With due respect i want to inform you that i have contact oyo room to book my holiday package of gangtok before 15 day to get quality services.in this regard i have contact mr niraj misra contact no [protected], in these 15 day tenure he given us the summary of the trip neither he denied and nor he finalized the package. whenever i called him he asked me to wait for a day. lastly, after seeing the worst service of oyo room i have contact yatra.com. they finalized our trip within 2 hours with the best rates in comparison to the rate given by mr misra, oyo rooms.in my opinion you have to make your services better to do business in the market because there are more companies to give much more quality services. if once these things were happen to any person no one will refer for oyo rooms. so seriously look into the matter.

    I booked hotels for Delhi and Mumbai but as I reached Delhi I got shocked before 10 minutes to reach the my hotel was cancelled. I called executive they give me no respond at last suggested to book the hotel in two times higher rate any they did the same for Mumbai. They charge 33% penalty for cancellation whereas I did no cancellation and requested them to avoid them to cancel my hotel. They then again suggested me for a fresh booking. This how Oyo makes money. They will cancel your hotel just before you enter and deduct a cancellation penalty and again charge you double means triple profit. So I request all my friends to never book a hotel from Oyo don't risk your life it's precious. I am showing how they cancel my booking stating non availability of rooms

    Never trust oyo, otherwise it can be your last trip in your life they are the biggest loot mafia, in hotel business. They will change you three times for a booking. First by cancelling your booking before 15 minutes without any refund. Then by rebooking with double cost . Thus they earn triple profit by pick pocketing business. I am just attaching the proof of it

      OYO rooms is a mastermind fake company, to make the money in last moment they cancelled booking without refunding the amount.

      I had book a room for 25th June 2016 through oyo ios app with booking id MZWV8196 in Delfryn Hotel Manali, for which I had paid 1574 rs.
      On my check-in day around 10 am, I got a notification from oyo to share my check-in time, as I was travelling from
      Delhi, due to some traffic jam I was little late so I provide my probably check-in between 12-3 pm.After reaching
      Manali around 1.30 pm, not to waste my time I called to OYO customer care to get the hotel address direction, they connect
      me with hotel manager, After getting the direction I reached hotel with a hired cab. On reaching the Hotel Reception, I came to know that my booking is
      cancelled 5 min ago.
      On connecting to OYO customer care they told me booking cancellation done by Android App although I am not carrying out any android device.Why would I cancel my booking on reaching in front of hotel.
      I tried to contact to oyo customer to request that please provide me another room or refund my amount. But they told me there is no refund policy & they insist me to book another hotel with OYO.
      It is your negligence for which you have to pay me the compensation for harassment, else legal action will be initiated by me against oyo.


      They just spoiled my whole trip.

        Booking ID was DABU7618. I visited the place located on the map. There was an OYO sign right outside the apartments. I went inside parked the car and went to look for the front desk. In the address it mentions the door number as A001. I could not find the place as the door numbers only started from A101. It was around 2AM in the morning. The security guards had no idea where this place was and there were no other people around obviously. I contacted OYO to find out its exact location and they said they would get back to me. I was forwarded the number of the concerned person, whose number was eventually not reachable. Tired of all this drama i cancelled the booking the went on to look for another place. Now, i was charged Rs. 1104 for this booking which they will not refund even after repeated calls and pleas. They justify this by saying you should have cancelled it within 15 to 20 minutes of booking. How could i have cancelled the booking within that period if i was looking for the place? And it is not as if i cancelled the booking hours later. Per their own database i cancelled it within 33 minutes. This issue needs to be addressed seriously because i am starting to lose faith in their service.

