Hi sir

This is Mukesh Mishra, Patna, Bihar, actually I had booked hotel for goa through OYO on 28th sept-18 for 2 night for Hotel Supreme Grand, Goa. and after discussion with OYO employee or customer care for confirmation the hotel and then paid 4841 Rs to OYO in Advance, check in was around 11 am on 29th sept-18 and check out time was 1st oct-18 morning.
but when I had reached at hotel reception on 29th sept-18 morning, reception person at hotel told me that right now no one room vacant, came around 12 pm, then I keept my luggage at hotel reception and go outside with family along with kids (18 month old).
then again I came at hotel supreme grand around 11 am but that time reception person told me that your booking was not confirmed by hotel due to some issues from OYO. then I spoke with hotel manager and OYO customer care. but its not resolved. then around 12 pm one OYO employee (Lady) came at hotel, conversation with me and finally told me that you have to be shifted other hotel at same near calangute at goa.
sir my family along with kids was very tired at that time, I had reached calangute, goa around 6 am and then I was roaming around hotel from that time. and finally they shifted me in other hotel Sulit in around 1pm, and after all I went Goa for Fun and refreshing but became tensed, suppose if booking problem came before OYO then they need to be shifted to other hotel early morning, other wise hotel was not matching my expectation but I did compromise and check in Hotel Sulit in after conversation with OYO customer care and Employee.
That time OYO employee told me that your difference amount will come in your OYO account it's used in next time, but I told him that balance amount should come in my bank account, near future I have no plan to travel, then your employee told me that ok your amount will come in your bank account within 7 days. but still not come.
Again today on 10th OCT-18, talked with oyo customer care Mr. Anil regarding refund which is not come in my Account. then they transfer call to Mr.Akash Choudhary, Guest Experience Manager, OYO told me that your refund will not come in your account. then I told him that on 29th sept-18, I did call to customer care, OYO. that days told me that refund will come in Bank Account within 7 days, but Mr. Akash choudhary told me that you are lier, and your refund will not go to any type of way. then I asked him send a mail what you have say regarding my refund amount will not come in any type of way.
so sir same mail of Mr. Akash Choudhary, Guest Experience Manager, OYO forwarding you, they have not a idea to how can talk to customer, they have attitude problem and they uses slang with me.
I have talked to several employee of OYO, but positive response not come. so lastly I had contact with you, so please consider this mail on priority and reply ASAP.
I am sending you all Transaction details:-
on dated 28th Sept-18, Advance amount paid- Rs 4841, and Hotel Sulit in bill amount- 4407 Rs, Difference amount suppose to be return from your End- 434 Rs,

still no action taken by the company, but today I did a call, they say amount will not refunded to you. I have taken in email also for this.

    We checked in to hotel kubera palace (Oyo flagship 9960).
    They are taking rude as we ordered food from outside.
    During check in they only suggested us to have out side food.
    And after two days they are using abusive words with ladies also.
    Worst ever management.
    Room keeping people also thief's they stolen some money from my pant pocket.
    Worst room cleaning and shower is also not working in washrooms.

      I booked from you id- YBDE6237 .I have pay it through app Rs 1648 . But when I reached hotel they said that payment is not done and status is pending and ask me to do payment. I have called to oyo customer care and he also said that my payment is not showing in computer so to do another payment and told if payment done second time it will be refunded. Then I made cash payment of Rs 1655.

      But since l have done payment twice but my refund has not done yet..l have called 100 times but no one responds my problem.

      So I request to solve my problem as soon as possible.

