I have never seen such unprofessional services from any service provider like you promote you are :

I spent 11k for one night stay in houseboat with thought that we will be getting best services but what we got is mentioned below.

1. We were looking for early checkin at 10:00 am, which they refused saying we can't provide and you can checkin only at 12:00 noon. We reached that place approx 11:30 am and called houseboat person. It was raining and we were standing on roadside with kids and family.
2. We were expecting atleast he receive us and atleast provide space to sit. After continuous calls to houseboat person and oyo customer care, he came to acknowledge at 12:30 pm. After that he started saying boat will come in 10 minutes.
3. Finally boat arrived at 01:00 pm.
4. He drove houseboat and stopped at lunch time for 1 hour and stopped for the day at sharp 5 pm.
5. Evening we asked for extra tea for which we said we will extra pay you. But they bluntly said we have limited milk and time too. We have other work also.
6.In dinner vegetables was of limited quantity.
7. We booked 3 rooms houseboat for 8 people and paid extra to oyo for that.In night on asking for extra bed they said we don't have and you must have informed us earlier in day time.
8.In morning they asked us for checkout on sharp 09:00 am and on asking for delay in checkin for 1 hour, they said we don't know about that. Even customer care didn't help.
9. If you have call logs then check in your system, how many times i called during my stay.


Overall your oyo boat and your services are pathetic and you people are responsible for ruin holidays for your customers.

    I have booked 2 rooms in OYO with booking nos. RYUD8374 and TJZI0193. But when we reach the hotel, they told that all the rooms are filled up. Now what should we do? Is this the service OYO rooms are providing. Its really disgusting getting this kind of issue. Later the hotel authority send us to somewhere else in NBCC. The rooms are of small size and not as much as comfortable as we have booked. But they took the same charge as the rooms we booked first.

    I would not have filled this complaint but I did this because I am frustrated. I got approx 3-4 calls from OYO to confirm my booking. After confirming they should not have done this.

    I hope some action should be taken against such issues.

      This is really not acceptable. At least after booking confirmation you should provide the Hotel contact number.

        Firstly the oyo application showed the wrong hotel at the destination that is Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. I roam about 1 hour in this area to find the hotel. Afterwards i came to know that the hotel destination was in Bihar. I talked to their customer care executive he said he is arranging me a hotel near to that area. He booked a hotel and said the discount given to me is of 45% for the fault from their side and telling that there are all the facilities like mini fridge etc which was not available in the room. I checked the price of the room in the application it was of Rs 1299 and only Rs 242 discount was given to me and on talking the customer care executive said it is given on room tarrif. After making another call to the customer care one of tour executive said he is forwading the complaint to the team and action will be take soon and assured me twice that he is calling me back in 15 minutes which he did not.

          Following are the discrepancies i faced :-

          1.There is not proper fixed discount given by customer reps for corporates sometimes we get 10% sometimes nothing.It seems the apps are better giving 20-30% discounts.Why do we need to do corporate tie up i don't understand.

          2.On 4th June i had communicated to the customer rep assisting that our corporate guest will reach by 4.00 am( Checkin starts at 12.00 pm) he said the person has to pay 500 extra as early check in charges.However to our utter dismay, the person was charged for the entire day! Instead of having a verbal communication from the OYO customer rep, we felt really cheated.No value for words.Are we really getting any benefit at all?

          Firstly they take ages in replying to mails or confirming property booking and when they finally do they get it all mixed up.I think we corporates should totally stop working with OYO and search for other alternatives.

          High time other commecial property lendors make a move.

            I checked in hotel shuhul continental, east of kailash, new delhi on 4.06.2016... The booking was done by wagman group... The service here is horrible.. Shabbiest that i have seen in recent times.. Although infrastructure good... I have noticed it's a hotel tagged with oyo brand name... Kindly don't malign your reputation tying with a shabby hotels like shuhul continental...

              Complain regarding oyo rooms site. Booked 5 rooms in srinagar on 04-june-16 for 01-jul-16 to 04-jul-16 with reference number trgm9387 with amount 38685 paid. During booking they have informed terms as free cancellation policy. However once i cancelled booking on 05-june-16 just day after booking they have deducted 50% of the amount. Site is full of bugs like it did not even given warning that it will deduct 50%, shows some rooms without proper hotel information and provide another room, cancellation policy gets informed to customer after booking. Completely cheating customer without proper information. They have deducted about 20000 rupees in matter of few hours. Kindly help

              I do have screen shot and call with customer care recorded which can be submitted to court.

