Transportation provided by you is not good. From day 1 to last day vehicle not reach on time & as per package site not visited properly. Last day also drop me by auto which money pay by me because concerned person of vehicle provider not ready to give four vehicle vehicle & also not ready to pay auto fair. Hotel service is good but transportation is very very poor.

    My 1st experience with oyo was fantastic at lucknow oyo 10851 metro view for which i had given feedback 5 star. Looking to this, 2nd time when i visited to delhi, booked oyo 12739 mahesh inn. For a night but now this time the experience was totally negative. 1) they had given me very very dirty room. It was not cleaned.2) found so many cockroaches inside the room.3) condition of washroom was really very bad, it was not clean at all.4) drinking water not provided.6) complementary breakfast not given.

    I request to oyo not to tie up with these types of hotels to loose customers for future trust. My 1st exp. Was good hence i preferred to book oyo again in delhi but now i can't trust on your brand further for pathetic service given by mahesh inn. Even after booking delux 2x room.

    Oyo seriously do not tie up with such type of hotels.
    Very worst exp. Given 1 star, as 0 star was not available.

      I stayed at OYO 361 in POWAI Mumbai and had booking for three days from 13th to 16th May 2018. Due to unavoidable circumstance I had to leave on 14th evening and was promised to get my refund after settlement. Now I have received the invoice showing "Early Checkout charge INR 2772/-" This is not acceptable. If I do not get refund shall have to go to Consumer Forum.

        Hi,

        I want to cancel my booking which i have made on 10 may 2018 for ekta naik from 14 may 2018 to 18 may 2018. I have raised a complaint against this couple friendly hotel on 14 may but they did not provide me any solution. My complaint was against the hotel which was so much couple friendly even they did not allow my guest to take her keys outside the hotel. On the first day they asked her to wait in some other room because her room was busy. She waited outside for three hours then they did not allow her to take her keys. When i called them on the same day to cancel the booking they dropped my call in mid thrice even today they said that my guest's check out day is 16. I want my refund for those days which i did not used.

          I, renuka katiyar, booked this hotel for 6 days as i was on business trip.
          Hotel name : oyo 655 hotel aundh retreat
          Booking id's: drso1423, fydu7364

          From the time i checked into this hotel i started facing problems.

          Some problems are as follows:

          1. As soon i went into the room tata sky, tv remotes were not working.

          2. No remote for ac.ac was in really bad condition. I had reach to ac power button and switch it on from there. Initially when i started the ac it was working properly.

          3. Lights were not proper. No proper lights in room as well in washroom. Tube light in washroom was broken. There was a lamp in the room but without bulb in it.

          4. There was a big window in the room they provided. Window with no grills on it. Also the locks for both sides to close that window were broken.

          5. No cleanliness. There were hairs in the drawers.

          6. Condition of the mini fridge they provided was really bad. When i opened it everything inside was broken. It felt like it was kept there just for name sake nothing else.

          Initially i tried reaching out to reception for all problems i was facing. Every time i called the person on reception, he said that he was sending some one to look after. But it never happened.
          At last i along with my work colleagues had to go all the way to the reception. There also we had to wait because nobody was there to assist us. This all happened minutes after we checked in and did half of the payment.

          At the end we went to hotel manger. We tried talking to him and explained him what problems we were facing from the time we checked in. I expected at least a positive reply from him. But he acted completely opposite. Instead of solving our problems he said following things to us:

          1. If you have any problem you can check out right now.

          2. For ac remote which was missing from rooms he said "people like you take our ac remotes that's why we stopped keeping remotes in the rooms". After requesting a lot he gave one remote.

          3. For window locks he said he can't repair. It will take 2 to 3 days for it to get repair. Also, i have to manage without it only since he didn't had any other room empty.

          Since hotel was not helping finally we came to conclusion that my office colleagues and i will switch the room just for one night because it was already 10 pm in night and we already paid half of the amount. But on that also hotel manager said he not sure about the condition of the ac.

