I had the most terrible experience with oyo ever. Booking id - mdia5932, i did a booking at oyo hotel mysore for 13th january to 14th january after seeing the hotel facilities and made full payment of rs 2980online. But the doors for bathrooms are not working and we have booked can facilities from same hotel which was worst than ever..
We have waited for the cab driver after visit mysore zoo and he went for picking another passenger in middle. So we have waited almost 1 hr for him and complaints to hotel staff to arrange alternate cab...

One thing i have to highlight here as on oyo app, they have provided cash back 1000 rs that also not given to us..

All are fake news they are spreading over app and after books it will not apply..

Guys don't go for oyo app and book on some other online portal to get enjoy your trips..

    Booked a hotel from oyo for the first tym away from the home city which is in kolkata as i always book through goibibo who always amaze me with their superb services. First experience with oyo and the worst experience ever. Starting from check in to check out and post service the experience was worst. Room was not ready was not oyo property. The property offered waa non oyo and hence did not hv wifi facility, the washroom had water leakage. Next mng got the room changed to oyo property but the breakfast was only south indian everyday. Charged extra for 1 hour late checkout. Then last but not least i forgot my headphones there and property denied nothing is there as i am sure it is in the room. They denied to check cctv. They are beggers and i think should take strict action. I will lodge a legal complaint against property. I am super annoyed with this action of them.

      I visted gurgaon last week with my sister and mom, there is a mismanagement of oyo room, a staff shahbaz haider in gurgaon he was misbehave with us. He dont know how to talk with the girls. This type of peoples ruined the reputation of brand. I strictly complained about him. Please trained your staff how to behave with the peoples. We never book room from oyo in future.

        I went to puri on the 7th of january. My girlfriend had her periods and so the sheets were stained and we asked the person at the reception to change the sheets. He said that they change sheets only once in two days and so we didn't pester him any further and cleaned the stain with soap and water which obviously left a decolourisation on the sheet and would go away if put in a washing machine. Anyway, on the day of checkout, they found the stain and on being asked how the sheets got the stain, we said it was food because obviously it was embarrassing for us to tell them my girlfriend was on her period in front of the entire staff. They immediately sacked our luggage and said we won't be allowed to leave unless we paid a fine of 2200 rupees. We obviously didn't have that kind of cash and considering that it was more than the cost of the hotel room after staying for two days, and so we were compelled to tell him what really happened. Instead of behaving decently, he started showing temper and refused to let it pass even though we made it clear that the stain had been washed with soap and water and that it would go away. We had to call the local oyo captain and he understood that it was not something to be fined on, and asked him to let it pass. Instead he abused us and when we further complained that he was misbehaving, he made a greater fuss about it and abused us further in odiya. This went on until the oyo captain arrived to the scene and had to finally leave the scene humiliated and after paying a fine of 500 rupees. This is the worst experience i've had so far and this was a clear violation of the woman's modesty. My booking id was jopb8139.

          I have booked oyo room on 09-01-18 and paytm has promised that they would give 50% cash back if we do the payment through paytm.. And i did, waited for more than 24hours.. Nothing happened in my wallet..! I wonder why the paytm is offering if they cannot give us!

              Oyo rooms is fraud company, simply cheating people with hotel photographs. Worst experience we had during the stay at hotel aavaas inn paradise, mysuru. Below are the concerns.

              Booking id : (Qldt2398)

              1. Pics posted in site and original pics of the rooms are not matching at all.
              2. Room is untidy during our check in no facilities have been provided until we ask them
              3. No toilet rolls no curtains in washarea for bathing.
              4. No kettle has been placed
              5. Bed lamp was not working. The wire has been worn out and is been sticked with plaster. Has given a shock and we spoke to room service and requested to change the same.
              6. Light near dressing area is not there.
              7. All night there were lot of disturbances someone was knocking the door and there were lot of noises in corridor and upper floors.
              8. The wall paintings and room look is faded and seems to be old room.
              9. Curtains are smelling and bedsheet and linens are not clean.
              10. Room service is not upto the mark. Need to call multiple times and ask for assistance.
              11. Wash area was so worst seems like public toilet bucket was placed.

              No proper response from oyo after lodging a complaint, never book rooms with oyo.

              I was booking oyo room in pune from 26th jan 2018 to 28 jan 2018. Calculations of room procing is showing wrong. Room is offering price drop but actually it is not getting deducted from price amount.
              Oyo is making fool to customers by such a fake offers.