        Myself niteen sonawane recently i booked (7 oct 2018) a room in new delhi with booking id nfgx8056. I was denied checkin even after confirming and giving miss call on the specified number. The booking cost was 1818. Then called oyo. Oyo shifted to other hotel. Before going to other hotel there was a conference call between hotel owner customer care senior and me where i was allowed to pay rupees 1818 and the hotel original cost was 2584. When i checked in i was charged 2584. The conference call had no meaning. I paid this amount as i was in a hurry for some work. The room quality was not even one star also, very bad condition. I just stayed at that hotel for few hours and checkout sooner on the same day. I requested oyo for my refund. After many messages and mails and calls oyo agreed to refund me rupees 766 in oyo wallet[protected]=766) as oyo charged me according to my previous booking. But i don’t want this amount in my oyo wallet i want this amount to be transferred in my bank account. Because for further bookings i am not going to use oyo in my life. I wanted to claim for full remaining rupees 1818 refund (As 766 rupees they agreed to refund) but i know you will never do such heartful help to customers.
        I claim for full remaining rupees 1818 refund.
        People come from other cities for some work. Instead of work they need to face such oyo problems.
        Kindly take this into consideration and transfer the amount to my bank account.

        Already 14 working days have passed and still there is no refund from your side.This is what OYO is on their words.Inspite of promise done by OYO, they themselves are not on their loyalty.This shows that how a customer can face mental harassment for such a issue of refund transfer for which you guys take 14 working days.Already 3 weeks passed by but still OYO has not opened their eyes and such a carelessness by them.These issues are not much by other hotel bookings as compared to OYO.

          Checkin-date 6th oct 2018
          Arrived at :- 2200 hrs., checked in at 2300hrs for 6 people.

          Issues:-
          1. Bellperson denying room service for cutleries and water bottle.
          2. Insects found in room.
          3. Booked 3x room, got 2x, extra bedding was pathetic and no bedsheet pillow cover provided. Pictures attached.
          4. Washroom was not at all clean and smell, u cant even stand for a second.
          5. Hotel staff was very rude and always say no for everything, even to collect parcel from swiggy we have to go to reception, they didnt even come to room to deliver that.
          6. Landline was not working in any room.
          7. Hotel staff deny giving cutlery because we ordered food online.
          8. Next day morning, we went for breakfast, we were 6 people, we already paid 270/- for breakfast, when we reach there at restaurant, they asked that if your breakfast is complimentary, we will only give you (4 piece idli and 1 vada + tea per head) it means we can take 24 idli and 6 vada, when we were serving ourselves the person standing over there started shouting on us, that u can take 1 vada extra, i will take 70/- from you and all. We just left the place and checkout immediately without even doing breakfast, pictures attached.

          its not been resolved, and refund for unconfirmed booking has not been refunded back to me
          I was paid twice for breakfast and hotel has no 24 hour backup. We lived without electricity for one night
          Oyo is giving oyoobsessed offer in which there is refer and earn 50rs paytm cash for each invite.I have not got the money for the invites.

            I have booked oyo room in pjp park inn (Chennai).

            I have given the keys for cleaning the room after cleaning i lost my headphones (Redmi original). I have informed to receptionist and oyo person (Ajay). They said they will check thru cctv and we will find the person. They said give 1 hour to solve the issue otherwise they will pay the money. They are not even responding properly and they are telling me within 1 hour they will resolve. I had gone every 1 hour they are not doing anything. This is a issue of headphones but how irresponsible they are. They had told me that they will give me money for what i have lost. While i am going for checkout they are telling why should we pay the money. Is that the right way to answer to a customer. I had very bitter experience in this. I want a clear and good explanation about this. I want my headphones ore money of redmi headphones (Original). I have given my address details to the oyo person there.

            You didn't arrange a call regarding what i have lost and this is not a fair procedure to deal with a customer as i have trusted OYO rooms as one of the best service provider hotels but i am totally upset with your response.I have raised a complaint on 9th Oct but till now i didn't get any response.I want a clear explanation otherwise i will proceed with a online consumer case.I have clearly given the details booking ID, contact person everything what you want but there is no further step from you.I want refund of what i have lost immediately.

              I recently went to delhi (Oct 3, 2018) and i have booked a hotel named "hotel kalkaji residency". I received two text messages regarding their reception number ([protected]) and the number of some ankur gola ([protected]) for assisting me. I also received the hotel location via this text message. I reached delhi at 10pm and i searched for this place for more than one and a half hour and i couldn't find this place. Moreover none of the numbers were working. At the end i had to booked another hotel with double the price.
              I need my refund back because i haven't checked in to the hotel because of improper services.