          Hotel room booking was done by me from 28th june 2016 to 7th july 2016 verbaly over phone since i dint had internet facility at that point of time but i did mention my mail id. The executive after giving options suitable to me booked a room and then offered 20% discount for the same without mentioning any additional terms and conditions applicable. Post checkin booking cancellation or rescheduling for discounted rooms are not possible was never mentioned to me verbally by the executive. But in the mail in the section of important points it is mentioned but in cancellation policies nothing such is mentioned about discounted rooms.
          Now after talking to the executive he is saying only on bulk booking of rooms i. E. Like 3 rooms or more we inform them verbally but for single room booking we dont say ut verbally.
          If discount options can be offered verbally then why cant the conditions applicable be said to the customer.
          If some one is not having internet access then how can he be aware of the policies made by the company.
          If oyo rooms can send numerous text messeges regarding booking and other details then why cant these policies be sent over text messeges.
          If the check out date is 7th july nd i inform them on 29th july isnt it possible to reshedule it days before checking out.
          Dont they get sufficient time???
          Why unnecesarily pay for 6 more days when i am checkin out on the 4th day itslef and informing them on the 2nd day of checkin in.
          When the customer care executive is booking a room and offering discounts over phone verbally its his duty to well inform about the added policies with it.
          Its because i dint have internet facility at the time of booking i called the executive and booked verbally. If i would have had internet i must have gone through the policies and all. So its his duty to atleast ask me to go through the policies. Atleast he should have informed me once.
          But now for their own lack of communication they are asking me to pay for all days.

            We have booked 2 rooms with equal tarriff and quality, but one room is as per standard and one is not, there is a big difference in both rooms, berely one person can fit into that room. Tarriff has been paid for both the rooms but, there is no policy to refund. We are really very uncomfortable here and customer care doesnot respond to our request. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

              I had book a room through oyo room aap with booking id tujk6389 oyo premium sikandarpur metro station and after getting to the place no staff was available and had waited around half an hour no resolution and response through owner. Not to waste time i called to oyo customer care all the executive are with no resolution a way of handing the job to other few minute late i got a call through an executive from senior department and again with no resolution at the and with no resolution i changed mind and move to next hotel and again i got call she was trying to assist i asked to the hotel oyo rock heaven she inhibit to do so. When i tried to know about the amount to be refunded said in weird behaviour "i'm sorry it against the policy. At the end with no resolution and disappointment.

                I had booked a room @ oyo rooms bangalore. Due to some genuine reasons, i did not like the property i had booked and contacted oyo customer care to accommodate me in some other property, in indiranagar, bangalore area. They sent me to a hotel on mg road, bangalore, without telling me that the hotel was located on mg road, bangalore. On seeing the hotel and the location, i refused to check-in to that property. Oyo claims that i confirmed my interest in this property. After almost two hours of harassment and driving all over bangalore, my wife and i, finally, found a room at bowring institute, bangalore. Oyo rooms has now rejected my claim for refund. Cheating and fraud is allright for the short-term; but, if they do business in this manner, i am positive oyo rooms will wind up, in the not too distant future.

                  Oyo rooms is a mastermind fake company, who provides total fake photo of hotel, so that when a customer sees a photo, he will definitely book.                       I book a hotel by making call to Oyo named 'hotel shri aai international delhi' . I am trying to search this hotel on Oyo website but it didn't show.
                      I call oyo many many times regarding not finding this property on Oyo website but they don't believe me and sending booking confirmation mail again and again.
                      This is so disturbing, I just want to see the room and hotel photos which I booked, but it is not going through.
                      Please help me out .
                      Is it anything wrong in asking photos of hotel and room in which I suppose to stay for 2days.
                      Also on Oyo website this property is not showing

                        Hey gyes i m staying at hotel ERA .. delhi airport .. my worst experince i m feeling here. there is no kind of service in this hotel . wht r u doing gyes i reachd at 12 o clock in the night then i look up my room that wass stinking a lot that i cannt eneter in my room plus no water bottle, AC is not working . i didnt book another hotel so i have to stay here in the night.. no soap in the bathroom . the worst experince of my life .. to stay with u gyes. i m highly disappointed here Nd now i really need a refund... the booking was done by kusum sharma on 23 june2016 can u pls check nd do lemme knw... thnkuss... contact num [protected]