                This is to inform you that me and my husband had stayed in dwaper hotel, mussoorie from 05.01.2018 to 07.01.2018 through oyo rooms. My husband got sick at very first day. Hotel persons has misbehaved with us instead of helping and also has taken 500 rs from us in order to take us to the hospital.
                Now my question is that if someone got sick in the hospital then there is no responsibility of hospital.
                Also i am not sure if my my husband got sick because of hotel food.

                I booked my holidays with oyo rooms. Then I got some issues with them and I canceled deal with them . They are telling me they will refund my 10000 rs but they are not going to give me my money back... please do something. I was paid online money...

                  I have book a room by seeing free sunrise check-in but the hotel person and your customer service executive is saying that i have to pay 30 %for sunrise check-in already i have don't with payment on oyo.                     Firstly i regret i couldn't take your call. Secondly i will try to word out my experience to you as its not for the first time that i did the booking through oyo and personally i never had such a shameful experience. I have been vouching for oyo from quite a long time now.

                    1. The name of the resort that i booked showed the name as 'la flora' on the oyo website while the name that was displayed on the signboard read as 'robbin hills' due to which even the localites didn't know about the way to the resort. We can file a complaint against false representation.

                    2. I along with my family had started from bengaluru at around 7:30 in the morning and we reached wayanad by 6 p. M but it took us around 3 hours to literally find out the resort, we were lost in a jungle. The google map location which was shared on oyo website was of somewhere in the jungle i. E there was no way out.

                    3. The amenities provided in the room were not upto the mark. The toilet flush was not working at all. There was no water in the taps. There were lizards and cockroaches roaming around. Toiletries were not provided. It was not even close to the basic hygiene levels expected of a resort such as oyo's.in the name of staff there were 4 boys who were running around and doing all sort of works. So whenever you call the reception no one was their to take your call or even respond.

                    4. The captain sharon philip was not picking calls when we wanted some idea about the location of the hotel, all the while wandering unaware as the google maps didn't correctly show where the place was. He was not a 'captain' at all.
                    Is this how you do customer service?

                    5. We had been there to celebrate the new year with our family members who had come from different places in india and abroad. The whole experience was ruined by the above mentioned things. We immediately had to leave coz it was late that night when we found out that place was so disappointing. Our whole new year plan was ruined.
                    Who will bring back those moments for my family?

                    6. We had to book another hotel on such short notice so we had to pay extra and also to the cab we had booked for our trip.
                    Who will bear the extra expenses?

                    7. We were 4 ladies in my family trip and the crowd which we found there was not comforting so when we asked the owner about the security of the place, in the name of security he had called for some local boys so their wouldn't be any scene on new year eve.
                    If something would have happened that night who would have been responsible.

                      I had the most terrible experience with oyo ever. Booking id - acyl0324. I did a booking at oyo 8389 hotel temple citi in kanyakumari for 6th january to 8th january after seeing the hotel facilities and made full payment of rs 5248 online. On reaching the hotel, i was told that the booking was not reflected in the hotel database. I called up oyo customer care (Krishnan) who told because of some issue, my booking could not be completed in that hotel and he was shifting me to another hotel (Oyo 5620 c gate residency). I was assured that the new hotel is equally good and i would be facing no issues. I had elderly parents waiting with me without lunch for more than an hour and i accepted the shift. On reaching the new hotel oyo 5620, i found it is located on a highway with no transport connectivity, near a clogged drain with flies and no lift facility. Lift /ground floor room is essential for me because i was travelling with elderly parents and i double check before booking if the hotel has these facilities. The oyo property to which i was shifted was not at all acceptable for staying with family. I also saw that not just me, other travellers were also dissatisfied with that particular oyo property

                      I called up oyo again (Shweta) and explained my situation. I was told oyo could not arrange for a room in the initial hotel oyo 8389. I mentioned i would not be checking in at oyo 5620 and will find a place on my own. I also refused to be shifted again because i was tired, with heavy luggage and old parents and apprehensive that the next oyo might also be unacceptable. I requested for a full refund instead since i did not stay at any oyo property and had to suffer for more than 3 hours for no fault of mine. She mentioned she had escalated the issue and will be reverting.
                      I am not asking for any extra compensation for all the trouble we had to face unnecessarily, just asking for a rightful refund for a facility which i could not use because of oyos fault. If that is also denied, i am afraid this is the last time i will have booked with oyo. And have to discourage my colleagues and friends also to use oyo in future because no one should have to face such stress and substandard service on a trip.