                I am really # up calling your customer care about my refund for yesterday’s booking. Booking id - bgri8109. I have called multiple times and still they are not able to answer about my refund and what all they did is transferring the call to there seniors and they after transferring no senior is there as call is on hold and then it gets automatically disconnected, i am still on transferred call while writing this and no senior is responding, your agents are only able to tell me about the policy that is you will get refund in 7-10 working days however they are not able to clear the figures that are meant to be get credited in my account. My amount got deducted 2 times of ₹565 and one should get credited but i think there are no # seniors available to get this clear. I will just rate this oyo 0 every where and will share the experience with my friends and will ask them to do the same. The last agent who transferred the call is sachin solanki

                  Its for second time that i have faced issue with oyo services & consistent failure of oyo customer care to avail support on both of issues.
                  On 3rd sept. 2018 i was travelling from darbhanga to patna (Bihar) & i made booking on oyo for date 03 oct. To 04 oct. At 8pm (03 oct.) so as to get room in patna but when i arrived in patna around 12.40 am (04 oct.), property owner denied to checkin the hotel.
                  Regarding same i escalate issue to customer care on oyo ([protected]) & brief all details but no resolution i got from there as customer care used to put my call on hold for better resolution & finally made my call disconnect.
                  After 1-2 hours of continue follow-up on resolution there was no support from oyo customer care & finally i have to approach for nearby hotel checkin which cost me 3 times more than oyo booked amount.
                  Next day i got mail from oyo guest management regarding gst invoice of hotel that i had booked later on behalf of customer service failure from oyo, so i shared the same but not get any kind of revert till now.

                  Inshort - oyo just making benefits & customer service is not important in oyo business.

                  i have not checkin to the hotel as property owner reject to access checkin but app showing that i checkin & checkout, hows that possible...i want all extra money i spent due to lack of service from oyo which is 1232(rs.[protected]hotel booked on behalf of oyo rooms)).
                  Hotel bill & issue escalation screenshot has been attached...no customer service in oyo rooms...totally dissatisfied..

                    I made a booking on 22-23 august in vrindavan hotel spiritual stay and the hotel manager and staff was misbehaving as max of them were drugged so as i was woth my family so we just went out and complainted to oyo
                    I have got more than 4 mails that my refund has been processed amd will get credited in 7-14 days now today also when i enquired i got the same mail again that your refund has been iniated and will get credited to source in 7-14 working days

                    They are just fooling the customer nothing else no proper response from their customer care they also talk very rudely

                      This is regarding oyo 1684 (Hotel malabar inn, calicut)

                      After checking out from the hotel, i found that my bike had been damaged by the hotel staff from the hotel's parking lot. The secuirty present there told me that he had seen my bike fall on its side when staff relocated it. He knew the appearance of the staff who damaged my bike, but didnt know his name. When i came back in the morning next day for resolution the manager there was reluctanct to even look into my problem. He kept on arguing and wasting my time. When i asked to show me the cctv footage, he bluntly lied to my face saying that it wasnt working. The security present there was now another person as they rotate shifts. The manager and other staff cornered us and behaved very rudely and this problem didnt even bother them.

                        I booked a room on 28.09.18 in t city inn hotel oyo 6019. then the amount of 920 was paid but all of a sudden due to the site problem all the details about booking was gone. but the money was paid already. as I didn't check in the hotel I want my refund.

                          My booking id lnfh9548 for hotel - oyo 17252 hotel everest dated 01/10/2018.
                          My holidays was at jaipur, udaipur, jodhpur and ahmedabad, accordingly i had booked 2 rooms from goibibo and 2 rooms from oyo, stay with goibibo was very pleasant and memorable, but stay with oyo at udaipur and ahmedabad was very hateful, inspite of complaint for both cases oyo team did not shown any curtsy to extend a simple apology.
                          I had planned a great holiday with my family of five and searched for oyo at ahmedabad, i wanted my maximum time in a city for for a pleasure of riverfront. But search listed me a hotel property 23 km away from city. How can we expect a holiday time, pleasant stay and enjoy city, traveling all the way 23 km from a city towards industrial area? I had to spend rs. 1600 for travelling to this hotel, and my precious time too.
                          I spoke to oyo customer support, no one was ready to listen and understand my family position, who had come for enjoyment.
                          It looks like, a merely cheating by oyo. Great loss by money and time.

