I would like to draw your kind attention towards our personal experience we had during our honeymoon package pkg-hqjn6059. All trip was normal but experience of neil island situated vacation village was very bad i will share that in points;
1. No intercom facility, a person has to go to reception for any service required.
2. Bathroom had ventilation but no window neither proper glass for privacy of bathroom was there, only steel net was attached which was tempered from one side so that one can easily put his mobile through that space.
3. Staff behaviour was not good except havelock which was not expected.
4. Door of the room they provided had so many cracks on it, one can easily peep inside. As we are on honemoon we need privacy.
5. Curtains of the windows was not proper as per size of windows a large uncovered space was present which was not tolerable for privacy.
5. Room has so many spider web which was not a good in aspect of cleaniness.

*breakfast standard was very low in all hotel/resort except blue bird havelock..

This is all about our experience we had after taking a premium package from your company thank god we had not taken budgeted package, otherwise it was most blunder thing that could happen on honeymoon. I am sharing some pics of that room so that you can take some action so that another couple doesn’t experience that crap thing.

i had received a mail on dt 03/05/2018 thereafter call on dt 08/05/2018 from your officials where i came to know that you are ready to provide me some compensatory voucher on my mail id which i didn't received yet, when i replied to mail of your escalation deptt. no reply till now.

My booking id is EWBL1648 through oyo but 8495 hotel raj arakshan road paharganj not accept local id even another station id this is my first experience with oyo but this is worst.above hotel says on oyo app that they accept local id but after booking with oyo this hotel denied to local id. I think oyo need to improve their's service

    Complaint for booking id - vmpe9240

    The staff was as rude as a dog. The room was pathetic not at all as shown in the image. Electrical wiring were ripped off, bed sheets were soiled and smelly, such a pathetic room and service. Breakfast was so bad that we had to go leave it and go out to have breakfast as manager was yelling ‘khana hai to khao’. Worst experience with oyo rooms.
    Moreover manager cheated me in telling you will get an otp for checkout and rated 5 himself, i was not given an option to send feedback after that. This is one great dadagiri happening there. Every customer i saw in lobby were arguing with him for service. If this is the standard of oyo rooms it’s better we make a different choice. My holiday was just spoilt because of oyo and there amazingly rude managers.
    I definitely want a refund and action on the hotel.

    Called up OYO customer service also for this, the lady said nothing can be done keep sending mails. She was also not bothered for the unpleasant experience I had.

      I have booked a oyo Flagship 463 Banjarahills, Hyderabad on March 28th then i extended my stay for next day March 29th. While checking out from hotel...i have given my HDFC Debit card for swiping amount 1186, but 25700 was deducted from my account.. I have attached bank statement, hdfc sms, slip generated by swiping machine. Later i have paid again 1186 amount, the guy in reception said its not an issue i will gety money back in 2 days..then i left the hotel.

      Each and every other day i have been calling your cutomer care ...evaryvtime you guys give new case ids..but there is zero progress on my issue..

      The property manager not even responding properly on this issue, he just said he can not do any thing, i have to speak with oyo cc.

      25700 is huge money for me and i am wasting my time every day calling you guys and hold on calls for hours. Please escalte this issue with concerned team and get me myoney back..

        Had a booking of two rooms at 7337 sai leela on 24th march .
        had confirmed at about 1200 on 24/03/18 to oyo that I will reach the destination in late evening around 8-9 so pse keep my reservation
        but when I reached the hotel abt 9 in the evening with my family consisting aged parents and small kid there was no rooms, available there
        wen contacted oyo the reply was that the reservation was cancelled as the oyo team had contacted me sometime in the evening and on not receiving the call they cancelled the reservation
        this is very unprofessional
        wen i had already confirmed about my reaching late in the evening and also that i may not be able to take calls later y did they cancelled my booking
        Me and my family had to face so much of problem because of this
        then they arranged another hotel hotel Rock bay which was higher in cost
        but they did not adjust the cost and i had to suffer at that end also
        the customer care team just went silent after promising to call back in seconds

        At such state of panic the customer care team is of no help at all
        wen asked to speak to some senior they just put the call on hold for hours
        This kind of attitude and dealing is very unprofessional and unethical
        in 2016 too i had a similar kind of problem at port blair
        Oyo has a reputation but needs to maintain it
        I want refund of the amount which i had to pay more for no fault of mine at rockbay

        On 1st May I did a booking in Oyo rooms for checkin date 1st May and the checkout 2nd May.I did the payment through my Paytm wallet of rupees 993 but didnt received any booking information although the balance has being deducted.I did got the confirmation of payment done by Paytm but received no booking.Please look forward to my problem.

