I have booked a hotel room on 21st october 2022 . when i reached the hotel i couldnt check in because the hotel owner said they are not accepting online payments . The booking id of the hotel is EVXP8249. I have called the customer care executive several times, they ask the details and kept disconnecting the calls . No one helped me or intiated a refund . I always used oyo rooms for booking hotels . From now on I will never book rooms from oyo again . This is the second time im facing this issue . I need my money back as soon as possible . Kindly intiate the refund

    I made a booking for a hotel OYO 76593 Crystal Cottage on[protected] through the OYO app. The booking was from dates[protected] to[protected]. The payment has been made but I can't see the booking in my app or website. I have made a payment of Rs. 2504 for the booking. The booking has not been made so I have not received a booking ID and without a booking ID, I cannot contact customer support. I need a full refund of the amount.

    I have already made one complaint, contacted OYO support, and E-Mailed the Oyo Support India team but there have been no replies or action taken on my complaints. Is this how OYO Rooms treats its customers? I need full refund of the payment made as soon as possible. It has already been more than 2 weeks since the booking.

    Did you guys even read the complaint? The subject of the complaint is making it clear that I did not receive any booking ID and you guys are asking for a booking ID. Should I explain my problem again? I did not receive any booking ID and the payment was deducted from my account. I called your customer care and told them about this. They told me that the payment would be reverted back in 7-12 days but I have not received any refund yet.
    In case there is some issue in reading and understanding English then I can write a complaint in Hindi as well. I have attached an image of the subject of my complaint. Please try to read the complaint first if you are resolving the issue of your customers.

At the time of check in receiptionist said that my booking is invalid and asked me to pay extra money 636₹ otherwise my booking will be cancelled. As I was travelling from other city for some work pyrpose, I had to pay extra money and she even refused to give me bill at checkout. I have shared screenshot of payments done by me. This kind of service is not expected from oyo. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible and take strict action against receiptionist. Oyo is inti hospitality and this is not how they should treat their customers.

        Booking ID JCAK3883, Booked a roand paid rupees 882 which was the complete amount like i was told via customer service. On reaching the hotel, i was denied the keys at 2am in the nights and was pressurized to pay 800 extra after which i would be given the keys.

          I booked a room in hotel orient flagship 79904 on 15th oct through oyo app. I paid booking amount through app but when I reached hotel, they told me that booking is invalid and if I want to checkin I will have to pay extra tariff charges which is not mentioned anywhere in the oyo. As I had no other option, I had to pay extra charges i.e. 636₹ apart from 564 which I paid while booking, so total bill was summed up to 1200. They also refused to give me bill. Even though I am sharing screenshot of payment done by me. This is totally not expected from oyo. I just want refund for extra money that I paid which is 636₹ as soon as possible. I have contacted oyo service multiple times but it is not worth contacting. Executives are only puttingcalls on hold for long hours and not responding. Resolve my issue as soon as possible.

            I’ve made a booking on oyo on 16th October. When I went there the hotel said that they donot work under oyo anymore. So I had to cancel the booking but after the cancellation I didn’t receive any refund. The amount I paid was 978. Booking Id : DH4N0642. I need the refund as soon as possible.

            I’ve got a whatsapp message that the refund has approved and got a link to track the refund process. When I visited the link it’s showing that the refund has transferred through upi but it hasn’t reached my account.

                  Oyo not provided refund for cancel booking id WOR20382 dated 15TH OCTober 2022 and cancellation date 15 october 2022, got cancellation email but not refund amount (Rs 679). Several reminders send to oyo by customer care number and email but no positive response received from their side, was charged extra 2000 rs at the property, i have been trying to rrach out to them. customer service is hanging up on my call, asking personal questions, i have been trying to reach out to the higher authority planning to sue them

                    Hello my name is Pritimayee Patra. I had booked a room on 14th Oct from OYO. booking I'd : IZNY8242 . When I called my booking hotel, those people said that they cannot give me room for that amount, so i talked to oyo customer care, they cancelled my booking. Now when I told them about my refund, they are saying that my refund record is not showing at all. Please I want my money back.