                          I booked rooms in jodhpur from 21st to 23 december on advise of mr krishna transferred th amount of rs 47000 through neft to account of Oyo on 10th august now Oyo people say we have cancelled the booking because hotelier is getting better rates on that date we are being cheated and no body from Oyo is giving proper reply

                            Oyo doesn't allow me to delete booking history either on the app or even when i have called them multiple times. This is a privacy issue and oyo doesn't seem to be bothered even after multiple requests. I'm greatly aggrieved and want my details removed immediately so it doesn't fall in wrong hands.
                            Such data can be used to blackmail unsuspecting people and fraudulent transactions too could happen.

                            Oyo rooms is not responding and taking this issue as on priority. Despite of several mails and calls done it is not deleting the accounts and history which is a major privacy issue.

                                I have booked shree yash hotel booking id PQER7930.
                                Booking amount was Rs 877. After complaining to oyo assistant. He says, i can shift your hotel but they are unable to manage with hotel owner.
                                Hotel owner says, i ll charge you 1200 rupees.
                                In this situation. I didnt have choice.
                                I have to stay here after paying extra money.
                                But oyo didn't help on that.

                                  I wish i could give it -100. The building is in ruins. They do not change bed-sheets, towels, pillows etc. Till you check out. So, if you book for 2/3 days you will be using the same stuff till you check out. No mineral water as per oyo standards - they provide filtered watered in unhygienic bottles. I checked in on 30 Aug late evening and extended the stay during the night. Booking id peic9325, room 443. I had to work late night and hence extended the booking for the next day.

                                  Next day, being Friday - i had to complete few official tasks and had planned for prayer around 12 -1 pm. They do not have separate numbers for housekeeping, kitchen. The same reception number is used. I called up reception at 10 am and informed about my extension and requested them to clean the room. I called numerous times (Around 10 times) every time they said we will come in 10 mins. After 1 hour - 11 am, i called again and was told "there was a marriage party last night" i said "so"? Their next response is "we clean the rooms floor by floor and you will have to wait your turn. I was fed up of the response and asked for hotel manager. He was the worst person. He came in with a cheeky smile and said you will have to wait, marriage party, etc. I was buzzed off by now. I said"if i had checked out at 11:30 am, you would definitely have cleaned the room for the new guest. Is it my mistake that i extended the stay?"again mr, sarcastic gave a cheeky smile and said will be back. I cleaned the room my self and was late, so missed my Friday prayer. I was agitated and called for escalation manager.

                                  The oyo support has become pathetic lately, i explained the issue to the support personnel (15 mins) and asked him to transfer the call to the escalation manager. He kept on asking"what is the issue" — is the bed-sheet provided not clean, etc. I told the housekeeping items have not been changed and i need fresh ones as i have extended the stay. His response : ok, i will ask the staff to clean your room. I advised that cleaning is not required since i myself cleaned the room due to shortage of time and i just want to provide feedback and escalate the matter with oyo management. After some 10 mins on hold, a person answered (I vaguely remember the name - maybe mr. Robin) he advised that it will be taken care. Nothing happened for the next two hours. I called again and the same loop continued with different support person and different escalation manager. Finally i called once again and it reached the escalation manager - mr Sahil. Mr Sahil arranged a con-call between me, oyo manager and himself, where he reprimanded the oyo manager and asked him to apologize. Mr. Sarcastic never even once said"sorry"although all the escalation managers have apologized on the phone. Now, I dont expect"sorry", but what irked me was instead of apologizing and trying to make amends, he is blaming"marriage party"again and again in the call. Next he said"the customer called during lunch time and staff was having lunch, so could not go!!! Oyo — from where do you hire such gems? Is there no screening/mentoring? Shame on you!!

                                  Anyway, i guess he was reprimanded properly as the room was cleaned by housekeeping immediately and bed sheets etc. Were replaced.
                                  Mr. Sarcastic seemed to be very gentle and humble by now. So i let go off the issue and thought it had been sorted out and put and end to it.

