But I didn't get my refund amount still but got a message that the room was cancelled successfully and also they mentioned that the amount will be refunded, yet I didn't receive my refund amount...

When I reached the apartment, the oyo staff made me wait for one hour as the room was not ready, inspite of having reached after the check in time. The staff did not speak or understand any language except Tamil, which made it very difficult for me to communicate anything with them...
