I have booked oyo rooms for my trip of gangtok from 14/04/2017-16/04/2017 with user id pqxy5072.in advance. I have paid complete tariff as required by oyo rooms., but still i am denied check in as hotel did not have vacant rooms. I tried to contact oyo rooms customer care but always they put me on hold to fetch information regarding booking.in this duration i have talked at least 10 customer care executive (Gurmeet, jyotika, dishad, akshay, khushbu, dheeraj, rehman, and many more) of oyo rooms regarding my denied check in but no one was able to resolve my issue. After waiting for almost 4-5 hour they offered me an alternative which was below my expectations. So i denied it.in this duration, i also tried to talk mr. Pratyul and mr. Surojit of oyo rooms local support executive but they were also not able to resolve my issue, even they misbehaved with me.in the end they cancelled my booking as they have decided in a resolution. When i demanded cash refund they said it will take at least 7-14 days and that too in account. Due to shortage of money i have decided to return back.in this whole episode, i have suffered most and oyo rooms have harassed me mentally. Oyo rooms need to put my room ready in advance but they are so in effective that even after calling them they were clueless what to do. Please take strict action against oyo rooms as they have failed to deliver what they promised.

    I booked 2 rooms under your above booking ID for my colleague Mr.Sandeep Kumar in Hotel Relax Inn 018 Nainital for One night on 15th April 2017 and I made the full payment of Rs 11, 398 online. When Mr.Sandeep Kumar reached the hotel at 9 pm he was bluntly told that there was no booking for him and the hotel was SOLD OUT. After showing the reception the confirmation message from OYO rooms and lots of argument he was given a VERY BASIC room in a nearby under construction guest house by the name of KGN GUEST HOUSE. It was a ONE star hotel room WITH NO ATTACHED TOILET. The cost of this room was not more that 500 Rupess and it was not even fit for the driver. I have NOT paid you 11, 398 for such a kind of room. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER and IMMEDIATELY ARRANGE TO REFUND ME MY BALANCE AMOUNT OF 10, 398 AFTER DEDUCTING 1000 FOR THE DIRTY SHABBY ROOM YOU PROVIDED. I have been cheated

      Totally fraud & Worst OYO

      This is very shameful for OYO & TEAM !!

      I am getting such kind of responses from OYO's seniours Like Mr. Abhinay and many more..

      Mr. Abhinay having a big attitude issue, just because he denied us to help.

      No matters what client is suffering from, They did not shifted them after having an available property over there.

      This was a senior citizen's group, after so many reminders and calls we got the booking at last moment in a very disappointed situation.

      There is no Western toilet though they have knee pan.

      They got the rooms at 3rd & 4th floor without any lift or elevators.

      In the Mid-Night, No staff was there to help them for luggage.

      All Blankets were Torn.

      All Beds & mattress were small as well as smelly.

      On being Pure vegetarian GAUR BRAHMIN your agent provided a fully Muslim Hotel.

      After passing more than 11 Hours, your team still working on that was very wonderful excuse.

      Guest is still on reception & not agree to step in to room, but your Entire Team is just passing the time.

      No tolietry provided common bathroom provided no television provided no service for customer given totally unhygene and pathetic behaviour 2nd time the worst and raising complaint closed without solving and no proper response room shown and alloyed different.

        Booked oyo room in amritsar. Got a booking at hotel sukhman international on queens road. The room looked too sabby. Tv remote wasn't working. Ceiling fan was not speeding up. On checking i noticed regulator is broken. Most importantly ac was not working. There is no remote and waiter told us that ac will work like that. Only switch needs to be on.ac was taking 30 degree automatically. It became a heater. The waiters tried to make us understand that acs work like that only. They didn't change the room. There is no window even. I have taken photographs of the room. Just horrible. We are never booking oyo rooms in future. This is just cheating customers. Thats all. Above all wrong attitude of hotel employees. While booking we didnt think much as we thought whole day we will be roaming out. Only sleeping at night is required ay hotel. So we just selected for all we needed is ac room to relax at night. We couldn't sleep whole night. Disgusting. I am unable to upload the photographs as it says 2mb is maximum.

