I had wrongly put the date as the check-in/check-out date, and hence i had to cancel the booking. But refund has not been given yet. Errors occur on everybody's part but that doesn't mean oyo or any company can fraudulently keep money if am not availing the service. I realised my error in entering booking date and called customer care (Cc) straightaway and cancelled the booking in 5 min. But cc personnel took the refuge of system and kept on explaining policy. I say there's no policy which authorises or is so hard bound that cannot be changed to initiate refund if the customer is not availing the service.
Customer goodwill matters above any policy or any operative rules.
Hence please ensure the refund is credited as soon as possible.

    On 20th may, i stayed with family at the oyo rooms hsr layout bda complex in bangalore. This was my worst experience with oyo.. Considering i have stayed with the rooms before in many other cities. This property is very poorly maintained. The moment you enter, there is a foul drainage smell. On asking, i was told that it is a problem on the ground floor. Then the room allotted to us was very unclean. It had not been cleaned after the previous occupancy, the toilet was used and left as it is.. There was no toilet paper or toiletries.

    There were no towels in the room. After repeated enquiries, we were given one towel at 11 pm (For three guests). I was told there were no towels. The bedsheets were dirty and looked used (The linen was not fresh at all). The tv was not working and when asked, the caretaker came and started hitting the tv and the remote and got it on. He left after that. We had one blanket for the three o[censored]s. No answer on why it was not available. There was no drinking water and on asking, i was given a bottle. The wifi worked for a few hours and then stopped.

    We couldn't have breakfast because it was not ready till 8.30 am. I paid rs 2369 for this stay and ended up feeling cheated and tired. We had just driven down 8 hours from udupi and were to continue to hyd. We got no rest and were exhausted. I had to ask for toiletries and the biotique products were given to us, but with just one towel having a shower was difficult.

    I have stayed in oyorooms in mumbai and hubli and found the experience great. That is the reason why i selected this place. I think the problem is with this specific property. I would definitely like oyorooms to delist such a property and reprimand the management for miserable service. I would like to add that i belong to hsr layout and had to stay here since our homes are rented out.

    The service and product quality in such a good locality are abysmal. I will definitely be writing about this on other sites as well. I will definitely like a full refund with an apology from the guest house - gmr 18 grand

      My booking ID was TDLW9631.I booked a room in Ahmedabad for 18th May.

      When reached hotel on 18th at 7am, hotel staff has told that he has no information about my booking. When I showed my booking in OYO application then allowed me to check in.

      Then he told me he will charge early check in charges of Rs 500 and I need to make advance payment of complete amount. I told him, no problem you can early check in as per policy but why I make payment in advance because in FAQ part OYO rooms site, it's clearly mentioned customer can make payment either at the time of booking or during checkout at hotel. But he told he cannot allow checkin without payment.

      Finally I made payment of complete booking amount and early check in charges and checked in.

      In the evening when I checked at 5pm I asked for invoice for my payment then he told me invoice will be given by OYO but early in charges bill will not be given. Then I talked to Oyo rooms immediately, they told checkout is not updated but if hotel has charged early check in charges, invoice will include these charges also.

      But after half an hour, when I received invoice from OYO, It's without early check in charges.Then again I talked Oyo rooms customer care, they told hotel has not given them information about early check in charges so invoice is raised without these charges.

      I asked them either give me invoice with this early check in charge or refund this amount and resolve issue.

      OYO rooms asked for money receipt of hotel where I made payment, I sent it immediately. He told me within one day this issue will be resolved.

      This is 5th day but even after calling customer care 2-3 times, nobody is replying.

      I just need to know where is I m wrong and why are they not replying.But I can say this incident total harassment to me by OYO.

        We have made an online booking through oyo rooms by id varm3076 check-in 16th may 2016 and check-out 18th may 2016 at 11:00 am of 1 room. Hotel name – meghdoot resort, indore ujjain road, ujjain. We extended the booking for one day against confirmed booking id siyg0786 check-in 18th may and check-out 19th may 2016 at the same property. By paying total rs. 12000.
        In reference to the above booking following are the points for which we are making the compliant and feel harassed and misguided by the company.

