Hi,

This is Sabbu Siddiqui, I have booked oho room many times but some cash back was to come by oyo rooms when i got it in my Axis bank account no-[protected] after that Oyo rooms made complaint in axis bank and they have hold my amount - 4348 rs deducted from my account on 13th febuary 2017 and again it has been deducted again amount 4348 22nd may 2017 and i have not used any oho services and not requested any services it looks ridiculous i need my refund as soon as possible please do the needful.

    I am a regular and prime partner of oyo in shimla himachal pradesh. More then 10 lacs business i did with oyo till today. A group tour was finalized by our travel agency and i decide to go with oyo for a comfortable, reliable and caring trip.
    But i got 50000.00/- loss and lots of major problems which make my group tour worst.
    Due to your team poor communication and wrong decisions i got poor reviews, i got money loss, i lost future business from this group.
    No responsible person from oyo who take care of group you guys only looking for money and after that you let the traveller at its own responsibility.
    I know this msg will not effect you more because this became your habit but pls reimburse my loss which you guys did.

      I was booked from May 6th to May 13th at B5/1 Alinex Residency in Salt Lake Karunamoyee at Kolkata
      My 2nd stay in OYO and for the 2nd time it was worse than pathetic

      Room was a pigeonhole. Was wlecomes with a large packet of Manforce Condoms as soon as opened the cupboard to put mine and my mother's stuff.

      Further down in the chest of drawers had medicine syrups in quantities stored as dumps

      To add sugar to my experience the place was reflecting at the oyo site as having power back up and here comes the shocker. No power back up when lights went off., I had my cousin and his fiance who had come to meet my mom and they are greeted with total darkness.

      Food same food with full of garlic in everyday menu.

      This property should be blocked by OYO to save their reputation. I have seen better OYO rooms at par pricing

      Having said that Swapan the caretaker who actually is the driver of the owner was very courteous and good.

      I can wite an epic of my experience but leave it at this. God bless OYO if they have these rooms and people like Awnish who care two hoots about clients. He is the OYO rep who came to meet me on first day and just made it a courtesy visit on the issues. No concrete steps taken.

        We trusted their quality and booked a room in somnath on 23/5/2017. The oyo has cheeted us by giving such unhygine hotel in a dirty locality. The breakfast as it is complimantry, is served in a open space under asbestas sheets. Which we did not even touch. The entrance it self is very smelly. The details we got while booking did not match the reality. Is just a trap to earn money.

          I booked 4 std. Rooms for 8 guests in ooty, from 20th may - 22nd may'17 (2 days) with above reference. Only after making a payment of rs. 33, 696/- i came to know about the hotel details, which i had rejected after looking at hotel, their facility and infrastructure. Oyo provided hotel nahar residency, which was available for less than half the price if i had booked directly on hotel website!

          As per printed document: the facility include safety deposit box, a/c., iron, refrigerator, fan, microwave, cable channels, flat screen tv, dining area, free breakfast and many more... So thought they may provide better rooms and service for oyo customers

          None of the above exists except tv that too limited to tamil channels, which is as good as not having tv. Breakfast is not free - there is associated terms and condition, on and above which you need to pay. It has small restaurant and lousy service std., you need to wait to get a place to sit and should have enough patience to get what you ordered. The hotel doesn't have lift, the bathroom taps are leaking. Very much disappointed with oyo

          OYO team assured me that they will investigate and resolve the issue and then they allowed 25% (Rs.8500/-) discount on billing. Though the compensation is nowhere near to the high charges they billed me (Rs.34K plus) for the rooms and the hardship I undergone but, I am glad to know that escalation system works in OYO and they care for customer and for their own growth

            This was the complaint i sent to oyorooms - but no reply:

            @riteshagar oyorooms are in a very sad state. Are you aware what happens in your flagship properties despite making 100 percent advance payment three days in advance.

