Sir, I have booked oyo room on 12th may to 13 may by mistake I was trying to book on 13 th to 14 th may .I put request of booking and emidietely on second minute I came to know Ordered placed on wrong date So I called oyo rooms custumer care and oyo rooms property dealer both were saying dont worry sir you ll get call from our side and your issue get resolved whole night I keep calling them and everyone is saying our team ll call you but nobody called amd I callled again in morning 7 one of executibe cu tha call inbetween saying he is transfering to concern team.
Very bad customer service and no value for money amd time of customer .I m gonna put same complain to consumer forum.

    Hi last week i exp one of worst company service oyo,,, u totaly fraud n unresponsibl only greedy for money we booked resort in chandigarh whn we booked rooms n location is diffrnt but whn we near to reach. Nobdy try to call us like they said # captain are there we got msg like damampreet is our captain but no one there who try to call n solve are problem they gv us a room like road side hotels which cost 500 to 1000 cost,,,, we gave them 27000 rs advance aftr seeing room whn we canceled our booking they cut our half of the money,,, still it doesnt mattr we gave u like begger but u lost 1000 peopl network who related to us,, downfal start

      I have made a booking from oyo rooms for date 21 may 2017 for 2 rooms at oyo premium 021 valley view rooms i. E kundau residency sikkim on 21 april 2017. After paying the full amount i called up the hotel after a week to check if my booking was confirmed.
      I was told by the manager that they are already booked for the said dates and there is no way that they can honor this booking.
      I called up oyo customer care regarding this and was assured by them that its a confirmed booking.
      However i was not sure about this hence i called up the hotel again after a week to confirm the same and i got the same reply from the management. After calling the customer care (Oyo) i was assured that the same booking is confirmed and i dont have to be worried for it. The hotel system will be updated for this booking soon.
      Again after a week i called up the hotel manager to check for the booking and this time they said that they are no longer associated with oyo and there is no way that this booking is confirmed.
      Now after speaking to the escalation team oyo admits that the booking is not confirmed and hence they will be making alternate arrangement at equivalent property.
      Its 4 days already and no action has been taken. If i hadn't contacted the hotel in numerous occasions the guest would have reached the hotel to find no bookings on their names.

      I had booked my room on 6th May2017 with oyo rooms at Hotel Summit Paradise, 059, Plot No. 41 A, Snowdon Road, OOty my booking id: SOBA2903 and i paid Rs. 2518 . I got Room No ; 302, Its very bad condition and Small room ( Its different as mention in OYOO Application )

        Last month i stayed in one of the oyo hotel (Find attached picture). Room appeared good during booking. But i remember that when i browsed charges were less. Incidentally when i booked charges were higher (Much higher than one specified above).

        Anyway, i do not have proof of original price so i will leave this dimension. But, main challenge is the room specified in the advt. Did not match the room i stayed. May be pictures are taken of the best room and you do not always get right one. I tried to change the rooms but i found my room is better than other rooms (Multiple challenges).

        Apart from room size i also found that toilet seat are improper, dripping air conditioning pipe in bathroom/toilet, noise of exhaust fan, mosquitoes in room, overall cleanliness (Got it cleaned later) etc. I could hear noise of reception in the room (As the room appeared to be added after narrowing reception).

        I took lot of photographs and planned to share with oyo, but after after initial call from oyo (Where i rated them 2) they never come back. This is the reason i am sharing them here.

        Considering the time we have as business people, how can we avoid such experience. I do not have time to chase oyo or others to fight. Being a startup, i do not have a logistics to take care of such bookings etc. So question is, what best measures exist to ensure that you get value for money when you book hotels through oyo or xyz?

          Myself, dr. Lakshmi unnikrishnan, booked oyo room - raj guru residency, ambal nagar chennai for a period of 04 days, from may 4 - may 7, 2017. I checked into the hotel on may 4, 2017 at 05.30 pm and stayed there till may 7, 2017, 04.00 am. During check out, i made the payment and asked for the bill. They refused to give any bill or even money receipt, claiming that i will receive the bill through mail from oyo site since it was an online booking. Even after so many requests, they were stubborn on not giving any bill or even a money receipt. The very same day at around 09.30 am, i received a message from oyo stating that my booking has been cancelled because i did not stay there. Now, this was really shocking and an eye opener towards the unprofessional approach of the hotel staff. I would request to kindly intervene in this matter and help me get an authentic receipt for the payment i had made. I have also registered complaint with oyo customer support. Hoping to get the issue resolved.

            I booked a room in patel nagar from 7 may to 8 may 2017 for a couple.. I checked in early for that i paid 899 extra so total i paid 3200 for a day but i left that room with 4-5 hrs bcoz of their unprofessional services.
            1) receptionist sushil mishra was not agree to swipe the card for payment. He asked me to go outside and collect the cash from atm bcoz if he will swipe the card so he has to pay taxes. I was very tired bt i went to atm.

