The krishna hotel having Oyo rooms near indore railway station has not at all provided us good service.very very poor quality of rooms as well as service.we are very mch disappointed from your service.
Very very disappointing.this was nt at al expected from you Oyo rooms.
We cm wd so many expectations and you people provide this kind of service?

    Worst Services by OYO...
    Tried OYO rooms for first time in gurgaon delhi and landed up getting a cockroach in my breakfast meal, even after bringing the incident in notice of the rooms managers and OYO customer care, they hardly seemed bothered to take this matter seriously...
    The girl at customer care while talking to me over a call and during am submitting my complaint seemed smiling, the others at hotel/ appartment boked through oyo seemed totally unconcerned and landed up giving unacceptable excuses on incident.

    Tats what the services of OYO are in the capital of INDIA...

      I have booked two triple bedded rooms at Ujjain and my confirmed booking ID:ARYQ5612, check in 14th August 2016 and check out 15th August2016. In this regard i have received your mail on[protected] i.e 6 guests and two triple occupancy rooms.
      It was very strange and disappointing i was accommodated in two rooms i.e one triple bedded room and one double bedded room. In the double bed room i was not provided extra bedding, more so ever i was not provided with any towels, to further embarrassment despite my talk with your representative, nothing was provided. I was not provided extra bed nor towels and further no toiletries were provided in double bed room.
      It was very humiliating for me because on my repeated request i was not provided any extra bed in the double bed and was not even provided toiletries and towels.
      Because of your negligence and irresponsible attitude, i have suffered a lot. I contacted and requested your contact numbers [protected], on same day 14-08-16 at 19.06 pm, [protected] at 19.10 pm to look in the matter. However they did not paid any heed to my personal requests due to which i have suffered a lot.
      I made the payment as per your mail. I requested the hotel manager that why they have not provided me the extra bed and other toiletries and towels on my repeated requests. They did not replied satisfactorily, more so ever breakfast was also served after 10.00 am. My complaint was logged under case id 527786 on 14-08-16 at 19.05 pm. I even contacted your employee at Indore. But, It is very strange till day i have not received any reply from your side. IT IS THEREFORE YOU ARE ADVISED TO REFUND MY HOTEL EXPENSES ALONGWITH COMPENSATORY COSTS, OTHERWISE I WILL BE COMPELLED TO TAKE NECESSARY LEGAL ACTION AGAINST YOU AT YOUR COSTS AND RISKS.

        This complaint is regarding the Booking ID BVUI2904, I booked two rooms for two days in hotel namely OYO Rooms Andheri East Asalpha Station 1 in mumbai on 2nd of august 2016 and made the advance payment for that. when i reached there on 5 of august around 8 p.m the receptionist over there told don't have 2 rooms available with them and if i want i could stay there and adjust in 1 room. when i told her that i booked the rooms in advance from oyo she told me sir we cannot do anything if you want you can cancel the booking, after that i called at oyo support after waiting for long they told me sir we started working on your problem and we will call you back in 15 min with resolution, i waited there almost for an hour but didn't called me back, when we literally argued with the manager of the hotel he said we can arrange 2 rooms in other hotel which was around 2km away from that hotel. as it was very late and also raining over there we didn't had any other option than to agree with him but when we reached there that hotel was a very degrade hotel and it doesn't had any of the facilities which oyo promises.
        but the problem is oyo did not replied me for my problem and they called me after 2 days to know how was my stay, when i told them again about all what happened they said sir will revert you on this soon and i also told them i will not be able to receive the calls so mail me for further communications, on 12 of august i got a call from oyo regarding the same and the asked me the whole story again after few minutes i got a mail saying would like to inform you that as discussed with Property Manager she told me that they provided you the another OYO property for stay because in previous property there were no rooms available. for which i mailed them That was not the oyo property and i didn't got any services which oyo provides as oyo didn't replied me back on that moment i was not having any other option to go to that so called hotel on the hotel manager's request. I booked the hotel from oyo so it was your responsibility to provide me another hotel not someone else but you left me such a miserable situation that have to agree with the hotel managers request. Now as you are not able to provide me the hotel even after taking money from me in advance you should refund me that money without any excuse and arguments. I hope I'll get my money back soon otherwise i have to take the appropriate legal action against oyo. i did not got any reply of this rather on 16 august i received a massage saying your booking is cancelled as you did not checked in. i again mailed them to reply my previous mail and return my hard earned money but till date i did not received any reply.
        therefore i request you to intervene in this matter and help me to get my money back along with the compensation.