          "he said don't come to me and complaint if ac stopped working at 12 o'clock mid night. He said he will not do anything and won't help us."

          So he decided to give me another room which was half of the size of room he gave me initially. That room was small with no proper light. Tube light again was broken.

          Then for the final solution we contacted oyo manager because we still had booking for 6 days.
          We were on call with oyo person till 2 am in mid night. Person from oyo said that he was sorry for everything and decided to change our hotel for remaining days.
          But still we had to pay full charges of the room for one night even after facing that much problems.
          What we received from oyo is only sorry for what ever we faced that day nothing else.

          It's a while now I haven't received any refund for both the booking ID's.

          Also, I received only one line explanation from you that other room was not available at that time. But as I already told the way manager is telling me that if something happens in the middle of the night which will happen don't come to me. This clearly means that he knew there is some problem with the AC from starting. He already knew that the room is not ready for guest because of the AC was not working properly.

          I want to know what actions you are taking against the manager so that what happened with me will not happen with any other guest.
          No response as of now. No refund.
          Issue is not resolved and neither we received any refund. Still you marked it as resolved with out giving a proper response.

            Hi,

            As you are aware that the candidates actually checked out from the hotel and didn't stay on 29th night. Could you kindly help me in getting the amount back.

            I actually called oyo by 12:00 on 29th and got connected to the hotel and told them that i will want to cancel the booking. The response was that if we clear the room by 2:00 pm then they will cancel the booking and we do not have to pay. My candidates were in training and they rushed to the hotel to check out, whereas i had to pay for the room before they leave the hotel. As i was also travelling, this is what i could do for the candidates at that point, whereas request you to help me in getting the money back for the same now.

            Wish to continue further relations with oyo, kindly let me know if there is anything needed on my end.

              My friend and I booked an Oyo named Hotel Konak near Andheri, Mumbai on last Friday around 5 pm and reached the property at around 7 pm, on request they transferred our stay to Hotel Cliffhanger where localities were welcome too. After reaching hotel cliffhanger, getting the IDs checked and waiting for half an hour the hotel owner says that there are no rooms available, clearly, he didn't want to give us any room. During all this time when I am calling OYO customer care, they leave my call on hold with no callback or response, I have the recordings. I have tried to raise the issue many times after that but there was no call back to why were we transferred to that hotel if no rooms were available. Finally, at 11 pm we were transferred to yet another hotel named Hotel Aromas which charged us Rs. 450 extra and having no other option we had to pay. I want to know if this is how you treat your loyal customers.
              I tried calling customer care 20 times that night, everytime my phone was kept on hold and i was told that they will call me bck but they never did.
              When we rang back we spoke to someone different. He again apologised and said we would be refunded (we had been told this already multiple times)
              Honestly still in shock of this awful experience with you.

                Oyo rooms is an amazing business-set up to make travel living, convenient and highly affordable.

                I travel with colleagues and friends most of the time. To save money spent i usually share the room with the person accompanied by me. I usually prefer twin beds. I do not believe that is wrong in anyway, as it is my choice to share an accommodation with who ever i wish to. Opposite genders living together; unmarried, there is no such law that does not allow that. I have faced a lot of problems on being denied accommodation in hotels only because a woman and man, unmarried, are staying together. You guys are a growing business and must keep up with trends as well. As long as the occupants are providing their original id proofs i don't think there must be a problem.
                I also, stayed at an oyo room in mangalore, with a guy friend of mine. Went for my sister's convocation. The hotel looked at our ids and denied accommodation. After a lot of convincing the lady at the reception, accepted. Then, to my surprise, she told us that i could not stay with a hindu guy, cause i am muslim. I really dont know if we are living in the 21st century!!.
                Its disgusting to watch oyo room hotels ask us to leave and look down upon us.
                Try changing this policy.

