Incident happened on 28th October 2022,
Booking ID- BBLP3205,

i had done booking through OYO with hotel -The Heaven Gradens, Vazhakkala and done pre -payment through UPI with discounted price available from OYO site itself on 28th October 2022.

While contacting with the Hotel reception for the confirmation they rejected the booking and state that this booking is not valid so need to cancel and rebook the same from hotel itself.

I lost my payment from bank account and not yet credited back.

This is like a fraud activity from OYO that they are misleading the customers for the payment or else the listed hotel 'The Heaven Gardens should be removed or blacklist from the site business database for the fraudulent activity to customers.

    I booked two rooms with booking I'd NTCF8174, i reached at the hotel with my family but the hotel denied check in with stating reason that they do not entertain prepaid bookings from Oyo. It was around 8 pm in the evening with me having kids as well as ladies with me. I called your customer service several times for more than fifty minutes, and no one attended, in the end a lady attended the call who said I will soon get refund of 1087, she insisted me to book at another hotel with booking charge of 170 ( booking I'd PORY8453) then she cancelled the previous booking with reason 'hotel denied check in, I went to that hotel and the pattern followed, they also said no to Oyo booking, and wanted thrice the price which i was supposed to pay through Oyo.So the thing now is, I paid Rs. 1087 in first and rs 170 in other booking (total amount 1257) but i didn't got any stay through your company, i suffered physically, mentally as well as financially.
    It's a clear matter of harrasment from OYO ROOMS. The worst thing is there is no one to attend grievances on your customer care number.
    Please look into the matter Oyo rooms because we expect some honesty from an Indian startup like you.
    I just want my refund with an APOLOGY from OYO ROOMS.

      Address: The Biztel 4th floor Ojas mansion, Fraser Rd, near Vishal Mega mart, Patna, Bihar 800001

      I booked a room on 23/10/22 for 25/10/22 but for some reason I had to cancel it. As per the cancellation policy of the hotel, if I cancelled my booking before 9:00 am then my money will be refunded so I did cancel my booking on 25/10/22 at 7:00 am but still the hotel has not refunded my money. The total amount was Rs. 1071
      I therefore request the oyo customer service to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary actions.

        Address: Oyo townhouse 033 Siri fort, new delhi

        I booked townhouse 033 for 25th Oct 2022 and paid full amount in advance but when I reached the location the townhouse didn't existed. I tried to contact the owner but got no response. Later the security guard shared that the property got closed back in 2021 but it still shows as active in the Oyo Android app.

        I request a full refund that I paid in advance.

          I had booked rooms in Jaipur and Hotel asked for extra charges, I talked with the Oyo customer care and they told me to pay 2000 and will refund it. Extra amount will be transferred to my bank account within 7 to 14 Days but after 20 days did not receive it.

          Not able to talk with Service desk as unable to connect and not replying on mail.

            Sir I had booked hotel on 1st October for 2nd October 2022 booking date but i cancelled the hotel on same day on 1st October. As per the rule of Oyo the cancellation charge will be not deducted but 9:00 am of 2nd October. But after cancellation i didn't get my money back. I had called Oyo customer care for 20 times but they didn't helped me with any solution. I had waited more than 14 days to get my refund back but i didn't get it. Please take necessary action. The service provide by Oyo is not satisfactory.

              I have cancelled my booking bearing id - SI598925 but my refund amount is credited OYO rupee account. Whereas I did payment from through UPI likewise the refund should be credited to same payment source. Very bad experience with OYO customer service they are mentioning we can't help we are from booking department. It can be resolved if OYO send refund amount to same payment source or my bank account.

                    Hello, I am sending this letter to you as a result of an incident that occurred on 10/15/2022 at about 11:50pm during an evening check-in at your motel named above. I was instructed by Monmouth County Officials to contact you directly before taking any further actions to retrieve my full refund amount $77.92, with key deposit $10.00 as well because my sister and myself could not occupy your room 22, at your motel on the evening stated in this correspondence. The room was unsafe, unclean, deplorable and appalling conditions, making it a health hazard; not to mention the condition of the check-in office.

                    Now I spoke to you, Ms. Johnny that same evening and you helped the little asian lady with the credit card transaction because she apparently had a problem with completing the payment. I don't want anymore issues than I have to endure on my own and I haven't shown any pictures to the hotels commission or written to them yet. I just want my full refund and you will not hear or see me again in this life. I don't want to create any legal problems for you both, because if your business is closed down due to health violations, it will be devastating.

                    I was told however, that if there is no compliance from you, I am to submit a complaint to Monmouth County Court and to contact the Monmouth County Health Department and they will come out to your place of business; it is truly a health hazard.

                    I will include in this mailing some pictures; not all of them; of room 22 and the asian lady lied and said I didn't give her back her keys to room 22. I was told to give you a time frame of thirty (30) days to mail me the refund to the address listed below, from the date of this letter.