          They charged me for ac rooms amd gave me non ac rooms and after calling 4 5 times and at last speaking to the senior which was so rude name was smthing yogesh nahar said that i wont get any refund on the property i am so disappointed with the service will ask every 1 in my surroundings to delete the app and not book from oyo because the cheat like this and the seniors are very rude
          I know this wont effect you so much but will atleast do what i can do from my side by registing a complain in consumer court so that at least you dont cheat like this to all

            I booked oyo 8936 near wtp mall named hotel royal park from 29 arpil 2018 to 30 arpil 2018. It was the worst experience with oyo.
            They didnt checked me in till 12:30.
            There ac was not working
            Was not ready to provide me another room even after problems
            Water was scarce
            No proper bathrooms
            Small tv
            I asked for water and they bought it after an hour

            I asked for special thali and it took them nearly 2 hours to bring that stating that they prepare all things fresh
            Admist all they didnt provide key to my rooms and told me to leave it open when i go out. This is how there security goes.
            I asked them for room change but they dont have another clean room to move me.
            I urgue oyo to remove it from there partner hotels its very bad.
            And happens with all persons who check in there.

            While check in a person told me same thing but i didnt heed his advice and now i regret that

              I went for a stay at hotel ks pride in jaipur and i made a booking through oyo. Here a person took my number and through my id he is harassing me with repeated texts and calls and abusing me and my friend with some malicious content. He is also threatening me of leaking my cctv footage which was taken in the hotel room. I request you sir to kindly see to it and seal the oyo room authority to that hotel.                 Dear sir/madam,

                I booked a room in oyo 6478 green land hotel in ahmedabad for 7 nights, from 29th april to 6th may, via hotels.com. My booking id is:[protected].

                Upon my arrival at the hotel past midnight on 29th/30th april, the staff told me that they were unable to accommodate any foreign guest due to the form c issue (As per my poor hindi). My booking voucher states, 'your booking is guaranteed and all paid for. There’s no need to call us - it’s booked!'

                Your staff were so kind that they allowed me to stay only for a night. They promised to look for a room in another oyo hotel on my behalf. They are waiting for a call from your company at the moment. I am totally unprepared due to this mishap.

                Incidentally, the room that i have been offered has many cockroaches, the towel provided is dirty and dusty, and the bedsheet looked unhygienic. As per your purported statement, complimentary 'continental' breakfast is provided, but the one i was provided with was poha, a sandwich and a cup of chai. The indian food is absolutely okay for me, but please do not misguide your prospective guests with false information.

                Please do respond to my query with immediate effect.

                  This is to bring to ur notice that making fraud while booking with ur represtative...
                  I had been waiting for 45mins early moring and 4times called in customer care and they make me on hold for 10mins each.
                  Finaly they are charging me 25%extra for early check in.
                  Kindly go through ur IVR and confirm what was communication made to me..while booking.
                  I need compensation for this harshment else i will escilate this matter.
                  If i m wrong then i need conversation recording made with that lady while booking made...

                    There is hundreds of bedbugs in oyo 7707 corpo suits room no 202
                    Not even minimum response from reception
                    Not able to stay in room even 3 hours on 25th april
                    Worst reception and room service
                    I checked in at 12:30am and checked out at 4am because of bed bugs
                    1) no one is there in reception while checkin
                    2) no one is there while checked out
                    3) towels not provided
                    4) water not provided
                    5) ac not working
                    6) tv not working
                    7) bed sheets are not clean
                    8) many many many bed bugs (Worst experience)
                    9) only explanation i got from reception is no other room is available

                    I contacted oyo customer care multiple times to delete my booking history because im not going to use my number anymore
                    if some other person got my number in future they can see my booking history and my details just by signin in oyo
                    this is is very serious security concern for me
                    there is no option for deleting my histery or account
                    if people get to know about it no one is going to use it in future
                    my complaint id is 5891190

                    I complained immediately to your oyo captain
                    He told me will give 300 offer in next booking by calling before booking (that is not solution)
                    But what i really want is let the persons sleep in same bed for one night who is responsible for that horrible experience of me
                    I don't think you need anything but details of stay(April 24th-25th in oyo 7707 room no 202) in hyderabad.
                    Because I complained it that day itself..
                    I promised myself to not stay ever again in oyo.

                        Very bad stay.
                        No one served us the breakfast. I had to get myself from the kitchen.
                        I left my watch in the room. I have been calling the hotel since 1 hr from check out & no one has reverted with a response. It's been 6 hrs now for this!
                        Very unprofessional behavior of the staff there.

                          I’m right now in oyo misty gardens in munnar. Im very sorry to say that the service is very poor. The food ordered was not delivered at proper time and there was no food variety as they had said. I need a compensation for this or i request you to shift my stay to your nearby resort. Or we will have to vacate this room.