                          I wanted to book a room in oyo apps for city mcleodganj from 24 to 26 of this month but by mistake i booked a room for today i.e.23 june 2016 and its booking no is DZWO8460..and my charges Rs 2349 have been deducted ..now i want to undo this process. And for this i went through your cancelltion process, for this purpose i talked to one of your customer service executive..his name was Ajay or Aditya..they told me that i[censored] would cancel this booking..ur money will not be refunded..he did not talk to me in proper way and didnt guide me on what should i do now..bcz this is not a minor issue..i installed ur application thinking that it is a very good app but if a person did something by mistake..it should be recoverable..so i want u to help me settle down this issue and refund my money or book same hotel for next date i.e.24 to 26 june..

                            Dear as soon as ireached at counter he refused that there is no room booked room on your name by OYO, Iwas with family then i tried to contact to contact oyo but not getting the number. I requested the person Mr Yadav that plz give me any room as i m with family where will go...he opened the dirty room whereat he was having the oyo room but he said you have no booking so i will not give that room...but that room was hygienic and dirty so we vacated the room...but he charged RS1149- Which is unjustified.

                            16/6 evening i called up ur customer care and asked them that i will be reaching in the hotel at 5.30 morning of 17/6...he said no issue u can check in the hotel...but very surprising there was no booking at all and he charged 1149- whereas that room is of 400/- only..
                            It is your negligence for which u have to pay me the compensation for harassment, , else legal action will b initiated by me against oyo.

                              Dear Oyo,

                              I had done a booking for two rooms at Ooty on the 22nd of June, 2016. REF ID: EVFK8943. Early morning on 23rd of June, 2016, my father passed away and so I cancelled my booking and contacted the customer care to please provide me with a refund on a humanitarian basis, but apparently your policies state that no matter what, if you've paid your money, your going to lose it. I understand that you have a no refund policy but I'm begging you for a little bit of mercy. Please don't steal from me.

                              My dad was supposed to join me in this trip to Ooty, please don't let me remember him and get reminded of the day that you ripped me off completely.

                              I've tried talking to your customer support but they did not help at all. I'm hoping that you can help at this forum.

                                The bookings were done seeing the nice room picture in the app. But to my surprise when i checked in, it was totally different, pathetic and horrible.
                                I booked 5 rooms in hotel rama blue point, nainital in the name of ms shweta mundra dated 18th june, 2016.
                                The situation of the rooms could not be worst. There were flies and cockroaches all over. The bedsheets and quilts were overflowing with spiders. The washrooms were stinking. You can see the same in the pictures attached.
                                The staff sitting at reception misbehaved with us and denied us to allot other rooms. The hotel manager and staff said they did not have any bed sheets, neither could they provide us hit or some sort of chemical to kill the insects.
                                We had children with us and the hotel staff could not be of any help and harassed us at 11 pm for almost 2 hours.
                                I'm sorry to say but you are not staying up to your goal which says that you change the way people live away from home. It was a complete harassment in the middle of the night and the staff yelled at us and asked us to leave the hotel. We already made the payment at the time of booking. I called customer care right at that moment and told mr. Atul of the scenario.
                                I have never seen such unprofessional services from any service provider like you promote you are. Overall your oyo services are pathetic and you people are responsible for ruining my holidays.
                                I hope to at least receive some good feedback from you, now after you receive this complaint. Kindly look into my matter as i was a victim of your harassment, misbehavior and inconvenience caused. I want compensation for being treated badly by your staff.
                                I am looking forward to receive positive feedback from your end very soon.

                                  My name is bharat and i have booked a room in mumbai from 12th to 15th june and on 15th june, i had a train to catch at 16:30, so i thought of checking out at 2:o clock to the station.

