On 28th Sept'22, we have booked 2 rooms at Siliguri (WB) from OYO Mobile App for Rs. 1448.
When we are there for chek-in at around 21:00 Hrs, the Hotel (OYO 10462 Smriti Guest House) Owner refused to provide us the room by justifying that "The price has increased and we have intimated OYO and you may contact OYO for the same".
I called OYO regarding the same and after an hour of discussion the assured us that we will refund your amount of Rs. 1448/- with Booking ID#GZIO3325 and also we will book 2 rooms in the same hotel with the increased amount for that time and refund the additional amount (apart from 1448/-) after check-out.
So, the service desk executive (Name: Arti) booked another room with booking ID#TUA95848 in the same hotel with price of Rs. 2278/-. In which they assured us to refund the additional of Rs. 830/-, which is additional after 1448/-, will be refunded after the check-out.
Till date (23rd Oct'22) neither the previous booking amount (1448/-) refunded nor the additional, which will be after check-out (830/-) refunded.
OYO Rooms customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Thanks for the partial refund of the booking amount. This is not so big issue, which required almost a month to resolve. Please take care of the disputes raised, because we have to suffer more due to the property manager and bad support from your side.
