We booked a room at raj villa, pahadganj today. We had booked for 2persons before but my sister had to stay here as we arrived very late, so we paid extra 500 and ask for an extra bed. They gave the mattress and pillow but said they cant provide cover for the blanket for the extra bed.

The blankets looks very dirty, how can we use a dirty blanket without a cover. May be the manager took it lightly because we were three young women.

    Hi oyo,

    This is regarding my stay in your oyo room with bevvan resort, during my goa visit.

    Having said that, i'd like to bring to your notice that your room was extremely disappointing, horrible and definitely not even at par with any local lodges. Hence, i found it inevitable to write in to you.

    Right from the time of check-in, my experience had been the worst ever. I understand that the way to the resort from the main road cannot be your responsibility, but parking availability was mentioned during the booking, but the resort didn't had an inch space to park inside for any vehicle. All the vehicles are suppose to park on the very congested narrow road outside, and that cost me a big dent and scratches on my car after someone hit my car during the overnight parking in front of the resort.

    I have paid rs14173 after all your discounts for a room for two days, but the room was not even worth than the local lodge room which can availed at less than rs 300 a day.

    1. Broken switch boards : the switch boards were broken in pieces and all the electric wires are outside which made us completely scary to touch.

    2. Air conditioning: pathetic damaged ac which works as per its wish. The room doesn't have the ac switch turn it on or off. The switch is somewhere in the reception and who knows what time they switch it on or off.

    3. Bathroom: i don't know how can i explain the bathroom, it was in such a pathetic situation with broken commode and was basic. Flush was not working and leaking pipes.

    4. Bed: i could see hundreds of bed bugs at night all over the bed and mattress, and it ends up me others sleeping on floor on a bed sheet like bus stand or railway station platform.

    5: balcony: like a garbage yard

    6. No water to drink

    7. No room service

    8. No intercom

    10. The swimming pools have not been cleaned for the past 1 week, so filthy water breeding mosquitoes

    12. Broken door handles

    After complaining about this on the 2nd day, the hotel people have asked us to move to a different hotel called hotel germany, where we did not find any better.

    In short, you have totally shattered our vacation leaving us more tired than ever. What justification you have on the same?. This was my first booking via oyo rooms and the experience made me clear that you are not even worth to be in the market. I will definitely recommend my friends and families to stay away from oyo.

      Firstly they have charged 4k for 1k room and we have choosen balcony room but due to traffic we had reached late so the oyo room people have sold that room in higher price and gave us very normal room and then we had booked 2 rooms and we were with family so they have given one room in ground floor and one room in 2nd floor. when we called oyo room they said we cant do any thing . and then they started fighting with us . worst app to use . Will never use it again. pathethic. customers should fight against it and they should close this app. as it make travellers suffer a lot.

        While booking I provided all the information about number of people and child plus their age to customer care executive mr Shailendra and he was agreed and confirmed that we don't need to pay any amount apart of deal amount mentioned during the call however now hotel manager is asking extra amount for the child having age more then 5 yrs but it should have highlighted while booking, which is not done by executive even when we check-in hotel eXecutive didnt update us for such policy hence we r not going to pay that extra mattress used by our child because we would have not book this property if such information were shaews with us while booking.

        I am not going to pay any amount apart of of my online booking amount because OYO customer care executive asked all the information regarding total number of people so he must have informed us before we initiated online payment of hotel.

        Need OYO management to bear the amount whatever is going to charge by hotel manager or OYO has to bear the amount as we are not going to pay any extra charges for my children .

          My experience was very worst in this hotel reason being i have wasted 5000/- and they have given nothing except a bed, blinking lights and one blanket.
          Please i am suggesting you don’t opted oyo rooms.
          There was no tissue paper, no room heater, low quality blanket, no water bottle, bulbs were fused and late night noise (Generator).

          My booking id ENFW9654 and i have cancelled it and i haven't got any refund. I have talked to consumer care and they say the booking was non refundable but after cancellation of booking i got an mail that har link to oyo rooms cancellation policy and it states that any booking cancelled will be refunded.