                      Another update, even after not staying at oyo 5620 cgate residency, the hotel management updated my booking as checked in because of which i can't cancel the same. This activity happened after i mentioned to oyo customer care (Gurdeep) about not staying at that hotel and making separate arrangements for my stay.
                      I urge oyo team to process the refund for a genuine customer whose one day of trip was ruined because of oyos mistake and to take cognizance of the fact that the oyo 5620 hotel cgate residency is substandard and lied with regards to customer check in.
                      I was assured of a callback from oyo escalations team and i am yet to receive that.

                        I booked panasonic sea resort at allepey for 31 december2017 to 2.1.18 by paying rs. 12385 but when we reached at 12 pm in 31 dec they did't allow us to enter the resort. Because they have gave our booked rooms to another person in higher rate nd shifted us to another hotel away 2km from beach. We pay 3000 for each room but they provide us room worth rs.1500 on 31st after spoiled our new year they shifted us to panaromic resort on 1st jan 2018 around 1 pm again they spoiled our another half day. Then we again booked by paying 4072 rs. For another day. We waited outside the resort till 1 pm at night with small children nd there was a crowd of drinked people who teased our female member. So i request you to pl blacklist this resort from your oyo panel nd refund us difference of amount paid by us for 31st dec 2017. They also provide us local brand shampoo & other things in place of oyo kit. Pl put the matter serously on the manager of the hotel.

                          I am sharing my terrible experience with booking experience with oyo rooms. I was searching for a hotel with a family room in puri because we are six adults and 2 small kid. I found hotel baikuntha palace on tripadvisor. Reading reviews about hotel and specially ignoring the reviews regarding rude and unprofessional behavior of hotel staff. When i reached in hotel for checkin rooms was not available and staff's behavior is worst. According to staff our booking was cancelled by oyo we had suffered with family all the night. Oyo's customer care was not attending our call

                            While trying to book room for hotel prabhupada in puri as advertised through their website they confirmed my booking. Then as we called the hotel manager directly he said that the hotel was not even tied with oyo.
                            So when i called back the oyo contact number they said they will be looking into the matter.
                            After 15 minutes i get an sms that my booking have been cancelled. The exact sms is pasted below.
                            This sort of harassment is not at all acceptable and i am at a lost of word on how much further i would have been harassed if i had not called the hotel in advance. I will be travelling with my old parents and relatives and these sort o[censored]tter cheating is not acceptable.

                              Hello sir /madam,
                              Hi this is prashant ashar from mumbai, we 10 days before were on a rajasthan tour and had booked 20 rooms at maharani prime jaipur (Booking id msij693) via your agent ovo pvt ltd (Cheaters).
                              The thing is that 5/6 days prior to our check-in we asked for cancellation of two rooms but were denied by ovo pvt ltd (Vijay sharma chor) stating as it can't be cancelled as the booking was a group booking n the current prevailing rates will be applicable for all the rooms if we cancelled the rooms now so we agreed to keep 20 rooms and i did rechecked with oyo people they gave the same reply. So we agree to keep all the 20 rooms and pay for the same.
                              On the day of check-in we were given only 18 rooms were we asked for 20, and the hotel authority said as 18 rooms were booked, so we did called mr vijay sharma (Chor) as y only 18 rooms were given so at first he said as 20 rooms were booked and you will get 20 rooms, and then in a while he did called again and said as two of your rooms were cancelled.
                              And then on the day of checkout we were very suprise as we were asked to pay for 20 rooms of which we were only provided 18. So i again called chor mr vijay sharma and had a heated argument with him.
                              And then did called oyo people in the matter and was in conservation with shruti one of your manager and she told us to pay the entir amount that time and would refund the same once going through all the matter. So we paid the entire amount to the hotel authority as we were not allowed to checkout and on assurance from your manager to look on the matter and refund the money. But then after few days i didn't got any communication from your end so did called again to oyo cc to look in to the matter. And after few conversations got a call from shruti today stating as oyo can't refund the money.
                              So being such a big company i don't think it's good to cheat people though not directly but by your agent ovo pvt ltd (Chor).
                              It is very bad on part of oyo and will have to think before dealing with oyo the next time only because of one of your agent bad works.
                              I once again request you to refund us our hard earned money for 2rooms for 2 days as we were denied the same from your end. And also to refund the amount directly to us n not ovo pvt ltd (Chor) as we now don't trust them at all.