        1. The building shown on the website of meghdoot resorts is 3-star property, where they were providing us the room. After reaching the hotel reception, we were sent in the backyard of the hotel for the oyo rooms booking id. On the other side they have shown a three star property where they were supposed to provide us the rooms. But the location of the rooms is like servant quarters of the hotel staff, which they have converted into guest rooms because of “shinghastha 2016”. This building photograph was nowhere on the oyo room website. This property is a budget hotel of low quality tariff. While they are charging approx. Rs 5000 per day per room, that too after providing 30% discount.

        2. We have paid the full amount in advance for 3 days for a comfortable stay. We reached at 10.30 pm on 16th may. No room was ready for us. There is one sofa lying in a corner as lobby where we had to wait for 1 hour, after our 1500km journey. Nobody was on the reception to offer us a glass on water in a temperature of 35 degree plus. No bell boy in a three star to collect our luggage.

        3. After making the arguments, they have provided us a room without cleaning by changing fresh bed-sheets and covers. We had paid the amount of triple bedroom, but we were provided one double occupancy with one extra bed on the floor. There was no dustbin in the room, no glasses to drink water, tv of the room is not working, tv remotes were not functioning, no hand-towels were there in the wash-room, there was no cooling of the air-conditioner despite of running 24 hours, no drinking water in the room till 18th may 2016.


        4. On the calling the oyo representatives, who are looking the oyo properties in ujjain helped us to get this room in less than an hour but not ready to accept the inefficiency on their part as people are in queue to pay double amount for the same room than what we have paid.

        Now it is a request to the competent authorities to verify our complaint and after verification give us a copy of the complaint to pursue the complaint in our home town, so that companies making the business on-line may not do the frauds with general public in future.

        As we have discussed the matter with mr. Amit (Cluster head, oyo rooms) on telephone. He has deputed mr. Varun employee id – 13598 to contact us and listen to our complaints and receive the written complaint and issue us a receipt for this compliant. He flatly refused to receive our compliant and asked us to go to police station for this complaint.

        Kindly do the needful and oblige.

        Thanks for your reply. But your sorry won't get us our holiday time back which was ruined because of OYO. It wont get our souls some satisfaction which was harassed during our family holiday. Please investigate the matter as soon as possible and finish the matter.

          This complain is about the false confirmation from oyo booking team.Initial above order was booked online for two premium rooms at a price 27109 inr. After booking of order, we got confirmation message and details of hotel located at srinagar. But when i reached to hotel for check in, we found that there is no booking in our name in that hotel, even i have show my conformation booking letter sent by oyo rooms to hotel management, they repaid that you may call to help line no. Of oyo rooms regarding booking issue. When i discussed with oyo room customer care for the same but finally they said sorry for inconvenience caused by our on-line booking team, we are unable to provide any rooms right now. I have waited nearly one hour with my family in hotel but no support was provided form customer care team of oyo rooms. Finally i leaved that hotel and searched another hotel for accommodation.

            My booking no. Xmpy0349 was made on march 2016 for hotel tulsi, cidco @ aurangabad. I received confirmation voucher immediately after booking. Check in was on 16th may and check out was on 17th may for 9 rooms for triple occupancy basis for rs. 16, 200/-.

            On 16th evening before reaching hotel i gave a call to them regarding confirmation and i was told that only 5 rooms will be available. Then i had to call cluster manager of oyo rooms mr. Azar - [protected] and also to customer service to complaint regarding this. We were 27 people with ladies and kids... We were made to wait in our bus for 3 hours and were allotted @ hotel avon international which was nearby... The hotel was horrible and unfit for a family to stay. Anybody would enter in and go out and rooms were not maintained, shabby all over... Was wondered how oyo has got tie up with that hotel... I called up mr. Azar personally and complained. Finally he ended up saying both hotels belong to same category and same amount must be paid.

            It was already late in the night & we do not have any other option other thanstaying there... But no one from oyo informed me regarding non availability of rooms and i had to fight with the hotel people for not allotting abd they point out at oyo saying that non availability issue has been informed to oyo.

            Anyway booking through oyo is hopeless and i advise not to book through oyo as they are not serious about their biz.

            When asked for discount as the category os hotel is less than i booked, oyo's cluster managet said that they would refund the discount once they arrive on how much discount can be given... But so far they had not mailed me or refunded any such amount.

              I had cancelled this booking immediately after making the booking and have not yet received the refund.

