With reference to my booking id cgfy 2109 dated 20.11.2017, to reside from 24th to 26th november, 2017, this is to inform you that due to some unavoidable circumstances i was not check in at your oyo 2222 hotel bhumi. I have check out at 12.45 p. M on 24th due to their behavior. I have complain to your authority but neither they responding not replying properly. Ultimately i have gone to another hotels to reside with my family. I have requested to refund my booking amount but they are not responded. Now again i am requesting you kindly refund my booking amount otherwise i will never book your oyo further.

    Yesterday i have checkout from booking checked-out - oyo 6648 hotel royal residency : booking no.: hfow7329 bi-mistaken i have forgotten my lather jacket in hotel room no 306 in that pocket some important papers also. I am trying to call hotel from morning to now more than 20 times but they are not giving proper response. Please do nedfull i will collect my jacket from and pay compensation amount to hotel staff who found that jacket

      Even after so many follow up i am still facing wi-fi problem, the signal strength is too weak to get the connection here in my room. I requested hotel staffs and customer officer hitesh over the phone, but all in vain. This is my first oyo rooms booking and 2nd day in this hotel and may be the last as well.
      Please let me know the criteria to meet flagship expectation. You people can’t provide a basic amenity to customers how do you expect your business to grow!!

        I booked my tickets on 5th november 2017 for 29 dec - 2 jan goa holiday package for the same i credited the amount of 8600 rs. For4 nights

        I got the confirmation on phone that hotel will be booked as oyo has received payment.

        Booking got on hold because your executive couldn't book the desired hotel as promised.

        For the same refund initiated by oyo, it is been almost a month no amount has got credited in my account.

        Pathetic customer care i faced (Shubham verma especially)

        So many followups - no reply

        Unable to produce reference number from account department.

        I asked my Bank with reference o[censored]TR # (CITIN[protected]), bank is asking what was the payment mode NEFT or IMPS as no amount has been credited yet.

        Also I did call to oyo rooms to inquire for the same ( as no number was mentioned in any of the e-mails) now team is saying no booking id is there - on the number 9*********4 or package id PKG-AUKH4658.

        Kindly arrange a call.

        PS - It is a pain to track my own money in working hours.

          Hi oyo team,
          Last week i have been to ooty and stayed in your fablestay. But really its an inconvenient stuff staying there because of the rude staff. Also my girl friend been sexually harassed by mr. Thomas where he drunked and threatened me too as we dont know anyone in ooty. Tjis is not at all fair. Usually wherever i go outstation i used to book it vio oyo only. But this is the first time myself facing these kind of cheap attitude from the people. If tjis gonna happen again i will lodge a police complaint. For my safety im mot sharing my name and number. Thank u

            Absolutely crap. There are a lot of fraudulent activities conducted by mr. Samarjeet singh, the local area manager for ranchi. I had booked 3 rooms across 3 days at ranchi for my guests. The booking was done in july and the stay was supposed to be in november. However when i reached the hotel, mantri residency, i was denied check-in. On enquiry, i was told that the local area manger, mr. Samarjeet singh instructs them to take advance bookings and when the booking date comes and the demand is high, oyo raises the price of the room and a current booking is taken. All my bookings were cancelled without any information. It was a marriage function at my home and it put such a bad impression with my guests that it is beyond your understanding. I was in a completely false position and was ashamed in front of my guests. I will make sure that i will pass on this message to the largest audience possible so that they can be saved of this fraud.

              I booked two oyo room in hotel mount view kodaikanal from 30th nov to 1st december 2017. When i reached to hotel at 2245 hrs then hotel was locked from inside & i tried contacting on counter but nobody replied. I tried banging door. Finally after 40 minutes i was fully wet in rain & then i took room in hotel kodaikanal international in front of hotel mount view.
              Please return my money & what about my waiting with family & problem in rain.

                We did not find the room upto the expectations as per the charges during our stay in Rameshwaram on 9-10th Nov and also room was cancelled. Room was booked for two days, but we cancelled it after seeing the rooms. Cancellation was done for the second day as we reached there at 12am.

                We went for another hotel in the same location in the late night. It was very unpleasant to book the room through OYO. We are not satisfied with the services.

                  We just few days back booked a kerla package from you. Our booking reference no - pkg-mjqt8657.

                  In your hotel details you offered us hotel sea rock in kovalam. I stayed in this hotel on 30th sep to 2 oct 2017 for two days with my family and taken two room. I never seen such a worst dirty hotel in my life. Hotel alloted me room no - 213 and 214. Its our two horrible night and lost our all holiday enjoyments -

                  1.in room no -213, drainage water coming via toilets. I already sent you all photographs time to time. Drainage pipe linkage and all floor of room with water, with dirty smell.

                  2. Both room was smelt of damp. Entire room stinks with urine smell.

                  3. No towel and no door mates.

                  4. No t. V in room no-214. No working shower in room.

                  5. Very dirty curtain in window and dirty bed sheets and pillows covers.

                  6. Breakfast food quality is also very poor.

                  7. Attitude of hotel manager and staff is very very rude. Manager told me you booked room for lower category, and what type of facility you want from us in 1500/- per day room. Talk to your vendor.

