I booked an ac room for 3 from oyo. The amount was 4500 per night. I have booked much better hotels at a cheaper price and this amount could have given me a 3 star deluxe room. But what i got was a 10×10 room with jammed basin, no space at all for luggage, small bed and no assistance from the hotel. They didn't even have rooms for drivers which was a shock for me as all other hotels do. At such a high price, i expected it to be good but it was not even close. Highly disappointed 0/10.

    I have booked two rooms for 5 guest in oyo 8731 bell flower with booking id: snmw8795. Check-in - 27th dec'17. Check-out - 28th dec'17
    Address - governor salai road, thettukkal, ooty
    Landmark - jss interntional school. Full payment was done while booking through credit card. When the customer reach the hotel for check in, the hotel manager told the customer that all the rooms are sold out and you have to contact oyo or make alternate arrangements.

      Since we checked in hotel arvi on sat 23rd dec, there has been no power in this hotel and staff giving reasons which they donot seem to be sure off. We had to manage with cold water, no lift.
      Come evening, initially no power, then they seem to put gen set on and power came back. However when we went to sleep, power went off and we struggled and just could not sleep. I called up hotel and then oyo at 3 am to check and log complaint.

      Finally power came around 6.30 with gen set. We are just wondering, why no power when whole area had power?
      If hotel was dependent on gen set, why was it put off causing so much inconvenience?
      Why operate such hotel when there is no power?
      Is customer safety and convenience of no value?

        Hello,

        I had booking for 2 days in jodhpur in the indra inn with group of 11 people including 2 children. I trusted oyorooms as i had booked rooms earlier and never faced any issue. But when i checked in i found beddings were used, no soap/toothpaste/tea/coffee pouch, toilets not maintained or usable and so on. We complained oyorooms with case id 3996320, called 5 times they said you'll get call from us but we never got response from them. It really painful like how oyo is playing with loyal customers. I dont know if this posting would do anything but atleast someone would get help from this.

          Dear sir/ mam
          1) refer telecommunication with nitin (Operation), shirshir (Operation), kapil and harshvardhan between 7th december to 22nd december wherein we had booked a hotel named the kingdom at havelock island, from 7th december to 9th december.
          2) i had informed mr harshvardhan before booking that the reviews of this hotel is bad so you are requested to provide someother resort/hotel.
          3) mr. Harshvardhan assured us that this is the best property in havelock island and there will not be any issue.
          4) on his assurance we paid the sum of 32 thousand and six hundred for two rooms and transportation.
          5) on 7th december 2017 we went to hotel the kingdom where we found following issues
          A) rooms were stinking
          B) no arrangement of hot water
          C) flush were not working in the bathrooms.
          D) stains on bedsheet.
          6) we informed the manager about the state of the room. After finding the condition of the room, he showed us other rooms which were far more worse than the rooms we were offered.
          7) the bathroom was stinking so badly that even the manager refused to go inside. Even the bellboy was himself agreed that the rooms were not in state to live in.
          8) after that we called up “oyo customer service” and informed about the conditions of rooms offered to us which were not worth living therefore we are checking out and please refund the amount.
          9) since 7th december 2017 customer service told us that we are processing your case for refund but till date it has not been refunded.
          10) mr harshvardhan has spoken rudely to me. He does not know how to talk to the lady.
          11) being a regular customer of “oyo”. I have high regards for the functioning of oyo.
          12) but it is a shame that how some of the staff of oyo is defaming oyo.
          13) it is humble request to you to kindly refund an amount of 32 thousand as soon as possible.
          14) waiting for positive and quick reply.

            Hi this was our first time with oyo in udaipur. We were staying at hotel deep palace. I was with my old in laws and 3 small kids. The linen was dirty. Staff member used the lift with us irrespective of seeing my mother in law was waiting to go to room. The linen had stains of blood lipstick... I agree for price i can't expect five star but least it has to b clean... Towels i think we're being used since 10 years. This hotel is ruining your reputation... Please look into this to avoid inconvenience for others

              My father got heart attack on 21/12/17. Due to this i tried for
              Cancellation of my bookings and also talked customer service. But no
              Cancellation is done and no refund was done. At least on medical reasons
              Tkt cancel and refund will be allowed.
              Kindly do needful so that i can have some money back which also help in
              Medical treatment.