          Smq2620. I stayed at tri star hotel for one night only and had to break my journey due to an emergency. I paid only for one night rs.1549/=, which you may please note. I am told by hotel owner that i need to inform oyo for modification and same was done by me over phone. Please make note of the same and confirm it is done so that hotel owner reconciles his account.

            I booked a hotel through OYO rooms with booking ID DZLY1078. Although the charge taken was in lieu of AC Rooms with all facilities that as per the details given on their website and complimentary breakfast, no such facility was provided. The request for refund is being repeatedly turned down without even considering the mental and physical agony.

              Below is the email i sent to oyo rooms which is not yet resolved.

              Dear oyorooms customer quality support team

              I made a booking using oyorooms online (booking id : abdz1869) for 3 nights starting 12th august till 15th august am at essvee hotel, vijayawada, andhra pradesh. i also called and booked a complaint complaint #: 528625. oyo

              I would like to highlight a number of problems :

              1. the room is dirty when we checked in at night at 9:00 pm on 12th august.
              2. the toilet is dirty. it has stains all over.
              3. the room doors themselves have paint on them. though it doesn’t stick, it is bad.
              4. the wardrobe had dust in it.
              5. we requested them to clean the room properly when we headed out on 13th august at 7 am. when we returned at 11 am, the hotel reception told that they will change the room.
              6. they moved us to a different room saying that the new room is good and every thing works.
              7. when we moved our luggage to the new room we found that the tap doesn’t work and hot water doesn’t come. we have to use a broken shower to live there and without hot water.
              8. the housekeeping there was asked the same question and the answer was that the room is like that only and if you like stay or get lost.
              9. the floor mats were fully dirty.
              10. when i go back to the reception, i am told that reception was not even involved in deciding me to the new room.
              11. eventually after the circus i returned back to my old room with the luggage.
              12. on august 15th, we were supposed to leave at 7 am. at 5:30 am when we get up only the tap gives hot water and no other tap that gives cold water works.
              13. again we run to give complaint at the reception and it took 1 hr for them to fix. i called oyo rooms to complain about this and that is where the above complaint # was lodged.
              14. the reception person opened up and started sharing his own set of complaints, which is none of his or my business.
              15. the room is full of mosquitoes. when asked, they provided goodnight which did not have any liquid in it. again we need to make a new request.

              Overall it is a very bad experience with the hotel. i paid rs. 3265/- per day and a total of rs. 9795/- for three nights.

              Questions to oyo :

              1. is this the standard of the rooms you provide for the above price?
              2. i know there are religious events happening and hence rooms are booked. but does it mean that you give such a bad service?
              3. what audits are you doing to make sure the hotel is run professionally and providing he right service?
              4. i am told wifi is there only in 1st floor.in the 2nd floor, wifi doesn’t work. it didn’t effect me but why are such things done?
              5. is you oyo qa auditor being bribed by hotel to escape these lapses? if not then why is the hotel like this?
              6. how are you going to compensate me for lack of such service? i paid you lot more than what you deserve.

              I booked through oyo and i want response from oyo. i will not deal with the hotel.

              Kindly get back at the earliest.

                This is i am complaining or suggesting that the checking time of oyo rooms must be changed. For ex: i reached hyderabad in early morning at 5 o clock... But when i used the oyo app the check-in time was 12 pm of previous day...

                Now what shud i do??... If i take oyo booked room i have to pay the rent of previous day which i have not used... And i have to pay amount for 7 hours remaining...

                So i suggest company to change the check in timings... Or else this wud be an useless app for some... And one more thing... There is no difference between the tariff of hotels we directly book and oyo...

                So both are at same prices... Then why we shud go for oyo for only 23 hrs checkout... While the hotels are giving 24hrs checkout with one hour grace period on request..???

                  We have booked two rooms on 28th june 2016, for 14th aug 2016 check in and 15th aug 2016 check out at hotel jazira, daman. We were 5 people including my parents and brother & my husband. We had got a confirmation message from oyo rooms while booking itself. As it was booked under premium section we were really very excited about this this and the hotel is bank on the beach & it was good even when we had stayed there earlier.

