Booked a room in gwalior that to with early check in ready to pay 621 for that. When arrived to the property the hotel manager says room to denge par kitne baje tak de payenge ye nahi bata sakte jaise hi khali hoga room apko denge.
Pre booked the room, journey by train for 24 hours then in morning 5.00 am listening this type of answer. Well done oyo for ur hospitality....

incorrect check out

Booking at 632 kalkaji mandir oyo for 9th-10th april 2018 by the name of khyati. I i checked in at 11:15am and checked out at 3:43pm but the app shows checked in even after 18 hours of check out and i am getting messages for breakfast experience on my phone. No confirmation of any check out. No text message or email as oyo usually does. Any illegal or incorrect activity may happen under my name....

unethical behaviour of staff, poor service standards

Very poor service standards, there is on one who actually cares for customers..
Basic works are not done after repeated reminders...
Reception is even worse. Pathetic food and breakfast service.. Staff eats along with you on table. There was no service for room cleaning either...