              I was talking to one of the customer care executives through the customer care number - +[protected] and to my surprise the call was disconnected. I tried calling back several times but receive a message that I need to contact Reliance (service provider) as the number is no longer in use. I wonder if Mr. Ritesh Agarwal has not paid his phone bills and needs to go through another round of 'funding' for this! Pathetic customer support and I am sure I will never use nor propagate Oyo Rooms to anyone. If the company actually care about customer service, they will take this compliant seriously and resolve the issue without any further delays.

                Through oyo we had booked a double bed room in manu residency bangalore. It is a sub standard hotel. Staff are very lackadaisical in their approach. Food is of equally low standard. Lift is out of order frequently. They are reluctant to switch on the generator at times of current failure.
                The dining space is not maintained properly and has no fans. They are reluctant to switch on the ac also. The tea cups they give for breakfast cannot be offered to beggars also. A snapshot of the same is given below.
                When oyo is booking rooms they should be aware of the standard of the hotel to insure their own goodwill in the hospitality arena.
                We are very annoyed and dissatisfied!!!

                Oyo — Cheating

                Oyo rooms in warangal are show as sold out in warangal... But available as the same oyo rooms in other sites like goibibo...

                  I book 2 days ac hotel at hotel nile residency bangalore from 7th may to 9th may 2016 and before doing a checkout i asked the hotel property owner that i will be checking out at 1 pm on 9th as my flight was at 5 pm, but i got a little late by 20 mins and then he started arguing that i have to pay 850 rs more because in an coming half hr late and initially i was like ok, he is just saying things as it does not make any sense to pay 850 rs just for 20-30 mins but then he started saying that sir this booking is thru oyorooms.com website and they will charge him 850 rs if i wont pay him, as he was talking to one of a person from oyorooms over the phone for the same things. That time i was so adamant that i am not going to pay any thing as it does not make sense to pay for just 30 mins and its not a right way to deal with any customer. And then he handed over the phone to me to talk with one of a representative from oyorooms and that person was literally very rude, i even told that i am going to complain against him and then in reply he said "do whatever you want to do, it does not matter to him, just pay the money and get lost." i was literally shocked after listening to his reply, but as i was getting late for my flight, so finally i gave up, paid 850 rs and left the place. But for sure i am not going to book any hotel or advice any one to book thru any kind of these website if one cannot threat their customer properly.

                  Yes that is true that I came down to reception 20 - 30 mins late, but the property owner himself told me earlier that I can checkout at 1 pm as my flight is late and after that 30 mins late is not a late to charge 850 Rs. And adding to it, please ask your associates to learn some manners and how to talk to a customer when speaking over the phone. Btw i have never faced this kind of problem earlier as I travel a lot, I guess it was just that I just heard a lot about OYO room and thought to give it a try. But I guess it is difficult to expect high customer service, with a new service provider. Got my lesson. Thanks for all your help.

                    Hi everyone,
                    I went to delhi on 3rd april with my family and i booked oyo rooms in chattarpur through my mobile phone.

                    When i reached there using gps around 8pm and then one of their boy took our family to another building. But that building was so dirty so i told i dont want to stay here. Then shifted us in the previous building. We ordered dinner one of their tieup restaurants. Few minutes later their ac stopped working and when i asked they told power of the area is gone.In the mean time dinner came to my room. Immediatly light of the building also closed. I was their with my wife and my one year old baby.
                    We asked their staff what happened they told it will take some time. But light didnt came for long time and we could not have dinner also. My baby started crying also. I asked so many times then we called customer care of oyo rooms.

                    But they just talk and says pls wait. We were so tired. I asked to call building owner for the fault or refund our money so that we can shift some other place.

                    But when we talked to the owner he started giving me abuse. Then i called oyo rooms call center but they also didnt respond. Then i packed my luggage and started going out of the building then building owner came and told all their guys to catch me and beat me with my family.
                    I ran with my family from the building and all my family was crying while running.
                    Oh! My god ~ this could happen to me in oyo rooms.

                    I never forget such a disaster day.

                    So friends pls be aware the oyo rooms is not safe for anyone specially for families.

                    Rooms are very worst. 3rd graded never families can stay. Please do not cheat people by faking photos and reviews. Had worst experience. No value for anything. Doesn't look like a family room at all.

