Denied receipt of money and charged me 500 extra

I've been in Cochin City Residency, Panampally Nagar, Cochin for two days.
4th and 5th May
The room cost is 1200, so i initially paid him 1000 and later gave him a 500. The next day when we checked out i gave him 900.
He did not have a problem then, but later in the evening he starting calling and irritating stating that i did not pay 500.
So, i met him today randomly and he abused me and took 500 from me.br...

Sir by mistake i have booked a hotel room from oyo room application, but the facilities they showed online were not present at the hotel. In fact they didn't even provided me a bathroom sleepers instead of my repeated requests to hotel staff and oyo customer care.

Why does it happen every time I book a OYO room on the day of booking once I reach the hotel it's said we haven't received any booking. It had happened to me when I booked a room in Pondicherry.