            2) i paid 3200 cash but he didn't give me bill when i asked abt bill so he said that he will send it direct to room. I asked 3-4 times bt he didn't give me bill.

            3) now lets talk abt room so room was very pathetic. It was smoking room there was lots of smell of smoke. I asked 5-6 time to clean the room bt nobdy come to clean.. There is no toiletries, towels and not a single water bottel. Floor was very dirty i cn't walk without slipper or shoe.

            4) i paid 3200 but i didnt get anything.. I really dnt knw for what i spent 3200 to oyo rooms.. Kindly oyo rooms justify ur services now..

            5) i dnt hv any bill that i paid 3200 to sushil mishra (Oyo rooms receptionist) but if oyo room will take action so they can check by cctv recording..

            6) sushil mishra put the money in his pocket bcoz he didn't do my check in. I received the cancellation msg of same booking. Plzz take action againt him.

            Oyo rooms kindly justify ur services now and give me stupid reason to ignore this type of services which is provided by you.. Otherwise give me my money back

              I had booked my room on 29th april2017 with oyo rooms at sarao hotel phase 10 mohali my booking id: czoj2713 and i paid 1828 rs for this. I went their around 3 oclock. Their was a guy at reception he was saying sorry we dont have any room. This is not the way to work. I got so harrased. He wanted me to shift near airport which was 3 to 4 km far away. Why i should go? When i paid all the payment.

                I booked a room at crescent park, kodaikanal on 4/5. After reaching there at around 1115hrs i was shown some other room which is very shabby and not so good location. When i asked manager there told me that my room was assigned to some body expecting i will not turn back. So i cancelled my booking as i hv no other option. So please refund my cost. Tks exptg reply.

                  I booked a hotel in coorg via OYO room, i faced so many issues in hotel provided by OYO (Kanika International). I complaint the same via OYO customer care approx 3 times but always they put my call on hold for 15-20 minutes but no solution after that.
                  In Kanika international Hotel, room was terrible, so much chimney noise coming into room as chimney pipe was just outside the window. Bathroom was not properly cleaned.
                  In their Restaurant, available at ground floor, they are serving Drinks and wines to customers.
                  No proper breakfast in morning, they are taking from outside lorry and serving inside hotel that also u have to wait for at least 45 minutes.

                  Same i compliant to OYO regarding this after check out to hotel, OYO said they will investigate and will call me and provide compensation. After 2 days i got call from OYO and they accepted that whatever problem i claimed it was true, so OYO was providing me compensation of 300RS, that i refused.

                  OYO experience was too pathetic for me, after complaining and accepting their fault by hotel and OYO, they are providing peanuts to me. moreover still that hotel listed under OYO.

                  OYO making people fool and claiming that they are providing customer satisfaction, they did not solve my problem while i was in hotel and moreover in the name of compensation they are throwing peanuts of amount to me.

                    I had booked a room through OYO on 1st May for 2nd May'2017 thinking and as shown by this site a decent room however when I reached the hotel it was totally unsafe. There were hens sitting at the reception, waiters were staring as of they have seen a female for the first time, hotel was stinking with a bad smell of liquor. After all this I had never checked in to this hotel however still these mad people don't want to initiate the refund against my payment of INR 1999/- Money is not a problem however here ethics come into picture and with that I suggest people from OYO should send thier families to stay in such idiotic properties I think then only thew will realize what they are offering to the customers.

                      We had book three rooms (One double sharing and two triple sharing) for one day today @ saas residency, calicut.. We paid the rent accordingly. When we reached here today, we found all the rooms to be double sharing.. All the rooms are small and can not accomodate extra mattress.. When we bought this to the hotel's notice, they told us that they are having double rooms in this category, which accordingly to them has been bought to the notice of oyo also.. They asked us to lodge our complaint with oyo as booking was done thorough you

                        It's very embarrassing to say that, my money was deducted twice for single booking id..
                        Even though i contacted the customer care twice, i have no hopes about my money..
                        Actually, an amount of rs. 2773 was deducted through debit card from my account for room booking in vijayawada in which the app shows transaction incomplete, but i had checked twice before posting this..
                        My amount has been debited twice..
                        For the 2nd time only through sbi internet banking.. The transaction was complete and the booking was confirmed too..
                        But, regarding the amount in which the transaction was completed 1st through debit card..
                        I had contacted customer care but in vain..
                        They are saying to tell me the booking id of the 1st transtransaction which was failed..
                        But the booking id for 1st and 2nd transaction was same...
                        They are not listening..

