Hi, i had booked 10 rooms for 2 days (27 & 28 april 2018) at hotel idea inn, agra via oyo rooms on 17th march 2018. When i called the hotel on 17th april for confirmation of the same, i came to know that the hotel has scrapped the tie-up with oyo rooms and rejected my booking. The hotel asked me to call oyo rooms for redressal. I called oyo rooms and registered a complaint on the same date and its been 3 days, no action has been taken by oyo rooms. Today (19th april 2018) i called oyo customer care again ([protected]) and came to know that the hotel has scrapped the tie-up in february 2018. Despite of knowing the fact that the hotel is no longer associated with oyo, they still took the booking and i have made payment of the same. From last 3 days, i am continuously calling oyo and every time the customer care executive put the call on hold which automatically gets disconnected after few minutes. I am getting no response from the company apart from a mail regarding registration of my complaint in their portal. I want solution of the problem asap.

    Hi, i have booked 10 rooms for 2 days at hotel idea inn agra from oyo rooms and found out that the hotel has scrapped the tie-up with oyo in february 2018. I made the booking in march 2018 and when called the hotel on 16th april, i found that the hotel rejected any bookings from oyo. I had made payments for the same to oyo. Now, i am continuously calling oyo, registered complaint in oyo customer service, still no action has been taken in last 3 days. Forget about actions, oyo is not even ready to give it a thought and they are just ignoring my calls on their customer care number. I want a resolution asap.

        I booked himachal holiday package with 2 adult and 3 kids and paid the amount and got the confirmation voucher but at the stay in manali i have paid 3600 extra because from ur side u have booked for 3 persons only by contacting oyo some o[censored]r person inform that mistake is from ur side so i have paid to hotel and oyo will refund the money so i am waiting for my refund till date i did not get any confirmation i sent so many mails but no response kindly refund my amount.

        How many times I am updating my issue but there is nobody to take Care I think from next time we don't book with OYO it's waste after booking and getting confirmation also you have to pay the amount and after complaining nobody responded

          We booked a room in new delhi hotel sun international a room with triple occupancy. We are a family. And we are from chennai.

          1. No lock in bathroom i have a proof with photos
          2. Staff behaviour rude and worst
          3. They asked my mobile number from which i booked to checkout and a otp from my mobile number. After few minutes the staff gave 5 rating for their hotel. Is this the way you give star rating to your hotels?? Only i have the rights to give the star rating of the hotel not the staffs. Really i am so disappointed with the hotel staffs for the rude and worssssst behaviour

            I booked a property named tanish residency in dwarka sector 12 for my clients and taken proper permissions thrice from the property. Receptionist neha and rajesh were the ones who committed that they will allow us to decorate the room and i made this commitment to our client who was about to visit.
            But at the point of check in. When we had to do decorations, they misbehaved with our decorator, rudely made him leave the property and ask me to cancel the booking.
            Is this the way to deal?

              I run a travel co.in bhopal and i do business with oyo also. But from last month i am very very much dissatisfied with the servies of oyo. Oyos local coordinator mr vivek sharma is not taking things seriously after explaining him so many times. Because of him and oyo my goodwill has been diluted a lot in the eyes of my guests. And this time i will not spare him. I will take a strict action against him and oyo.

                  Booking at 632 kalkaji mandir oyo for 9th-10th april 2018 by the name of khyati. I i checked in at 11:15am and checked out at 3:43pm but the app shows checked in even after 18 hours of check out and i am getting messages for breakfast experience on my phone. No confirmation of any check out. No text message or email as oyo usually does. Any illegal or incorrect activity may happen under my name.

                    Hotel royal darbar
                    Yesterday night robber came in the room while i was sleeping my 2 mobile phones atm card and cash is missing and whole room was messed it was a vry bad experience i had lodge a complaint and a fir report about this incident.

                      I am kiran chawla

                      I have one room booked with triple occupancy check in date was 07th april when we reached in hotel they have provided double occupancy room in the night when we told that one more person how will be adjusted the manger said sir we don't have extra bad you need to sleep on the floor this should be informed to us prior booking so that we could do some other arrangement. I paid extra 500 rs to add one more person my son & his wife with one kid slept on the floor. If they could not arrange triple occupancy so why they have charged the amount for triple occupancy. Our meeting was over at 23:30 pm we reached at hotel 12:30 am entire night could not sleep.. Third class service from kapoor inn hotel in kailash colony i want my amount back

                        I have booked room in oyo at abids. It was shown that the breakfast is complimentary at the time of booking but i was charged even for the complimentary breakfast. This is cheating and if oyo doesn't take action thinking this i will never again prefer oyo.