          I have booked a oyo room in Kodaikanal for may 6, 2017 and may 7, 2017(1 day) via and the details are,
          Booked On - April 10, 2017 and the Booking ID is ZJSP7502
          I have cancelled the room due to my personal reason on April 11, 2017
          But I didn't get my refund amount still but got a message that the room was cancelled successfully and also they mentioned that the amount will be refunded, yet I didn't receive my refund amount and also any information about the refund process.
          Help me to resolve this issue and help me to get my refund amount as early as possible.
          Amount to be refunded : 2169.00
          As per cancellation policy, no cancelling amount should be deduced from this and the whole amount should be refunded

            I have booked a hotel in Dhella Village Corbett Ramnanger for 14th and 15th April with booking ID BKPY7659.

            I have faced inconvenience in my last booking too regarding my booking status.Hence before leaving I wanted to confirm my booking status with my property manager.Hence I called customer care to get the property Manager's contact number.

            First time I spoke with the customer care executive, She told you will be receiving the contact number shortly so disconnected the call.After 10 minute I called again as I didn't receive any message.So this time your executive gave my number.So I was satisfied hence disconnected the call.

            When I called the property manager contact number given by your executive.
            Quite my surprise, This guy was calling from Tellanagna Andra Pradesh.They provide my wrong contact number.

            I called again to the oyo customer care and explained the inconvenience she apologized and gave me different number.
            Again I called the number given by your executive, but this time this guy was from pune.

            Again I called oyo customer care and explained the whole story keeping the level of patience but again she provided my different number but this time I was ready for any inconvenience and they fulfilled my expectation this time this was calling from utter pardesh.

            So I called 4 times with in half an hour but didn't get the correct property manager number.

            Again I called the customer care and I asked them to connect with me some senior representative from OYO.So she requested me that just allow her for me minute to help me and I explained whole story.

            Again after knowing my story she checked something from backend and asked my to allow the call on hold for a while.
            After repeating this two time.she finally put my call on hold for 30 minute.
            It was I who disconnected the call may be she would have put it on hold for rest of the day.

            So I am writing this in sheer disappointment.In last three booking my am getting more and more stronger reason not to trust the OYO room.

            Now i already have payed the booking amount but cant rely on OYO.
            Though this booking in non refundable hence i am not canceling the booking.
            Even though I am not expecting any resolution from OYO.
            If I get any resolution it will be big surprise to me.

            I am staying in oyo room at patrika nagar, near to melange tower from last 15days but Food quality is very bad, I suggest you management kindly look at this matter other wise you know what will happen, it will hamper your business.we are twelve people staying here but service is very poor.

              We are very much disappointed with oyo rooms booking cancellation refund policy. It is totally unacceptable that oyo team are failed to refund the booking cancellation amount rs. 14395.00 even after 12 working days of booking cancellation. Moreover the oyo customer support as well as business executives have no clue what they are talking about and also very reluctant to help out. Regrettably, it is worth mentioning here that no terms & conditions was mention regarding cancellation at the time of booking. Upon failing to refund the said amount within notified time frame oyo team has no proper explanation of that delays and also unable to provide any black & white proof of refund process. It appears to me that oyo help desk are now very much afraid to talk about this issue.
              Anxiously awaiting your comments on this issue and status of refund as soon as possible.

                  This is Shloke Andrew Mohan .I had booked a room at the artus inn in Mumbai...Which is situated in Andheri East ...Near nakshatr hospital ...While first booking the room the transaction was taking too long to process, hence I cancelled it and tried again ...The same thing happened the second time around...After cancelling the transaction once again, I had to ask my mother to book the room ...This time around it was booked ...When I checked later in the evening the amount has been cut twice from my card even though my mother payed the amount through her own card ...In all total RS. 4428 was deducted from me which I would like refunded ...Each transaction was RS.2212

