Bad facilities at oyo room

I am living at oyo rooms from 13th of june near lajpat nagar. The facilities they promised to provide is not been there. Since the first day the ac of my room is not working after making various complaints it is still not fixed.In this not summer after working for 10 hours a day when i come back ti the room its so humid and not. Poor services in hotel rooms

I have checked in Hotel The Sirona, Bund Garden Pune.

The condition of premium quality category rooms are poor then a Dharamshala, very unhygenic. The rooms are sticking. The bed covers were also sticking and very unhygenic.

I have not been provide with water. The unfiltered, unhygenic water is being served in the rooms.

Not getting room as per expectation

I booked a room with oyo rooms. But I am very unsatisfied with this room because it was completely different which I seen in photograph. Anyway it not hurt me more but it will hurt oyo room more. Because it is a matter of quality if anyone can not give quality. he can not be stay in current market. Networking is the key of business. Well thank you for this kind of [censored] service....

I have booked 2 rooms in OYO with booking nos. RYUD8374 and TJZI0193. But when we reach the hotel, they told that all the rooms are filled up. Now what should we do? Miscommunication and delay in service

1.There is not proper fixed discount given by customer reps for corporates sometimes we get 10% sometimes nothing.It seems the apps are better giving 20-30% discounts.Why do we need to do corporate tie up i don't understand.

Pathetic service in your designated hotel

I checked in hotel shuhul continental, east of kailash, new delhi on 4.06.2016... The booking was done by wagman group... The service here is horrible.. Shabbiest that i have seen in recent times..