                I had booked stay at hotel chandigarh grand in it park for 2 days. I checked in early at 9 am for which i had to pay 500 which was justified. I checked in on friday & in the night there was no electricity in the hotel room which was allocated to me
                Finally the hotel staff shifted my room at 6 am on saturday morning & as per the schedule the checkout time was 11 am. I checked out at 1:50 for which i was charged 1000 rs extra which was totally unacceptable as the hotel staff said that it was charged by oyo.

                Now if a person sleeps at 6 am do you expect him to check out at 11am. This behavior is totally unacceptable & i want refund of my excess money charged to me.

                I am myself in event management company & this is totally unacceptable.

                Going forward i would hesitate to use your service & would not recommend also it to anybody. Kindly refund my excess money charged for maintaing a smooth relation with your aggrieved customer.

I have ordered a room in nampally, hyderabad telangana on 04.06.2016 by paying an amount of rs.1189/- through internet banking in the afternoon. Unfortunately, due to some problems the program was cancelled and i have cancelled the program.

                  But i have not received any refund amount to my account back. Most of the companies like flipkart, amazon, shopclues etc. Are giving the amount refund back to the account directly. You also please refund the amount to my account.

                  Actually, if you refund the amount, i can tell the people that oyo is a genuine organisation as basically i am a public relation officer for the entire nalgonda district.

                  Hence please refund the amount as soon as early.

                    This is regarding the confirmed booking made by in oyo rooms on 11th & 12th jun'16 in oyo premium dharamshala (Hp)

                    As i have made the 100% payment & got the confirmation from oyo on booking (Booking id : leys1563), i expect will be given to me in booked property.

                    I am feeling cheated from oyo side, that the rooms are not available even after 100% payment is made in advance & confirmation from oyo side too on booking.

                    Further, the properties offered till now does not suit my requirements as they are either too far from my destination or are of substandard.

                      I have taken this oyo room on 31st May, and today is 1st of june, i have not a got a single bottle of cold water, i have asking for water for last more than 24 hrs and everytime i get to hear that we dont have cold water, last night i had to sleep good hours without any power because they had no diesal to support the generator, i am surprised to see this kind of service, when i complaint to the customer care, i had no response and when i complain at the reception - the person said Kar lo complain but we cant provide you cold water. Please stay away with these fraud and fake rooms which speaks very high but provide worst service when you actually go there.And never take rooms at D188, sector 51, Noida, UP.

                        Hello,
                        I booked a oyo room in matunga mumbai for one night stay (28th may). We reached the property at around 5:30 in the evening, we were surprised to see that we booked a third grade lodge in the name of oyo, we got the room and that was smaller then train comparment and double bed for good enough for only 1 person and above all ac was not working because of some repair work and they said we will not face this problem in night, and i missed to say that because of repair work there was no electricity as well. After seeing all this i called oyo customer care at around 5:50 and informed them everything and asked for hotel change and they told me that thir support team will call me in next 10_15mins... I waited till 6:20 and called them back.. Again explained everything to some new support guy he put me on hold for 7/8 mins and after that again told me same thing that there support person will call in next 10 mins... Why the hell they are sitting there if some other support will be helping us... Anyways i again waited till 7 and then gave a call just for liestning the same ans so after that i chexkout the property and informed oyo team at 8 that i already left the property because of all electricity issue as i have my 1 year baby with me who was becoming cranky because of all that tempreture but they didn't changed there answer and again told me that u will receive call shortly. I also informed that please let me know soon whether u can arrange anything else i have to book another hotel.
                        At the same time i was in contact with support team thru mails as well where they are contant with there answers... After all these mails and calls i received call from there so called support team at around 10:45 pm and he asked me what is the issue mam...??? Are you serious after all these discussions and mails you want to hear everything from scratch... Don't u have ayatem where u update cuatomers issue n instead of frustating customer understand the problem first. So after i explaind everything he told me that he will check with someone at property and call me in 10 mins... Which not yet ended after 2 days...
                        I haven't faced any problem with oyo earlier this was the first time i had issue and they didn't helped... You are on your own once u book any room because they just associated there names but don't own any responsblity. Worst customer service i ever seen... Online bookings are made on trust so try to maintain that... I need any proper explaination on this because i lost my money for that third grade lodge...

                          I am sunil kaura this side. I am a resident of hyderabad and was planning to travel to delhi today. I had made a booking at 10 am today for a single night stay at oyo saket metro stationpremier. I paid the full payment of inr 2, 999/.

                          However, there was a personal exigency at my end and my son got hurt and hence i could not travel to delhi. Pls find attached the boarding pass and evidence of the tickets that indicate that i was about to travel.

