Theft! Theft! Theft!
On of my close friend stayed in oyo hotel in dlf - phase 1 gurgaon some one have stolen his belongings from hotel room, i. E 2 laptop, one bag in which my friend passport and other expensive belongings, one mobile phone, on dated 1/09/2018, it's already 6 days gone still oyo is not able to resolve the concern, even hotel denied to show cctv footage, 0% security in oyo hotel guys i strongly recommend not go for oyo as he have lost my belongings and hotel staffs are giving excuses, we all can understand his precious company data gone, very pathetic service i have ever seen very bad customer experience. Request to all please do not book oyo room because oyo will not any help if something happened wrong.

    This is to inform you that i have booked a room with booking id xesp0379 in oyo rooms on 31.08.2018 to 02.09.2018. I have paid the whole amount of rs 3581 online in advance. But the amount 3581 was deducted twice from my account. After talking to the oyo customer care team they told me that only rs 3081 will be refunded to your account and the rest of rs 500 will not be refunded to your account. It will go to your oyo wallet. When i denied and ask them to refund my total amt deducted. They said sorry sir we will not refund the whole amount and cut off the call. This is the most unprofessional way of treating any customer. Anyway now i have just write this mail to please look into this matter and refund my whole amount in my bank account at the earliest.

        Booked a property in udaipur, booking id - nlja5243, oyo 15943 home luxury apartment

        Received an sms asking to contact mr javed oyo captain 2 hours prior, which i tried few times only to be connected to your guest service at gurugram. Your reps were confident that i could reach anytime and they would update the property accordingly

        I reached the property before 12.00 am with no one at the property. Incidentally it was locked and no one from inside came out even after repeated knocks

        I inquired from adjacent property which was also an oyo property at a 8, haridasji ki magri, trident-udaivilas road and even they could not help me.

        I called your staff and one mr prabhjot told me that he will come back to me in some time and resolve the issue. But he never did.

        I was left stranded on the street in the middle of the night with no where to go with my wife and daughter waiting for some one to resolve oyo issue.

        As nothing appeared to be coming from oyo, i started going to various hotel to find rooms for us and almost every one was either full or not up to my requirements.

        After looking at several hotels and searching few kilometres and 2 hours i could get one hotel that could accommodate us.

        In short, refund could be the last thing i have on my mind.

        Look at the services that you have or have not provided, the amount of mental stress i had to go through going to various hotels in the wee hours.

        I need complete actions against the property owner/ oyo captain and the staff taking my calls and not coming back. Please escalate this as you deem fit and respond back with action taken. And please feel free to let me know if i need to escalate it further.

          I had checked in to hotel oyo 11966 grand euro park on sunday 2 september. We checked in at 1am and in an hour i was alarmed to find out that my mobile is missing after checking in. The hotel staff were very irrresponsible and i asked for cctv photoage and they dined by giving me stupid reasons like they were speaking to an extent that” go and complain to police station and they told there will be no use “. My booking is is exsf6230.. My mobile is redmi note4. They are very irrresponsible and worst. It took this much time for me to block and get another sim after lot of efforts. No positive outcome was observed to my concern till now from the hotel side. I atleast expect that this would now be resolved.

            I checked-in to hotel rc residency, hussainpura chowk, amritsar on 1-sep-18 and check-out on 3-sep-18. Got payment receipt through mail.
            But after couple of hours received a text message saying - "booking id # is cancelled as you did not check-in to oyo 18599 hotel rc residency"
            Even this is not showing in oyo application under bookings option. Whereas my previous oyo stays are listed there.

              We had booked a cottage in manali, the booking got cancelled and oyo booked some random room without confirming. We caaled the manali customer care person. He said the refund will be initiated and he will cancel the booking but it has been 3days and i haven’t received any email or the refund. ‭[protected]‬ this is his number. Kindly look into the matter. Oyo rooms has disappointed us in an extreme manner

                I booked oyo hotel online. But now we want to cancel my booking. My booking id is MFAZ3974. But in cancellation producer when i put otp for mobile verification then show invalid otp. We try few times but same problem arises. I refund 100percent with 17/9/18. The date comes closely. But my problem is not solved. What can i do ? Please solve my problem as early as possible.

                  OYO has been the worst decision of the biggest day of my life - My Wedding.

                  I had multiple bookings through OYO for my guests to make sure all of them are placed in he same hotel and things are smooth. For the checkin time of 12pm, my guests arrived at 4pm after which they were first asked to wait for 30 minutes since the rooms were being cleaned. Post this, the receptionist informed them that no rooms are available and they need to find another hotel.

                  When they further questioned them on this he got into a rough argument and said we need to contact OYO for further assistance. After we raised this issue with OYO, they arranged for a replacement 3 hours later by when the wedding had started. Hence the guests could check-in only after 12am that night (Booking ID: ROLY8342). All this, in-spite of me making the payment in full at least 15 days before the check-in date.

                  Another room booked on id XUOA9084, I received a notification that the room has been checked-in while the guest were still clicking pictures with me at the wedding. Again, paid in full 15 days before the date. When raised this issue, they fail to disclose the information on who checked into the room if it wasn't my guests.

                  After all of this I place 8 calls in total through a span of 15 days to bring all of these complaints to their notice and claim a rightful refund for the damage caused, brought it up on the app as well with no response. On the app, the complaint shows 'Resolved' the very next day no matter how many times I reopen the issue.

                  Worst hotel experience, worst customer service and worst place to put your money. And I would strongly suggest everyone to refrain from using OYO and specifically the OYO Hotel 6825 New Crescent Citadel, Bangalore since they are the most inhospitable people in the Hospitality industry that I have come across so far in my 8 years in hospitality business.

