i had no idea that he would be involved. So i asked him to show me the cctv camera footage for the last night. Suspicion 1 : immediately, without even visiting the display, he said "the camera is cut off"!!! I was horrified. Ok, how does he know camera was cut off? And if he knew the camera was cut off, why did he not try fixing it since this is a grave security issue. Now he started showing his true colors : when i asked something, he said his Hindi language is not good. When asked in English, he said "do you want me to fix the bike, am i a mechanic" "why did you not park inside the gate" i repeated that i do not want vehicle services from him also all the four wheelers are parked outside since you do not have parking space. I am asking from security point of view that how can an oyo property remain without camera.
      For the whole night — mind you there was families in the hotel that day. I was furious, however since i had to go to office urgently, i requested the passerby to fix the bike and he did.

      In the afternoon, i came to the property and asked the status on the escalation. Again after multiply attempts to connect to support and again and again explaining the same old story - the support personnel asked "you have already given"one star"so what is the need of calling support. I advised that i am following up on the escalation. The call was abruptly cut. Finally after many attempts and frustrating hold times, i reached one escalation manager who again asked the same old questions and assured it will be addressed as soon as possible. This time i insisted they log a ticket so i have some reference and do not have to explain the issue again and again. I was provided with a ticket id and again assured it will be looked into and i will be updated with the progress — nothing happened.

      Whenever i call in the following days, the support personnel puts me on hold for contacting the escalation manager. I am talking about 10-20 minutes hold time. If fortunate to reach the escalation manager, they just repeat"it will be taken care. You will be informed". Pathetic escalation process.

      Finally, fed up i have approached consumer court initiate legal action against the property and oyo both.
      I am uninstalling oyo app and will encourage all my contacts to do so.

          Dears, wanted to share my experience with oyo rooms. They are pathetic, horrible, unprofessional and cheater actually. I had a booking (Booking id sqfe5917) in haridwar during july.in gang tarang hotel. The hotel gave us basment rooms. I was smally and with no ventilation. Bathroom did not have water. After reaching there we had no choice as it was 10 pm night. Oyo never check their property. Now they have expanded more than what they could handle. They are kind o[censored]nprofessional and you can say a fraud company. They would eat your money. You may get the last room or the hotel, you may get denied alto check in. You may get so dirty linens etc. That also they charge above 1000. Seems oyos downfall has started. I had raised this concern with aditya, supriya, akash from their escallation team.. But seems they don't care what you are shoughting for. They just ignore and will keep sending exactly same reply for your all emails. You will end up frustrated and by urself only u will stop contacting them further.

          Your money is hard earned.. Spend with some professional and commited team definatly not with oyo.

            I have been pursuing oyo from sept 27th still not received good response and oyo customer support is so cheap my booking id is nwvm2016, they looted my money by giving third class room full of insects and rodents, hopless service, oyo is ultimate thief company and fraud.
            And worst part is ur oyo captain and guest relationship manager. Still issue is pending.

              Worst service ever

              They cancelled our original reservation on the last moment because the property was under maintenance.

              Then they put our call on hold for 3 hours trying to find a cheap room

              Booked a cheap room which we didn't like... didn't provide any room unlocking code. No call back received.

              Explained the same problem to 4 customer service people

              Then they made us roam for 4 hours in the same place. Wasted our time. Was on phone for 4 hours with them.
              Made me cry literally.

                Hello sir

                One of my friend miss shivi is stayed in green view homestay at lucknow which is in sector 19 indira nagar hotels services are good but receptionist behaviour is very bad she dont know how to talk with guest and second think my room charge is 675/- but she take me extra amount 985/-. Her name is shabeena i am really disappoint to her kindly resolve the problem and take complaint otherwise i am going to take legal action for oyo thanks & regards.

                Early Check-in charges between 6 AM and 10 AM is mentioned as 0%-30% charges payable as per room rates of the previous day, depending on hotel policy. How does anyone know what this means? Invariably one pays almost a days rent in this bargain. One of the many ways they fleece you into unfair rents.