                              I never recommed oyo rooms to anyone. Staff of the oyo is not a sense how to talk with a girl this was a staff or cheap guy.Employee name shahbaz haider oyo captain in gurgaon. i suggest to the oyo maintain your standard.

                                I had booked oyo room under booking id eayf7689
                                I faced lots of problem but i just want to mention few only, otherwise i need a full day to write

                                1. I never seen any room in the hill station which is facing toward water tank, even we surprise to see the window view of my room its really disappointing when we see the syntex.

                                2. Bed sheets pillow cover and towels are too dirty, clearly you can see the lots of smelly and spots.

                                3. Bathroom is too dirty and leakage in all the tabs, complete wall of the bathroom there is no paint,

                                4. The tv channel wore not working

                                5.in breakfast only 4 items,

                                6. Room walls are dirty and lots of water spots

                                Overall experience is worst and i need 100 % refund.

                                  We booked two room on 23th dec-25th dec 2017 for our family in hotel shivam musoorie (Excellent rating) and paid online. My booking id is fyun0937. We didnt like the property but checked into the hotel at 6 pm. The rooms was with full smell of garbage and food was extremely bad. Somehow we spent a night over their and next morning hotel staff misbehaved with our family for breakfast. We had a hot arguments with owner as well. I asked to oyo at 9 am to cancel or change my booking. They told me to wait for 10 min and promised to call me back with a solution. I dint get a call. Called oyo again.. Executive again promised to call me wihtin 10 mins with a solution. Finally we checked out the hotel at 10 am. After 12 pm i received a call from oyo. They told me neither they can change the property nor cancel the booking (Non-refunded as per his policy). As per their wording "they talked with hotel staff for the problem, you can check in again." i shocked. First off all how can you show "excellent rating" for such type of third class property?. Second how can anyone stay in that property with his family after such fight? My first experience with oyo was horrible.

                                    Kindly fix the washing machine in one of your properties with the following address.
                                    A-14, celeste residency, pi 1, greater noida, uttar pradesh.

                                    I have complained regarding the same a multiple number of times but the washing is just being serviced which is not fixing the problem.

                                    All of my new clothes have been spoiled after using this machine. Please replace this machine as soon as possible. I am employee of godrej and i have been staying here for the past 11 months. The oyo managers here are too dependent on the owner of the property. I hope this problem is fixed or else i would be really disappointed with oyo and would not recommend oyo as our business partner for our future projects.

                                      We visited this place called coorg mandarin oyo room in madikeri. We had paid rs. 6000 for 1 night stay here! We happened to reach the town pretty soon like 5am. Since the check-in was at 12pm, we were asked to wait till then until the owner saw us waiting for a long time! So we checked in at 9.30am. However, the place did not do any justice for the money we paid! 1st off their wifi and tv don't work! 2nd, the only complimentary meal was breakfast! 3rd, we had booked a room for triple occupancy but ended up getting just 1 double cot! 4th, toiletries weren't provided unless we asked. 5th, their travel desk asked close to rs. 4500 to just travel 3 places that weren't very far off! The owner and some staff were helpful in guiding us to places but the price wasn't worth the stay here! The only reason we booked this nonsense was because the rooms were available only in this hotel. Most girls were booked due to new year's eve. This is my second bad experience from oyo!! Plus, they add 500 oyo money. Why should i let oyo scam for the # service they provide when i can stay in a good resort for that price! What a great way to start new year! Thanks losers!

                                        Hi i am emailing you as i am very upset.
                                        I booked hotel oyo 677 nk residency for 2 nfgts of around 2, 500 inr. They send so many text messages to confirm my bookings. When i was there, i was told as i am not indian nationality, i am not allowed to stay there. Oyo call centre booked m hotel on oyo 5460 emblem. I was told 2, 800 inr and just slightly expensive. I neeeded yo pay taxi with my money to get next accommodation. But they charge me 5, 000 inr. All procedures took me for 4 - 5 hours as they didn’t communicate internally well.
                                        I approvate that you refund my taxi 125 inr and difference between 5, 000 inr and 2, 600inr. Total is 2, 525inr to my uk bank please. No point for me to receive inr now.
                                        Any additional compensation for these mess is also welcome as i wasted my time.