            Before reaching, i called the so called customer assistance captain - i told him i was coming with my wife and reaching at 12 am. I asked him if everything was in place? He assured me that everything was in place and perfect.

            I want you to check the whole story behind booking no. Toxu3271. Of course, your team would try to mislead you with their own false account of the situation. Let them tell you all the lies first.

            Then i will give you all the records and proofs.

            It was an ordeal for me and my wife. Yes, i admit, my language became very harsh after being kept on hold for hours and after a checkin refusal - but i think this was natural for any human being. I am 51 years old and i have never had a worse experience all my 51 years of life.
            I did not know oyorooms was so casual about their business. It was hell actually.

            Stranded on the road upto 3 am. Hell!!

              Hi support,

              On 8th april I booked a room for 2 person which was costing Rs1854 after booking i saw it was deducted Rs3708 which is exactly the double.After that I made a complaint on my bank next day then after 3 to 4 weeks from there i got to know that the amount is credited on your side.I am roaming since month for my amount. Please check & refund it.
              I am not earning I need it.

                I booked a room from oyo and reached the hotel for checking-in.
                The receptionist denied my request for a room as his concern was that i should be atleast 18 to use their rooms. They're adding their own categories.
                As the terms & conditions of oyo didn't mentioned this.
                The hotel is voilating rules.
                Please take a strong action so they won't do this again with anyone else.

                  I booked room in Bangalore via oyo rooms booking I'd QFSR5924.
                  The booking was cancelled by the hotel, and I was not informed by the hotel and neither by oyo people through which I booked. I came to know when I reached the hotel, and there was no room. I had a senior citizen with me. It was very annoying.
                  Why do we book online so that we don't have any problem when we reach there, and you destroyed that very point.
                  My sincere advice to oyo is, if you don't have proper coordination with the hotel then don't include it in your list. Don't just blindly expand your business.
                  I am really disappointed and annoyed with your service.
                  Probably I won't use oyo again because there is no point.

                    I had booked two rooms for darjeeling at hotel Batashiya loop home stay for 19th and 20th of May 2017 but when i arrived at the said destination the hotel authority told me that they had not received any booking confirmation from Oyo rooms and all their rooms had been booked hence forth they could not provide me with the rooms and provided me accomodation to another hotel which wasent upto the mark according to the room tariff which i had already paid to Oyo via debit card on 27th Aptil 2017. I had senior citizen and kid with me and was so much disappointed and disheartened that at the last moment I had to opt with their decision.
                    This sort of hospitality is expected from Oyo??? Further i will not refer anybody to book with Oyo

                      I booked a room from OYO rooms named “OYO Premium Robertson Road near Chowrasta” on 18/06/2016 having booking ID MFQ18506 for two nights from 19/05/2017 to 21/05/2017 for 3 guests.
                      On 12/05/2017 I received a call from OYO that the property booked by me is having some electricity issue due to which they have to shift my booking to some other property. Without any proper intimation they immediately shifted me to “OYO rooms 080 near mall road” with same booking ID for two nights and 3 guests.
                      After looking into the information and pictures of “OYO rooms 080 near mall road” provided by OYO at their website, I came to know that this room is of budget category and the hotel does not allow check in to 3 guests(Max 2 guests are allowed in this room).
                      Despite of continuous follow up from 12/05/2017 to 17/05/2017 no satisfactory response is received from OYO side.
                      The whole series of incidences and responses from various executives from OYO has given me enormous amount of inconvenience, mental tension, embarrassment in front of my friends and loss of money due to increase in hotel prices at last movement.
                      So I ask OYO to give me Rs 50000 as a compensation due to the above said reasons.

                        Dear oyo manager,

                        I would like to inform you that this has been the most embarrassing moment and horrible experience with oyo hotels.

                        I had booked oyo rooms at banjara hills, hyderabad booking id - owek8462. I tried contacting the hotel staffs many times to know the exact location of the hotel but their was no response. The phone was always ringing but no body responded. Unfortunately i had to return back without check-in. Worst experience ever with oyo. Please guide your staffs to attend the calls from their customers in future.

