I have used oyo many times but this time i am highly disappointed. i have booked a room in hotel dimond nest noida sector 66 and must say that the location is like a village. Firstly they make us wait for so long and then give us room keys. The worst part was that there was frequent power cuts and they are dont even bothered. I mean are we paying for power cut rooms?

At the time of check out, one of their staff member ask for our mobile and open oyo app and give 5 star rating to themselves. I mean how can you take someones mobile and do this type of misbehave.

I told then that there was many power cuts and we have to stay without electricity for so long and they say that we dont know about it.

My experience was really pathetic and i will not recommend anyone to stay in that hotel. Also the oyo kit was also not their.

I am angry and frustrated and will not leave the matter easily as i have to face such an embarrassment and their misbehavior.

    We booked the package with oyo to north east for 8 members and unfortunately one of the member could not travel due to emergency. I requested for a refund on cancellation of airfare but oyo said it is not possible. I contacted the airlines directly and they cancelled the tickets and said the refund of nearly 10000 would be refunded to the travels.

    This was sent as a mail to oyo with no response till date. Also we had a bad experience on the last day of our return when the cab arranged was not in good shape and was taken to the garage for brake failure. Since we had less time to travel, we arranged for a private cab since no response from oyo and the travels. I raised this complaint on may 15th and requested for a refund but still no response from any of your teams, package support, operations or the sales guys.

    Worst customer care ever, no proper response from any of the teams.
    The booking reference numbers for the Cancellation PNR

    ADJDRX - Go Air - 2251 Rs
    VGKV9Q - Indigo - 750 and 788 Rs
    AFHY9KN - Indigo - 7070 Rs.

    All these for various destinations from Chennai to Bagdogra and return.

    Also request you to refund the cab cost that was spent by us - Rs 4000

      I have booked 02bhk mashobra agst id yidc[protected] may-18 and after i called that number [protected] he is saying that hotel is under renovation and i again called mr. Rahul [protected] and he also replied that no one picking up the phone please cancelled your booking and i will get the refund without any cancelation charges and i cancelled this booking within 15 minutes at 11:53 pm and that time i am with my family and i also asked from mr raul please book another room he replied we donot have rooms.

      So please look in to the matter and refund the amount of inr-2398.00 agst cancelation number yidc6819 if not i have also another option to get.

        I oyo room booked bookindg id-GEVN7135
        So i have online payment but hotel property are not accept online payment, therefor refund . Nageswar Rao, [protected].
        I booked a hotel and paid online. when I got to the motel it was overbooked so I was told I would get a refund in 7 to 14 days. I just got an email from Oyo Usa Escalations asking for bank account info. because thats the only way they can refund which makes no since because my payment was excepted without an account. I paid with a mastercard linked to my paypal. I do not have a bank account right now. I called customer service and was told I will get a call.           I booked at hotel on 8 may @oyo 9033 but due to plan change, i have cancelled by calling to oyo cc team.

          Oyo team also sent me a mail regarding refund but after passing 20 days, no refund receive.

          Every time oyo team told me that "due to some technical error your money not refunded so we refunding manually from our side."
          [they saying same line everyday]

          Totally frustrating.. Worst service so far.

            Hi team,
            I have 2 account in oyo rooms and now don't feel the need for both of them and decided to delete one.

            I have made numerous calls and even mailed the customer server people of oyo to delete my other account but none of them seem to be bothered. I think i should have the right the delete a account that i created.

            The customer service people are extremely rude and not helpful at all.. I so regret using oyo rooms service.

            Please help me delete the account as it extremely urgent.

                We book four rooms with booking no-lhvu8679 at green hills hotel dalhouise with room no 101, 102, 105, 106 on dated 24th may 2018. We found staff behaviour is very bad. My son demand for 2nd pranthaa in breakfast then someone is there who used abuse word to my soon. He said in hindi sala b... C.. D sara yahi kha k jayga kya...                   I was booked hotel in nainital on 20th may with 3727/-rs. When i reached their property is totally different which they showed me on the oyo app. I was escalate this mater to the customer service and they promised to adjust my amount in next booking. Yesterday when i tried to book a hotel from oyo app. They declined to adjust my previous balance. I'm totally harassed.

                    Booked oyo on calangute beach. Dirty dusty wid spider web and previously used amenities. No electricity. Problem persistent from a day before but caretaker didn't inform while checking in. Stayed for 4 hrs somehow n moved to a hotel the same day. Caretaker asked for cash payment. Since 19th may contacting oyo but such a pathetic customer service that finally got a call yesterday with a resolution stating 50% discount. Really?? I wanted my money for the lie and time i wasted and the service that i never used.

                      I have booked a room with oyo it was looking very nice but when i checked in nothing was working properly i. E door lock, shower, no bucket was available no soap, tv was not working, towel was torned completeley is even almirahs dont have handle. I have all the photos if required. I requested them to change the room they told you have manage, we dont have anything although only 2 rooms were occupied. Totally pathetic staff, room and services and i would highy recommend never ever go with oyo and i have uninstalled the app and will never do the same mistake.

