Oyo consumer service is asking for contact details and proof, and after sharing them, no further action is being taken by them. They are completely ignoring our complaints and looting us. #banOYO.

    This complaint is regarding the oyo hotel booking id CLLX8473 at O 82782 Gp Hotel, gali no 2, ward 24, Chandigarh. I had booked 3 rooms for 9 guests on 15th -16th Oct 2022 as we had HARYANA ADO exam on 16th Oct, 2022.I had made payment of Rs. 1727 through phonepe. On connecting with the hotel manager, he said that he cannot provide rooms at the price which oyo is offering. Thereby, I had cancelled the booking, but the refund money has gone into OYO rupee mode. Being a student, Rs 1727 is a big amount and I want the refund in my original payment mode in my bank account( i dont know when I'll make the next booking through oyo and tll then i dont want my money to be stuck). I tried to connect with oyo for many a times but there was no response. Please help me in getting the refund in my bank account.

          Hi, i have cancelled a Oyo booking 15 days ago and still the refund is not credited. I have been calling the customer care but the customer care never responds properly. Yesterday they said that it will be credited in 24hrs but not yet credited. Sometimes when i call the customer care they cut the call in between. The customer care helpline ivr number itself doesn't connect to any of the agent. Iam not sure about my refund.

            I did book a room from OYO rooms trough Agoda website (third party website). Booking is for 3 nights and the total price I paid while booking itself for 3 nights is 844 INR .
            When I reach hotel to checkin they asked me to pay 1600 more as they charge 800 per night but when I showed my confirmed booking they refused to give room.
            They won't allow unless I pay the rest of the amount. I was helpless at that time. I tried calling OYO customer care multiple times but no response received.Neither they're refunding the amount nor providing room to stay.

              Hi,

              Due to check-in denied issues, I have asked refund from Oyo and they agreed in email and call that the paid amount Rs.5930 will be refunded. They asked me to wait for 7 to 14 days, but now it has been 18 days and refund has not been processed. Called customer care [protected] for more than 10 times. They do just transfer but the call was put on hold for several minutes and they disconnected the call, There is no proper response.

                And i have already tried to contact oyo customer care about my refund
                But i have not got any response from that end..

                I am not able to see my refund status from application also..
                App shows invalid booking id..
                This oyo company is fraud
                I you need i can share my bank statement too
                There you can see I havent received any refund..
                The oyo company is just a fraud and telling customers that they have already refunded
                But i havent received a single booking's refund
                As i have already cancelled 4 booking..
                But none's payment is refunded..

                If the company will not refund my amount
                I will lodge a complaint to cyber cell regarding my 4 payment made

                  I booked oyo room on 14th Oct through oyo app and made advanced payment. But at checkin they asked me extra money and also refused to give bill. As I had no other option but to pay extra charges. My booking ID is OHUI4908 and I have shared screenshot of amounts paid by me. I paid 847₹ extra apart from money paid on oyo app. I want 847₹ refunded as soon as possible as it is completely out of rule. Oyo shall take strict action against them.

                    Hlo actually I have booked a hotel but when I reached the property the staff denied my check in and not let me go inside the room
                    And later when i checked online status it is showing that i have check in but in real my check in denied and I am staying some near by hotel
                    I have contact your team altest 4 time I do not get any postive response they said to hold the call and after that i have waited for 14 -14 min 3 times
                    I asked them to Kindly refund my money back otherwise i have to take some legal action

                        I was asked extra money at checkin and when asked for bill, they denied to give bill. I paid extra money for my stay even after prebooking and paying in advance on oyo app.

                            I booked for my family of 3 in collection O 85448 Inn 14 OMR Mappillai villa, Perumbakkam, TN and the services were extremely horrible... price was showing rs. 958 in app but they told due to technical issues price was showing like that and took rs.1000 per day. The app is still showing the same price when i checked recently. Moreover i was not allowed to visit my parents as I was counted as visitor. Not only that they did not provide basic necessities i.e. water jug, tea/coffee pouches or anything which is the basically usually kept in any hotels. Housekeeping was terrible. They used to clean only when we told. They did not provide any bill or receipt while checking out. Overall a very disappointing experience.

                              I made a booking for 2 rooms on oyo for 978 (for both the rooms) and already paid for it. But when I reached the place they said that they dont work under oyo anymore. So I had to cancel it and they said that the refund is successful but it hasn’t reflected in my account yet. I need the complete refund as soon as possible. The name of the hotel I booked was oyo 87360 penensula beach manor. Booking Id : DH4N0642. Mobile number under which the room was booked: [protected]. Email: ameen.[protected]@gmail.com. They also said that I’ll not be getting the complete refund since I canceled it late but I didn’t knew they no more worked under oyo and it was also showing in the app, So I need the refund of 978 as soon as possible.

                                  Yesterday i have made hotel booking, ID : GV9H2809.

                                  Team, Hotel is not allowing us to check in it was really pathetic and very worst situation, my self and my wife kept stand outside of the hotel, they said we have discontinued with OYO and one of hotel person asked my mobile and he cancelled the booking order, pls check booking time and cancelled timing, i want to take this issue seriously how come they said online booking not acceptable??? Then why these hotels available in OYA?

                                  Also such a worst customer service experience, i have been trying to reach customer care people for more than 2 hours, everybody just keeping the call hold for more than 10mins and disconnecting the call, Don't you have quality team for your customer care service.

                                  I want to review all my calls which has been made with customer service call, My registered number is [protected], Also i need a refund of full amount, because of this issue i am very depressed and in mental agony

                                    I booked room through oyo app on dated 15th Oct and make online payment through app. But when I reached the hotel, receptionist asked me how much money did you paid, I said 564₹ which was my booking amount. She told me I have to pay a total of 1200₹ otherwise my booking will be cancelled. She told me to talk to customer care. I tried reaching customer care but it is of no use, no response from them. As I was travelling from outstation I had to pay extra money. I want oyo to take strict action against them and initiate my refund as soon as possible as I have been cheated by either oyo or hotel. I want refund of 636₹ which I paid extra. I have attached screenshot of payment as they denied to give bill also and the behaviour of receptionist is very rude.