                  With this mail, i am sending you some photographs. I was complaint you many times in this two days but you never taken any effort to change my room. I was complained you, and you give me justification that hotel manager telling due to heavy rain this problem of water is coming, this totally wrong statement, water is coming in room is drainage water. I lost all my trip memories from this hotel. Most disgusting hotel in the whole trip.

                  We are having more than 50 photographs.

                  Please look in to the matter and reply me as soon as possible. We sent e-mail to mr vikas tiwari and taken follow-up many times, but no result.

                    Dear team,

                    This is in regard to a booking done for cotts villa, vasant kunj for check-in on 25th nov and check out on 26th nov. I had a very unsatisfactory experience and communicated all the facts to the customer care on the same day as the check-in. After having multiple conversations with your customer care, i was told that we will validate your experience with the hotel.

                    I had checked in to the hotel at 2:30 pm on 25th. The hotel was getting renovated and we had been not about this fact prior to our booking. We were told to make the payment as soon as we arrived into the hotel and then showed a room on the 1st floor - room 206. This room was full of smoke and then after 10 mins of argument, we were shifted to room 205. This room was not at all the same which was displayed on the oyo application. After having booked a room for inr 4395 (Which i got at a 50% discount after mrp being mentioned as inr 8790), i got pathetic service; nobody picked up the line for room service and had to convey my message through the reception every time i requested for something. Besides there was loud music being played in the adjacent room, which could be heard loud and clear. I had multiple experiences like this after which we decided to check-out on the same day. We checked out only after having multiple conversations with the customer care division to whom we had explained the full case in detail. The hotel has also miscommunicated to your team that i made the check-out today whereas i had left the hotel yesterday itself at around 9:15 pm. For the exorbitant price i have spent on the room especially under the oyo brand, i definitely expect a better kind of customer service. I have had several conversations with your team and have been also conveyed that a refund is being processed. The last call which i received was an hour back and was told that the hotel has denied any refund. I feel cheated after paying a higher amount on the oyo rooms, especially after being misled for the flat 50% offer mentioned on the application. Other websites are giving at a rate which is even lower than the 50% off on your site.

                    Since this hotel is listed on oyo and i have made the booking through your portal, i request for an immediate refund due to lack of services/inferior rooms and misrepresentation of facts to the customer. Would be grateful if someone from the senior management could take this up as i have invested a lot of time and energy on the call besides having an unpleasant experience yesterday at the hotel.

                      We booked a room in oyo 725 hotel aerodrome. We paid rs.1652 for the room. The room that was provided was not worth this much money. The bathroom was dirty. Shower was broken. There was no dustbin in the bathroom. Toilet paper was assembled with a cello tape. Linens were dirty. Breakfast was very unhealthy, fried in bad oil. There is no guarantee to room quality when booked with oyo. The hotel itself has 4 star rating, but since we booked via oyo, we were given the worst room available.

                        I have a complain with oyo last time when i checked in with oyo hotels i faced numerous problem. I have a booking of rooms with oyo in two different hotels for two different days. The first hotel has asked me to leave the hotel as soon as possible because the hotel was booked for some ceremony and in second hotel when i checked in there., at the time of checked out they asked for the laundry charges.. I don't think so that the people who checked in with oyo are asked for laundry charges. I had a worst experience with oyo.
                        Sir i want you to take some serious action on this conditions otherwise i will never book a room from oyo
                        And sir if its possible i want my money back from both the hotels because i paid for the expenses i never made
                        I hardly a request to take some serious action

                          Oyo provides the poor and pathetic service. While in kolkatta they offered me hotel for 1500/- which was not even worth 500/-
                          However i continued to stay for 11 nights at that hotel just due to the fact that it was close to my office.
                          Upon checkout the hotel did not provide me a official bill which i informed to oyo as my booking was done through oyo. They told me that they would give a bill if the hotel does not give, i'm still waiting to get the bill for my stay which was promised by oyo.
                          Worst now my company is not reimbursing the hotel stay amount since i don't have a bill... I have been cheated of rs 20000/- by oyo

                            It's very bad sharing with oyo 1st time we are booking 4 room with oyo and oyo show 1058 3star hotel and her customers care educative told me you submit 25%money i paid money and because we are playing in the national tournament 6 students will be very small we check in hotel 11/11/2017 but hotel room size very small and no room service provide by hotel hotel manager behavior very roughly if we are booking oyo at least those who sent code plz give same hotel our booking will be 11-15 november 2017 but i check out this hotel 12/11/2017 morning i talk with oyo relationship manager but they not take any action they only told me you submit money money.