                    My OYO booking ID is SRDM8217. My oyo rooms were at Beeta Residency, Coats Road, T Nagar, Chennai. I had booked rooms and paid full amount for a period of 5 days. When I reached the apartment, the oyo staff made me wait for one hour as the room was not ready, inspite of having reached after the check in time. The staff did not speak or understand any language except Tamil, which made it very difficult for me to communicate anything with them as I don't know Tamil. There was no facility of drinking water. The man in the reception was very rude. When I asked why there is no water, he became shouting in Tamil. After half an hour, he brought me a bottle of very dirty water. White residues were clearly visible in the bottle. Moreover, the man in the reception was always asking for cigarettes from me. I gave him two times, and then he started knocking in my room asking for a cigarette. I found this to be very irritating. During my entire stay, my room was not cleaned even once, inspite of repeated requests. Every time I has to go to the shops to buy a bottle of water. More over, the geyser was just above the toilet, and it was leaking. Everyday, hey gave same breakfast, that too, very less quantity. (Only two idlis and chutney). One day they did not serve breakfast, and when I asked the guy in the reception, he gave some reply in Tamil, which I did not understand. The staff did not even understand English or Hindi, which I as a traveller, faced many difficulties. The wifi signal was very poor, and when I asked the guy in he reception, I don't know what he said in Tamil again. I was so disgusted with the people that I left one day early inspite of no refund. While I was leaving, The man in the reception asked for tips. When I gave Rs 50, he rudely started talking loudly in Tamil. Then I gave him Rs 100 by no choice, as his body language was very inappropriate. If there is any CCTV, all this must have been captured. I am totally disgusted with OYO rooms, and this incident has spoiled my memories of my Chennai trip totally. The man in the reception was around 45-50 years old, with dark complexion. Oyo should definitely take action against him if it wants to avoid such incidents. I am never going to use OYO rooms again. Make my trip, Go Ibibo are much better.

                      I did booking by oyorooms.com for my Chennai stay on 1st April 2017. My booking Id was TCRH4092. On reaching the hotel I spoke with hotel manger and he said booking is there in my name. But just he was doing the check in process OYOROOMS.COM cancelled my booking and gave the room to another customer. On calling them they said that they were trying to reach me but they couldn't contact so they can't keep the room booked for me otherwise they will be in loss so they cancelled my booking. All this happened at 8 to 9 o clock in night when I was all alone and new in Chennai. They said they don't have room in the same hotel so they can't help. This is the horrible experience of my life with OYOROOMS.COM . I will never book hence forth with oyorooms.com. These people are only working for profit and don't bother about their customers.
                      People should be conscious while booking with them.

                        01. My booking ID.CVWL5032, check in date was 07/03/2017 and check out date was 08/03/2017, but I check out 3 hours late on same date and the hotel manager charged me Rs 500.00 and did not give me the bill.=/receipt.
                        02. My booking ID.CGKT0936, CHECK IN DATE was 14/03/2017 and check out date was 15/03/2017 but I checked out early on 14/30/2017 and they take Rs 300.00 more from me without any bill/receipt. I talk with your hotel manager and he told me that the balance money will refund to my account.
                        03. For the above mentioned bookings, I found rooms are same with out any difference but different rate, Rs.810.00/day and second booking was Rs.1157.00/per day. So I am kindly requesting you to study the matter deeply and do the needful.

                          I had booked the OYO rooms at 058 Light house Puri MA65 Baliapanda, Puri under booking ID No.PJTM8217 from 10.3.2017 to 13.03.2017. The name of the hotel is Annapurna Inn. The room was sub-standard and the quality of the service was very very poor. There was no electricity in the hotel in the night of 11.3.2017 and 12.3.2017. The back up generator was also started very late, after a gap of around 4-5 hours. The bedding was very bad. The room was
                          very damp and proper facilities were not made available. The staff is very rude and the overall services was very very poor. The overall standard was poor and the hotel is not worth calling a OYO hotel. The standard of the hotel belies the OYO standards. I would request a refund of the high charges I have paid for the above hotel for 3 days.

                            Hi My name is Nitish. I booked oyo room at hotel Vachi inn, Jaipur for 11/03/2017. I was to reach Jaipur at 11'o clock so i planned trip and asked oyo receptionist whether 1 hour before early check in will be possible? She said yes sir no problem you may come an hour before. when i checked in with my friend she said sorry rooms are not available for early check and if you want to check in in you have to pay extra money. I asked how much-she said 400 bucks. I told her i have to stay only for 3 hours. she comes with new idea - you cancel your existing booking and you can book a fresh room for that we will not take extra charge. I said OK. then she herself took my phone and cancelled the booking. She promised i will get a refund and took extra 2150 rupees from where as i had already paid 1762 for this booking to oyo. In addition to that the rooms which were shown and offered had great differences wise appearance, , because of that we had to wait for 45 minutes more.this is not expected. I want a satisfactory solution to the this.

