Hi All.
It's very weird things came from this cheap OYO ROOMS service.
I booked 1 room in Mussorie and wasted my 3 hrs. of precious time in searching if that room. Horrible location and no any contact no. provided. 1 no. is there which connects to IVR but neither they were picking the call nor they called me back. I had to take an
other room in emergency with high cost.
Refund my all amount along with the Harassment charge..
otherwise I will sue against OYO rooms for sure!!!

Don't ever think of booking ..If you want spoiler right from the beginning of your holiday.. Oyo knows the best how to be that spoiler ... on top of that they will rip away your happiness with the worst service by giving unreachable contact numbers of their oyo captains...

    We booked a stay in trinity guest house 402. Plot no dl 39, salt lake sector 2, kolkata. When we got there at 10 30pm on 1st of february, we were shown our way inside by a man (? Caretaker).in the living room the owner of the place was sleeping on the floor. He did not bother to get up despite the caretaker trying to wake him up, being drunk wouldn't have helped. The living room was extremely shabby with clothes thrown all over the place. How can we stay in such a room with 2 men sleeping on the floor? Is this the kind of safety you provide your customers? This is not what we expected of oyo rooms. We had to find another place to stay in the middle of the night. This kind of behaviour is unacceptabl

      I had booked a room from oyo my confirm booking No DGFD5290 for one night in the name of my friend S Mondal. Around 1800 hrs he reached bangalore i accompanied with him to hotel silicon H earth after reaching there the receptionist told us against these number there is no booking in by hotel. Then we tried with OYO customer care [protected] after trying for 03 hrs at around 2230 hrs we connected and got the hotel mobile number. It is surprised to see that same hotel was booked. When we asked why he denied earlier. he replied in very rude manner it is the fault of OYO you contact there. Again when we contact oyo customer care replied sorry for your inconvenience.
      I just wanted to asked who is responsible for 05 hrs which i spent on road side. Can a sorry finish this story, no one want to take responsibility.

        This is in reference to my several mail to OYO regarding refunding of my one day money. But no response came from their side. I had paid the money to OYO on 29th Jan as a pre-payment from my bank account. After that no support given and early checkout done by the hotel at zirakpur. This actually a fraud with the consumers.

        Request to Please help in resolving this issue at the earliest.

        Customer care is moving me from one call to another. I contacted them almost 15 times and every time they asked for booking id and concern incident. It is very shameful as their CRM is very week and totally harassment to customers.

          Requesting for full refund.VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH OYO AND THEIR PREMIUM PROPERTY.
          Very worst and pathetic property. OYO claims this as premium property. Stayed here for 6 nights and paid Rs 11900. Below are the amenities mentioned by OYO website.
          Rooms: There was a foul smell when we entered the room, requested for a room spray. No Luck.
          Rooms:Booked for 3 beds.but only double bed room was given that too very small. After multiple requests they had arranged a mattress without cot and made us to sleep on the floor.
          Rooms:There was no table nor chairs to sit in the room. Forced to sit on the bed or floor to have food.
          Parking Facility: When we reached the property, asked about the parking area. We were asked to park our vehicle on the road. We parked on the road for all 5 days stay.
          Mini fridge: There was no mini fridge present in the room.
          Cards Accepted: They have a dummy card swiping machine that would not work.

          Check-out process: At the time of checkout, They were asked us to pay Rs800 for a bedsheet that have some stains in it. We explained that is happened because we sat on the bed and had our food as there was no table or chair to sit. We were forced to pay Rs 800 for the betsheet that is not even worth for Rs100.
          I gave my credit card to swipe that amount and shocked that the receptionist guy went to nearest shop to swipe with my card and asked to enter PIN.Requested to give the bill for this Rs800 and they refused to give the bill. Called OYO care, got reply that they cannot intervene. We argued and nearby shop owners gathered inside the reception area. We were helpless and cornered. VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED WITH OYO AND THEIR PREMIUM PROPERTY.

            Hi there,

            Myself Aakanksha Shah.
            Booking ID: CDHE4892

            I booked Hotel Sitara Paradise from the Oyorooms. While booking by mistake i selected 1 guest but we were 2 me and my husband. I selected payment option Pay at hotel. So while check in to the hotel, hotel manager asked us to pay Rs.400 extra for 1 extra person. We paid. then he asked extra charge of Rs.330 for early check in. We paid 330 Rs.
            We paid total.
            2533 + 400 (1 extra person) = 2933.
            2933 + 330 (early check in charge) = 3263.

            Now while check out from the hotel, hotel handed over the bill of Rs. 2533 only. When we asked the bill of the amount what we actually paid. He simply denied. We keep asking him the bill, Now he started arguing in very bad tone.Then in last he told us, Final bill will be generated in Oyoroom when your check out time will pass(11 Am 3rd Feb, 2017) We actually checked out from the Hotel around 7PM 2nd Feb, 2017.

            Now I got Payment receipt from the Oyoroom of Amount 2863. But we actually paid 3263. What about difference amount?
            Can oyoroom please provide me the bill of the actual amount (Rs.3263) Which i actually paid at hotel.