                        My father had booked an oyo at Hotel NS Sheetal in Raipur from my Oyo account from 20th May to 26th May. However, he had to vacate by 21st May because o[censored]rgent work. However, instead of charging the actual mount Rs. 5485, they charged him Rs. 7268. My father could not argue because he just wanted to escape that place, the place which had a faulty AC, poor light and was not even given oyo soap/shampoo/conditioner immediately. I being a regular customer of Oyo now feel ashamed because of this incident, how my father suffered and was charged nearly Rs. 2000 extra. I booked so many reports yet the money has not been refunded. I used a coupon so my father had to pay 7 days charge even though he lived just for a day. They did not adjust the amount. I agree they have certain policies but why did they charged 2000 Rs extra from the 64 year old fellow? What wrong did he do? Can't he have urgent work? I am very upset with Oyo's sudden negligence and poor service and want to advice everyone from booking hotel from it!

                        My father did not know that the total was nearly 5485. He paid as the Hotel guys told him. Previously, they said he can check out earlier than the day of 26th, but on 21st he was not allowed. I was in my lab and had to rush out to lodge a complaint to oyo. They said they will give my father permission to check out 5 days early but he has to pay all the amount. No one told me that he will be charged 2000 extra. My father is a humble man, he paid the amount and informed me later when he was in airport, so it was too late. Please help us out and give us the remaining cashback.

                        They did not even give receipt even though my father asked continuously, they said the reCeipt would come in the registered mobile phone, that is, in my phone. But the receipt never came. Such a big organization, Oyo, is cheating on innocent people like this.
                        I'm totally fedup with the Oyo. Oyo hold my money and making fake commitments. Oyo should ban from the market. All properties on Oyo are fake. Rooms not look like the pictures which they advertise on their app.

                        900/-rs room Oyo suggest me in 4000/-rs.

                        I just need my money back.

                          I had issues regarding my booking in oyo 4740 orchid, shillong which i conveyed to the customer care. But none of them resolved my issue and was deliberately sidelined.
                          My issue with the abovementioned hotel is the denial of permission or booking on 25th june due to lack of rooms available and no confirmation of my booking yet.
                          Whereas this is totally untrue as my booking had already been done and even payment has been deduced.
                          This is a unpleasant state of affair where either the customer care is adhering to my request.
                          Thanks hope my issue is resolved at the earliest.

                            I had a booking for 23rd may to 27th may at darjeeling and my booking was at the retreat and i have made my booking with full amount paid on 2nd jan, 2018 for two rooms for my family including my mom and dad they are senior citizens, but as per hotel retreat they have cancelled the booking long time back and oyo have not informed me and sent me an sms on the day of arrival i. E. On 23rd may that my booking is shifted to other hotel named royal sarava.
                            I reached darjeeling on 23rd may at 3 pm and contacted the hotel and as per the hotel, there are no rooms as they have also got information about the same today morning itself.

                            I tried to contact oyo customer care almost 20 times but they are clueless, and every time a new person was attending my calls and i had to explain the whole thing. It is almost 6 hrs. I was on road with my entire family, searching rooms here in darjeeling.

                            You people ruined my holiday.

                            At last i have done booking on my own for 4 nights at hotel sanderling just beside darjeeling guest house for two rooms, they charged me 47000/-.

                            This is how oyo cheated me. Please arrange to make the full refund with compensation.

                                Hello oyo, i m surprised bcz you cheat me. I have
                                Booked two room (2+3 person) from ur application as on 16th may also paid full booking amount in advance. On the time of checkin hotel manager told me there is not available 3 ocupency on this hotel then i m call to your customer care and discuss with your executive mr rohit & ur oyo manager miss gurpreet. Both told we r unable to help you bcz u used android oyo application. (Oyo android is third party application?)

                                After discussion i m checked in hotel on two room and paid rs 6400 to oyo for two days (4 person 2 kids). But i am also surprised bcz same same room on same time available on oyo only rs 4250.

                                You cheat me give me back my differences on my account.

                                Last day ur manager call me & we said we give you only rs1000 and 500 ola money. But why my loss amount is 2100.

                                Give me my full loss refund on my paytm account.

I had complaint on 7 of may 2018 about refunding amount as i had cancel that booking id JMWF1743 in name of navneet joshi which was booked on 6 may 2018 at 8 in the eveng your CUSTOMER CARE department is not attending the customer politly now your customer service department is giving excuse you have to go ur bank and have to confirm why i didnt get my amount . If you guys not attend your customer properly than y u guys have open all those ### i want my amount within 2 working days as i will took all your staff members in consumer court

                                    My name is arun. Last month my parents booked oyo rooms for their visit to kerala and south india places, their package id is pkg-hens6341.

                                    After reaching to the kerala, the hotel denied to accepting the oyo booking saying, it's not in their contract, so my parents paid this amount.

                                    But there is no response for the reimbursement, every time i call, it's being said its under process, there is no mail and other communication on this.

                                    Right now i am in italy and can't track it over the calls, can you guys please ask the oyo team respond, (At least),

                                        I booked hotel for 1 night in Lucknow and paid ₹1286/- for Classic room & your Hotel management gave me 3rd class room like a store room & when I ordered for food they serve me insect in the food & when I Complaint they change my food & again served another insects food.
                                        My booking id is CXWN1975.
                                        After all this when I Complaint in your Customer support they didn't reply.
                                        I talked many times against this problem with MrAmit, Ms Gaytri, Ms Sangeeta, Ms Sunita & Mr Rakesh (Manager) but they didn't help me & Mr Rakesh very rudely disconnected my call.
                                        Thanks for your all support & I will never book hotels in future by You.
