I want to bring this to the notice of oyo management that i have had a very bad experience with the hotel imperial residency gurgaon sector 14 hotel no 14875

The rooms were extremely unhygienic and smelly and the bathrooms were not cleaned. When i complained with the management they started to mis behave with me saying that there is nothing bad with the room and the bath room.
After that their behavior with me got very bad and they even ignored my small request.

Please take appropriate action on this as i am a regular oyo user.
I am going to put my bad experience on every reviews on internet and get people to be aware not going through the horrifying experience that i had to undergo

    Hi,
    I am v. Yesterday i booked oyo room. I checked into the room at 11:30 am. Room owner told us what time you will be check out. How can they ask this kind of question.

    Room was not ready, they told mineral water bottle is not complementary. Ro water is free of cost.

    No towel in room, no bath soap, no any other amenities available in room.

      We have already booked a hotel in kodaikonal through oyo website on 13th aug (Oyo 14261 tanzanite inn) for 18th aug-20thaug. As we are three girls in the trip, we booked for hotel on a trusted site like oyo. Once we reached the hotel, we got to know that our booking has been changed to a lower grade property with lesser prize which is completed different from our booking.
      The degraded property is pretty bad and not suitable to stay for girls. We kept on calling customer care about the same issue 7-8 times from 18th aug 21:00pm - 20th aug 2:00 am for a proper solution. Everytime the call is getting disconneted and i have never expected such a patetic service from oyo, which is a well know brand for hotel booking.
      Having faced all this (Which a record of mails received from oyo) we have decided to log a complaint in consumer forum expecting proper explanation and warning oyo not to repeat this again with anyone.

      Because of oyo, we girls were stading on roads from 18th aug 21:00pm - 19th aug 2:00am in an unknown city without any clue about our booking.

      Requesting to kindly revert at the earlier, awaiting for a positive response.

      My booking ID is WUBC4367 and contact number : 9000133881. This same booking has be degraded to a lower grade hotel without any prior intimation . And absolutely '0' support from OYO customer care which made us stay on the roads for 2am.

        Oyorooms keeps calling me every day for feedback call. I made it very clear i don't want to give any feedback and also i'm not supposed to get these calls as i'm in dnd. This is going on for 3 weeks. I reached out to ajay patlolla who is the floor manager and seems like even he can't help. How can i stop getting these calls? Or should i go to pmo office?

            I am vishal. Yesterday i booked oyo room. I checked into the room at 11:30 pm. Room owner told us to complete the check in formalities in the morning because it was already too late.in the morning, when i requested him to complete the check in process. He refused to complete it. He was saying that there is no need to check in and check out. When i requested him again and again. His behaviour changed and he rudely refused for check in process. I have to left without checkin and check out. My booking number was imoz9015 at oyo 12307 home cozy. Even they charged 2700 rs for room. It was 700 rs extra from the actual amount. He was saying that i provided you the other room better than the booked one. It was very disappointed. I will never go with oyo rooms. My experience with oyo was very bad. Oyo should check the background of such culprit people.

              When i, dushyant arya reached the hotel (Hotel sky view) booking id - hbnf5346 the room was in a pathetic condition as the bed sheet was very dirty, cigarette buds were lying on the floor, some liquid was spilled on the floor, tea was served in dirty cups, rat was found in the room and the towels were not provided by the room service even after asking it many times. When i came back in the late night with my friend and i spoke to the night shift person sitting at the reception he gave me a reply that you didn't face any problem any problem in my shift. I'm a regular customer of oyo rooms and this type of service and food quality is really not acceptable at all.