                  Our booking numbers were: bcmv0571 and jpig2876
                  Despite getting a confirmation call from oyo rooms on 8th aug 2016, after reaching the hotel, were were shown a very shabby cottage that was under the name of the summer palace and opposite to jazira hotel. It was a pathetic place to be, very dirty, all smelly, full of mosquitos and one can not stay at that place. We had gone with my parents so it was another concern for the rooms to be neat. After having long arguments with the manager of jazira hotel, mr. Neigi, he some how managed to give us one room in the same hotel but the other one was far below standards. The address on which the booking was done and what the hotel had showed were separate.

                  Despite calling to the helpline numbers at oyo rooms and with the hotel authorities they some how ruined our trip to the fullest.
                  Thet should be banned for making people suffer for such things and making false commitments and doing such frauds.
                  I would request to give refund for atleast one room as the pained and trouble caused by us cannot be changed now.

                    Don't trust OYO rooms.Oyo are fake people they put good room images but once you go there it's totally different.
                    This is 2nd time I booked with oyo, very horrible experience both time what they r displaying in website of rooms it's totally different. Even in bathroom the water supply is not sufficient, Room service also horrible. No tea ..no breakfast ...thy rrr F...k people.

                    Hey guys ..never never go for oyo rooms price what they r quoting for room is totally shocking once u reach ur destination u felt that u paid very high charge for the same. I paid 2700 per room for appartment oyo room near US consulate but that room hardly cost 1200 they cheated me by displaying good room pictures. Requesting u guys they r not trustworthy better book ur rooms directly with hotel instead of OYO Rooms. Ritesh

                      Hello. I had booked 2 rooms with my colleges. Another random co dweller came and knocked our door at 3 am. He came in and hit me and my friend and left once we locked the door. I'm going to bring this issues up, use the footage of the hotel camera.
                      I am going to take this issue up so that nobody else goes throught this state, specially and also that I believe that the people who created trouble were drunk. It's not about war. I can pose a major threat to the entire hotel. I'm definitely doing this and this isn't an healthy way to run a hotel.

                        Hi

                        I booked 2 rooms on 9th aug under booking id xtic4827 for 5 people. By mistake i selected the check-in date as 12th aug instead of 13th aug, and went ahead with the payment of rs.4798/-
                        I found out the mistake in less than 10 minutes and cancelled the booking, after which i got a message that i will not be getting any refund and the booking is cancelled. I called up the customer care number and the person said that nothing can be done. On their website cancellation policy it clearly says that it can be refunded when cancelled within 10 minutes. I have the proof in my email in which booking was done at 10:48pm and i cancelled at 10:58pm. Now they are refusing to help even when i am ready to just change the date and go ahead with the same booking. They say that if i have to change the date of check-in then i have to make another payment.

                          Oyo is very bad so please don't book any room through this . i book a room and called on [protected] they said cancel your booking, i cancelled when i called again they said we don't refund any amount because you didn't inform us 24hours before but how could i informed them because i book room 3 pm and cancelled 6 pm .

                          so please oyo de through room na book kro yr . money wastage hai. booking krnia is ton achha te goibibo ton kro cooperate krde ne oh. business dealer lyi bhut problem create krde ne oyo wale upro hotels di service so bad. .

                            I booked oyo rooms (4 no's) vide ref rlfb5460 & nafd2754 at sunrise residency, located at arora colony, banjara hills road no 3, hyderabd over 171/2 month ago for marriage purpose at sri satyasai nigamagamam, around 250 meters on 6th august to 7th august 2016 from the paid booked apartment. Today i received sms that it has been relocated at jublee hills arround 5 km from the venue. These bookings are chaepest.
                            I also booked 4 rooms in the same hotel recently at higher price vide ref kies 6918 & berp 9215 and they are paid booking.
                            Also i booked 3 rooms vide ref eqyr6930 at higher price and to apy at hotel
                            At nick of moment they cheated by send sms.

                              Issue not yet resolved. The problem persist at top level management who allows multiple booking of rooms on single day. No action taken till now. The company has muted themselves on the issue as they know its their fault and don't want to rectify the problem.


                              Dear ritesh,

                              Complain wrt to booking id bwtf6398.

                              I booked oyo premium room for dates 26th dec’15 to 27th dec’15 for 2 rooms for me and my family consisting of my old parents and infant kid. The booking confirmed.