                        I have booked my stay in a oyo and paid the amount through ola money. But it has been deducted twice. The customer care is not listing and dropping the call again and again. Booking id is EBBF9642. I booked it for 4k and ended up paying 8k. It has deducted twice. Please refund my money.

                          I had booked an oyo room 504 andheri east midc 3 days ago for today (30th april 2017) for a friend. Ten minutes before she reached the hotel, i got a call from oyo itself asking me to cancel my booking and re-book it because the room that i'd booked was under maintenance.

                          I cancelled the room and when i went to re-book the room, it said that it was sold out and i called the person back to tell her this.

                          Oyo ended up telling me that they are not responsible for this because i cancelled my booking myself and the hotel told me that this is oyo's problem and not this.

                          All this while, without a solution, my friend waited there with luggage while oyo customer care put me on hold and never got back to me. She never got her room and had to go looking for another hotel in the vicinity. Pathetic.

                          This isn't the kind of shockingly unprofessional behavior that i expect from a chain this big and i definitely will not be booking an oyo room again.

                            I booked a room online at oyo near fortis hospital noida

                            I had following comments to make.
                            1. My booked id was wmdq0419 - oyo room 38. - hotel cross winds rn-24 fortis noida from 29 april to 30 april 2017
                            2. The said hotel cross wind was not existing. When called over the phone receptionist told... It is flavour restaurant. And no sign of displayed oyorooms
                            3. First thing they asked at counter to pay full amount... That was of course, not an issue. But humility and manners were totally absent
                            4. Dinner was supplied after three hours of order booking
                            5. Morning tea and breakfast was not supplied, saying it is not oyo instructions.. We took morning tea and breakfast.. Outside the hotel premises
                            6. It was one of the worst experience i had with oyo
                            7. Please something so that people can place confidence in your rooms..

                              My Booking id: KIBT1759, I had canceled my booking on 10.4.17

                              After that I called 3 times to oyo customer service, they told that refund will be initiated

                              Today morning firstly were telling that they have already refunded the money (Rs 2998) via paytm, but when I told them that I payed money by sbi debit card, now they are changing their words and saying that they have refunded to the linked bank account only.

                              Till now the app is showing that refund will be initiated.

                              I don't know what is happening here. Will I get my money back? Should I go in consumer court?

                              Can you people please confirm me when the refund will actually happen?

                                I have made a booking in a oyo with booking i'd bgey 2807.. I am really very much disappointed with the quality of room provided by you.. I had made complaint thrice regarding the non working of ac and i had to face discomfort thrice by changing room repeatedly and the room alloted on the 3rd time is also the same.. There is no quality check on the part of oyo regarding the qualities of room... Really frustrated, disappointed, irritated by your service.. When in this competitive market it is hard to earn customer trust and loyalty and oyo you are just losing your customer.
                                Really a horrible stay experience..
                                Won't chose oyo again.

                                  I have booked 3 rooms for two days in MUNNAR before two days they called me for confirmation that im coming or not, and i already paid so i don't thing so they need confirmation for this
                                  i have assured them that ya im coming and next morning before 1 day of checkin time i got the message that your booking has been cancelled as per your request, i called the customer care but no one able to resolve my issue

                                  Thing is that they are making people fool when they are getting booking with more money

                                  I stayed at salt lake OYO property during 21 to 23 rd April 2017. Neither OYO nor the OYO property where i stayed gave me a tax invoice. In name of tax invocie they gave a booking voucher

                                    With regards to my booking (ID: RBGN7483) dated 09Feb - 10Feb 2017, i didnot received refund amount of 4, 287.00/- till dated. every time i was assured that the refund will be made very soon but when i follow up with OYO then they come up with some other issue. kindly look in to it and solve this pending issue ASAP. company cheated with me at the time of booking and also at the time of final settelment of amount.

                                      I stayed at impact (Oyo rooms) 1/73, vikrant khand lucknow. It was horrible experience with this hotel.
                                      No room service
                                      No drinking water
                                      Management has forcibly taken rs 2650 and electricity charges of rs 4000 from me as i was outsider.
                                      Rs 2650 for thier faulty machine which got damaged due to voltage fluctuations while they blamed that this has happened due to customer fault.
                                      A gold chain worth rs 30000 stolen but hotel has no evidence of cctv.
                                      This is unfortunate that they held me kind of refuge and forced me to pay the money. I had no choice but to pay as my flight was at 3:10 pm.

                                        My debit card swiped twice &, my account debited twice with Rs.2000/- each on 17th April at Brundavan Pride, OYO rooms 429, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, I had checked out on 19th April they did not refund my Rs.4000/-. The hotel staff are lethargic, no professional behaviour & hospitality which is fulcrum for this industry, and not customer centric. Pl.resolve the issue immediately.