                I would like to share my experience at hotel oyster andheri west, mumbai (Booking id – nh[protected] so as to learn and nobody will face the problem which i have faced in the days to come. Me and my wife came to mumbai to visit my brother stayed at mumbai since it was long weekend on 12th – 13th august 2018. We have booked the hotel through makemytrip apps and hotel oyster comes under oyo. Firstly, we were so tired and need a place to clean up and rest for sometime. When we reach the hotel, it was like chawl only in the market area and there was no appeal to stay there. We were thinking of cancelling and move to the other hotel but since we were so tired and we decided to stay for a day.
                The staff asked for id proof with address, we gave them our adhaar card, then they asked for our relation with the women i am with. And i said she is my wife, then with all the attitude and rudeness, they asked to show our marriage certificate. Then i said i don’t have it now. Moreover, i don’t see why i should carry my marriage certificate every place i go. I love to travel, and i travelled a lot, nobody ever asked me this question before. After i replied to them, they denied our check in and asked me to cancel the booking. Then i told them, “please cancel my booking and we look for another hotel.” immediately they said to me that, “booking is done through makemytrip and you have to cancel it by yourself.” i have never seen such kind of hotel staff so rude to the customer.
                Then i called up makemytrip customer care, ms. Swati, i may be wrong about name, handled the situation so nicely and perfectly and allowed us to stay in hotel transit at vile parle (Booking id [protected]) without paying any extra amount. I deeply appreciated how makemytrip handled perfectly when the situation becomes bad and out of control. The staff at hotel transit were so cordial and supportive and we can get back to our normal life.
                The conclusion : one thing i would like to advise to management team and staff of hotel oyster is that, you must know that the value of the concept “trust and commitment” in the business you give to the traveller. If there is a thing like marriage certifiate is compulsory for check in, i really advised you to put up “list of required document” to check in at your advertisement or at least call the customer when the booking is done and inform them about the necesarry documents we have to carry along. If otherwise, you treat people just because they look different or you treat the customer as per your current mood, then you should really think twice about running the hotel business. To me, my friends and relatives will never stayed in hotel oyster again, i will always tell everyone i know that never to stay at hotel oyster. And not only this, since oyo team are so careless and put a hotel like hotel oyster in their list, i assumed that all the place are same and i shall always avoid oyo in the days to come.

                  I have proper booking with oyo at shiva's royal in jaipur with early sunrise check in facility. But, after long journey fro chandigarh when i reached at hotel, hotel manager denied to provide any room. After some arguing he threatened to me but i can't do anything as an outsider. Please help me from seeing my harassment. If you take proper action for both hotel shiva's royal (Near sindhi camp, jaipur) & oyo service provider, then it will definitely help other general people like me

                    I was booking a Hotel in Katra through website. Just before the payment, I got a better rate in another website.Within 5 mins, Oyo telecaller calls and asks the reason for not confirming the room. I said i am booking a Deleuxe category room @ Rs.11, 000 from other website where as, Oyo is giving the same category at Rs11800. That guy, name Bharat Bhushan, asked me to hold the line so that he can check if any discounts are there. He then said he is giving me same category room at Rs.10001. I confirmed with him that if it is the same category and he replied yes to it. I asked him to send the mail and i will confirm the booking. In the mail, he did not mention the category of the room and i got bit suspicious. Immediately i called their customer care no. and came to know that he had changed the category to Classic, which is lower than Deleuxe. I raised this issue of lies and fraud but still waiting what action is being taken against him. Whenever i called them with the ticket no., they say that their system is slow and ask me to repeat my problem and then say that they are looking on it and their senior will call back. i got a call once but he said if payment was not done, then what is the issue?? So they lie and then they are ok if payment is not made.

                    Yes a person named Pankaj Tiwari contacted me and said that you people have taken action against the person but what actions have been taken, he was not saying. After a while, he said that he has been shifted from the call center. He also offered me the same room which i wanted at Rs 10001. As i have done the booking from other portal, i said have to check if cancellation can be done. He said he will call to confirm. Am still waiting for his call. More over, I have done the booking at Rs 11, 000 and if I cancel, they will deduct 20%, so which means, i will get Rs8, 800.
                    It seems a loss to me.
                    You people cheat, and then dont stand by your words.
                    I have used OYO before and but regret to say, as name is getting bigger, service is going down.

                    Well Now these frauds have sent me an email, via [protected]@oyorooms.com, that the tried to contact me multiple time thru calls and sms but i was not reachable and as a result they have cancelled my booking. Guys, dont steep so low. Really you people now are good for nothing.

                      I have booked a room in agra from oyorooms site of rs 1924 at 28 july 2018. Booking id is adlv 1968 but this booking is cancelled by oyorooms and refund amount of rs 1924 is initiated through pay u against my airtel payment bank wallet of rs 1924 at 29 july 2018 but this amount is not refunded in my wallet till now. The ticket id of this refund by oyorooms is 8422805. I have attched all relevent document about this transaction.

                        Refer booking id and refund full amount as rooms are not provided by your collaborated hotel susmika villas, yercurd.

                        I already raised issue through phone but i received initiated of refund amount rs 2934 why not full amount...

                        Actually i should ask for full refund plus compensate amount for waiting my time and arguing with hotel guy.

                          This thing is very careless by the oyo that the history of booking can't be deleted once booked room with it. It makes me so much uncomfortable when i see the booking record. It doesn't have any privacy. Oyo is not giving the customer a choice for deleting the history of booking which is very disturbing. If i would know before then i would never have booked a room from this app. And i will never suggest this app to anyone if the problem is not going to be solved.