                      My stay was booked on 9 Nov 2022 to 16 Nov 2022. I cancelled my booking due to unavoidable circumstances. It has been more than the OYO mentioned time still i did not get any refund amount which i have paid.                         I have initiated a refund on my room cancellation on 12/10/2022, the hotel manager was not letting me checkin as he was asking for extra charges which I denied to pay, i talked with the oyo customer care and they verified my case and initiated the refund, i was told that the refund will be sent to my bank account with 10 days, but now when i call them they are claiming that they have successfully sent the amount to my bank but i dint received it yet

                          I have booked a room through OYO app two weeks back and i paid the complete amount at the time of booking itself. My stay was supposed to be 21st October 2022 to 23rd October 2022(3days and 2 nights). When i reached the location and tried to contact the property owner she literally denied my check in and said she is not interested in giving her property to oyo. Moreover she asked me to cancel the booking and to contact OYO customer support. So i cancelled the booking and contacted OYO customer support for alternate options. But all of your executives made me frustrated by putting my call in long hold and didn't made any effort in helping me. So i was forced to book a lodge nearby Mysore railway station. It's been two days i have spoken to more than ten of your executives for my refund but they have raised only half of the amount. In order to get my complete refund I contacted again but they are just putting the call on hold and disconnecting the call without any response which seems to be unprofessional. So I decided to take a final step by sending an email to you before taking legal actions against your company. For your reference I am giving some of the details regarding my booking.

                          Amount refunded : 1228+ 102=Rs.1330
                          Balance amount : Rs.1127

                            I have a refund for my booking ID GPKE8659, which was initiated on September 24th. I have not yet received the refund. It's been around a month since the refund has been initiated. Each time I call customer care they offer me a call back and I never get the call back. I feel cheated by this attitude from OYO.
                            I have been assured a refund before making payment at the hotel and now OYO is not responding to my emails. I really feel mistreated by this attitude of giving me no response after taking my money.

                              Hi Team,
                              I have booked a hotel with Booking ID : WZ975521 using OYO app on 01 st Oct but hotel manger denied the check-in.
                              I called to the customer care and they cancelled the booking and said that I will get the refund back in next 7-14 days.
                              Today the date is 23rd Oct2022, I am raising the complain for the fraud as I have not got refund into my original mode and I am still waiting for it.
                              The Oyo wallet show an amount of Rs118 which is the promo amount given by Oyo while booking the service.I need a refind of Rs 421 which was deducted from bank
                              I have attached all the screenshot of the same.
                              Need urgent help on the same.

                                On 28th Sept'22, we have booked 2 rooms at Siliguri (WB) from OYO Mobile App for Rs. 1448.
                                When we are there for chek-in at around 21:00 Hrs, the Hotel (OYO 10462 Smriti Guest House) Owner refused to provide us the room by justifying that "The price has increased and we have intimated OYO and you may contact OYO for the same".
                                I called OYO regarding the same and after an hour of discussion the assured us that we will refund your amount of Rs. 1448/- with Booking ID#GZIO3325 and also we will book 2 rooms in the same hotel with the increased amount for that time and refund the additional amount (apart from 1448/-) after check-out.
                                So, the service desk executive (Name: Arti) booked another room with booking ID#TUA95848 in the same hotel with price of Rs. 2278/-. In which they assured us to refund the additional of Rs. 830/-, which is additional after 1448/-, will be refunded after the check-out.
                                Till date (23rd Oct'22) neither the previous booking amount (1448/-) refunded nor the additional, which will be after check-out (830/-) refunded.

                                Thanks for the partial refund of the booking amount. This is not so big issue, which required almost a month to resolve. Please take care of the disputes raised, because we have to suffer more due to the property manager and bad support from your side.

                                  I have booked a hotel room on 21st october 2022 . when i reached the hotel i couldnt check in because the hotel owner said they are not accepting online payments . The booking id of the hotel is EVXP8249. I have called the customer care executive several times, they ask the details and kept disconnecting the calls . No one helped me or intiated a refund . I always used oyo rooms for booking hotels . From now on I will never book rooms from oyo again . This is the second time im facing this issue . I need my money back as soon as possible . Kindly intiate the refund

                                    I made a booking for a hotel OYO 76593 Crystal Cottage on[protected] through the OYO app. The booking was from dates[protected] to[protected]. The payment has been made but I can't see the booking in my app or website. I have made a payment of Rs. 2504 for the booking. The booking has not been made so I have not received a booking ID and without a booking ID, I cannot contact customer support. I need a full refund of the amount.

                                    I have already made one complaint, contacted OYO support, and E-Mailed the Oyo Support India team but there have been no replies or action taken on my complaints. Is this how OYO Rooms treats its customers? I need full refund of the payment made as soon as possible. It has already been more than 2 weeks since the booking.

I did not receive any booking ID and the payment was deducted from my account. I called your customer care and told them about this. They told me that the payment would be reverted back in 7-12 days but I have not received any refund yet.
                                    In case there is some issue in reading and understanding English then I can write a complaint in Hindi as well. I have attached an image of the subject of my complaint. Please try to read the complaint first if you are resolving the issue of your customers.

                                      I booked oyo on 15th oct for one day and make advanced payment on oyo app. My booking ID is SL2Q7641. At the time of check in receiptionist said that my booking is invalid and asked me to pay extra money 636₹ otherwise my booking will be cancelled. As I was travelling from other city for some work pyrpose, I had to pay extra money and she even refused to give me bill at checkout. I have shared screenshot of payments done by me. This kind of service is not expected from oyo. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible and take strict action against receiptionist. Oyo is inti hospitality and this is not how they should treat their customers.

                                        Booking ID JCAK3883, Booked a roand paid rupees 882 which was the complete amount like i was told via customer service. On reaching the hotel, i was denied the keys at 2am in the nights and was pressurized to pay 800 extra after which i would be given the keys.