                I am sohil babbar, I had payed Rs 893/- throught my ICICI debit card on 10th November for booking a room in hyderabad through Oyo app Booking Id XEZV4107 at hotel majestic international. Later when i reached the hotel, oyo had not confirmed the payment, I was in touch with the oyo customer service and Repationship team. They said the amount was not received even tough the amount was debited from my account and confirmed by my bank. I payed the whole amount again during checking out of hotel and was assured of the refund. My bank has confirmed Oyo withdrawing the amount and have filed a case against the merchant OYO. Its been over 1 month and my money has not received. Soon i am going to file a consumer case against oyo for pathetic service and fraud.

                  I and my partner both booked couple room through OYO. As previously we got good experience with OYO, therefore we decided to book again for Kolkata. But this time it was totally intolerable.
                  We booked hotel referring to the pictures provided of the hotel. But when we reached that hotel we found that no such room actually exists there. Even the manager told us that the rooms are not of this hotel. It was kind of harassment as it was late by 11 pm. So we called OYO team to arrange another hotel nearby urgently.
                  As a service organizations, you should not mislead to customer by showing fake pictures and rates. I'm afraid of booking next time.

                      This is with regards to my booking, i just wanna say it was waste of my money as no wifi, no geyser and used bed sheet provided to me nothing is upto mark as commitment given by oyo rooms. I can provide you pics if you want . Even when i come from my exam and request for my breakfast as it is in my booking they said you are late . I told them that please provide me wifi for study but they don’t they only said that we will let you know when issue resolved

                        i booked room in goa from OYO, according to image room was very nice and they charged me around 1500/-INR. but when i reached to the hotel, they gave me different room.
                        i reached in night and i was with my family so couldn't take chance and i stayed in that room.
                        Room was different and it was very dirty with leakage in bathroom and no place to sleep, bed was broken and they didn't provide breakfast also.
                        The soap and shampoo they given was used.
                        Now Oyo is not refunding my money back
                        i have taken the image of that room which is attached below.

                          Sir i have booked a room in gem 92 hotel in delhi and had opted for early sun rise check in but at the time of checkin the manager denied the booking and said we cant check in before 12pm and we have to wait for regular check in time. When i made a call to oyo rooms customer care, the representative told me i haven't made early sunrise check in and when the call was transfered to senior team he accpeted that the charge was charged for early check in and they had promiced me for early check in and its not all about refund.

                              This was the worst hotel experience i ever had. Rooms were dirty and in pathetic condition. It looked like no body stayed there for a long time. We had booked two rooms and both were stinking and covered with fungus. Even though hotel was empty front office kept lying hotel was fully booked. Relentless pleading got us fresh rooms which had dirty linen. All this for a very exorbitantly priced room.

                              We asked for room freshener to make them bearable without any response. We had to light agarbathis to breathe. Rest rooms had flushes which sounded like an airplane taking off everytime you flushed. It was was as if you were watching a horror movie sitting on the cammode. Didnt realise worse was yet to come.in place of bath towels floor mats were kept.

                              We had to check out the second day and we had informed the front office at the time of check in that, we would be checking out late. One hour delay in checking out costed us a extra day tariff for both the rooms. Manager was very un professional and didnt even adhere to our request for a 50% discount for the second day's charge even though we over stayed by 1 hour.

                              I would never step into this place. Nor do i recommend any one even stepping into this place forget staying.

                                I stayed in oyo3090 with booking id sqbe3715 in nilachal house, delhi for two days 12.12.2017 to 14.12.2017. It is highly regretted that in spite of my many requests you are not sending me gst bill receipt for the payment of rs. 4129/- paid by me. The bill receipt must contain bill/receipt number, date and gst amount, and total amount. Whreas you have sent me receipt without number and gst and not even responding.