                          Since there was an exigency that was beyond my control (Due to which i could not travel) - request you to kindly refund in full the payment

                            In the first I was given a side room which I had to stay in even after hours of fighting with the customer care.

                            When I reached the second hotel, I was shown a room which was pathetic. Out the windows I could see only walls and nothing else (room no 103). Therefore cancelled the booking right away and left the hotel. Did not have the patience of fighting with oyo customer care again.

                            Discussion doesn't mean solution. what kind of cheats are you guys. Do you not understand the basic of online selling. You have to sell the same product, whose images you show.

                            Your availability logic is bad as it is your responsibility to reserve a room when I make a pre payment for the same.

                              I had wrongly put the date as the check-in/check-out date, and hence i had to cancel the booking. But refund has not been given yet. Errors occur on everybody's part but that doesn't mean oyo or any company can fraudulently keep money if am not availing the service. I realised my error in entering booking date and called customer care (Cc) straightaway and cancelled the booking in 5 min. But cc personnel took the refuge of system and kept on explaining policy. I say there's no policy which authorises or is so hard bound that cannot be changed to initiate refund if the customer is not availing the service.
                              Customer goodwill matters above any policy or any operative rules.
                              Hence please ensure the refund is credited as soon as possible.

                                On 20th may, i stayed with family at the oyo rooms hsr layout bda complex in bangalore. This was my worst experience with oyo.. Considering i have stayed with the rooms before in many other cities. This property is very poorly maintained. The moment you enter, there is a foul drainage smell. On asking, i was told that it is a problem on the ground floor. Then the room allotted to us was very unclean. It had not been cleaned after the previous occupancy, the toilet was used and left as it is.. There was no toilet paper or toiletries.

                                There were no towels in the room. After repeated enquiries, we were given one towel at 11 pm (For three guests). I was told there were no towels. The bedsheets were dirty and looked used (The linen was not fresh at all). The tv was not working and when asked, the caretaker came and started hitting the tv and the remote and got it on. He left after that. We had one blanket for the three o[censored]s. No answer on why it was not available. There was no drinking water and on asking, i was given a bottle. The wifi worked for a few hours and then stopped.

                                We couldn't have breakfast because it was not ready till 8.30 am. I paid rs 2369 for this stay and ended up feeling cheated and tired. We had just driven down 8 hours from udupi and were to continue to hyd. We got no rest and were exhausted. I had to ask for toiletries and the biotique products were given to us, but with just one towel having a shower was difficult.

                                I have stayed in oyorooms in mumbai and hubli and found the experience great. That is the reason why i selected this place. I think the problem is with this specific property. I would definitely like oyorooms to delist such a property and reprimand the management for miserable service. I would like to add that i belong to hsr layout and had to stay here since our homes are rented out.

                                The service and product quality in such a good locality are abysmal. I will definitely be writing about this on other sites as well. I will definitely like a full refund with an apology from the guest house - gmr 18 grand

                                  My booking ID was TDLW9631.I booked a room in Ahmedabad for 18th May.

                                  When reached hotel on 18th at 7am, hotel staff has told that he has no information about my booking. When I showed my booking in OYO application then allowed me to check in.

                                  Then he told me he will charge early check in charges of Rs 500 and I need to make advance payment of complete amount. I told him, no problem you can early check in as per policy but why I make payment in advance because in FAQ part OYO rooms site, it's clearly mentioned customer can make payment either at the time of booking or during checkout at hotel. But he told he cannot allow checkin without payment.

                                  Finally I made payment of complete booking amount and early check in charges and checked in.

                                  In the evening when I checked at 5pm I asked for invoice for my payment then he told me invoice will be given by OYO but early in charges bill will not be given. Then I talked to Oyo rooms immediately, they told checkout is not updated but if hotel has charged early check in charges, invoice will include these charges also.

                                  But after half an hour, when I received invoice from OYO, It's without early check in charges.Then again I talked Oyo rooms customer care, they told hotel has not given them information about early check in charges so invoice is raised without these charges.

                                  I asked them either give me invoice with this early check in charge or refund this amount and resolve issue.

                                  OYO rooms asked for money receipt of hotel where I made payment, I sent it immediately. He told me within one day this issue will be resolved.

                                  This is 5th day but even after calling customer care 2-3 times, nobody is replying.

                                  I just need to know where is I m wrong and why are they not replying.But I can say this incident total harassment to me by OYO.

                                    We have made an online booking through oyo rooms by id varm3076 check-in 16th may 2016 and check-out 18th may 2016 at 11:00 am of 1 room. Hotel name – meghdoot resort, indore ujjain road, ujjain. We extended the booking for one day against confirmed booking id siyg0786 check-in 18th may and check-out 19th may 2016 at the same property. By paying total rs. 12000.
                                    In reference to the above booking following are the points for which we are making the compliant and feel harassed and misguided by the company.