                      We have booked a hotel through oyo rooms for 2 nights but somehow on the date of stay our booking got cancelled. Secondly, oyo promised us to give a better hotel room at the same price as the compensation for the inconvinience caused to us.
                      The hotel we got was the worst hotel we have ever got. There was no service at all.
                      Stinky beds, no water bottle, not even bathrooms were worth entering!!
                      We have paid rs.6500 and we are extremely annoyed on the service provided by oyo.
                      Either we need the immediate cash back or we have to forcefully go to the consumer forum so that no one else can be fudged by oyo in future.

                        I am staying at ahuja residency, sector - 44, noida. The staff here is very rude and misbehaved with us. We had ordered 7 cups of tea of which 3 cups of tea had to served in sometime. When the remaining order was not served we asked them thrice to get the remaining order but they refused to complete it. It has been an very disappointing experienece for us. Horrible staff and unacceptable behaviour.

                          I am a regular customer of OYO. On 12th may 2015. I booked an OYO at OYO Premium Sheetal Bhubaneswar with booking ID VCNF8376. I was never informed about the checkout on behalf of OYO or the Property manager. I was charged additional Rs 1450/- by OYO for 2 hour late check out. OYO could have text me to notify me about the checkout timings or the property manager/ receptionist could have notify me regarding the checkout, but non of them did the same. They waited silently to Poach money by using this term late check out. This is an unethical practice. Next time will prefer to stay out as much as i can from OYO bookings.

                            I have serious feedback and complaint regarding the way the oyo rooms operations are being managed. I booked oyo rooms for my family holiday (The details of my bookings are provided below). I did not avail of any of your promotional discounts/ coupons and made full payment for these bookings and that too 3-4 months in advance.

                            1. Oyo premium himalaya view - 13 guest - 5 rooms, 2 nights (May 19, 2016 - may 21, 2016). Booking status - confirmed booking done on mon, 18 jan 2016 (Upfv9610); full amount paid rs.37, 390/-

                            2. Oyo premium corbett national park - 13 guest - 5 rooms, 1 nights (May 21, 2016 - may 22, 2016). Booking status - confirmed booking done on sun, 17 jan 2016 (Rugm6958); full amount paid rs.18, 595/-

                            3. Oyo premium luxurious lake stay - 13 guest - 5 rooms, 2 nights (May 22, 2016 – may 24, 2016). Booking status - confirmed booking done on sun, 17 jan 2016 (Luxr9560); full amount paid rs. 57, 990/-

                            Total amount paid (For 3 bookings) – rs.113, 975/-

                            After i did the bookings online, i called up your call centre and was promised best rooms (With good view). Oyo guys assured me (Not once but multiple times) that i just need to relax and visit the hotels directly as everything has been booked and arranged. But since i have had bad experiences with some of the new online ventures in the past, i proactively called up your call centre a few times to re-confirm the bookings. After keeping me on a long holds i was told that good view rooms are not available (At the mussoorie hotel). I asked to speak to the supervisor and after long holds and multiple transfers, i got to speak to one of the supervisor (Manish). He assured me that he will get everything sorted within 30mins and call me back.In the meantime i called up the other property manager that i had booked in nainital and to my horrific surprise i was told that they don’t have any bookings in my name and no rooms are available now for the said dates. I was also told by the manager that they have broken all contracts with oyo rooms as there were payment issues. Can you imagine what i am going through right now? Since morning i have wasted around 3-4 hours with your call centre people and still my complaints havent been resolved. This is ridiculous, after making full payments 3 months in advance, i am told (Not by oyo but the hotel manager and that too when i proactively called) that no booking has been confirmed and no rooms are available. We are a group of 13 people and had i gone by the numerous assurances provided by oyo rooms, i would have been roaming on the streets of nainital had i not called today and followed up.

                            Ritesh, you are a young entrepreneur and i have read about all the good work that you have done which is commendable but i seriously feel that before you expand anymore; re-structure your operations and customer service. Dissatisfied customers will not only make you lose business but also your goodwill that you have earned in the short span.