            Note : Hotel service was the worst. AC was not working. In TV only telugu channel was coming (I don't understand Telugu.). Water was not drained out from Washbasin(eww So dirty).

            This is my first experience to book the hotel from OyoRoom and i am very disappointed.

              I had booked one Oyo room for 26th December 2016 night in Mussoorie. The room was dirty and non-hygienic. There was kitchen smoke in the passage while entering the room.Tap and shower handle was broken in the bathroom. As per description on Oyo website Room heater could be made available at extra charge. When we requested the Room Heater to so-called manager (a 18-19 year boy) he replied that heater is not available. It was a cold night and with my family i can not leave there and I went out to search for another room. Before that I tried to call Oyo call center but there was no response. After couple of hours I checked-out the room. I tried calling Oyo again but there was no response. I posted a complaint with all these details and i got a call from one of the executive at 11:30 PM. I told him complete story and he assured me that he will get back with further details in the morning. There was no call back and I got a call again next day from another executive...same story again and he also did not revert. I was sending regular follow-up mails to them but they did not respond either of the mail. I requested them to return my money as room was not at all as per description and i checked out immediately because of this. But nobody responded.

              Dear Oyo Team,

              I have received multiple calls from your team and they are not taking this seriously and just a general matter of failed service. Saying sorry is not acceptable along with only 50% refund. I had requested for full refund as nothing worked well for this booking. Property was not found as described. Oyo captain assigned to me was not responsive. Please appreciate, I might have asked for additional compensation but am asking for my money back.
              Kindly do the needful ASAP or else share the contact details of responsible senior management but not the call centre executives. I hope to get positive response soon.

                I had a confirmed booking Booking from M/s OYO Rooms - LXTE3628 in Hotel Remee Resorts, Hosur from 27th night to 28th morning Jan'17. When I reached at reception at 2200 hrs of 27th Jan'17, they blatantly told that there is no rooms available and they have informed OYO about this already before. You can imagine the plight of a 50 year old man with his wide along with his 18 year old daughter and 15 year old son, in the streets at midnight !!!

                I had to spend about 2 hours to search fora hotel and spend Rs.8000/- to get a room at midnight ..

                Too bad... I need compensation of Rs.1 lakh for the mental struggle I had to undergo on 27th Jan'17 night ...

                  I have booked into Oyo rooms serene nest Hyderabad, this is one of the worst experience I am having with Oyo never book again Oyo in future, not connected to captain as phn getting disconnected automatically after 30 secs.
                  No hot water facility they say hot water will come it never will, waited for 3 hrs before finally sleeping without bath, room service doesn't get u ur change back and add 50 bucks as delivery charges which is no where mentioned in bill as they get food from outside..I have never had such a bad experience in any hotel where guests checking in after a journey at night can freshen up bcoz water is not hold but cold in winter season.

                    I have booked a hotel room with oyo and I traped in this ########. At the time of booking your booking rep (Mr. Harish) confirmed for hotel Metropolitan with hotel and room pictures and after 2 hrs I received a call from a distrusting Hotel Star Plaza. Pathetic service I have ever feel. We had to check-in at 0300 HRS that is why I did not have any option. Me and my wife suffered a lot, we got all disappointment from oyo side. I will never ever think about oyo and alert the same to everyone. This is a real case of cheating and misguidance, I am also going to post it publicly on facebook and circulating on my all whatsapp business groups. If someone asks me about oyo then I will explain it significantly horrible. You guys just good for nothing.

                      Hi I am Saurabh Verma,

                      I booked a room in Udaipur from 13 August 2016 in hotel OYO Rooms Inside Surajpole. Me and my wife traveled to Udaipur from 13 to 15 August, 2016. As expected will have to be there in the hotel around 12 Pm, However we check in the hotel around 10:00 am then also the Front Office agent didn't provide us room. we wait till 12:00Pm then only he provide the room. The room was untidy, TV was not working, bathroom door was not locked properly, The staff was very rude.

                      Even worst when I check out from that hotel and Check in to the hotel Oyo fateh sagar lake Hotel on 14 and Check Out on 15 early morning 2016. The staff told us that your booking is not with us however, I made the booking from OYO rooms. They provide us the room which has no window, losts of smell, and very small room when we told this to the management they told us that ", They have only one or two good room to display", well this is the worst experience I have with OYO ROOM.

                        I cancelled a booking on 4th Jan for Oyo Escapes, Nagaon in Maharashtra. I received a mail for my refund amount that i will get that in 5-7 business days. Now 14 business days and 20 days has been passed i haven't got the amount they are not listening to me. Please do the needful.

                            Hi,
                            I had booked a hotel room in Chennai. It is in a hotel called Lloyd's nest. A person from Oyo called me and did a second booking for me in the same hotel, and now I have to pay for the two nights for two rooms. My telephone number is [protected]. The Oyo room site is a big cheat. They waited till the deadline for the second day is over before they told me about it.