                  Had booked a room a at hotel sammer in srinagar under(Hi Muneer Dar, your booking ID WSOY4719 at OYO 12202 Hotel Samar, Srinagar has been cancelled as per your request.) . I must mention that the booking was done on part of oyo customer care executive after i cited my concern of having local id. But now when i am already on the way to check in the hotel clearly denied me.
                  Despite several attempts nothing was done by oyo. Infact i contacted oyo four times and each time i was put on hold for not less than 20 minutes then the call was cut from their side. This is rediculous on your part. Earlier also my booking was shifted from a hotel in srinagar to some master residency. This time i was openly denied any shifting.
                  This mail is as a warn to oyo next i will approach consumer court with same concern.

                  The complaint was redressed accordingly but i had to adjust with my friend for the actual date of booking that was 29 September and i was given access to some other hotel on 30 sep.
                  What to say of that inconvenience we were subjected to on 29 night?

                    I booked a hotel idea inn and they cancelled my booking without infirmation... And said that we hav shifted ur bookibg to another oyi hotel and also we recvd a confirmation mail nd text bt wen we reached the shifted hotel they completely denied the booking... Useless pathetic customer service.. I wont recomend anyone to use this site to book any hotel in future

                      One of the worst ever oyo exeprience let me summarise it.

                      I[censored] are booking in chennai never go for oyo 13917 daniel silver oak apartment seliayur near bharat university.

                      1. The oyo location shared by central team was wrong i was in ola for 1 hour and looking for this # property night 11:00 pm. With my family and daughter who was not well at all after long journey.
                      2 unpleasant check in no body bother to allot the room looking for print out, even government departments and irctc do not look for booking print out after my repeated request the finally agreed.

                      3 broken bathroom fixtures after 30 minutes of checkin process now it was around 12:30 in the night they gave us a room with broken bathroom. And then asked to change again after 30minutes now it was around 1 in the night.

                      4. Here come the worst part they asked me to close my room door but threaten me not to close the unit door. Inside 1 unit it was 2 bedroom it is completely breach of oyo trust and riase security and privacy concern i have book a personal unit it was never mentioned on oyo website the unit will be shared pathetic i again had a heated argument with oyo customer service and hotel staff. It was a most # experience with oyo if i have to get a shared unit i can go for airbnb.com i get oyo for personal privacy and security reason.

                      5 very limited breakfast and all stale u cannot take a bite even.

                      6 no drinking water in room.

                      7 no wifi password provided.

                        Hi team,

                        I entered in property at 1:00 pm. Around and i parked my bike in front of the hotel. I was asked to go in the room no 101 that was too dirty and flying mosquitoes were there in the room.
                        Then asked for another room and the second room was also not clean.
                        I had some urgent meeting with my clients so i had to spent 2 hours there.
                        When i came out from the property, i found that someone has hit my bike and it was damage.
                        I was planning to spend the whole night over there but i had to leave just within 2 hours.
                        That was totally pethetic services given by oyo.
                        Totally disappointed with your services.
                        I paid 535 bucks for your oyo and i had to pay 2000 for my bike also. And your service boy denied to do anything.

                        I will never suggest anyone to use oyo and i was valuable customer of oyo but unfortunately you guys have lost one valuable customer.

                          Hello im chandu i have booked oyo room in svs luxyry room, moosapet, hyderabad, i have given my card for food payment, they are recorded my card details,, after my check out they are making fraud payments with my card details, i have lost some money,, anad again they are trying to make another fraud transactions, but i blocked my card immediately,, so i don't know how to take action against them, when i'm trying to make a call to reception they are not responding,, even customer service also not responding,,, please respond this complaint at least,,, i'm regular customer to the oyo room's, it's really bad experience to me...

                            Booked room under above reference.
                            When I reached Hotel I was denied admission stating that no tie up was there with OYO. Tried to contact assistance but there was no response. No mail received by me regarding the same. Had to move to a low quality hotel by paying 500 more.