                  Don't visit the hotel 8336 de gold hotel located at karolbagh, delhi. We have booked for two days
                  Online through oyo rooms and spent only 3 hours as we reached @4am and left to agra @ 7am. Staff is so rude that to vacate before time also they asked extra money and shouting like anything. Then we complained to police and at last we came out of hotel with police intervention. Worst hotel we have never seen.

                    I booked a hotel in ahmedabad oyo park sangam we checked in around 3:30 then they gave us the room in which their were many problems like:-
                    1) their ac was not working and after complaining they didn't even reply.
                    2) my brother came to meet me in hotel they didnt allowed him to my room and he was their for more than 1 hr in reception which was the worst thing or incident of my life it was too embarrassing.
                    3) when we asked for mineral water in the hotel they said they dont keep mineral water in hotel.
                    4) it was mention that they will give complimentary breakfast but they didn't even gave call for breakfast and we didn't get anything in breakfast.
                    5) i called several times on oyo customer care they put my call on hold for 15 minutes almost 3-4 times.

                    I was totally disappointed by this.

                      I had stayed hotel ambrosia indore booked by oyo. During the time of checkout receptionist said that i will get the bill through mail as last time also during stay in indore another oyo hotel i got the same. So i checked out form the hotel. But later i see i got only the payment receipt not the tax invoice. I informed oyo from last 7 days every day i was pinging to them, they called us and will assuring that they will give solution but still after 7 days also they are unable to provide solution. Last time they called me and provide hotel manager number to contact and assured that call him and they will provide bill. But from 2 days i am calling the number saying not available.

                      I am really disappointed by this type of service. Without tax invoice i will not able to claim in my company and i am loosing my money.

                        Oyo doesn't allow me to delete booking history either on the app or even when i have called them multiple times. This is a privacy issue and oyo doesn't seem to be bothered even after multiple requests. I'm greatly aggrieved and want my details removed immediately so it doesn't fall in wrong hands.
                        Such data can be used to blackmail unsuspecting people and fraudulent transactions too could happen

                          Booked an oyo in bengaluru - golden inn, shivaji nagar. Checked in by 4 am in the morning in a dead rats stinky room with extremely bad leaky ac which did not well work as well. We had to take the room due to 38 hours of journey which we had taken previously. We checked out of the room by 7 am and complained to the manager in the reception who was extremely harsh to us saying the climate was bad and that's why it stinks (Like really???). He didn't sound concerned about the ac and we demanded a partial payment due to # service and just 3 hours of availing the room. The manager was extremely harsh and we had to pay the full amount for literally nothing.

                          As a follow up, called and complained about the same to the customer care. Two tickets have been raised and it's been one day and there has been no response. Oyo, am highly disappointed.

                            I had booked oyo rooms for 4 days, but the rooms were dirty, water was dripping from the roof, garbage was littered outside the house, the seniors are abusing me as well. And when i asked them about giving me refund, they told me that it’s my freaking fault that i booked the room for 4 days, i should’ve done it for only 1 day.

                            That is how an indian family trip should be booked, by booking rooms for 1 day and wander around next day. When people say ‘oyo rooms’ are bad, i thought i’ll trust the company once, but they have made my experience real bad, especially that rude-produlent senior - mr. Vikram!!

                            I just want my refund for the whole 4 days, i don’t want to waste my money on such a fraudulent company!!

                              I booked hotel through oyo. They only provided me payment receipt. Why i submitted to my organization they rejected it. They asked to submit the tax invoice. When i requested the oyo customer care. Still they are struggling to provide the same. Oyo customer care also putting my call for long time on hold for almost 45 min. Still i didn't receive the tax receipt. Please kindly help.