                                  I got a call from the reception at 12 o clock that my check out time is over and i had to leave, i told them that i need some time to pack and freshup to checkout and they said to make it asap. As i had a kid and it took some time we packed everything and came to the reception as 13:10 and now at the recption then say me that i have to pay 1000rs extra.

                                  I asked them why, they dint even inform me over the call nor the oyo people called me that i would be charged extra.

                                  Receptionist wanted to call me oyo by the time i spoke to oyo rooms and their sick customer care who dont know anything it was 2 o clock and now the receptionist wanted me to pay 1250rs as it was showing in the app that is what they say.

                                  This is how stupid it is, now coming to the options which they showed at the time of booking.
                                  There was no wifi, no hot water, no drinking water.

                                  If we are going to ask water they are going to charge 50 rs per 1 litre bottle.

                                  They dint allow me to chekout with out paying that extra amount.

                                  Now they told me they will refund and raised a complaint and the caseid is 355635 and i dont have any update on that from the past 7 days.

                                    My first experience with oyo rooms was worst. They have a property in bhowali (Nainital) with name "arsh international" we cheked in on 9th june 2016 and checked out on 10th june 2016. They charged approx 4200 for two rooms (After discount) and below is the discription of room, anyone can imagine the actual terrif,
                                    (Room no. 302 and 309)
                                    No towels
                                    No soap
                                    Dirty rooms (Even dustbin not cleaned)
                                    Broken tap, was basin and toilet seats.
                                    Food available 2 hours after request (Oyo claims inhouse restaurant)
                                    Food quality is not good and charges equivalent to a 3 start hotel.
                                    Lodge type environment (Scary).
                                    Untrained, rude staff
                                    Forget wifi (As oyo claims) tv's not working.
                                    It cannot be conincidence as condition of both the rooms was same.
                                    With my earlier experience i can say one can get a better accomodation on half of the price.
                                    When i rasied the concern to oyo they said these all issues are between hotel and guest, they are only mediator for booking so they cannot do anything.
                                    They suggested me to call hotel owner and raise the issue.

They have a property in Katra (Jammu) with name "OYO Rooms Railway Road 5, Hotel Name: hotel jagdamba, Hotel Address: Railway Road, Katra, Jammu". we cheked in on 8th July 2016 and checked out on 10th July 2016. They charged approx 2938.00 for one room (After discount) and below is the discription of room, anyone can imagine the actual terrif, (Room no. 408)
                                    No towels
                                    No soap.
                                    No Exhaust Fan in washroom.
                                    Dirty rooms (Even dustbin not cleaned)
                                    Broken tap, was basin and toilet seats.
                                    Food quality is not good and charges equivalent to a 3 start hotel.
                                    Forget wifi (As oyo claims) tv's not working.
                                    With my earlier experience i can say one can get a better accomodation on half of the price.

                                      Hi my name is vagish arya
                                      I am a regular visitor of oyo rooms at various places un india.
                                      I had parked my car at Agra - Hotel Laxman Resort Yesterday night.
                                      In the morning i come to know that my car's glass has been broken and trashed badly.
                                      All this happened in the presence of Guard.

                                      Also the cameras of the hotel are not working. People say it is done by a truck pass by with stones
                                      But it is not possible. Bcz the car is standing 10-12 Ft away from road. Also being an engineer i have checked out all the possibilities.
                                      Even if the stone from under the truck or car has hit the car it will not take a parabolic moment that too at a height difference of nearly 4ft.
                                      It has been done intentionally. And i want to claim my right for the same.

                                        I am living at oyo rooms from 13th of june near lajpat nagar. The facilities they promised to provide is not been there. Since the first day the ac of my room is not working after making various complaints it is still not fixed.In this not summer after working for 10 hours a day when i come back ti the room its so humid and not. I have taken this room for 30 days and i am paying 600 rs per day for an ac room. The shower in my room is also not working, after making various compliant my issues are still not resolved. I would like to get the repayment of the advance money i have submitted. I have faced so many problem and this is the only forum from where i have some expectations.