                                I stayed in OYO3090 with Booking ID SQBE3715 in Nilachal House, Delhi for two days 12.12.2017 to 14.12.2017.It is highly regretted that the linens were dirty. Room smelt offensively. No breakfast was provided though it was complimentary. There was no water in wash room for half a day.
                                In spite of my many requests you are not sending me GST BILL RECEIPT for the payment of Rs. 4129/- paid by me. The Bill Receipt must contain Bill/Receipt Number, date and GST amount, and Total Amount. Whreas you have sent me receipt without Number and GST and not even responding compelling me to write to various forums available.

                                  Oyo advisors did not communicate at all after finalising the package of kerala.
                                  Customer care was just arranging call back and no body called.
                                  Oyo rooms were pathetic and we had to change 2 rooms in munnar & room is also not good at kocchi. All the hotels provided far away from the town.
                                  Vehicle driver is not good in character and his behavior is also not good. I faces many problem in my honeymoon package.
                                  Staff of oyo restaurant did not know any laguage to communicate.
                                  Nobody came to take any feedback... I never suggested any one to a package from oyo.

                                    I was not sure while booking rooms via oyo as i heard that services are not good but then its said seeing is believing and i gave a chance and yes you very successful in disappointing me with all the services from head to toe.

                                    I made the booking for oyo flagship nanital for 2 night at 5606 inr - which is way too much for the rooms which are worst than dharmshaala at this huge price and off season.

                                    I got the room which has no lights and its fluctuating and more over no hot water running in winter season.

                                    We went out and asked for change in room so that once we be back we would get a new room which didn't happen and then after few struggle we got a room with no curtains and then again spending an hour we got a manageable room.

                                    Second, breakfast is complimentary which mean only one person can eat and other person would watch the person eating which is not clear at website as you only give a portion which i would request you should not give because quality was pathetic.

                                    Third, the same room was given to a person at 1200 inr which further cut down to 1000 inr so oyo cheats and i feel cheated as you charged me the double the amount and i would not leave any stone unturned to make you famous.

                                    Fourth, i asked for hot water bottle and instead of getting in a kettle, i got the water in plastic bottle. There were no towels, no toilet papers and no glasses in the room and i paid 5606 inr for this horrible service and moreover oyo cheats there client as 2803 which i paid vs 1200/1000 inr makes a whole lot of difference.

                                    I need a compensation for the overcharges money for pathetic service. Any consumer won't mind paying but service does matter and its our right.

                                      Oyo advisors did not communicate at all after finalising the package of munnar and alleppey.
                                      Customer care was just arranging call back and no body called.
                                      Flights were hell. Transit flight from pune to bangalore and than from bangalore to kochi were booked with a halt of 4 hours in bangalore where we have direct flights cheaper to the ones which we were given.
                                      Same for return.
                                      Oyo rooms were pathetic and we had to change 3 rooms in munnar and still a shabby room.
                                      Staff of oyo restaurant did not know any laguage to communicate.
                                      Nobody came to take any feedback about there service so that we can ask for improvement
                                      My only advise is never take oyo packages, it is a big trouble.
                                      We have just come out from a flight which was directly landing pune just because the oyo has given a halt of 4 hours in the package in banglore and now we will again board another flight to pune.

                                        Issue are: during stay (Checking date[protected] checking out date[protected] early morning 4:00 am) at oyo 3519 hotel garden inn sbi builiding godowlia varanasi misbehaved by reception person reason is that when we was coming to tour destination, unlocked the my room but by mistake room key leave on the door. When again going to another destination found key is missing. We call to reception to inform issues and getting some help & demand to duplicate key to lock room but with respect to help demanding penaulty charge for duplicate key is inr 1000/- extra. And say to apko abhi payment kr dijiye nhi to subah subah apko checkout krna h. Hm nhi chahte ki apka morning kharab ho. And today time of checking out 4;00 am, we are paid penaulty charge 300/- after unethical behaviour to receptist at hotel.

                                        We are want to desirable resolution of our complaint as a refund my amount as resolve the issue.