                          We have booked four rooms in ooty, coonoor through oyo... Property 070.
                          Below are the issues...
                          1) no proper access roads to the hotel.
                          2) no quality food.. We had food poisoning because of the breakfast buffet they provided.
                          3) breakfast area was faraway from our stay because of which my parents has to take pain... It is not at all comfortable... When you cannot comfort your customers what is the point of having hotel business
                          4) drinking water has insects so we had to buy water bottles.. Complete business tactics..
                          5) last day of checking out they did not even give us soap and shampoo... They said they don't have the stock...
                          6) no hot water supply in hand wash sink
                          7) towels were not provided daily they said towels are limited
                          8) bathroom s were not hygienic we had to call them for cleaning again and again
                          9) upstair room access was good for senior or old people
                          Lots n lots we can write...

                          When asked for componsating the risk of stay we took with oyo they did not respond in a proper... For everything they say one thing is our policy does not give any refund... This is one thing they say everytime...

                          Please don't go through oyo ever... Reason is their customer service is worst

                            Highly disappointed with the customer support! Reached the hotel at 5.45am and early check-in charges 100% 1 night stay. After 2 hours waiting and continues suggestion from the receptionist to checkin with 100% charges I looked up on the website with early checkin charges and figured after 6am it drops to 30%! Is this how efficient Oyo is?? Keeping cleints waiting for hours to make more money? Pure harassment!!!
                            Concern - wasn't told about the after 6am charges and being forced to book at 100% even after 6am!

                              Sir, I have booked oyo room on 12th may to 13 may by mistake I was trying to book on 13 th to 14 th may .I put request of booking and emidietely on second minute I came to know Ordered placed on wrong date So I called oyo rooms custumer care and oyo rooms property dealer both were saying dont worry sir you ll get call from our side and your issue get resolved whole night I keep calling them and everyone is saying our team ll call you but nobody called amd I callled again in morning 7 one of executibe cu tha call inbetween saying he is transfering to concern team.
                              Very bad customer service and no value for money amd time of customer .I m gonna put same complain to consumer forum.

                                Hi last week i exp one of worst company service oyo,,, u totaly fraud n unresponsibl only greedy for money we booked resort in chandigarh whn we booked rooms n location is diffrnt but whn we near to reach. Nobdy try to call us like they said # captain are there we got msg like damampreet is our captain but no one there who try to call n solve are problem they gv us a room like road side hotels which cost 500 to 1000 cost,,,, we gave them 27000 rs advance aftr seeing room whn we canceled our booking they cut our half of the money,,, still it doesnt mattr we gave u like begger but u lost 1000 peopl network who related to us,, downfal start

                                We booked a room on 14th of may ( today) at gurgaon n they charged us before checkout n guess what there is no eletricity, , , , ryt now m updating this comment as there is no ectricity n its been 30 mins. Going to be an hour!

                                  I have made a booking from oyo rooms for date 21 may 2017 for 2 rooms at oyo premium 021 valley view rooms i. E kundau residency sikkim on 21 april 2017. After paying the full amount i called up the hotel after a week to check if my booking was confirmed.
                                  I was told by the manager that they are already booked for the said dates and there is no way that they can honor this booking.
                                  I called up oyo customer care regarding this and was assured by them that its a confirmed booking.
                                  However i was not sure about this hence i called up the hotel again after a week to confirm the same and i got the same reply from the management. After calling the customer care (Oyo) i was assured that the same booking is confirmed and i dont have to be worried for it. The hotel system will be updated for this booking soon.
                                  Again after a week i called up the hotel manager to check for the booking and this time they said that they are no longer associated with oyo and there is no way that this booking is confirmed.
                                  Now after speaking to the escalation team oyo admits that the booking is not confirmed and hence they will be making alternate arrangement at equivalent property.
                                  Its 4 days already and no action has been taken. If i hadn't contacted the hotel in numerous occasions the guest would have reached the hotel to find no bookings on their names.