                                    1. The building shown on the website of meghdoot resorts is 3-star property, where they were providing us the room. After reaching the hotel reception, we were sent in the backyard of the hotel for the oyo rooms booking id. On the other side they have shown a three star property where they were supposed to provide us the rooms. But the location of the rooms is like servant quarters of the hotel staff, which they have converted into guest rooms because of “shinghastha 2016”. This building photograph was nowhere on the oyo room website. This property is a budget hotel of low quality tariff. While they are charging approx. Rs 5000 per day per room, that too after providing 30% discount.

                                    2. We have paid the full amount in advance for 3 days for a comfortable stay. We reached at 10.30 pm on 16th may. No room was ready for us. There is one sofa lying in a corner as lobby where we had to wait for 1 hour, after our 1500km journey. Nobody was on the reception to offer us a glass on water in a temperature of 35 degree plus. No bell boy in a three star to collect our luggage.

                                    3. After making the arguments, they have provided us a room without cleaning by changing fresh bed-sheets and covers. We had paid the amount of triple bedroom, but we were provided one double occupancy with one extra bed on the floor. There was no dustbin in the room, no glasses to drink water, tv of the room is not working, tv remotes were not functioning, no hand-towels were there in the wash-room, there was no cooling of the air-conditioner despite of running 24 hours, no drinking water in the room till 18th may 2016.


                                    4. On the calling the oyo representatives, who are looking the oyo properties in ujjain helped us to get this room in less than an hour but not ready to accept the inefficiency on their part as people are in queue to pay double amount for the same room than what we have paid.

                                    Now it is a request to the competent authorities to verify our complaint and after verification give us a copy of the complaint to pursue the complaint in our home town, so that companies making the business on-line may not do the frauds with general public in future.

                                    As we have discussed the matter with mr. Amit (Cluster head, oyo rooms) on telephone. He has deputed mr. Varun employee id – 13598 to contact us and listen to our complaints and receive the written complaint and issue us a receipt for this compliant. He flatly refused to receive our compliant and asked us to go to police station for this complaint.

                                    Kindly do the needful and oblige.

                                    Thanks for your reply. But your sorry won't get us our holiday time back which was ruined because of OYO. It wont get our souls some satisfaction which was harassed during our family holiday. Please investigate the matter as soon as possible and finish the matter.

                                      This complain is about the false confirmation from oyo booking team.Initial above order was booked online for two premium rooms at a price 27109 inr. After booking of order, we got confirmation message and details of hotel located at srinagar. But when i reached to hotel for check in, we found that there is no booking in our name in that hotel, even i have show my conformation booking letter sent by oyo rooms to hotel management, they repaid that you may call to help line no. Of oyo rooms regarding booking issue. When i discussed with oyo room customer care for the same but finally they said sorry for inconvenience caused by our on-line booking team, we are unable to provide any rooms right now. I have waited nearly one hour with my family in hotel but no support was provided form customer care team of oyo rooms. Finally i leaved that hotel and searched another hotel for accommodation.

                                        My booking no. Xmpy0349 was made on march 2016 for hotel tulsi, cidco @ aurangabad. I received confirmation voucher immediately after booking. Check in was on 16th may and check out was on 17th may for 9 rooms for triple occupancy basis for rs. 16, 200/-.

                                        On 16th evening before reaching hotel i gave a call to them regarding confirmation and i was told that only 5 rooms will be available. Then i had to call cluster manager of oyo rooms mr. Azar - [protected] and also to customer service to complaint regarding this. We were 27 people with ladies and kids... We were made to wait in our bus for 3 hours and were allotted @ hotel avon international which was nearby... The hotel was horrible and unfit for a family to stay. Anybody would enter in and go out and rooms were not maintained, shabby all over... Was wondered how oyo has got tie up with that hotel... I called up mr. Azar personally and complained. Finally he ended up saying both hotels belong to same category and same amount must be paid.

                                        It was already late in the night & we do not have any other option other thanstaying there... But no one from oyo informed me regarding non availability of rooms and i had to fight with the hotel people for not allotting abd they point out at oyo saying that non availability issue has been informed to oyo.

                                        Anyway booking through oyo is hopeless and i advise not to book through oyo as they are not serious about their biz.

                                        When asked for discount as the category os hotel is less than i booked, oyo's cluster managet said that they would refund the discount once they arrive on how much discount can be given... But so far they had not mailed me or refunded any such amount.