                                  Now, comes the real issue :
                                  I had parked my rented two-wheel near the gate. Anyway Aditya homes does not have car parking space and the cars are parked outside. They do have parking space for 2-wheelers. Since I parked the vehicle on the footpath - directly in front of the oyo hotel gate which was closed, and also the area had a cctv camera - so i felt it was secure. I had filled rs. 500 worth of petrol since next day i had to visit a lot of places related to my business.

                                  Morning mr. Sarcastic greeted me with a smile and was very courteous. When i reached my bike and attempted to start, it would not start. I opened the tank and it was dry. I left the vehicle in the hotel premises and rushed to office since i was late. I informed receptipon that i will come in the evening to pick up the bike, however i could not and called reception to inform i will come early morning next day.

                                  Next day i bought petrol in a bottle and then attempted to start. The bike would not start. Seeing my efforts, some of the oyo staff and passerbys inspected the vehicle and one of them was a mechanic, he informed the internal pipe has ben cut so petrol is not reaching engine. Mr sarcastic was smiling with a smirk from distance, however i had no idea that he would be involved. So i asked him to show me the cctv camera footage for the last night. Suspicion 1 : immediately, without even visiting the display, he said "the camera is cut off"!!! I was horrified. Ok, how does he know camera was cut off? And if he knew the camera was cut off, why did he not try fixing it since this is a grave security issue. Now he started showing his true colors : when i asked something, he said his Hindi language is not good. When asked in English, he said "do you want me to fix the bike, am i a mechanic" "why did you not park inside the gate" i repeated that i do not want vehicle services from him also all the four wheelers are parked outside since you do not have parking space. I am asking from security point of view that how can an oyo property remain without camera.
                                  For the whole night — mind you there was families in the hotel that day. I was furious, however since i had to go to office urgently, i requested the passerby to fix the bike and he did.

                                  In the afternoon, i came to the property and asked the status on the escalation. Again after multiply attempts to connect to support and again and again explaining the same old story - the support personnel asked "you have already given"one star"so what is the need of calling support. I advised that i am following up on the escalation. The call was abruptly cut. Finally after many attempts and frustrating hold times, i reached one escalation manager who again asked the same old questions and assured it will be addressed as soon as possible. This time i insisted they log a ticket so i have some reference and do not have to explain the issue again and again. I was provided with a ticket id and again assured it will be looked into and i will be updated with the progress — nothing happened.

                                  Whenever i call in the following days, the support personnel puts me on hold for contacting the escalation manager. I am talking about 10-20 minutes hold time. If fortunate to reach the escalation manager, they just repeat"it will be taken care. You will be informed". Pathetic escalation process.

                                  Finally, fed up i have approached consumer court initiate legal action against the property and oyo both.
                                  I am uninstalling oyo app and will encourage all my contacts to do so.

                                      Dears, wanted to share my experience with oyo rooms. They are pathetic, horrible, unprofessional and cheater actually. I had a booking (Booking id sqfe5917) in haridwar during july.in gang tarang hotel. The hotel gave us basment rooms. I was smally and with no ventilation. Bathroom did not have water. After reaching there we had no choice as it was 10 pm night. Oyo never check their property. Now they have expanded more than what they could handle. They are kind o[censored]nprofessional and you can say a fraud company. They would eat your money. You may get the last room or the hotel, you may get denied alto check in. You may get so dirty linens etc. That also they charge above 1000. Seems oyos downfall has started. I had raised this concern with aditya, supriya, akash from their escallation team.. But seems they don't care what you are shoughting for. They just ignore and will keep sending exactly same reply for your all emails. You will end up frustrated and by urself only u will stop contacting them further.

                                      Your money is hard earned.. Spend with some professional and commited team definatly not with oyo.

                                        I have been pursuing oyo from sept 27th still not received good response and oyo customer support is so cheap my booking id is nwvm2016, they looted my money by giving third class room full of insects and rodents, hopless service, oyo is ultimate thief company and fraud.
                                        And worst part is ur oyo captain and guest relationship manager. Still issue is pending.