                      I tried getting invoice as mentioned in OYO online portal under booking but they have not provided me invoice for the amount that I have paid through OYO app. Continuously trying to talk with OYO customer care but there is no option available to talk to an executive (BPO). People from hotel refuse to give me invoice because we are not walk-in customers and payment/booking was done through OYO App. So, my company now is not reimbursing the amount I paid via OYO app, since OYO asks to collect payment receipt invoice from hotel at time of checkout.

                      Thank you for sending me the invoices that I asked for! My query is resolved.

                      A small suggestion:-
                      In the 'I just want a payment invoice' option, give users 2 choices:
                      1. Whether the user wants to download the invoice for reservation charges only,
                      2. Whether the user wants to download the invoice for whole of the amount paid.
                      Doing so would alleviate some o[censored]sers stress and pain, and may help OYO in improving customer satisfaction. Just my 2 cents.

I have talked to customer support executive after 12 days of cancellation they told me that they mistakenly not credited the refund amount and promised the amount will reflect in my UPI account in next 24 hrs but even after 3 days of the promised period my refund amount is not been credited. Now the customer support is not properly responding to the calls and misleading me. Very frustrated with the OYO team. So kindly help me get my money back as soon as possible.

                          I have checked with the bank already the issue is on your end and OYO hasn't processed the refund yet. If so please provide transaction details for further processing with the bank.
                          So many people are complaining about the same issue. And you are not taking it serious. This is turning like a modern scam thing.

                            My booking id is LZXM6946. The total price of the hotel i booked was showing 12115. Coupon discount applied was 5452. Oyo money applied was 1161. I paid 5502 through Paytm wallet. I cancelled the booking by calling the customer care executive. The refund i received was 3503. I did not receive the full amount of 5502. The amount of 1999 is still pending. The refund details shown in the app is also wrong.
                            Also, although I paid full amount at the time of booking, extra charges were shown in the app later on several times. Even after calling and correcting the mistake several times, extra charges were shown. Now, i have not received my full refund amount. Please help.

                              I booked a room through oyo app and make advanced payment on app, but at checkin receiptionist asked me to pay 847₹ extra from my booking amount saying its their tariff charges which I dont understand. They warned me that I can cancel my booking if I dont pay extra charge. I tried contacting oyo customer service but my call was not connecting very bad service from oyo.                                 I made a booking for 2 days at OYO 12519 Hotel Sun Palace and made payment also. When I went to check in at 2am they denied because they have no vacancies. They just gave my room to someone else.

                                When called Oyo they said that the hotel manager marked my booking as checked in and they cannot do anything they again mark it as checked out.

                                When the hotel marked it as checked out, they initiated the refund but the amount went to OYO MONEY instated of my original payment source.

                                I want my money in my original payment source and not in OYO money.

                                I raised multiple tickets but nor resolved. Called multiple times but they just put my call on hold and finally cut it.

                                        This complaint is regarding the oyo hotel booking id CLLX8473 at O 82782 Gp Hotel, gali no 2, ward 24, Chandigarh. I had booked 3 rooms for 9 guests on 15th -16th Oct 2022 as we had HARYANA ADO exam on 16th Oct, 2022.I had made payment of Rs. 1727 through phonepe. On connecting with the hotel manager, he said that he cannot provide rooms at the price which oyo is offering. Thereby, I had cancelled the booking, but the refund money has gone into OYO rupee mode. Being a student, Rs 1727 is a big amount and I want the refund in my original payment mode in my bank account( i dont know when I'll make the next booking through oyo and tll then i dont want my money to be stuck). I tried to connect with oyo for many a times but there was no response. Please help me in getting the refund in my bank account.

                                        It's been more than a month and till now I have not received the refund to my original payment mode.