                    It is very shocking to see the way people behave and see the commitment given my you and hotel varies.

                    Post making this booking, my family visited hotel where not only were they treated badly but also informed that “ hotel has full right to cancel booking and they will not give booking to family, they will cancel it a minth before..”

                    What kind of professionalism is it?
                    On one hand you are marking mail to give certain amount of deposit for confirmation while on other hand, manager at hotel is giving such a response.

                    Really disappointed. Very bad experience with oyo.

                      My booking id was tnex3896. It was the worst experience ever with oyo.
                      Had to wait 45 minutes before check in because the owner was not allowing to enter the room.
                      Slept with mosquito's all night (So basically didn't sleep at all)
                      Receptionist called and ask to leave at 11 where as it was clearly mentioned complimentary checkout till 1pm.
                      Pathetic service

                        I would like to say about my booking, actually today i booked Oyo Room from OYO 12754 Hotel The Best, for Pardeep Chandra.
                        I check in there at 1:22 Pm, after check-in there Manager was saying if i stayed there after 6 o'clock than i will have to pay 1000 extra from booking amount that means total amount will have to pay 1639/-
                        That's why today i check out from there at 6 O'clock, there staff & Manager very rude he was treating very wrongly that's why today I have to checked at 6 o'clock.

                        It's realy very bad. This is my Bad experience with oyo.
                        I humbly request you please refund my money in my wallet because there i paid by cash.

                          Hi i am achit gwari have checked in at oyo rooms in delhi.
                          The service provided by ur partner hotel (Hotel tryfenna) is really pathetic as no one is available ever at the room service or reception.
                          Ordered something last night didn't receive the item after one and a half hour when called to enquire about it first the person didn't even know if i had ordered something then said the kitchen is busy.
                          This is the worst oyo i have ever checked in.
                          Ordered a tea in the morning i don't think it takes one hour to prepare tea even if it does i guess they making a very special one because still haven't received it.
                          Hotel staff is really poor. I guess this is the last time i'm using oyo because even when u book expensive hotels aswell these things are habitual with ur hotel partners.

                            We booked Oyo in hyderabad, the rooms were pathetic, unhygenic and tge water had punget smell. I almost puked for an hour and my daughter feel sick.
                            When I complaint about this to the customer care they had no solution to the problem nithere was prepared for refund. When ever I called them they put my call on hold fr more than 10mins and then the same awefull story continued.

                              Hi, i booked 1 night stay in oyo laxmi resort, puri and paid the amount..due to ill health, i tried to cancel the booking prior to 24 hours, but i got error message while providing OTP. I tried several times to cancel but same error came as a result i could not cancel.. later when i spoke to hotel team, they said no refund would be there..if there is some site issue due to which it's not allowing me to cancel, it's not my fault.. it's your technical fault.i am highly unhappy with this and i want my refund as i have tried to cancel 24 hours prior my booking date as per policy..i need my refund or else i would escalate this matter to social media

                                I booked an oyo in Delhi on 18 july 2018and paid ₹1938 online, after some time hotel reception called me and said there is no room available and you will get your money back from oyo. Oyo customer care told me that they initiated my refund and I get that within 20 working days. But I didn’t get a single ruppee and its been 2 months till now and also Oyo is not giving any information.

                                  I had booked a room from oyo room from 15th-21st august, but due to unforseen circumstances i had to check out on the next day (16th august). After talking to the customer service they said they will refund me for the remaining days between 7-14 working days. It has been 14days now and i still haven’t got my refund. Refund was initiated on 16th august.

                                    Hotel - oyo 13730 hotel balram

                                    On 20th of august we checked in into the mentioned hotel (It was an early sunrise check in). I must tell you it was such a bad location. Don't you people do a location verification. It looked like whole area was made on dumping ground.

                                    Anyway when we entered the room it had a very pungent smell making us nauseous. Food crumbs where lying on the floor and the bed (Under the blankets). The room can make you sick just by looking at it. Not to mention the mosquitoes flying around.

                                    I immediately called your customer service who said they will looked into the matter. We waited and decided to leave the room. Within 10 mins we left the hotel. I received a call regarding the refund and was told full refund will be initiated,

                                    Yesterday i received the refund of rs.135. Is this a joke??? If you can't give the full refund you should have told me at that time itself. Such a pathetic service of yours. Try to learn from the fabhotels chain.

                                      The sales executive from OYO package was Chandan who booked my Ladakh trip package and took advance payment also. Now just when the trip is going to start, he is not responding and OYO customer care is saying, I should speak to Chandan only.

                                      I booked Ladakh trip package from OYO rooms and gave advance payment also. Before the trip starts, I kept calling the OYO representative Chandan who booked my package, they never cared to respond properly on my trip package. Now I have to book everything on my own directly from Leh travel agents.

                                      FRAUDSTER. FRAUDSTER. FRAUDSTER.

                                      Please refund my advance payment of Rs. 2000/- URGENTLY.

                                        I have already submitted and escalated all the screenshots and sms of the incomplete booking which was allowed by app. ([protected]@oyorooms.com)

                                        All i want is the 4% of the booking cost, dont ask booking id as your app. Failed to complete after successful transfer of amount into the paytm wallet.

                                        Not to rely, out of the booking cost (13871/-), i have transferred (11000/-) into my account but paytm has charged me 4% because you fools are still asking me the booking id!

                                        Pls pay me back 440/- inr or i take necessary legal action.