                                Hi,

                                My name is aaquib hasan, yesterday i booked a room oyo 13052, called hotel reception before checkin to confirm they have card machine for payment they said need to make cash paymnet so i tried making paymnet online from oyo app from my icici bank through net banking and payment got deducted from my icici account but dint show up in app got error page. So made payment online. I called oyo 3-4 times today to get my refund spoke to surinder rahul and vaibhav agent cce, he said unable to get to property dealer so he gave me an incorrect email and asked my to send call recording as a prove that i made the paymnet at the hotel by cash of inr1406 as well as by net banking. I got confirmation of net banking payment inr 1406. Sending you a screenshot with netbanking payment prove and call recording of property dealer that i made paymnet online. And all the time they disconnected my calls instead of helping me.
                                So i need to refund bank to my same icici account as soon as possible.

                                  I have taken one room by oyo in Chennai in hotel The Pearl.
                                  Hotel manager has taken money in advance of Rs 7105 /- and said the you will get invoice in check out time and when i ask him for bill in check out site the he said you will get your bill by oyo on email.i give my email and return back to Delhi but still not got any invoice by oyo.

                                  However he gives me hand made invoice but that is not accepted to our company because it not showing genuine

                                  Please give me invoice or return back my money because it was a official trip and i need to claim it.

                                    I have availed oyo holiday kerala packages from 24.03.18 to 31.03.18 Cochin hotel is very bad I raised complaint and last day cab driver had dropped airport early at 12:30 pm instead of 20:00 pm and till date they haven't not given me refund and cab invoice also all their authority avoid my phone so oyo service is very bad

                                      My husband and i planned a trip to mysore and ooty from 28th april – 2nd may 2018. We called the oyo holidays to know about their package details. The customer care representative mr. Saddam hussain guided us regarding the holidays and we choose to stay first three nights in ooty and last one night in mysore. The package confirmed like this. My husband transferred 32000 immediately to their account and our holiday package booked like this. On 28 april, morning when we already started our journey from bangalore towards ooty in the middle of the road in the afternoon time nearly 2pm they sent an email that the plan suddenly changed. And now the plan is to first one night in mysore and then three nights in ooty. We already crossed mysore then and had only 50 km left to reach ooty. My husband called mr. Saddam hussain he did not pick up call and continuously harassed us by transferring the call to different customer care executives. We were in the middle of the road and wasted several hours for this inconvenience of them. It was 6pm when we at last reached mysore and did not have anything to see in mysore because of them. The resort was good but we could not spent long time there. Next morning we started our journey from mysore to ooty.in the evening nearly 6 pm we reached ooty. The resort space 4 hospitality and management pvt. Ltd was booked for us by the oyo but surprisingly when we reached the resort, they said there was no booking for us and also they stopped taking bookings of oyo from the last two months. We losted our mind. It was dark in the evening and we were roaming on the road due to the damn # service of oyo holiday package. Again my husband called them and as usual, the cheaters put the call on hold and said sorry repeatedly for their mistakes. Mr. Saddam hussain still did not pick up our call and transferred the call repeatedly to various persons. We knew that due to the deadly rush in ooty we could not get any hotel for that night. At 9pm, they sent an email to us regarding a booking in the hotel rain forest ooty. 3 hours we were on the road in the cold of ooty. The hotel rain forest was horrible. Full of flies and insects. Congested room with no food service. They did not have their own restaurant. Ordering a tea took two hours to serve because they brought that from a nearby restaurant named j j restaurant and the restaurant served rotten fowl food to the tourists. My husband and i harassed a lot in this trip for the oyo. They are damn cheaters. They only know how to make people fool. They are so much worth less that they even cannot plan a holiday package correctly. Our experience was horrible.in addition, i will request to all not to select them for any holiday package because that will be the worst holiday.

                                        I am ajoy bhuyan and i was booked a hotel room on 23 apr 2018 and same has been cancelled within 10 minutes after booking but still not getting the refund. My booking id was agwo1267 dated 23 apr 2018. A message was received from oyo that within 7 to 14 days the amount will be refunded but still pending. Kindly refund the amount of rs.1286/- against the said cancellation at the earliest.