            I checked in hotel sumit paradise ooty .
            059 snowdown road.plot 41A.
            I checked in with family total 9 people. Issues
            1.most pathetic route map provided.not arrived at station and maps destination on right when one side moutain wall and other side is valley.
            2.no rooms available as booked.
            After check in almost 6hrs over.
            No beds provided.no towels no water
            Rooms door locks not working
            3.tried calling 4times youre hopeless customer care sevice no answers after wasting my call money.
            I want to talk to your agrwal owner of OYO
            dear sir will you keep your mother and sister in room where their is no lock and not repaired after complaint for two days.
            STOP FOOLING PEOPLE AND SHUT down this fooling buisness.
            M still in hotel and if you want to reach call on my number it will easy to track number after I shared my deatils above.

              I booked room in Oyo...
              made payment believing the room was ready to occupy and expecting the same quality service from previous experience...
              But tis was totally poor customer service ...
              The room was not safe for females, room was not ready, staff are unprofessional.
              And it was at 11pm so we all wre panicked to stay because o[censored]nsafe atmosphere. So we just walked out and cancelled that room.
              Wen I complained about this the OYO customer care din help on sorting this ...
              This Oyo was totally hv very bad customer care service...

                Being a brand name OYO Hotels, this type of service is not accepted from them. It’s really disappointing and frustrating that I have not received any refund amount.
                It is regarding booking ID GFCE7894. My check-in was on 24th Dec’16, however due to some circumstances I have to cancel the booking on 21th Dec’16. I was charged full cancellation fees i.e. booking amount of Rs. 7, 894 which is really unacceptable.
                As per the cancellation policy which is mentioned below, they should refund the full amount.
                For bookings up to 3 rooms -
                Cancellation Time Cancellation Fee

                24 hours or more prior to check-in time Free cancellation (100% refund)

                Please help me to get my money back.

                  I have been asking oyo customer care to escalate my complaint for both issues of quality of service and poor customer care, but i run into a brick wall everytime.

                  The complaint no given after highlighting the issue in consumercomplaints forum was -urgent social media escalation #5967878. However, there too i could make no headway in getting my point across to them.

                    when i logged in today, got to know that it has been cancelled as well but no refund etc

                    problem statement: i did not cancel it but ur system is showing otherwise. now i neither have booking nor room.

                      I have made postpaid booking of OYO room at Jodhpur, Rajasthan on 15 Dec 2016. Booking amount was fully paid and check-in time was 12pm. I have asked OYO for early check-in. However, OYO officials told that we could not confirm the accommodation charges and for early check-in. Therefore, you have to ask the Hotel Manager for charges and availability on the same day.

                      I went to Hotel on 15/12/2016 at 6.00 am for early check-in and decided the Charges with Hoel Manager. However, surprisingly bill was doubled at the time of Check-Out. I ask to the Hotel Manager for addition charges. He was also confused for additional amount in bill by OYO.

                      Hotel Manager said you should contact OYO customer care and raise the additional bill amount issue. So also, I have communicated this issue with OYO help desk for further solution. It was very poor Check-Out movements and the service experience was very embarrassing. Now, I have a questions for OYO management that how OYO has right to decide the early check-in charges without any confirmation of timings from the customer ?

                      If you unable to reply; I have no option to discuss this issue in social media etc. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                        Our experience at your above mention property was horrible. Staff is very unfriendly and welcome drink even asking for a glass of water. Reception and the owner of the Hotel was unprofessional and no curtsy towards customers. Room do not have OyO basis kits and overall experience was too bad.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I had made bookings for 2 adults through Oyo rooms in Goa during 25th and 28th Dec at 3 different places. i.e. one place each on 25th, 26th and 27th stay. The price I paid per day varied between 5000 to 7500 Rs.

                          Due to unavoidable circumastances, I had to change my plan to stay in Goa and hence to cancel the hotel bookings. To my shock the cancelllation charges are same as reservation costs.

                          My request is to look into this cheating. For me specifically I want following
                          1. Only parts of the costs which are paid should be cancellation charges.
                          2. If the hotel rooms gets rebooked at a premium (i.e. more than I offered), I must be repaid complete amount as refund.

                          Please look into this matter.

                            I was staying at room 405 Hotel Ashraya Swargdwar Puri. Amount 90000 INR was stolen from my luggage while I was not in the hotel.
                            A police case has been registered against the hotel and its manager Dilip Kumar Mohanty. No cooperation was shown by the hotel staff. Also one of their workers went missing from the next day onwards. Media was also called and told about the theft.