                              I received system generated call 5 times for confirming my visit on 26th dec’15. I confirmed it every time i received a call. Further, i called hotel directly to confirm my visit that i would be late in reaching the hotel. (I have all call recordings available with me)

                              Despite confirming my visit multiple times, i was denied the stay in the hotel. On enquiring the hotel, it was informed that oyo has allotted our room to somebody else.

                              I called oyo and they ensured me of resolution and giving me alternate hotel to stay. Despite waiting, i didn’t receive any call back for long. I called again and stayed on hold for 1.5 hrs and at around 1am mid-night, i was left stranded on street with my old parents and infant kid of 9 months.

                              Are these the ethics of company or over ambitious sales personnel’s? To leave a family stranded on streets at midnight despite having confirmed booking and confirming the same multiple times?

                              Despite assurance of action, i haven’t received any resolution for my complain. Nobody even tried to contact us whether we have got shelter or we are safe.

                              I hope the actions taken by oyo was satisfactory enough so i don’t pursue my complain through consumer forum.

                              Let me know the action you guys have taken over my complain. Who was responsible for all this mess? It was hotel, oyo sales personnel or oyo themselves?

                              Looking forward to a prompt response on highest priority.

                                I have booked 2 rooms through oyo. each room costing 8000rs totalling to 16000. both rooms in a single flat so i got a discount of 500rs. i was going to check in on 1st august. when i came to check the rooms i was shown the amenities and tv and a/c in one room was missing. i was told that these will be installed before i check in. i have paid 25% of the security deposit as requested by the oyo team to confirm the booking.

                                The amenities apart from the beds and cupboards in the rooms and the sofa, dining table and t table in the common room i was promised was tv, fridge and gyeser in the common area and a/c in both the rooms.

                                Now i get a call from one of the agent and he says that they have some technical issues and they will not be providing tv and also no a/c in one of the rooms. this is highly disgusting and is not a good thing on part of oyo. i have made my plans to check in. my family is coming in from hyderabad for whom i have booked these rooms. now, when the date is nearing, it is impossible to change the plans as there is a lot of personal loss and financial loss as well. i would like you to look into this issue a s to act on this asap. please let me know so that i can plan the next steps. i wanted to take this legally by first i thought to speak to the customer care as it's not a person but is an organisation.

                                  I am currently in royal grand inn, gachibowli, hyderabad.
                                  The facilities are soo soo bad here. The food is horrible. Room service is bad. There are no towels or oyo kits in room. Wifi doesn't work properly. Random strangers sit on reception ans stare you when you go out. Doesn't feel safe at all. Please have a look at this hotel.
                                  Also the room smells so bad. Not worth living.

                                    Regarding breakfast he has supplied at 9.30 am even after reminding several times (of course he promised at 7.30 - 8 am), he is not disclosing desk intercom no, but intercom facility is available in room, he is not able to supply the minimum water to the rooms..

                                      I made a booking for Jaisalmer, Rajasthan from OYOROOM app. By mistake I opted for 19 to 20 July instead of 19 to 20 August. I cancelled my booking and no amount was refunded to me by oyorooms.
                                      I given them every reason possible like my linked booking for jodhpur from 17 to 18 August and my tickets, etc for such mistake and ask them not to refund me any amount but to extend my booking but they not did anything.

                                      See my situation, in good faith i have pre paid booking amount ...if i have not pre paid that amount then??

                                      These people should work like corporate and not like old orthodox policy followers ...even govt departments are active now a days like we can file TDR after chart preparation of train, early income tax refund...
                                      Don't expect such unprofessional and uncaring attitude from them...

                                      They are opportunist and they keep my amount taking the shelter of their so called policies. ..

                                        I booked a room through oyo rooms hotel name Athithi satkaar in Luxa (Varanasi). The experience was dreadful, after reaching over there the persons over there deny coz we were unmarried couple but after filter from the website i booked it otherwise why i would choose that hotel.After showing on his PC they agreed but told it may be some fault but they will not allow us.It was such an embarrassment situation for us, later they convince other to cancel the booking and offer to give a room, we were left with no option. what was worse that my booking money gone coz we cancelled it late also they charge double and the crooks ask for some extra money and after giving they money they repetedly keep calling for some extra money.They looted like anything. i am feeling cheated by booking from oyo rooms also please don't go to ATHITHI SATKAAR hotel LUXA, Varanasi, people here are theives.