                        The service of the receptionist is worst. I have never seen such kind of worst service ever. The hotel management is more concerned about looting money rather than customer satisfaction. I will never prefer that hotel again nor i will suggest it to anyone.

                          We 2 adults booked in Shree Mandira Guest House for 1st and 2nd April.in the name of Lingaraj Patnaik .Feel sad to tell that such a spacious beautiful room walkable to Jagannath Temple but they kept the room so badly.Dirty used bed sheets and pillow cover, pillows are full of dirt, full smelling.room is dirty full of dirt and hairs here and there.bath room is also dirty, water tap is leaking continuously, corridor is so nasty used bed sheets thrown here a d there for two days, bad smell of dustbins.Most important is the entrance.One who entered in to the guest house 1st impression is Clea lines but in entrance right side of the gate they dump the garbage and the place is so dirty and bad smell.
                          Please try to make the guest house properly don't waste a beautiful guest house.

                            This is for oyo 10851 metro view lucknow.
                            Very poor service standards, there is on one who actually cares for customers..
                            Basic works are not done after repeated reminders...
                            Reception is even worse. Pathetic food and breakfast service.. Staff eats along with you on table. There was no service for room cleaning either...

                              I have booked oyo hotel in shimla, himachal pardesh. But hotel owner misguide me and give me wrong information regarding hotel area and route. They provided me a guide, but he misguided me, due to the misguidance of that, we got an accident from our car due to which we have been deceived there and the hotels did not help us. And this hotel is a very dirty place, people are misguided in. We have paid 60, 000 rupees for this.

                                Today i booked room in hotel sky view. First they comment they have a parking but when i visited there they gave useless parking even when in parking they hitted my car from front. When i register complaint oyo not take any action. Hotel sky view has not privacy. Rishabh over there said one otp came please tell its for only verify but he gave reviews own.

                                  I have booked three rooms in oyo 28/3/2018
                                  But after half an hour I cancelled room because I have some urgent work
                                  Without check in I cancelled room
                                  But oyo not refund my money 1539 was done by online payment by me.
                                  Oyo told me that is our policy
                                  Which kind of policy oyo have.
                                  I can't understand 1539 Ra oyo keep and doesn't refund me anything.
                                  This is ridiculous policy make by oyo rooms .
                                  Please take necessary action this 1539 rs is my hardworking income but oyo can't understand because he have some great policies..

                                    Hi,

                                    I had booked OYO 7555 Live Hotel Digha by paying rs.3888 via net banking.

                                    But after successful payment (debit from my bank) i did not receive the booking confirmation. I then contacted the OYO customer care, who informed that there was no such payment received. The customer care official suggested that they can do the booking of OYO 7555 Live Hotel Digha from their end. I was asked to pay Rs.4132, which was done for the reservation. After the payment was made the booking was confirmed vide Booking ID: FGNH8376. After a while due to shortage of rooms the booking was cancelled and a Cancellation Charges of Rs. 2066 was sent with a
                                    Refund Amount: Rs. 2066. I had to speak to the Customer service many times to get the Cancellation charges nullified .They said refund is initiated and it will reflect in 7 -14 time.

                                    Then based on my earlier payment of Rs.3888 they booked OYO 10307 Hotel Bidisha for Rs.4188/- where the additional Rs.300/- was payed by OYO. The booking was for 31st March check in and 2nd April check out.

                                    My experience of stay at OYO 10307 Hotel Bidisha was horrible. They provided one towel for 2 person, which I had never seen. The toilet fixtures were broken, the Room also was not to the standard of the room rent charged. The room service was terrible as was handled by largely inexperienced persons. On the last day they even refused to serve complimentary breakfast at 8 am as there was nobody in the kitchen.

                                    I have booked a room using OYO. I need tax invoce. But company provide me payment invoice (where tax GST information is not there). I have mailed and call again and again. BUt they r not ready to gove any tax invoice. It is very honorable n india if a company is not given tax invoice.                                       This is with the reference to the caption subject as i have booked a room from 30th of march to 1st of april in hotel pratham through your app.. And male payment of rs. 6660 on same day.. Then i received the confirmation mail also from your side..

                                      Now my guest reaches at the hotel they told him there is no room available in this hotel.. And they are going to shift them to another hotel which name is itz me cottage ooty.. As per the oyo app the terrif of rs.2472.. Of this hotel.. Around 10 to 15 time i called at your no.. But no body connect me to your complaint dept. As well as no senior person contact to solve this problem..

                                      Now confirm the refund of rest payment... Which is around rs. 4188...

                                      Every time i go with oyo..oyo is not giving me any discounts and normal customers are getting the same discount and i am not getting any discount..give me discount or else i will deactivate the app and try to use treebo..