                              We are a family of 7, and few days ago we were at the oyo durbar inn in pokhara, first problem is that the shower wasn't geyser like advertised in oyo's website and second is that out of 3 nights just the first one we had a bit warm water, the other 2 totally freezing cold. The worst is that the reception manager wasn't direct or honest with us and made us waste a lot of time with things that were not working at all (Like waiting and waiting wasting water for zero outcome), until we had to tell them the last morning to warm us a bucket.
                              Last day before the payments (That we had to cover fully even with this untrue advertising and treatment) we discovered that they didn't have a room to keep few days the luggage (They told us to leave it by the reception when all the rest of hotels offer this service accordandly with the needs of annapurna region trekkers), anyway, after this and the bad response this last morning we decided to change hotel for our stay after the trek.
                              Apart of that, even if we weren't bothered about that, there isn't any rooftop bar like advertised again in the official website.

                                I had recently booked 2 rooms, for my 2 guests in bangalore who were going there to attend a training programme. On the day of the check-in, in the morning we get a call from oyo saying that due to operational reasons they had shifted our guests stay to some other property. At around this time, i had spoken to oyo customer care & they had confirmed the booking.

                                When my guests arrived at the scheduled hotel at 3am, the manager at the hotel refused to let them in saying that they did not have booking for them. This is despite having paid 100% of the stay charges upfront & also an email from my end clearly informing the hotel the arrival time of the guest as well as a telephonic conversation.

                                At around this time, oyo informed the guests that they have now been shifted to another hotel. This was quite far away from their training programme venue.

                                Earlier too, we had faced challenges with oyo - but this time the experience was really horrible. We understand that oyo gives good rates but not at this cost o[censored]ncertainity at the last moment.

                                I have dealt with 6 or 7 agents in 5+ hours over 2 days and each single time i had to narrate the total incident end to end. There is a lack of internal communication. I am still struggling to get the refund back of the payments done by me alongwith compensation.

                                In a nutshell - oyo is totally unreliable, uncertain, pathetic & unprofessional attitude.

                                  Very pathetic and disastrous service by oyo. After visiting all nearby oyo properties personally, i made a booking on[protected], of 3 rooms for my guests, in oyo 6591 (Gurgaon) for a day i. E 09th to 10th nov, 2017 (Booking id : qwos7034). I also paid 10% advance. But, on the night of 9th nov, when i reached there at round 12 midnight, alongwith my 6 guests including ladies with kids, i was informed that no room was available. I was shocked to know that even i booked the room 25 days back, i am not getting any room to stay and further i was told to try somewhere else. How can they say like that? They are not giving me any room and at the time of midnight, they are telling me to try in other oyo properties nearby. What kind of behaviour is this by oyo. And more surprisingly, the representative is not paying any attention to me and was acting to be busy in some other work. After wasting my half an hour, i had no other option but to go somewhere else. They took me to other nearby oyo property (Oyo 9380), which was very poorly maintained. What could i have done? I had to request my guests to stay in that property only. I was charged the same amount, as of my original booking, even for this poorly maintained property. And more surprisingly, next day i received an sms, that my booking (Booking id : qwos7034) is cancelled since i did not appear.

                                  It appears to me that oyo 6591 already booked some cheaper rooms for me in other oyo property (Oyo 9380), they gave my rooms to some other guests at higher rate, and sent me to cheaper rooms.

                                  This was my 1st oyo booking and oyo has treated me like this. Oyo has insulted me in front of my guests. I demand full refund in my bank account i also complained to the customer care. But till date i have not been given any response.

                                    We booked a room in bhopal at hotel named midland palace for one day. When we checked out and almost reached the main gate, the manager called us and told that your bed sheet is somewhat dirty (Blood drops) and charged us 500rs as fine. His way of talking wasn't really pleasant and cooperative. He informed this to us with literally 4-5 of the hotel workers present. I was so embarrassed that i couldn't even ask where the blood is and i came out being fined. He didn't even give us any sort of receipt for that fine. I'm highly pained by this kind of service from oyo and have decided to never book with them again.

                                      This is pallavi jain from delhi and i booked in orient taibah in nagpur through oyo. To my surprise they served different and bad breakfast to oyo bookings at a different room and when i complained to shweta in oyo, shw said the agm has solved it. But again the next day same thing happened and hotel management said this is oyos doing. To thr guests we give this breakfast only. Nothing of this sort was mentioned during the booking. Dont mislead your customers and start mentioning all this before booking so we are not fooled. Orient taibah took oyos name so i want to know whose fault is this or the hotel is doing it to save thr money.

                                        Room booked on oyo for 3 days from 13 to 16 Sep 2017. While check in, i paid rent for all 3 days. But the due the bad condition of the room and utilities, i called the customer care. They have change my accommodation to another hotel, whose rent was lower than what i paid at first hotel. The customer care team promised that the excess amount paid will be refunded with in 7 day.

                                        Today, it is morethan 45 days, they have not refunded. Meanwhile, i have been calling the customer care, they always give commitment of refund but never respected.

                                        Request your support to refund my money as well as strict actions on OYO for their irresponsible customer service.