                            Very poor and disheartening response.

                            Please clarify why this happened. Even now the status of my booking is showing as confirmed.

                            Someone rang up a few hours back for shifting to some other hotel.

                            If any technical problem was there why was it not confirmed by email or a message?

                            Please confirm action against the people responsible for this.

                              I had many issues. Its really very disappointing and pathetic. The very first thing :
                              Hotlier was rude. Wen i called hotlier one lady for the location she despite of sharing me the location details she was so reckless to answer.

                              I arrived to bangalore from airport at 10:15 am around after struggling hard for finding the location of the hotel golden inn, shivaji nagar, bangalore. Even ola gps cudnt locate this prestigious hotel golden inn. Like i said the madam at the reception desk was so impolite and unpleasant.

                              Despite of getting bad reviews about the hotelier i mean that receptionist i along with my family reached hotel. I had booking the previous night and done the online payment via net banking.

                              Now wen i enquired her the reason of not letting us know the adress and making us to stop in middle of the road for couple of hours (Passenger even called her she was impolite to him also. He just told me she is so ridiculous why did u book this hotel?) she lied saying i dint get any call and its your mistake of not sharing your number to me. I really dont understand the logic may be you oyo guys might be knowing the logic and reason behind bot sharing the location details as your team baised got and finally supported her irrespective of the facts. She denied the bookig though payment was done. Now what authority she has got to deny the booking after payment is done and booking is confirmed? Well, i understood that you all dont give customer satisfaction all you guys are concerned about skipping the issues arised by poor customers like us.

                              Now, the receptionist who is unproffessional (I am afraid she even know the meaning of proffessionalism) narrated the story to you guys manipulated the words. The property manager now comes into play knows nothing wot actually happend just said that he is cancelling the booking because of my rude behaviour? Just step into my boots, you come along with your family (Aged parents) and even after booking is confirmed all of sudden your hotlier people ask you to vacate will u stay calm? Just question to yourselves! Will you feel so dilegtful when you aged parents are with you? This what you call guest satisfaction/service etc. Is this fair???
                              Oyo cancelled my booking and they partially refunded. Cheat / disgusting/pathetic falling short of words

                                My name is ragavan m and i have raised a concern many times that i need my refund for wrong booking raised by your oyo manager azar who is taken the booking date correctly from my end and booked it wrongly and he itself cancelled and promised me that he will get the refund amounting to rs. 7009/- but now i am getting the message that my refund request has been denied as per oyo policy, this is ridiculous and unacceptable the mistake has been happened from your side i need my refund back immediately if not i will sue you guys to the consumer court i have all the evidence that mistake has been happened from your employee side not from customer.

                                Awaiting for the positive result to windup the things.

                                  My booking id - tzji7649as per our telephonic conversations about washroom ruining water issue. And dirry untensil not resolved and i can call oyo helpline no many time but they answr wait for 5 mins and i can wait for 1 hour but issue not resolved and last time property manager can say please change the room sir.. Pl dont use oyo and plesse book go ibibo and make my trip... And i can compare everything go ibibo is best as conpare to oyo dirty roons and dirty behviour staff..                                       Booking id : jwns2814 i paid for early check in while hotel jmc blue inn denied me early check in, booking id uvki6137, check in time was 12 i reached at 9 pm i called the hotel regarding my delay check in, still hotel jmc blue inn denied check in in the hotel, i was tired waited on the reception for an hour, then they shifted me to another ### hotel, i paid for a good hotel and they gave me a messed up room, which was not ar all clean.

                                        I had booked two rooms at oyo 14472 brahmaputra guest house, guwahati for 24th sunrise check in. But unfortunately only one room is given and i am waiting in the lobby for second room check in. It is very unfortunate not to get a room even on advance booking with full payment.
                                        Now i request you to refund me sunrise check in extra amount paid by me.
                                        I am writing this mail sitting at the lobby waiting for normal check in