                              I had booked oyo rooms earlier at nainital and had quite good experience. But this time my experience with oyo rooms has been horrible. Let me narrate in bullets :
                              • first while booking – as soon as i searched the oyo site to book a room for me and my wife, at about midnight, their marketing started. Without asking for, i was offered about 10% discounted price and the online person told me the offer is for very limited time and shall not be valid the next day. So although i was feeling sleepy, i paid online.
                              - it’s all marketing gimmick as i realized later.
                              • i booked a room at hadapsar, pune from four days, as my daughter was staying there, and i wanted to visit her. But they gave me a direction note without mentioning which hotel the room existed, for which getting the hotel was a terrible task. I reached hadapsar square, pune at 10 pm and for one hour went on searching. No body could help from the direction given and when they asked for the hotel name, i couldn’t give. I don’t understand why the oyo people keep the hotel name secret, when we can know it as soon as we arrive. The contact no. Given was continuously engaged. The no. Was a hyderabad no., which diverted the call to pune hotel. After stenuous search i found its name was ‘park view service appartment’. (But it mentioned ‘classic nest’ in bills.)
                              • as it was late, and i had picked up my daughter, who stayed nearby, i wanted her to stay with us for the night and told the hotel that we don’t need extra bed or breakfast, she may just be allowed to stay. They straight denied and charged extra. The bill is shown below.
                              • coming to the room, the room didn’t have any space for extra bed, just two 2’6’’ wide cots and about 2’ space around. The room had crack in the wall and full of dirt. The wifi was weak and not working most of the time. The photos are given below.
                              • there was a mini toilet, which was not attached. The toiletries consisted of a soap which my dog wouldn’t bath with, a pouch of shampoo and a pouch of oil, which the would be customers may see in the photo given below. After i checked in, the next day some problem with their solar hitting occurred, such that all taps gave only hot water.In this summer month of may, we could not even wash our face, forget taking bath.
                              After ablution the hand shower didn’t stop even after use for long time, there by making entire body and floor wet. The video is attached.
                              • breakfast was terrible. Poha, or paratha with option of cornflakes. We take toast and omlet for breakfast. When i asked for it, we were charged extra for omlet and morning tea! The sample bills are attached.
                              • we had booked for four days, from 5th to 9th may, 2016. I arrived at about 11pm on 5th, and getting fed up, when enquired to cancel in the afternoon of next day, the hotel person told that that was the second day, and as i had booked in a ‘discounted’ price, a per oyo rules, i will be charged for three days and only one day refund may be given. Then i understood the marketing strategy of ‘discount’.
                              I lodged complain under case id 302983. They told somebody will call back. They didn’t. Called them twice later. Nothing happened. I want to warn all the would be customers of oyo rooms, there were better hotels / service apartments nearby at half the price, with more homely and conducive environment. I shall not recommend oyo henceforth.

                                  Hi,

                                  I finally get time to write about the horrific incidence I faced at Oyo, Bhubaneswar. After this, I have vowed to myself to never use OYO again in my life.

                                  Here goes my story. I booked a room for 3 guests (paid Rs 300 extra for 3rd guest) at OYO Bhubaneswar. On reaching the hotel at around 10 pm, the hotel manager refused to entertain the 3rd guest saying that his hotel only allowed 2 people in 1 room. I showed him by booking voucher which clearly stated 3 guests but he was in no mood to listen.
                                  I called OYO team and the executive talked to hotel manager on phone. Hotel manager refused to listen even to him and told us that there was nothing we could do to get 3rd person accommodated (this was despite paying full amount for 3rd guest).

                                  After 2 hours of haggling with him at night, we finally got a stinking room at midnight. With nowhere to go at that hour, we decided to sleep. Next morning, I called OYO again as the hotel manager refused to provide breakfast or hot water to 3rd person. Oyo again kept on maintaining that manager had to provide breakfast to 3rd guest. When I told them that he was not agreeing at all, OYO said they would call within next few minutes to resolve the issue. Obviously, no one called.

                                  There were more issues with the room that aren't worth ignoring. There was no WiFi despite clearly advertised as a WiFi place. The toilet had no water nozzle and the hotel refused to provide toilet paper. The room was shabby, small and smelled bad.

                                  In a way, I was conned by OYO as they charged me for 3 guests but provided services only for 2. Not to mention the inordinate amount of time wasted on haggling with people in hotel and on phone. Not my idea of a holiday! And Oyo did its best to ruin it for me.

                                  Despite this, when I raised this over and over again on phone and mail, the not so courteous customer care representative did not refund the extra Rs 300 paid by me (which they obviously should). Instead, I was provided with a Rs 300 coupon and an expiry date in Oct so that I could be conned again by OYO. On protesting, she simply refused a refund and said a coupon for future booking is all she could give.