                              I had booked a room in ramdiri residency Ranchi through Oyo and the experience was a total disaster.

                              This hotel is pathetic. Blankets are torn here and the service is just disgusting.

                              It takes them two hours to prepare a meal of one saji n rotis. The food ordered is always late and late means very late. We ordered dinner which was recieved after 2 hours and that too the wrong order. We had to wait for another half n hour. Even bread toast, fresh lime sodas n coffee takes them about an.hour to prepare.

                              My brother asked the manager at the desk directions for a particular venue and asked where he could get the means of transportation. The manager called an auto himself and made a long ride to a place which we later discovered was hardly one kilometre from the hotel and he had told the auto driver to charge nothing less than ₹150. I mean he had literally fixed the price.

                              I mean it is awful. This behaviour is certainly not acceptable.

                              No proper toiletries and towels are provided. We were two people and they gave us only one towel. We had to ask them specially for it.

                              The rooms are full of mosquitoes n fly's.

                              The desk is not at all supportive or informative. Infact not even trust worthy.

                              Booking through Oyo one gets complementary breakfast. We ordered bread toast and omlete. The omlete wasnt cooked properly and the bread had already turned chewey. And no one here listens to complaints. They take it quite casually.

                              I have been with Oyo service before and have never had such a pathetic experience. I would really want compensation for all damages and fraud by the hotel. What this hotel Ramdiri residency Ranchi has done is nothing but sheer FRAUD.

                              I booked two @ preet hotel chandigarh . I asked for sunrise check-in. I was given a double bed room instead of two rooms. An extra 50% was charged for early check in . But in the online bill, this extra 50% room charge not shown.I couldnot understand the matter.This was my first OYO hotel which is a disgusting experience

                                My booking ID for hotel booked in Nainital through OYO was SYFT 5172. This was booked in September 2016 for 18-20/03/2017 i.e., 3 nights. Immediately I was conveyed with the name of the hotel - "Hotel Shalimar Deluxe", Mall road, Nainital with 2 rooms booked and the total amount which I needed to pay was Rs. 7, 044/-. However, I didn't pay any amount in advance to OYO. On 18th March, 2017 when I arrived at the hotel along with my family the hotel people said that there were no such booking conveyed by the OYO to them and they are not left with any vacant room. I felt very insulted and immediately called OYO Customer care no. The executive on the other side promised me to arrange a call for me within 10 minutes. After 10 minutes I received a call from the local fellow pretending himself as a representative of the OYO. He offered me with some other options but looking at the heights and stairs of those properties I didn't opt for the same as my elderly parents were also accompanying me. I felt very bad and felt cheated by the OYO. Later on I had to find hotel suitable to me with my own efforts. They are totally gross negligent and irresponsible towards their customer.

                                  I had booked a room through OYO at Tharavadu Heritage Home from 16.03.2017 - 17.03.2017. Immediately after I booked, Ms.Susan from the hotel calls and mails me to cancel the property booking. When I contacted the OYO online service, they assured me that there is no need for cancellation, and I can go ahead and check in on the appointed day. I checked in the hotel around 10.00 AM (early check in). They treated us so badly indirectly telling me that, they had so many bookings in the hotel, and even after telling me to cancel, I have not cancelled. There was no drinking water, no hot water, no complimentary breakfast. When asked, they said only bread is complimentary. I was ready to pay for the breakfast if they are not giving as complimentary. Even then breakfast was not provided as requested. They charged me for the breakfast, when I asked showing them the booking terms, they deleted the amount and corrected the bill.
                                  I was so embarrassed, in front of other guests, when the hotel staff was treating us in this manner. I could not go to other hotel also, as we were so tired after a weeks stay in Kerala and we were at that place for only few hours.

                                  I raising a ticket on OYO 24 by 7 services but there was no response from their end.