                              I booked goa hotel for 28 to 31 december 2016 about three months before to avoid high cost of hotels due to pick season. I booked this hotel for rs 7300 for four days. However, before 10 days of journey a oyo executive called me to diposit 8000 more for this hotel otherwise the deal would be cancelled, as I booked a hotel for pick time. I have nothing to say him feeling touted/cheate as everything have been planned from my side except extra budget created from cheater oyo. Pl help me. My phone no is [protected].                                 Myself Bhavesh I am working as an Inbound associate in BPO for the oyo process due to some circumstances occured. I was absent for 4 days uninformed. When i reached the conpany my respected Team leader approached me as absconding for the company.

                                Then I had applied for the resignation in the company then the manager called me and told me why is it so. I told him I am not able to work in the BPO but he said what are the reasons I explained him all the things he said that I will help you out in your rejoining ( Revoke).

                                Then i was rejoined in the company after 1 or 2 days. I work then after some days I had been absent for 2 days and when I reached yesterday the Manager said me where were you explained him. He said you were absent I had apologized him for that I said that I will be working for the company but the manager said no I will not help you in any of these things. a team leader ( TL)was listening this conversation between me and the manager.

                                The TL said that we have put the salary on hold for these associates. And the TL managed to put my Salary on hold and showed me my name in the hold list.

                                Then the manager told me that if you want this salary then you have to work for a month more I really apologized to him but he said i will not help you anymore. And then I leaved for the day as I was very frustrated in this job and in this process.

                                I had worked for them as they said. And i m not able to get my salary this is THE SERVICE OF OYO FOR THERE ASSOCIATES VERY PATHETIC VERY SHAMEFUL.

                                  I checked into oyo rooms kunnumpuram near fort cochin on 30/11/2016 and stayed for a day, when i checked the oyo app they have mentioned that the hotel accepts card payments but the hotel actually doesn't accept cards, and they have mentioned power back up but if the power goes the ac wont work, and they have also mentioned that there is in house restaurant but the hotel doesn't have. And also oyo has mentioned that the hotel has dining area but when i checked with the hotel reception they said they do not even allow food inside, but the hotels restrictions are not mentioned on oyo app.
                                  I made a complaint to oyo about the same but no response.

                                    I am a premium member of oyo rooms. I used to book hotel rooms almost once in a month and my experience with oyo has been good. But today i am facing one issue with the oyo app. I have cancelled one of my booking for tomorrow, i. E 3rd dec 2016 to 4th dec 2016 with booking id bpwk0579, before 12pm as i am very well aware about oyo cancellation policy. But due to some technical issues, my app or server has been showing my cancellation time after 12 pm. This must be due to server glitches or bugs that my time got updated later at oyo side. Oyo deducted rs1308 from my amount. This is unfair, oyo should refund my money.

                                        Mr. Sanjay Nijhawan made the room bookings in Mar & May 2016 and paid the total advance of Rs 70, 000.

                                        Due to unforeseen circumstances, the room bookings had to be cancelled of which OYO was informed about on 04 Aug 2016.

                                        It is very disappointing that no refund has been effected to date despite numerous efforts and email correspondence between OYO management and myself. (in particular Rashmi Gupta & Sayed Ali Abbas Jaffri)

                                        Have been advised that money has been refunded but our bank wants the information of the bank and the date that the money was transferred which has not been provided even after many many requests.

                                        May I request you yet again to provide the details of the date when the total refund of Rs. 70, 000 (which is in accordance with OYO's Terms & Conditions) was transferred and the Bank which has transferred the money to our account information provided.

                                        It has been nearly 4 months since OYO was informed of the cancellation of the room requirements. To date, OYO's response and actions related to the refund have been highly unprofessional in giving us the run-around for refunding the money.

                                        You need to respond to this communication asap otherwise I will be constrained to resort to other forms of redress which is not my first preference. I can be contacted on +[protected] or + 91 [protected].

                                        While booking room in Shirdi through oyo app, I got a message that "some thing went wrong, retry" and I have raised this to concerned team. Even after 72 hours, am getting same communication that technical issue & team is working.
                                        In the mean time rates are increased and oyo person is telling they are responsible...
                                        Need to act immediately.