                              I booked a room in hotel global inn, mahipalpur, delhi on 20th april night.. The breakfast was complimentary with the booking.. We are 3 friends.. One of my became sick after eating that breakfast and was admitted in hospital due to food poisoning because of that # breakfast... This was my first and worst experience.. I will never book any hotel with oyo rooms next time and in that hotel too.. And also stop my friends from doing any booking.. I also raised a complain in customer care.. Complain number is 5828490..                                 I had cancelled a booking made on oyorooms in february, no refund till date.
                                Customer support is always on hold and once it connects, they don't understand the problem.
                                Booking under name harsh it gupta, booked on 19th feb.
                                Everytime i was given 3-4 days assurance earlier, now they won't even help with a promise.
                                No hope for refund but hoping others take care before using this and falling prey to unfair practises.

                                On the time of checkout the hotel staff asked my mobile from which i booked and after few seconds the staff gave 5 rating for their hotel on my apps.

                                Is this the way you give star rating to your hotels??

                                Only i have the rights to give the star rating of the hotel not the staffs. Really i am so disappointed with the hotel staffs.

                                  i am charanpreet singh who has booked with you hotel from 16 to 19 april 2018 for hotel bandhan... But this thing was too horrifying can’t tell in words

                                  the hotel staff was so rude that manager shashank didn’t even bothered to attend to complaint if any customer over there was doing it including me

                                  the food in breakfast was stinging badly and even no one to attend u at breakfast. Tea served was cold and on complaining no one to attend. When shashank manager was informed he was just mum and said u can complaint oyo.

                                  there was no one to help us for luggage and even on request the answer from reception was we don’t have staff

                                  there was only one waiter to attend all rooms which was shocking...

                                  after calling reception red to wait for 30 min for room service which was not acceptable
                                  many times call to room service were not attended and then have to personally go to reception which was verst of all.

                                  in 3 days stay i was just bugged up with hotel and even called customer care but no one supported me

                                  i was actually shocked that oyo is dealing with me like this... Can’t believe till now...

                                  i would seriously expect an action against my concern raised...


                                  i have paid the bill but was totally not satisfied with the treatment given to me

                                    Have been following up for last 15 days for a simple refund process for cancellation of a room through oyo. After repeated mails and follow up calls non-responsive attitude of the company. No acknowledgement of the complaints.
                                    Really upset and fed up with services.
                                    ₹4019/- is to be refunded. They are only making verbal communication. No written reply for the complaint mail.

                                      To whom it may concern,

                                      We booked oyo 9257 égmore on 20th april with check in 20th and check out 22nd. Although it costs us 2 nights charges, we did this because we would arrive chennai at 4.45am in the morning of 21st apr and we wanted to make sure that free room was already there for us. Shortly after the booking, we received confirmation from both booking.com and oyo via email. To note is that in oyo’s email, it wasn’t mentioned to confirm anything by customer.
                                      Then we took the train and we arrived in front of the avenue where the hotel was located. Since we didn’t see any panel, we called the number mentioned in booking.com to know the address. And instead of giving us the address, a guy from call center said that the booking has been cancelled as they couldn’t contact us. Seriously? We provided our credit card info and hence we (Hotel & customers) were bound by certain t&c mentioned in booking.com. That was my understanding. And there was no light and only me and my boyfriend on the dark street in front of that avenue entrance. When i complaint to that guy, he asked me few more questions including my marital status and nationality. (All were done on the street via phone. Not even giving the address and inviting into the hotel). Once they realized that i’m a foreigner and unmarried, he said unmarried couple and international guests are not allowed in the compound. I was so surprised. I’ve been traveling around the world and i am being very aware of some laws such as shariah law, etc and some hotels which are complying that. But they do mention that fact in any booking website if they are professional enough. Now we are in front of that compound which we didn’t know where the hotel is and in the dark street where there is no one except us, then your staffs are telling me about those regulations.
                                      Please be in my shoes and think carefully if it is the way you want to be treated when you travel. Tried to locate your hotel at that night as we wanted to talk face to face of all what happened. But a nice guy at the reception processed our check in.
                                      However, i want the explanation and apology from a responsible person from management level and otherwise, i will complain this to india government of travel & tourism.

                                        Booked a room in gwalior that to with early check in ready to pay 621 for that. When arrived to the property the hotel manager says room to denge par kitne baje tak de payenge ye nahi bata sakte jaise hi khali hoga room apko denge.
                                        Pre booked the room, journey by train for 24 hours then in morning 5.00 am listening this type of answer. Well done oyo for ur hospitality.