                                    I Manish Bucha had booked my 5 rooms at kostamar beach resort Div on 4th Aug 2016 with advance payment of Rs.68000/ for 14 person group vacation tour on 3/11/2016 to 5/11/2016.
                                    To my surprise I received a phone call on day of Check in that your booking was cancelled & you are shifted to another hotel.
                                    That resort was on beach & they offering me room at city.
                                    I am foolish ...I have paid Rs.68000? my hard earned money to enjoy on beach not to stay in room in the city..
                                    This young youth creates a business model & run their business due to internet successfully & count them self successful but they are in ...They never ...success ...because they have lost trust of customer.
                                    The modus operand is like that 'They had never booked my room at kostamar but given me confirmation letter of It.Then on day of my check in they offer me the hotel they have purchased earlier so in a peak season i have no option as all other rooms are occupied by rush & i have a large group so no one give me 5 rooms together.'I have proofs of it with me.
                                    so beware of it.
                                    In my life i will never book room through OYO because this people has cheated me & i have to be ashamed in front of my family members.because of OYO,
                                    May God forget them but I will never.
                                    Anybody experience this modus share with me so i will drag him legally.

                                      I am writing it here after discussing first with the OYO guys to whom i paid the money INR 33, 400.00 for the trip with the given itneray attaching to this E-mail including site seeing.. Every thing was fake what they mentioned in iternary. They do not provide and contact numbers with that in case of some problems. i directly contact umesh and sandeep from oyo who offered this trip.. They said they resolved this things in 1 day and now not responding to my mails and phones and sent a short message saying it take 10 working days time. so that i forget about this issue.

                                      Send me the contact numbers of the official, i am ready to speak to them.. i dont need **** common answers. that we are trying our best and we get back to you and we will look into it.. i saw many such replies.. accept it you are bad services and you cheat people instead.
                                      Problems:

                                      Day1 : The car was broke down after started from Cochin Airport 15 to 25kms away, We have to wait for 3 hours on the road side till the car got repaired.

                                      Munnar hotel : Hot water comes every day from morning 6.30 to 8.30 AM, When i asked i need hot water he said to open tap for 5 minutes and i get the hot water. I turned out the tap for 20 minutes but no hot water, We checked in the hotel at evening around 6 pm after tirnedness every one expect to have a hot shower and i have to end up with cold water and i got fever. Check with the Driver Divas about my health condition, Did i got the cold or not.

                                      Day 2: Munnar site seeing: According to your iternary its all included site seeing and you mentioned a lot of names but we could not able to cover any thing because before day we did not saw anything because of car break down. Driver took us to a place and where we do not get signals to the phone. He said to view this 4 places.( Echo point, view point, PONMUDI DAM, Ripple water falls). These are the 4 places he said which are only accessible via JEEP as its ghat road. he charged 4000 Rupees saying that this points are only accessible via Jeep as its ghat roads and i did not saw any Ghat roads on that route and even i saw 2 wheels and autos and cars on that points. Its nothing fooling as we are not aware of that 4 places how to reach there.

                                      Day 3: Green palace resort, I am attaching you the picture of the shower and see how clean is that shower, If we open it the water color is different and there is no intercom in the room, the only way to contact to the reception is to contact via his mobile number and order the food or water.

                                      Note: Overall trip is Total disaster, The driver talks on phone and drive most of the time on the hill station side. So risking our life and sitting on a car this is the offer package from your side.

                                      I am sending you the receipt which we paid 4000. You inquiry from the resort where we are staying from there to the view points and sight seeing places which i mentioned does it really one way to go is via jeep. Then you mentioned in the i ternary that you take us this places and it included. As you mentioned in the rest of the sight seeing places we could not able to cover because of car repair..

                                      Your apology cannot bring back the us the good trip..

                                      I want my money back Rs 4000, which you charged by fooling me. Its my hard earned money. I am not getting the money like your company fooling and cheating customers and fake things.

                                        Worst service ever i have seen.i had opted for early check in and when i reached at lonavala at we were made to wait for 3.5 hrs as rooms were not available where the confirmation for early check in was confirmed by OYO and Hotel Revenier.

                                        I had my friend who is expecting of three months and travelling whole night she was made to sit in the lobby and for which she was ill and the trip was compositely spoilt and me newly married whee we went to celebrate our holi vacation was spoilt due to Oyo and hotels false promise where we had repeatedly confirmed on our check in at 6 am and same was confirmed by hotel and details were noted down still waited for 3.5 hrs but rooms were provided which was not even clean.
