Invoice not received from hotel

And I paid 930 in hotel for fooding,
Hotel not provide bill and told that all invoices you recieved from Oyo in your mail,

Oyo is not refunding the extra paid money at hotel

Booking id -JM117864, I booked hotel of ₹549 on 31 Sep 22 through Oyo application. But I was asked by hotel owner to pay ₹1000 extra to get room at hotel . I paid ₹1000 cash to hotel as talked by Oyo service manager that the extra cash paid money will be refunded within 14 days. It's 16days today but Oyo is not refunding the money nor giving the reason for delay. I called numbers of time to Oyo....

Oyo is not refunding my money

I booked three bookings from my oyo accounts.. in August 16, 2022

Booking id:- BY037025
Amt should be refunded - 270 INR

Booking id:- H0R50713
Amt should be refunded - 521

Booking id:- CI5N0556
Amt should be refunded - 899

Still no amount is refunded from any of the refund. tried almost 100 times to call OYO. They are not transferring call to service.

My bad experience about Puri tour through OYO

Denied refund for the mistake of hotel and oyo

On 25th September 2022, we booked a room via OYO rooms and when we reached the hotel, we were denied checkin and told to pay extra. So we immediately called OYO customer service and they promised a refund of the booking amount within 24 hours as it was issue from the OYO rooms side and hotel.
As we were traveling, we couldn't contact them again after 24 hours so I called them again after 2-3 days which was the worst service experience...

Upon reaching at Hotel Mahadev Residency they have denied check-in saying Oyo booking is not valid on such low rates.

They have denied us the entry.

Hotel Booked does not exist.

Recently I have booked an OYO hotel via OYO app in Raichur (Karnataka) for my stay.I had already paid the entire amount of Rs 499 in advance for my stay using GPAY.
But to my surprise when I reached the destination there was no OYO hotel by name Anandam (OYO 92323 Anandam) there was just a barren land and few village huts stationed there.

My money was already deducted and I had also received the confirmation of my booking...

I made a booking at OYO townhouse 225, Lucknow using OYO mobile app.

Refund not received for my booking

I had booked Oyo rooms for 6 nights and made advance payment via OYO app but hotel denied access to amenities.

I requested OYO helpline to change hotel but it didn't work then I asked for refund which is pending for almost a month.

When I call to the customer service they disconnect the call after holding for 15 mins.

Kindly help on getting my refund back.

Refund not processed for cancelled booking

Hi,

I booked a room through the Oyorooms website and had to cancel the booking due to unavoidable circumstances. After cancellation, I received a mail confirming the refund amount, and the customer care support executive told me the refund would be processed within 10 days. But even after 20 days, the refund is not processed and I'm unable to contact the respective support team....