                              I have booked 2 (two) rooms hotel stay kochi in kochi, kerala.
                              date of the incident 18 dec 2016 to19 dec 2016 booking id is qput2095. their was no proper management of rooms facilities & thing were messed up. we were very tired at that hotel. i have booked hotels for 6 ( six ) days through oyo rooms. but we were not satisfied with the services, that's why we have further decided to not use the hotel booking facilities after hotel greeshmam inn at munnar.
                              kindly refund the paid amount rs 2998/- ( two thousand nine hundred ninety eight only ) i am waiting for your reply as early as possible & action should be needful.

                                I had booked 6 rooms from[protected] to[protected] through OYO for travel to Shimla with family and friends. The hotel was nowhere close to what was promised. Me and my family had to wait on the road on[protected] from 7PM to 10PM just to get a resolution. Even after long chats and conversations and writing emails, they have deducted 20% amount before refunding my money. No hope of getting my money back. Very rude customer care, have also been threatened by one of their executives.

                                I checked in yesterday for two days stay.in Sai international T Nagar.No water in the room when we wanted to take bath early morning shifted with luggage inot another room there also after some time no water in toilet commode.had paid full amount and my first and last useage of OYO room

                                  I had stayed in Oyo Rooms Hitech City in Hyderabad on 22nd & 23rd November 2016 at time of International Conference of ICAI. The OYO Rooms were also empanelled with other hotels on the website of the Institute long days ago before the Conference for the convenient of the members of the ICAI.

                                  In this connection I am very sorry to lodge the complaint against the OYO Rooms Hitech City but being as a Professional member I hope it will be wrong if I not recover the money which the hotel was supposed to pay at the time of check out from the hotel and for this the hotel also agreed mutually without any pressure and give their consent by acceptance in mode of their seal of the Hitech City hotel.

                                  I had booked hotel online from Mumbai long days ago before the Conference for 3 days from 22.11.2016 to 24.11.2016 and my Booking ID was NPAZ4716. Accordingly, online payment was made of Rs.4, 800/ (in addition to Rs.54/- made for other charges). On the same day, in the evening after seminar it was confirmed to the hotel that due to health problem I will not stay on 24.11.2016 and accordingly on 23.11.2016 I vacated the hotel and the management of the hotel was supposed to pay balance Rs.1600/- as payment for 1 day done extra due to my prior leave and for this information was given well in time on the very same day of my first day of stay but they took my bank details in which the amount they will credit within 2-3 days through NEFT. So I was assured that my firm will received back the amount of the day in which I have not stayed. I came to this knowledge after 31st December 2016 when my accounts was checked because I have practice to review the account of my firm every quarter with vouchers then it came to my knowledge that payment has not been credited by OYO Rooms Hitech City Hotel which the manager at that time has accepted and committed with the assurance to remit within 2-3 days. When I talked from Mumbai with the concerned person of the Hotel from which mail was received denying the payment on the basis of policy of the hotel. When I rang him personally objecting the contents of the mail as a false, hidden from the customer, not this type of disclosure anytime after booking or any time at the stay in the hotel.

                                  So, my opinion on this is that it is the case of cheating. Therefore, I claimed with the hotel Rs. 25, 000/- extra besides the amount of Rs.1, 600/- for which they have argued me on the phone consumed my productive time in baseless issue and further harassing me. If this payment is not received then I will file case against the hotel in the court in my jurisdiction at the cost of the management of the hotel.

                                  So I hope to resolve this issue by making payment along with Rs.25, 000/- immediately in my bank account which I had also mentioned again in my mail to the hotel.

                                    We have booked OYO at Perungudi, but they didn't give OYO rooms and accomodated in ORANGE.INN. Manager said, If i cancel OYO booking and he can give better offer at Orange.inn. Break fast is horrible and early morning there was no water in toilets. But we have got cheated and our New Year celebration went on pathetic. There is no wifi also. what is the use of taking service appartment. But we have to pay same amount. No kitchen they get outside food. Really we are disappointed. I have suggested to one of my colleagues at Trivandram, he came to Indira nagar 12th main OYO on 25th. But whey that manager recommending other serviced appartments.

                                      I checked in oyo rooms on 29th december and checked out on 3rd jan. My bill for 5 day stay was ₹ 6051 in which i was promised to have heater, wifi, geyser, ac, room-service, breakfast, laundry etc.

                                      These facilities were just mentioned on the app but not provided.
                                      Inconvenience faced are as follows:
                                      1.Geyser was not available, i ade a complaint and was told you'll get hot water through boiler. Later no hot water was provided saying diesel unavailable to run boiler.
                                      2. Wi-fi wasn't provided saying server is down. But wrong password was given because it was not getting connected
                                      3.heater, ac were not available in room.
                                      4.it was no wehere mentioned in app that laundry is chargeable .

                                      This many facility were denied and not fulfilled . When a charge is levied from customer it is by keeping in mind all the facilities delivered. The facilities were not delivered and now oyo is denying a refund also which is extremly apropriate because i was cheated by showing tgise facilities for which i paid and then were not delivered.