                                  Would never recommend OYO to anyone on account of this lousy and unprofessional behavior.

                                    I had booked one property of OYO in hyderabad for 2days and payed all money via my credit card. Aftr that before check out i extend that same room for one day and i spoke with Oyo team they proceed the room and as said you can make the payment thru online OR cash deposit to property manager then immedialty i payed cash money to manager.
                                    After that he has not updated to his OYO team and system.
                                    Next morning at 7:00clk they khoked my room and said my booking has been cancelled i told why they said you had not make the payment. I told yesturday night i gave you complete money. They told its has cancelled by OYO team. ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU HAD BEEN MISTAKE SOMETHING WHY GUEST WILL BE SUFFER LIKE THAT.
                                    Again in the evening property manager called me and he said you have to pay more 800rs for today.
                                    I said brother i already paid the complete money to you as per OYO team given the such of amount and you are asking again more money.
                                    In between that i have called to OYO TEAM around 5-6times but nobody solved this problem.
                                    The property staff also was not treating properly to guest as for Because of this issue he has not provide the Facility like Breakfast and Tea and other amenties as per i asked they said our hotel Owner denied to provide you anything because of this reason.
                                    THIS IS SOO EMBARASING TO OYO THIS TYPE FACILITIES ARE PROVIDING TO CUSTOMERS.
                                    IT WAS TOTALLY MISTAKED BY PROPERTY MANAGER AND OYO TEAM BECAUSE THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND KEPT IN HIS POCKET WITHOUT ANY UPDATION.
                                    I WILL NEVER NEVER GO WITH OYO AND NOT SUGGEST TO ANYBODY.
                                    ITS BAD EXPERIENCE WITH OYO.
                                    I AM ALMOST BEING IN TOUR AND MOSTLY I AM BOOKING WITH OYO AND GOIBBO. I BOOKED LOTS OF HOTELS IN OTHER OTHER STATE IN INDIA BUT FROM THE OYO ALWAYS GETTING A PROBLEMS.

                                        I have booked 2 rooms in oyo rooms and they have allocated rooms in the below address,
                                        Hotel golden gates
                                        Hotel address: shop no. 200/3, laxmi towers, near south end circle, rashtriya vidyalaya road, bangalore.

                                        When we visited there at 10:30 pm night to stay, they denied us to check-in by asking us (All 6 members) to provide the original id proof in which one person has only pan card as his proof since they have original id proof.
                                        We have begged them in all the way and requested them to take a photo o[censored]s if required for security and called customer care and spoke with them for more than an hour to provide the check-in because it was already 11 pm night.
                                        Nowhere in the policy they have mentioned all should have original address proof, myself is the one who booked those 2 rooms and i had all the original address proof and i told them i have but they denied to check in and argued to provide all members address proof. And we slept in our car itself in the middle of the night because of this oyo rooms.
                                        We have completed the payment before visiting the oyo rooms and they denied to refund our money because cancellation is not possible on checkin date. I had booked the room 2 hours back and if they didnot allowed us to stay in the hotel, then absolutely they should allow me to cancel it but they cheated us again and spoiled our happiness for the whole night and next day. We request consumer court to help us to get back my hard earned money along with the large penalty for oyo rooms and legal action against oyo rooms for because of the inconvenience caused by them for us.
                                        We are ready to face any court hearing on this and available all the time to visit the court if necessary for this oyo roms case.
                                        I have all the evidences which required for my case and will produce those during case time.

                                        Almost around 6 direct witnesses and 4 indirect witnesses are present for this case.

                                        We sincerely request consumer court to take this case forward and ban the oyo rooms and help public to live peacefully.

                                        I had already raised the complaint with OYO and of no use... OYO customer representatives are not able to listen to customers queries and they only tell as per policy.. Show. Me where in your policy it's indicated that all the members should carry original identity proof and this policy should be communicated to customers before booking the room. I will wait till tomorrow, of my refund didn't happened, then see how I will use social media to get the justice and definitely will bring down your repo for sure.. I never expected this type of negligent policy /customer inconvenience from OYO...i hate OYO for not refunding my hard earned money... But will never sit simply i[censored] didn't respond also, I will move ahead till I get justice... If my case didn't solved in consumer court, will seek PMO help for sure. And it's not a matter of money but you guys hurted like that on that midnight without giving checkin and we spend our night like refugees... Are you guys happy now OYO?