                          Please delete the booking history as soon as possible

                              As oyo is not allowing to delete the booking histor, it is such a tensed situation because that record in the app can be used for harming me so i want to get it deleted the booking history from the app. I don't want to fall in some kind of trouble.                                 Dear team;
                                This complaint is with regards to oyo captain of oyo 12996 de sivalika boutique at kolkata.
                                Two rooms were booked for dated 17/08/2018 in the name of mrs shamim kadri. Who is also mi fiance. These two people had a tiring journey of more than 36 hours by train. Train was delayed by a hour and when they took a cab they tried calling the hotel number which was not answered at all by anyone as it did not go through.
                                These two people especially the lady was bluntly told that the kitchen does not serve after 12 in the midnight and that the cook's are sleeping.
                                Fine we accept it. As per rules it has to be what it is. But my question is was it not the responsibility of the person at reception to help the two people who had to sleep hungry. My fiance had to sustain on snacks and the same was with the other person accompanying her.
                                I am a ardent traveller and if you see and check under the name hafiz hussain kagdi you will find booking's with oyo. I never faced any kind of such issues earlier. Apart from that i personally spoke with the oyo captain of this hotel. His reply was the property is at such a place where in there is no restaurant in the vicinity of 6 to 7 kms. And also it was informed to me by that captain that he being a localite he know's much better than me. His arrogant manner has today brought the trust factor in oyo in to jeopardy and also we may have to think the next time we travel to any place to be booked under oyo. I was bluntly told on face on call by the captain that guests should have informed earlier to the hotel that they are arriving. On his part yes it had to be done. And it was being tried by my fiance to reach hotel. But the call's made went un answered. Apart from that the captain say's if the guest who have arrived want to eat they should do it on their own by placing an order online.
                                My fiance had a stroke earlier and today she was dizzy and feeling uneasy. The fellow person and her collegue is a heart patient. Food issues were faced which could have been resolved easily.
                                I am making my part clear if anything god forbid goes wrong with my fiance's health or the other person it will be the captain and oyo responsible for the same. And also i will be going ahead with a legal action against both for the same.
                                It's a shame to see that oyo a brand treat's it's customer in such a shabby manner.
                                I want you team to look in to this matter at the earliest and do take appropiate action against the captain of this property. If i don't hear from you people at the earliest i will be forced to file a complaint and proceed legally against bith the captain and the oyo.
                                Next time trust me i would be thinking twice whether to refer anyone else to go ahead with oyo if this is what we get. Today my fiance had to go hungry and without her proper medication for irrational and unethical behaviour of a person who does'nt even know to talk properly.
                                I am giving my details below. I should get a promot reply and also i should get to know what action has been taken for such a irrational behaviour by the captain.

                                  My friends were staying in a hotel, both were above 18 and unmarried (Both things mentioned and known while booking). Police came for checking the hotel and took them away without any valid reason.
                                  On calling oyo helpline they just kept on forwarding the call from one person to another without taking any responsibility or appropriate action. The hotel manager refused to co-operate and did nothing while the oyo help staff said they couldn't help us until morning. We called oyo a lot of times and half of the time they just promised to take action and call back, which never happened.

                                    I'm travelling abroad and will not be using my mobile number anymore. As per trai regulation, this mobile number might be allocated to someone else by my telecom operator after my non-usage.

                                    As oyologin process involves only otp received to the registered mobile number, i'm concerned about my data privacy.

                                    So, i requested oyo to delete my account and all the related information (Booking information) from the account. There is no response from them till now. I already shared my details over email to [protected]@oyorooms.com

                                      I made booking through oyo on 15 aug 2018 in oyo hotel glimp western inn. Jisme 5 person ka 6080 tha aur maine oyo excutive se baat hui thi ki agar koi extra person ho jaye to kitna extra pay krna hoga to usne kaha ki 900rs somthing per person. And maine alcohel ka b confirm kiya ki kya alcohel allowed hai to usne kaha ki ha hai. Bt jab meri hotel resecption par baat hui to unhone per person ka mujhe 1500 bola aur unhone alcohel ka saaf mana kr diya kii allowd nhi hai. Aur maine kaha ki meri oyo per baat hui thi to usne kaha ki hamara unse koi mtlb nhi hai aur mere sath miss behaive kiya. Oyo executive ne mujhe pagal banaya hai aur meri poori party kharab kr di aur oyo walo ki commentment bilkul nakli hai in par bilkul b bharosa nhi kiya ja skta. Jab maine solution manga to kisi ne b meri help nhi ki jiski wajah se mujhe aur mere friends ko bahot problem face krni pdi.