                                  I had booked my room on 6th May2017 with oyo rooms at Hotel Summit Paradise, 059, Plot No. 41 A, Snowdon Road, OOty my booking id: SOBA2903 and i paid Rs. 2518 . I got Room No ; 302, Its very bad condition and Small room ( Its different as mention in OYOO Application )

                                    Last month i stayed in one of the oyo hotel (Find attached picture). Room appeared good during booking. But i remember that when i browsed charges were less. Incidentally when i booked charges were higher (Much higher than one specified above).

                                    Anyway, i do not have proof of original price so i will leave this dimension. But, main challenge is the room specified in the advt. Did not match the room i stayed. May be pictures are taken of the best room and you do not always get right one. I tried to change the rooms but i found my room is better than other rooms (Multiple challenges).

                                    Apart from room size i also found that toilet seat are improper, dripping air conditioning pipe in bathroom/toilet, noise of exhaust fan, mosquitoes in room, overall cleanliness (Got it cleaned later) etc. I could hear noise of reception in the room (As the room appeared to be added after narrowing reception).

                                    I took lot of photographs and planned to share with oyo, but after after initial call from oyo (Where i rated them 2) they never come back. This is the reason i am sharing them here.

                                    Considering the time we have as business people, how can we avoid such experience. I do not have time to chase oyo or others to fight. Being a startup, i do not have a logistics to take care of such bookings etc. So question is, what best measures exist to ensure that you get value for money when you book hotels through oyo or xyz?

                                      Myself, dr. Lakshmi unnikrishnan, booked oyo room - raj guru residency, ambal nagar chennai for a period of 04 days, from may 4 - may 7, 2017. I checked into the hotel on may 4, 2017 at 05.30 pm and stayed there till may 7, 2017, 04.00 am. During check out, i made the payment and asked for the bill. They refused to give any bill or even money receipt, claiming that i will receive the bill through mail from oyo site since it was an online booking. Even after so many requests, they were stubborn on not giving any bill or even a money receipt. The very same day at around 09.30 am, i received a message from oyo stating that my booking has been cancelled because i did not stay there. Now, this was really shocking and an eye opener towards the unprofessional approach of the hotel staff. I would request to kindly intervene in this matter and help me get an authentic receipt for the payment i had made. I have also registered complaint with oyo customer support. Hoping to get the issue resolved.

                                        I booked a room in patel nagar from 7 may to 8 may 2017 for a couple.. I checked in early for that i paid 899 extra so total i paid 3200 for a day but i left that room with 4-5 hrs bcoz of their unprofessional services.
                                        1) receptionist sushil mishra was not agree to swipe the card for payment. He asked me to go outside and collect the cash from atm bcoz if he will swipe the card so he has to pay taxes. I was very tired bt i went to atm.

                                        2) i paid 3200 cash but he didn't give me bill when i asked abt bill so he said that he will send it direct to room. I asked 3-4 times bt he didn't give me bill.

                                        3) now lets talk abt room so room was very pathetic. It was smoking room there was lots of smell of smoke. I asked 5-6 time to clean the room bt nobdy come to clean.. There is no toiletries, towels and not a single water bottel. Floor was very dirty i cn't walk without slipper or shoe.

                                        4) i paid 3200 but i didnt get anything.. I really dnt knw for what i spent 3200 to oyo rooms.. Kindly oyo rooms justify ur services now..

                                        5) i dnt hv any bill that i paid 3200 to sushil mishra (Oyo rooms receptionist) but if oyo room will take action so they can check by cctv recording..

                                        6) sushil mishra put the money in his pocket bcoz he didn't do my check in. I received the cancellation msg of same booking. Plzz take action againt him.

                                        Oyo rooms kindly justify ur services now and give me stupid reason to ignore this type of services which is provided by you.. Otherwise give me my money back
